Without a doubt one of the best tortas in the city, they would be number 1 if they added avocado, but the day I made the comment they told me that the recipe for years goes without avocado and lots of crispy potatoes and since that's how it works for them, they don't plan on changing anything, the branches are always clean, the staff is very trained, attentive, they serve you quickly, they put pickled chilies, onions, salsa on the table, the flavor of their tortas is quite good and the place is quite nice, a lot of marketing that works well for them whenever I can I stop by for my tortas

They're good sandwiches, clean, tasty, and have good contents. Food: The leg sandwiches and the pork cheese sandwiches are my favorites. They offer a good variety of chilies and sauces to accompany the sandwiches. Service: Good and fast service. Atmosphere: At the Madero Alto branch, you can see Castillo Park and the Orizaba Cathedral from the balconies—a beautiful view and a nice place to eat.

I loved it! A comfortable, small place with a pleasant atmosphere. If it's full (obviously), you have to wait for a table to become available and enjoy your food inside, or you can order without so much of a wait and eat it at home, in the park (which is super close) 😅... Affordable prices and the food is good for getting a taste of what's typical in the city.

Muy buen lugar y atención, precios accesibles. Las tortas buenas nada extraordinario pero si ricas (recomiendo las de queso de cerdo). El único pero es que no nos dejaron subir a la planta alta y tuvimos que esperar a que se desocupara una mesa de las de abajo, cuando nos sentamos atrás de nosotros subieron dos grupos a la planta alta. No entiendo porque nos hicieron esperar. De ahí en fuera no tengo quejas.

For my taste, the leg was salty, I wouldn't go back (but my husband did). So it's a matter of taste. They serve it with toppings like onions and pickled chilies. The drinks are "okay." Since the sandwiches are already made, the potatoes are watery. The chile le árbol sauce gave the sandwich a nice touch, helping to lessen the saltiness. The service was prompt. As for hygiene, the sandwich makers wear masks.

The place is very nice, but the service leaves much to be desired. The drinks had no ice, and the "Supertortas" were just tiny little cakes. The only "Super" thing that gave the torta any flavor was the rosemary oil.

Here's my honest review: Honestly, they're nothing special, not extraordinary sandwiches, so don't go in with high expectations. In fact, since it's baked pork leg, they're dry and cold, as they have a lot pre-made in case they get busy. To give them some flavor, use the extra sauces and toppings, as you'll need them. The horchata is very, very good. They're cheap and will get you out of a pinch if you're hungry and short on cash. The service is good and the restrooms are clean.

The place is very small. This is my first time there. I liked the torta, but it's nothing special. I didn't like the fact that they put the potatoes inside because instead of being crispy, they were all soggy. I don't know if they waited for something they added, or if they were simply old or had been sitting out for too long. The service is very fast and very friendly. Excellent service, without a doubt. Don't order the classic pambazo, it's not funny at all. They gave me everything cold and the beans were even colder, haha. I loved the horchata water, it's delicious, but it's very sweet. 🍡 Try the spicy ones and the onions, they're delicious. I found the price a bit high; there are better tortas for less. They aren't "Super Tortas," they just have a name. Excellent location and excellent service!

As someone from Orizaba, I can tell you there are better tortas in the city. I'd give these a 5. Tortas Pavitos are the original and best. These tortas only have meat and lots of Sabritas (a type of potato chip), no beans, just lettuce and mayonnaise, one slice of tomato for $56 pesos, and they're cold (they've been there for hours). The chiles are bland and just dressed with oil. Tortas Pavitos are $27 pesos and they do have beans, and they make them fresh to order (and even though they're not reheated, the beans and all the ingredients are made fresh, which gives them a delicious special touch, as do the potatoes). The recipe for the chiles en Pavitos is unbeatable. Another issue is the service. I ordered takeout, and since I was standing there arranging my things, they asked me, "Have you been served yet?" (I understood they were telling me to leave, like, "Just go already 😅"). It's a very nice place, but there are better and cheaper cakes in the region.

Tortas buenas, servicio horrible, pedimos dos tortas, dos aguas y un pambazo, nunca me llevaron el pambazo pero si me lo quisieron cobrar. Para que me tomaran la orden los tuve que estar buscando servicio horrible. No recomiendo en lugar, mejor pavitos.

Even with 10 employee standing around, the service was horrible. Tortas are cold and just staked with 50 potato chips, little meat. Not worth your time.
