I love this place. My mom doesn't cook Haitian food anymore so I always come here for food. Every time I'm there the lady always makes sure I am satisfied and I've never gotten nasty food. Most restaurants starts losing flavor as the business grows, but this place food is always bursting with flavor.
Haitian food is the best food in the Carribean because of the French influence. I came in before a meeting and had breakfast, and then came back after the meeting for lunch. This place is phenomenal-wish I lived closer.
They are no longer at this location. If anyone knows where they moved to please let me know because I loved the food and was hoping to see the lady that works here. She's super sweet.
Delicious food. Friendly employees.. Fun place.. Talented live musician in the evenings and Talented DJs in the Night time. Affordable place to book for private events with catering and pro audio stage and lighting..
Great food. We made an order and it was prepared just in time. Price was pretty reasonable for the amount of food they give. Would recommend
The food was amazing! I been looking for a place that make good baked Haitian macaroni. They did amazing job and customer service was on point ! She made sure I was satisfied completely. I left there so happy and satisfied.
Waited two months before leaving this review, their has been consistent and delicious. To be fair I’ve order the fried fish, fried turkey, wings platter and the pattie which is amazing.
I stopped in for lunch, impressive clean and beautifully decorated! I want to go back for their night time entertainment! The bartender was friendly and kind the food was absolutely delicious 😋 Ron's reviews highly recommends!
The restaurant is very nice and clean, the food is great, this is the best restaurant I ever went 😍 Bon manje Haitian
I was super impressed because I'm not particularly familiar with the cuisine but the chef was kind enough to walk me through everything and I was blown away I cannot really express how much I joyed the variety of food the vegetables the meats everything was fresh well cooked full of flavor I highly recommend it
Food a little salty for me but everything good

Amazing Haitian food. Nice place too. I had to come back and edit my review because this is unacceptable. You call 10 times they’ll pick up say hello how can I help you and hang up every time as soon as you start talking. This has happened more than once.
Very clean and presentable restaurant with a nice atmosphere and reasonable price. Food is tasty. The food attendant is very pleasant and nice. My first time in there and I was impressed. They only thing missing in the menu is "Lait malté" made with carnation malt and also tooth picks on the counter to improve their services. I will visit more often to try different other menu.
Amazing restaurant you should go there. I go there roughly every week to order for my family because it’s the food is amazing is super affordable and my children love it and my wife as well so we’ve been eating here for over. I believe three years now or more I believe but I love this restaurant if you’re ever in town, you should definitely stop by here is worth it. I promise you would not be disappointed. It’s the best Haitian food restaurant in the city and that’s a guarantee.

First time eating here and it was a pleasant experience. The food is Haitian Creole and being that it was a first I was a little unsure, but the dishes are much like ours in Jamaica just prepared a little differently. The waitress was very kind and patient with explaining everything on the menu and was helpful in making a decision. This is a definite must try if you are looking for something new. Relaxed atmosphere located in the heart of metro west.

Music is played too loud for dining in. Tasso Turkey tasted flat. It needed more spices... more epis.
I've been there twice and I enjoyed my food. But, like the someone stated the service needs to be a little better. The ppl are nice, but it takes to long to order you take out..I will go back... One Love from a Jamaican..
I only come here on Tuesday night for Troubadour night. The atmosphere is great. I love the band. I ordered some Champagne and it wasn't cold enough. When it comes to the food I give them a 3 ⭐. I had way better fried goat then that. If you are in Orlando on a Tuesday and you love haitian music please stop by.

