Ordered from door dash and had no issues. Order was correct and food arrived warm. Their sides and chicken are delicious and this order didn't disappoint. We got a family meal with red beans and rice, Mac n cheese, potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and biscuits. We also ordered a tender meal with fries. Love that chicken...

After several visits, I’ve noticed that they’re short on stuff. These employees work double shifts each one of them strive to meet customers demands!. I really appreciate the hard work they put into it. Food taste great it’s always fresh and hot. There is a time delay at least 20 minutes. But it’s all worth it. Thank you all for staying positive. BABYYYYY!! This food was on point you hear meee!! I haven’t had Popeyes in sooooooo longgggg! When I say everything was fresh, I mean EVERYTHING‼️This night staff on 11/25/25 did the dern thang! Y’all come to THIS Popeyes and NOT the one near Kirkman on Colonial‼️

This is absolutely the best Popeyes in the United States. The chicken is fresh and moist red beans and rice are spot on and the make their Cajun gravy with green chilies. Absolutely yum here

Very few fast food restaurants employ people at windows who care to interact with customers or put any remote focus on providing good customer service. Maurissa (sorry if I misspelled it!) is a rare breath of fresh air to people like me just trying to get decent food after a hard day’s work. She deserves whatever opportunities can be provided to her there and more!

Service is slow sometimes. But food is overall very good. The best item is always the spicy chicken sandwich and cajun mashed potatoes. Their ghost pepper wings are ok, not as good as kfc but kfc is not selling them so popeyes is my only option.

Nice Popeyes location. We decided to try this in search of some fried chicken and biscuits for a true Southern experience. Their sweet tea is made to perfection and food was overall hot. The service could have been better, the lady at the front register had no customer service skills. She was rude in some ways and just not professional. Overall, this is another Popeyes that delivers on their style of food and the location is clean with plenty of seating.

Well....first time at this Popeyes and probably the last. That's unfortunate because it's only minutes from my house. Went there a couple weeks ago around 9:30 ish pm. Had a lot of questions and the staff was great at answering them and being patient with me. I was there wanting to try the "hot ones" menu. Their sauce was great and the food was pretty good. However, as the cashier was packing up my order it took longer than expected because the kitchen staff had closed down one side so my food was ready and waiting just in the other window. No problem. Then the cashier and kitchen staff started to argue back and forth right in front of me and it seemed to take priority over getting my order to me and letting me leave. Instead I wound up feeling like a hostage as I wait until they're done arguing with each other and come to find out one of the staff she was arguing with in the kitchen was a manager. Imagine my disbelief. Anyway thought I'd relay this message to corporate so they can know how their staff conducts themselves and they were very interested in hearing what I had to say but they didn't even offer anything to persuade me to come back and give them another shot. Not sure if I would have used it (I may have) but it would've been a nice gesture to offer. 🤷🏾 Enter at your own risk. 🤞🏾

Arrived at 11:10am on July 17. Ordered inside after 12 minute wait in line. Appeared to be only 3 or 4 workers for a busy lunch. A manager was trying to work drive-thru AND front counter. Although he was very polite and apologetic, it was obvious they were in trouble. My order took exactly 30 minutes to prepare, and when I got home I was missing a Chicken Wrap and 2 side orders. Food quality was good, but overall disappointment.

The customer service here is terrible. I ordered through the app and when I got in the drive-through, I had to wait an additional four minutes which was initially no problem. After about 10 minutes, I realized no one came and brought the food so I went inside. While I’m inside, the ladies in the back are just cursing and having inappropriate conversations while everyone’s in the lobby waiting . I finally ended up getting my food and they gave me this one scoop of mac & cheese, which was $5. I’ll never be returning again
