One of the very few places that always gets your complete order right going through the drive through. Even better inside, but I prefer the drive through window. Everyone treats you like you are the special order. I love their Cobb salad with pieces of fried chicken added. And cooler days, love their chicken soup. Thank you.

If this is the new one in Apopka it is more difficult to manage the entrance the the old location. Should have put more thought into the design and for that reason I will not be going back to this one.
While I am not a fan of Chick-fil-A my children love it. Like all the others I've visited the customer service was top tier 👌🏻 My daughter's has recently changed to a healthier lifestyle and the order taker made a suggestion of a salad based on what my daughter did and did not like. The food was prepared quick and calling her by her name when her order was ready is always a plus.
Five stars isn’t enough. This was hands down the best Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had. First off, Jayonah was incredible, friendly, attentive, and just on point with everything. You could tell she genuinely cared and took pride in her work. She made us feel welcome from the second we walked in. And the speed? Unreal. Bro, as soon as we tapped our card, not even 10 seconds later the food was coming out. I’ve never seen anything like it. Everything was hot, fresh, and perfect. This location is doing everything right, and Jayonah is a big part of that. I really hope management sees this, because she absolutely deserves recognition, and definitely a promotion. She made a great impression, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of how smooth and exceptional the whole visit was. Im from brevard and I never seen this type of service. (P.S. This place is so amazing. Super kid friendly they have a play place inside give some toys in the kids meals. But the biggest thing is, their drive thru is so fast! The line might look long but they get you through so fast and efficiently. If you haven’t had this yet I would definitely recommend coming and trying it. Their fries and their ice are so great. Plus they also have a lot of success choices. I love Chick-fil-A!

Just wanted to showcase Rebekah’s excellent service in the drive thru. A customer left their drink on their car roof and began to drive off. Rebekah flagged him down and gave the drink to the customer. She then greeted me with a smile and recited my order accurately before passing it off. She is kind, professional and an exemplary employee! That was the best service I’ve ever gotten and witnessed at that location. Kudos to Rebekah!
I had the grilled chicken waffle fries and a diet lemonade everything was awesome and the best part even though I had my wallet the food was comped. I was doing some work for a few hours putting up drive-through signs for future customers. Manager was really sweet in paying for my meal.

I came back for ketchup and was given 3. The only lost star was because it was fairly crowded which is actually a + for popularity. It's got to be my favorite now. DLM
This chic fil a in particular is pretty great. Shoutout to Beth for her hospitality. Was having a rough day and she came by and suggested I tried Buffalo and avocado ranch together, even the thought of her coming by to say hello was super kind. She’s a blessing to this store.

Never been to a Chik Fila this slow. They don’t even have people outside with iPads like other locations. 25 minutes in the drive thru. Last time I’ll go to this one.
Food was good, however while going through the drive thru Mesha and Domenica were having a very negative in-depth conversation about a coworker of theirs. Meanwhile completely ignoring me while requesting specific sauces for my order. Customer experience was not their priority as they had their back to my vehicle facing inside the building gossiping very obnoxiously me and my passenger heard the entire conversation.
I’ve never had a bad experience from this chain - until last night. Ordered 4 kids meals in the drive thru and paid. I then said aren’t you going to ask for our drinks? She said oh you want drinks? That’ll be another 10.00. I said no- kids meals always come with drinks . She said but you already paid . I said it doesn’t matter - they come with drinks. She said but you already paid and agreed to your order. I said it’s your job to ask me what drink I want , not the other way around. She proceeded to argue so I asked for someone else. Someone else came over and I explained the situation and she said well you already paid so you’ll need to speak with a manager - we pulled up to the window and re-explained and she said you only ordered chicken nuggets not meals . I said I know what I ordered - 4 kids meals. If the clerk put it in wrong, that’s not my fault and it should be an easy fix. They still weren’t accommodating so we had to park and go inside to get a refund. I truly am shocked that they were arguing with me and not trying to show any guest recovery. Won’t return to this location.
Ordered Uber Eats at this location and made sure I ordered condiments. Normally, wouldn't make a big deal but it was my first meal of the day and I was absolutely looking forward to it. Currently eating my plain food and am not happy. Please do better.

