I ordered an online pizza for pickup with a 25-minute wait time, and when I arrived at the store, I spoke with a pregnant lady named "Angel," who informed me that they would have to remake my pizza without explaining why. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for the remade pizza. When I got home, I discovered she had given me a burnt pizza, which I could barely eat. I immediately called the store to inform them. She later had me speak with a manager in order to credit my next order; today, I contacted the store to place my next order, and "Angel" informed me that it was another Manager from another store who said he would credit me, and she then provided me with the other store Manager. When I called the other store, the unidentified Manager stated that he couldn't credit me because I had never purchased the pizza from his location. It's crazy how they will take money from people while serving burnt and stale pizza with poor customer service. In the beginning of our conversation, I advised “Angel” that I still have the pizza and could show proof that I paid for it, but she still refused to assist me. STOP STEALING PEOPLE MONEY & DO BETTER.

Ordered a pizza online, received a text at 10:16 saying it was ready. When we arrived, my husband stood up front for over 10 minutes before he was even acknowledged. Then he was told the pizza was just going into the oven, even though he had received a text it was ready. It's now 10:40 and still no pizza and still no one working the counter to acknowledged him or anyone else that walks into the store. This place is extremely disorganized, unprofessional and rude! They got 5 more minutes and we're walking out, never again! Update: Walked out with no pizza!!!

This is a “classic crust” cheese pizza (paper thin.. you would think that I ordered ultra thin crust)… and cheesy bread that half of the cheese is completely missing from.

So I don't normally order Popa John's but I made an exception that has now cemented my decision to NEVER again order from them. I just moved into an apartment complex around the corner and was getting a couple of pizzas and a soda for my friends that helped. When we moved in we were given a folder that had a paper from Popa John's promising a free large pizza of our choice so ordered a large meat lovers, and a medium half bbq/ marinara and a 2 liter of Pepsi. $28.76. The girl behind the counter would not give me an itemized receipt and said that's our prices and walked away. Open the meat lovers and almost all of the toppings are in the middle!

This company has fallen in the toilet. Placed an order for delivery tonight and the food is just meh. To add insult to injury they’re using Door Dash now, and still charging their own delivery fee. I could have ordered from Door dash directly with no fee. IMO this is very deceptive. They don’t want you to know they’re not delivering their own food. Almost forgot, they’re using overseas call centers now too. So much for supporting Americans while they are the most expensive chain around….

It took an hour and 45 minutes to get a barely warm pizza delivered. They really fell off when starting to use DoorDash for delivery- and charging us for it. Look elsewhere

I hadn't ordered from PJ'S for a while so I decided to try them because of a coupon. I ordered online and had it delivered. This was by far the worst excused for a pizza I've ever had, the pepperoni and mushroom toppings were small bits that were hardly visible, very little sauce and it was like eating cheese bread. There are plenty of pizza joints out there and I won't be ordering from Papa John's ever again, you should be ashamed of yourself, pitiful!

Just called the store.. The “ manager “ informed me the delivery wait time is about an hour which I said would wait. He then said that can’t make the delivery… when I asked why he said they’re pretty busy, must be the holiday…….. lying or exaggerating about business to not take deliveries and then joking about 4.20. Very professional management. Better ingredients better management papa johns

Calling a pizza place should be something worth getting excited over, after all pizza is most of Americans favorite food. I understand nowadays technology has taken over with apps but sometimes you have to make a phone call to the store for some reason. My reason for calling the store located at 10959 W Colonial Dr Ocoee Fl this last time was to find out what the delivery time was, after all one would think that with so much technology you would implement delivery times to your app but hey I don’t mind calling. This location has given me the worst over the phone customer service. I was once on hold for over 10 minutes because I had entered the wrong delivery address and needed to change it. I’ve called about 3 times now for various reasons and it seems that no one there has the urgency or care to answer the phone constantly being on hold for over 5 minutes. I expect better from a company as respectable as this, I understand it’s a franchise but this location just like all others contribute to your reputation as a brand. I’ve had lousy employees help me over the phone. Pizza night hasn’t been enjoyable the many times I’ve ordered from this location and it’s the only one around. I love your pizza but it seems that you might be losing a customer if this continues. Picking up isn’t always an option. And it sucks because pizza is supposed to make ones night better, I mean, who doesn’t love pizza? But unfortunately this location has ruined various pizza nights for me and my family. I hope this feedback can somehow better the customer service at this location. Thank you.
