MIWA Hibachi & Sushi Express

Delicious food at reasonable prices! Flavorful and good size portions. The chicken & steak are tender and the shrimp is a nice size. The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly. I usually don't have to wait more than 10 minutes for my food.

Great location, clean place to grab some delicious hibachi. Food was so fresh. I didn't ask for extra sauce due to fact it was tasty. Guy taking the order was super friendly. The veggies can be made custom. My friend ordered just broccoli alone. The chicken had the perfect texture soft on one side and the other, a nice crunch from the grill. Take out is perfect. Never had a mistake and food was hot. Order your food, get your drink and they bring it to your table. Can't wait to try other things off the menu. Will give updates.

My mom and I stumbled upon this place and after looking at some reviews decided to give it a try. We were really glad we did because it was AMAZING! We shared the chicken teriyaki meal because it is a lot of food. We upgraded to white meat and no cabbage and even so it was only like $8.50 which we felt was really worth it. My mom is VERY picky with eating out so if she liked this place that says a lot. We would eat here regularly if we lived in the area!

My husband and I thought we'd give this place a try for the first time, and our hopes were exceeded. We ordered the chicken and steak teriyaki with all veggies (without noodles or rice). The food was full of flavor. The spring rolls were also good, light and flaky. My husband and I will definitely be returning. And, they have yummy white sauce!

The best hibachi in the area! Very well made, the portions are massive and everything tastes delicious! The staff there works super hard, quick and are very friendly. Don’t forget to ask for white sauce - will make your meal 10x better

We've been to several hibachi places in the area, and. this is our favorite! It's a great go-to place when you don't feel like cooking and want something quick, delicious and not too unhealthy! The hibachi and sushi are always great, service is friendly, preparation is quick, and prices are very reasonable!!

Texas Roadhouse was so packed, so we saw this place being really close we decided to visit, and I was so happy. Me and my gf were very satisfied with how good the food was. Prices were good, not too pricey for how good and fresh the hibachi was. I had the chicken teriyaki and my gf had the beef teriyaki and there were both so tasty. So glad we found Miwa!

My first time at MIWA last night 9.20.2024. I am allergic to crustaceans, advised to the cashier. They clean the Hibachi very well to avoid crossed contamination, which I really appreciated. If you communicate your allergies they will do their best to accommodate you. I was craving Japanese food for two weeks, I was not disappointed, the food was very good. The only thing is that I prefer less rice and more meat next time. Especially because I ordered the plate that normally will have chicken, beef and shrimp. I was expecting more chicken and beef since NO shrimp due to allergies. I gave 5 stars because they deserved it.

I got this chicken teriyaki with white rice & veggies for $9.89 + tax. It was so good and huge portions, I had enough for 2 meals for lunch and dinner. Also comes with white sauce for flavor. I order takeout here once a week because it’s a lot of food. Portions are worth the taste and money.

Amazing experience overall. We decided to try them out in search of Japanese Hibachi and some Sushi. The Chicken Teriyaki was cooked perfectly and was very delicious, especially the fried rice. The veggie sushi was delicious as well and made to perfection. The atmosphere is cozy and lively with lots of seating. The staff is helpful and customizes to your liking. We will be back for more delicious food here. Highly recommend trying them out. 👍🏻

When I lived in Florida, this was always my go-to place to eat in Orlando. It was delicious, cost-effective for a college student like me, and the people are so nice. I miss it so much. It's been several years since I've been in Florida, but I'm still thinking about it. Thought I'd leave a review since it was good enough for me to remember all this time later. :)

Brown rice is not fried rice with no egg, no vegetables and the teriyaki chicken was very grizzly....

Great quality and taste. Best to call ahead your order. But they could not answer my question about ingredients. All i asked was if it had msg in it since i am trying to avoid that particular ingredient.

Not sure what this place is known for but it’s definitely not the sushi. Customer service was decent however.

I ordered over the phone based on their online menu. I was not warned of any issues but the cost of everything nearly doubled when I went to pick up my food. I declined the order because the online menu matched the menu on the board in the restaurant and he refused to honor the prices listed on their menu. My order should have priced around $35 and he was already at $52+ when I started questioning what he was inputting. He stated the menu was wrong and his “boss” wasn’t going to fix it.

I usually eat there once a week. Tonight the food wasn’t the best and it’s usually good.. so I called and asked if it’s possible I can return the food tomorrow since it’s already late. The guy I spoke with said “yes, we’ll give you a refund”. I politely said no, I did not want a refund. The food is good most of the time, I’ll just switch it for another plate. (I know it’s hard time for business owners during this pandemic. I did not want to get a refund). So, he was pretty hostile and said “what’s wrong with the food, what’s wrong”. I said it taste a little bland but that’s okay, I’ll just return it for another. He said “no, I’ll just give you a refund because it’s going to be bland tomorrow too”. I was shocked especially I’m a regular costumer. I will never step foot in there again and I’m going to advise all of my friends not to either.

Highly disappointed, this is more like Chinese food than hibachi. The shrimp were small like Walmart brand the salmon chopped up into little died pieces fried extra crispy. I use to eat hibachi every Friday for two years so I know what hibachi should taste and look like. I eat at china star and there food is much better then this. 2 plate cost me 45 and I couldn’t finish the plate. It it was up to me I would rate in the negative

They overcharged me. When i got the receipt while still there they said nothing they could do about it. Refused to credit me back their mistake and overcharge

If you only want chicken skin with no meat in your fried rice within your "Bento box" meal, and hot sushi that is supposed to be cold. Come here. This is the place for you. I feel like got ripped off.

And no flavor at all .. the sushi is flavorless and mushy .. don't waste your money. I spent 80.00 and would preferred a 10.00 wings and fried rice from the local Chinese spot .. I also had shrimp tempura and spring rolls both super greasy and bland . Disappointed all around 😒😞