Yeah 3 at best for food... however the staff is a 5 star for sure.. the 3 piece chicken was a 2 the fries were a soggy 0 and the nuggets were a 4. We were really disappointed!

Hello, I’ve been a regular at your drive-thru almost every night, but lately the service has been disappointing. Over the past week, my orders have been wrong several times — I was given chicken tenders instead of nuggets, received a stale salad, had no salad dressing included, and even got a spoon instead of a fork. It feels like the staff is rushing and not paying attention to details. I believe leadership needs to provide better training and remind the team to slow down and focus on accuracy. I usually enjoy Chick-fil-A, but this pattern has been frustrating and takes away from the quality I’ve come to expect.
So everytime I come here to get my coffee it’s never made right I ask for extra French vanilla syrup. They don’t give it to me. I go back in and let them know. The girl hands me creamer like I don’t know the difference. I don’t want free stuff I want yall to get it right when I’m there so I don’t have to do this.
I ordered a large and a medium fry, but ended up with two mediums because they did not fill the large fry all the way.

Service, Drive-through and Price, is over-all 5 stars with Food at the top! However, since my lunch on Friday, 11-14-25, I developed a stomach irritation within 2 hours. Working through my day, by the 5 hr I became nauseous and could no longer continue my day. I was in bed for 3 days from that famous delicious chicken sandwich. * Cross-contamination exists everywhere.

I ordered a milkshake through the drive-thru and while I was waiting for it at the window I hear a staff mention ask about my order to another. The other staff tells them we’re waiting on the milkshake. The original staff says “what about this one?” Pointing to one sitting on the counter. The other staff says “that one has been sitting here for a while”. After hearing this, another minute or two goes by. That’s when I saw the staff pick up the old shake, rip off the receipt and hands it to me as if it were mine. I confront them about it and asked about the receipt he tore off. He proceeds to throw the receipt away and try to print another. I told him I heard the conversation and did not want it. He takes it back and in literally less than a minute of the interaction, walks back towards me and hands me the exact same milkshake as if he remade it. I’ve been coming to this Chik-Fil-A for almost 20 years. Never have I ever experienced such terrible service. I would mention the employee’s name but he zipped up his jacket so I could not read his name tag. He seemed like he could even had been leadership.
Every time I order from this location the proportions are always so little compared to other locations from the kale side salad to the hash brown bowl to the fries. I’m not sure why but it’s like I’m eating half the actual meal size. The food is good but not worth the price if I’m always getting half size meals.

I am never one to complain or leave reviews but the way this was handled was crazy. Tried ordering a mobile order through their app usually never have issues with this location. But this time I ordered delivery through their app (never doing that again) only to get called by the restaurant saying the “order” was picked up HOURS ago. And the staff member LUIS was very RUDE!. Literally cutting us off asking who was talking as if that matters?? He kept going back and forth cutting me off and yelling. Was only trying to get clarified as to what happened with the order since he stated “the order never went through “ then saying it was stolen then saying it was already picked up hours later. Then Luis was just yelling telling us to call DoorDash . And saying that “it wasn’t that hard to understand” “someone stole the food that’s it” Attempted to speak to Luis through his yelling asked him to speak to a manager. Luis then proceeded to say “I have no time for this I have to get back to work” then hung up the phone after being asked for the manager. I have never had any bad experiences with Chick-fil-A ever. This was a first for me.
Staff here is very rude, they all need a better attitude, I went and two workers were too busy talking to one another when I was politely asking for my sauce that they missed and rolled their eyes at me.

My chicken sandwich was barely warm and the chicken patty was actually smaller than the bun. I know it’s not the right size definitely didn’t get what I paid for and it was not juicy like it usually is This was really disappointing . And many of the other fast food restaurants, the chicken patty is bigger. I will not be back .