So I been here three time already and the place is the only nice looking place in orlando for a haitian restaurant, it's very clean and put together. The food is a 7 out of 10, the rice is very dry and taste like it been there for 2 days, but if you get anything fried it taste really fresh. The thing I don't like about this restaurant is there customer service, it is very poor to only havr one person working the front of the house is terrible, she is working hard to take of the dine-in customers and the carry-out customers. It took me like 45mins to just pick up and pay for my food, and all three times I been there this has been the same problem. For this to be one of the nicest haitian places in Orlando fl, I hope they take the time to really fix this problem, because this can be the one reason the go out of business.
The food are great. But on Sunday they take too long to serve you. Spend more than 30 minutes just for a rice and legumes. Please🙏🏼 let’s make work better.
As a Haitian, we need to do better! I normally wouldn’t make an issue but it’s unfair to run a business that isn’t honest or transparent. This location has a spacious dining area but IS ALWAYS EMPTY! I’ve visited several times and noticed how no one dines in, I myself enjoy my food hot and fresh therefore I prefer sitting in. Whenever the bill is presented, I notice it’s always on the tip screen which means the servers bypass the receipt page. Because I believe in tipping this never bothered me until I FINALLY reviewed my texted receipt. There’s a service charge for simply dining in!!! This is usually applied in restaurants grouped 5 or more and written notice is presented. NOT HERE! FOOD IS DECENT BUT BLINDLY CHARGING CUSTOMERS TO DINE IN IS THEFT! I always tip servers however the tables are unstable and barely wiped. I SEE WHY NEXT DOOR IS BOOMING AND BUSY! THAT OWNER IS HONEST AND PROFESSIONAL! I will not be returning, you’ve lost a loyal customer.

Check your address on Google maps!!! Because the map sends you to another place - that is a house and is 10 minutes away from the restaurant. That's why delivery take so long. Door dash drivers can't find the place, and if they find it they start cooking right when the driver arrives. Then the customer complains about the late delivery and the driver gets a low rating.
Not professional at all make you wait almost 1 hour after you place an order on the phone and still don't even get the food funny story when they close that's when they realize the food never made worse customer service I ever experienced.
I placed an order through bite squad for stew turkey, I got goat? The rice smells stale and is hard. J Carribean on Old Winter Garden is MUCH better. This place SUCKS
Terrible experience !! Food wasn’t good , food tasted/ looked like the oil hasn’t been changed in awhile . Got really sick after eating here . I called the “ manager” to tell her about my experience she didn’t apologize but instead said “ No one else called saying this “ but she’ll “investigate “ and give me a call back NEVER did ( unprofessional) . Bad experience all in all , I will not be returning here ..
Service was awful there! The legume tasted spoiled and when I called to complaint about it the guy that answers the phone said he couldn’t do anything for me. Just bring the food back! They probably sell people’s leftover there.
I’ve gone in 3 times since this place opened and I haven’t received good service yet. Honesty speaking I won’t return maybe to hang out but I won’t be eating from here afain
The service here isn’t worth it food is ok but customer service sucks. They are over priced and give you a little bit of food. I will not be coming here again.
Worst customer service ever, the black gentle man with the beared was very rude and hostile the ladies were amazing except they were un organzed didn't know the prices menu is was not accurate. I would expect better and more from haitian businesses especially ,ill be the first to say that im very disappointed .
Yesterday, I decided to order the “Lalo” that they have. First of all, spinach is not a lalo. The girl who was cashing me out tried to overcharged me. She kept arguing with, telling me my total was $31. Homegirl added another order to my check. Then after few minutes of arguing with me, telling me about the taxes, then she decided to look at it and tried to apologize. I honestly think you should not hire family members to run your business. The food was nasty and overpriced. Whoever made that food really needs to be fired immediately. Also, I agreed with one of the individuals who stated the food was not fresh. My rice was a little hard and was really greasy. Management, please do better and hire real people to work for you. I understand that it is cheaper to hire family members, but these people don’t care about your customers satisfaction ratings and that will cost you the business that I’m sure you worked so hard to build.
Such a bad place good for bad service rude employees it’s not even worth the trouble order food for pick up over the phone n was still waiting an hour for my food
They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. I called and placed my order, The young lady who took my order said the food would be ready between 45-1hr for pick up. When I arrived the door was locked with several people on on the inside. So I called and the young lady told me they don't have the food and the order was never placed. I then asked to speak to a manager who was rude and unhelpful. Let it have been any other business American or Chinese etc they would not conduct business this way. BISTRO PARADISE you need to do BETTER! #Horrible
Roach in my food and it was cold! Music was too loud and when the police showed up the dj said F the police and cranked it louder. This place is chaotic and unorganized. Shut this place down. Worse experience ever.
I paid $20 for a drink??? 1 drink... I'll pass... Never again. Should've left when they didn't know what a long Island iced tea was!
****this happened in September 2018*** I'm giving it 1 star cuz of location. It's my birthday so my family member wants to take me to dinner at this Haitian restaurant that supposedly has good food so we get there around 10:40pm and they tell us at the door there is an event that's going on and its $10 per person to get in so I personally ask can we still get food and the lady at the door says yes so we go In. Inside nobody is there to greet us so we walk to the bar hoping somebody will show up and over 15 minutes now and nobody is there to serve us neither drinks or food so we decided to leave and come to the door and they tell us no refund. So we walked in to a supposedly event night (mind you the flyer says doors open at 10:30pm for the Traffic Light event but not even the DJ is set up) and nobody to assist us and they keep our money since we walked in spent a little over 15 minute sand walked out. Very poor customer service.
The sell frozen lalo saying it was fresh. The sauce poids was not very good and they served it to me in a used, dirty container because they ran out of cups, "Keep in mind that Wal-Mart is walking distance from the place". The service was just bad. I will no longer eat there. I was very disappointed.
We went for a party the waiter charged imaginary things on our tabs things we dnt order. Next day afew more pple had to deal with the banks for unwarranted charges from this place. I would stay away from thieves
I went there today to order a $35 fried fish and the fish I was given is not worth the price. The food was good however I can't justify paying the price. Also they gave me 2 thin plantains and rice that seems a day old.

