It was our first time visiting Sonny's BBQ and Jamie was so helpful with choices and ideas. We ordered the Sampler and the peach egg rolls for dessert. Everything had great flavor and great BBQ sauce to add if you want some. Appreciate the table attention and great place to hang out.

Great service at the bar from Jamie! The food was AMAZING …. Ordered the st louis ribs and they felt more like bby back ribs…. Moist fall of the bone smokey flavor!! Had couple of the 2 sunny’s beers glass came cold!!! Place was so clean!!! I am telling you this sunny’s is on another level! Higly recommend

First time at Sonny's. Gotta say it definitely lived up to the hype. The girl at the window was very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing. I will definitely be going back to further explore the menu. The pork egg rolls were fantastic. The ribs were incredible. Beans and mac n cheese were also great. Got this food to go which is not far from home and it was still warm and mouth watering when I got there. A+!!

Jaime did an amazing job! He did a very good job taking care of us and giving us his opinions on the food and which orders were his favorite! He took the time to ask us if we enjoyed the food here as well! It's a great atmosphere here and I loved the Christmas decorations.

I had a great experience at Sonny’s BBQ today. From the moment I sat down, our server Jenniffer was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. She stayed on top of my drink refills without ever needing to be asked and checked in just the right amount to make sure everything was perfect. It’s refreshing to receive service that feels both professional and thoughtful. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really enhanced the meal and made the visit enjoyable from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back—great food paired with excellent service makes all the difference.

The best part of dinner was Anthony, our server. Exceptional service and attentiveness to customers. Always there to see if we need something else and made excellent recommendations for some food to order. It was busy, but he had a smile in his face the whole time he served us really seemed to show interest in making sure we enjoyed ourselves. Every time I come back to Sunny, I’m gonna see if we can sit in Anthony’s second.

Seems like their food is going downhill. I used to love coming here on a regular but lately the food fall short. Their new buildings are more fast food feel rather then the traditional restaurant we loved going to However, we did have the pecan pie eggroll that was delicious.

Being barbecue fans, we decided to give Sonny’s a try. I was skeptical about getting good barbecue is this franchise type of restaurant but was pleasantly surprised. Mikaela our waitress was excellent. She was courteous and friendly and very welcoming. The three of us each ordered the meats selection. My son and I chose the 3 meat and my wife chose the 2 meat. The standouts were the beans and the St. Louis ribs. The ribs had a nice smoke ring and were tender but on the small side. The macaroni and cheese was creamy and I considered them solid. The Cole slaw was also very good. I was disappointed that you couldn’t pick meat by the pound as in traditional barbecue restaurants. Sadly the brisket was not available as sliced pieces from the point. Only the leaner flat was available sliced and the point portion had to be chopped. Not my favorite format. The brisket was good but not great. Chicken was delicious as was the jalapeño sausage. The worst thing on our plates, although not terrible, was the corn bread. It came in a muffin format and was dry and lacked corn meal. Would be much better if they baked their corn bread in a pan and served it as sliced pieces as the muffins were dryer. A pleasant meal and with some adjustments, would definitely be a 5 star experience. They weren’t too far off. Would go back. PS:Not a big fan of the automated and impersonal responses.

We just tried Sonny’s in the drive thru. I got the pulled pork sandwich and fries and my boyfriend got the brisket mac and cheese and corn bread. I think it is a great option for quick BBQ. The sweet tea was also good.

Cute bar area. We got take out sliced pork, chopped brisket sandwiches, none of the extra bbq sauce we asked for. I was initially disappointed because the mac and cheese looked like it was a deflated half-portion that had been sitting out for a while, but I had one bite and that was plenty.

Ordered some food for Christmas Eve. Wrong order given to my daughter at pickup. They charged her for a prepaid order. The food was all dry. I mean dry. I know it was end of the day at 2:30 but not acceptable. Pork was mostly fat stuffed in a cup. Now way anyone should pass this as meat. Shame on you. Usually this place is good but today not at all. Sausage was the only good thing today and one corn muffin that wasn’t overcooked like the other. Wasted 60 bucks on this lackluster food.

I used to come here all the time. Since the renovation, they went more upscale ( they are chasing 4Rivers) -- prices are high and portions are small. It's very poor value for money now. I sometimes drop in every 8mths or so and it's just dead. Prices higher every time and the menu is more limited. Miss the old Sonny's. $14 for a solo micro bbq chicken sandwich???? It used to be $8 and came with a drink.
