Excellent pool bar, great service. The bartender recommended the flatbread m’argüer it’s pizza for an afternoon snack and it did not disappoint! We got the Hendrick’s Experience and Running Blind for our drinks so we had a tasty and chilled out afternoon.

The atmosphere here is great, backed up by the very friendly and helpful staff. Menu is great for a quick bite and/or drink before a quick dip in the pool. The pool movie nights are a great way to relax with a cold drink after a long day in the parks. A pool table is nearby & a games room for the kids & the musical entertainment & fun activities put on during the day keep the fun going all day & night. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

Here staying at the hard rock for a couple of nights to easily access Universal. Two nights in a row we have had the most AMAZING service from Shone. He is the kindest soul and so attentive, great attitude and great at his job! We will miss him when we leave. The food comes in a timely manner and drinks are delivered poolside. The DJ playing today is amazing as well! Sad to have to go back to Maine…will visit again next time we’re in Florida!

Great service, (thank you Danielle)! Food was better then I had hoped for. But a big no, no to champagne from plastic cups (waitress apologized so not her fault). A heads up had been nice though. Coctails 16$ and could have been a little bit better. But all considered we where very happy!!

Great place to be ignored. Changed seats three times for 15 minutes u til finally going to the bar to be told 15 before closing that the only menu options available were the fryer. Was ignored by three staff before having to chase down a bar tender in the back to get an order in. Saving grace ( stars), is the bar tender was friendly and courteous and the cheesesteak was delish.

Nice heated ppol here that is very big. There is an attached bar where you can walk up and get a drink, or wait for the waiters to stop by. I gave this a medium range rating for a few reasons. First, there is hardly any shade. If you're here, you're more than likely going to be in full on sun. Many like that, but I prefer to be shaded. They have two kinds of chairs, the lay down full body chair for sunbathing, and short beach chairs. I prefer the shorter beach chairs, as they seem more comfortable, and easier to hold a conversation with the people you came with. There are some mini tables too to place drinks on. You can order drinks and/or food from the staff, but it takes a LONG time for them to get back to you. Probably faster to go the bar and get it yourself. There are menus scattered about, with a wide variety of alcoholic drinks, smoothies and meal oriented items like pizza. There are a few hot tubs, and one marked for "adults", but kids are pretty much everywhere. The pool goes to about 4 feet and there is a slide, with many zero entrance points. Some of the area with chairs have white sand, which is perfect after walking in some of the parks. Just dig your dogs into the cool white sand and sip on your favorite drink. The last thing that always occurs to me is the size of the pool. Because it's so large, it can be tough to keep track of your kid. If they wander from one side of the pool to another, you can easily lose track of them. And most of the 'front row' chairs are taken first, so if you opt for a shadier spot, you'll have to go back a few rows of chairs, which makes it even more difficult to spot your child. They sometimes have live music, which is a singer/songwriter type event. One performer that's singing while playing an acoustic guitar. Everything is sent through the PA, so it's easy to hear, and the perfect volume if you want to hear the music, or carry on a conversation. Plenty of towels are available when you enter the pool, and they have free water that is chilled with lemon at the entrance gate. Nice touch Hard Rock!

For example a fruit side is just some melon and pineapple, you’ll find much better at the Denny”s for example. Tables and chairs not clean. It is pretentious with nothing there.

The only reason why you are getting stars is for our waiter. As far as the Atmosphere is good enough but the food was not good. The level of quality was simply not there for an elegant place such as the Hard Rock Hotel. Nachos: A bunch of Nacho chips for sure Nachos with hardly any lettuce, Beef was none existence for the portion of the meal. And to top it all off, the so call Beach Club Burger, Raw meat inside after requested for well done. Current Status as of this review, the toilet with messed up guts due to your negligence.

The level of quality was simply not there for an elegant place such as the Hard Rock Hotel.