One start only because I cannot give lees. This restaurant is located 0.5 miles from me. Ordered online at 1:07 pm and is 2:29 pm and my order has not arrived yet. Texted doordash driver at 1:42 pm and he told me that they were just preparing my food. They had 40 min. to prepare my order and still was not ready. That, is simply unacceptable.
My husband and I usually go to la Difference restaurants next door. So we realized there is another Haitian restaurant next door that is this one. My husband and I decided to pay them a visit. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE from the start. The lady was very unprofessional. We waited for almost 1 hr, thinking the food should be fresh and hot, she brough us the food in a to go box. The marinad was cold and awful. The pikliz was bad. It tasted like a fermented cabbage that was pouri like it's been there for years. The meat was cold and full of vlen. 1 plate of fritay 2 drinks for $70.00. And they added 18% gratuity for us to pay. My husband paid it, but oh boy...NEVER,NEVER. EVER, EVER, , NEVER AGAIN.
I ordered food for delivery and it arrived cold. I was also missing my sides of rice and beans, and dessert. When I tried to contact the restaurant, I was given the run around and my order was never completed. Needless to say I was not refunded the money for the missing items. Very bad 1st impression for this restaurant.
There was three people playing pool with no one waiting in line. When I walked in it was so dark I thought I was walking into a club. There was no one to greet or take my order. I waited over an hour for one large dinner of griot and 3 beef patties. No explanation. The person taking my order also did not understand English. Terrible first and last experience.
I am highly upset with this restaurant. I’ve tried this place twice and both times were a disappointment. I specifically asked for tasso beef and was given goat. This happened once last year and again this weekend. It seems instead of losing a customer they give you what they have and lie about it. It’s disgusting to do this to customers who may possibly have allergies or an aversion to certain foods. You can NOT do that.
This guy messed up my order even I waited 45 minutes I didn’t get what I ordered. I repeated my order 3times over the phone and one more time when I got to the place. And food didn’t taste good.
I was disappointed with my visit. The food was not as good as expected for the price, and portions were small. Service was slow, and we had to ask multiple times for help. I wanted to enjoy this place, but the overall experience didn’t match the cost.
I placed a phone order for Lalo with black rice around 11:30 am. Walked in the place was very dark. The food was old the rice was scorched and so was the lalo. I could tell they warmed it up on the stove that morning. I will never return. Might I add I have been here several times and the food just keeps getting worst. Maybe the night vibe is better.