I placed a curbside order (before it began raining) and waited 20mins for it. It started raining so I finally pulled up to the workers in the drive thru lane and asked if curbside orders were still being brought out. I fully understand and respect the need to turn off the curbside option when its raining because employee safety is more important. Well the kid I asked told me yes they are, at that point an older woman sitting in the chair next to him chimes in with attitude to tell me that “NO, YOU HAVE TO GET IN THIS LINE AND GO AROUND” all she had to say was “Sorry that’s not an option when its raining, but if you get in line we can help you at the window”. The difference? The Attitude. Don’t believe me? Ask the blonde guy who looked at her in shock because of how she spoke to me. I thought Chik Fil A prided itself in excellent customer service. I guess not. Also during my wait I observed as some employees stood around doing nothing while one person handled all the curbside orders one by one, my order was one item that could be carried in one hand. This all happened on Thursday October 2nd at 10:30am.
We go to chick fil a alot but went to one that was not our usual location we will not go again we ordered sausage burritos first off they were really small about 3 inches and not close to being warm and the sausage was like it had been sitting awhile tough. I recently visited Chick-fil-A and ordered the Cobb salad, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the experience I was expecting. The cheese on the salad was very stretchy and had an odd taste to it. It didn’t seem fresh and left an unpleasant aftertaste that took away from the overall flavor. I also added grilled nuggets, and they were chewy and not very well done. Instead of being tender and juicy, they were tough and hard to enjoy. Normally, I would have gone back to ask for it to be remade, but I was already very tired and didn’t have the energy to return to the counter and wait for a replacement. Because of that, I just left disappointed. Overall, this visit didn’t meet my expectations, and I probably won’t be coming back to this location.I recently visited Chick-fil-A and ordered the Cobb salad, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the experience I was expecting.
Maybe the worst service and manger help at any fast food place. I did a large order on the ap (10 chicken biscuits and 8 breakfast burritos) at 7:05 am. I arrived in the drive-thru at 7:22 am. I was still waiting at 7:44 am. I went in and asked the manager what was going on. She asked my name, I told her and she said "well that's a large order sir". Well thank you for letting me know and that is exactly why I ordered it at 7:05 am on the ap. NEVER AGAIN! That is the last time I give Chik-fil-a my $100 plus order
The disrespect and racial profiling I experienced this morning at this location was disgraceful, saddening and I’m still in shock. I will never return and I will scream it from the mountain top to everyone I know not to return. Can not wait to download my dash cam video so I can share my excellent start to finish.
If you’re thinking about eating at this location, do yourself a favor and don’t. God forbid something is wrong with your order or if like me, you need to place a catering order. For starters, I attempted to call the day prior up until right before I showed up. Was informed by management that they intentionally avoid all calls. I got there just for them to tell me they were out of macaroni and cheese. Had they answered my call and informed me over the phone, I could’ve stopped at several Chick-fil-A’s prior to arriving at this one. It’s the holidays and I was trying to make it convenient by stopping by there before I went to Walmart in the same plaza. DO BETTER CHICK-FIL-A!!

I placed a curbside order (before it began raining) and waited 20mins for it. It started raining so I finally pulled up to the workers in the drive thru lane and asked if curbside orders were still being brought out. I fully understand and respect the need to turn off the curbside option when its raining because employee safety is more important. Well the kid I asked told me yes they are, at that point an older woman sitting in the chair next to him chimes in with attitude to tell me that “NO, YOU HAVE TO GET IN THIS LINE AND GO AROUND” all she had to say was “Sorry that’s not an option when its raining, but if you get in line we can help you at the window”. The difference? The Attitude. Don’t believe me? Ask the blonde guy who looked at her in shock because of how she spoke to me. I thought Chik Fil A prided itself in excellent customer service. I guess not. Also during my wait I observed as some employees stood around doing nothing while one person handled all the curbside orders one by one, my order was one item that could be carried in one hand. This all happened on Thursday October 2nd at 10:30am.
