After owning a restaurant in Southeast Louisiana with all the fresh seafood and spices this place I really fell in love with. Seafood is great spiced just right and an excellent value in today’s market. It will definitely be one of our main go to places keep up the great work.

Amazing customer service, Amazing food very well seasoned with great flavoring. The price is well better than buy these bagged per lb seafood place. We got catfish which was fried and seasoned perfectly. We also got dungeon and snow crabs with potatoes and corn that tasted great.

So today, my cousins that visiting from Canada ask me to recommend a seafood place that specializes in Crabs, I recommended Hnina's without even thinking, Omg they invited me to join them for lunch and they never stop thanking me foe recommending this God sent seafood restaurant. This is a family owned business and they treat their customers as they they are part of the Family. Wow is all I can say to the food today.My cousins were very impressed and said they will be returning to Ocoee soon. Highly Reccomended. Every item on the Menu is delicious. Cooked and served Fresh. Love It!!!

Got the fried Okra-- it was tasty!

The food and service did not disappoint! I tried the snapper, garlic shrimp with sausage, eggs, potatoes, corn and hushpuppies. The snapper was seasoned to perfection and the hushpuppies had that hint of sweetness I like and they were nice and crunchy on the outside. The service was great. If you have to wait a while to get your food, let me tell you it's well worth it because it will be be fresh and hot.

Casual dining. Family owned small and cozy. The service and food were great. 3 stars for atmosphere is because it is very casual and laid back. Restaurant was also very clean. Will return soon

The staff are very friendly and the food is good. No bad smell place is clean parking is available, overall I highly recommend.

Hubby and I went for the first time today. We loved it! Both of us ordered the fried shrimp but plans are to order the garlic butter version next time (which will be soon). I recommend trying their coleslaw. It’s on the vinegary dry side, which I prefer. We also found their fries to be good (they have a crispy coating-my favorite).

I've eaten here several times now and have ordered different things. Each time, the food was delicious! Being from Maryland, this is very close to home. The way the food is seasoned is chef's kiss good. I have yet to be disappointed. In fact, this is the first place I think of when I'm craving seafood.

The blue crabs was absolutely great a little bit pricey $55for 12 crabs

I been going there for years ! , everytime I’m out of town ,when I return , it’s the first place I call and they say hey Mr Nick light seasoning right lol , just great people the sons are great guys , and Nina and her husband are really good people , always fresh and they will tell you if it’s worth to come that day due to size of crab , the best around and trust me I know crab , And when people say there is grey in the crab of this crab is not good, Once in awhile you’re going to have a crab that’s not perfect so these people that write bad crab dosent know how nature works lol, so great crab good people and good prices

I LOVE THEIR GARLIC CRABS!! They have live blue crabs, shrimp, potatoes, pretty much a fish market and they have great cooked seafood dishes. It does look like a shack on the inside, but the food more than makes up for this.

This food is so good and so fresh! If you are looking for the old school crab spots this is the place. By old school I mean the way it was before all these crab boil bag restaurants became a thing. Seafood the old school way with just garlic and butter served in a tray. When me and my sister went the owner was working behind the register. She is a cute little lady and funny. Now I wouldn't recommend eating in the restaurant because it's a little warm in there. Also call ahead to order because there is definitely a wait. I had a blue platter and the size and flavor is just perfect. Please stop in. You will not be disappointed.

First time ordering here & just happened to stop in. I went with the Family Combo (2 Lobster tails, 2 Crab legs, 30 Jumbo Shrimps, 1lb Crawfish, corn, sausages, potatoes, & eggs) with garlic butter & asked for extra spice. Let me tell you, the kids loved it! They like spicy food & it was just the right amount where it still has plenty of flavor. Staff was very friendly helping me with the options. They even added extra crawfish, eggs, corn, potatoes & a few clams. I'm definitely coming back to support this local business. They have good prices for the amount of food you receive.

Blue crabs were fresh and cooked to perfection. Chosen and red skin potatoes were the right side. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices were very good for such fresh seafood. Fried shrimp were equally good. It's not a fine dining restuarant, it's just a excellent seafood joint, so you feel okay getting messy with the crabs.

Food was excellent, perfect seasoning. A bit hot inside the space.

Pricey. Had fried catfish & fries. Did not care for the 2 plain white bread slices. The catfish was good. The coleslaw was not good & I would not recommend the coleslaw slaw.

I normally get my seafood from them but yesterday it took almost a hour to get a catfish and it was not cook or seasoned it had no flavor or taste to eat. I couldn’t eat at all when I get home, I had to recook and season it. I love eating there but yesterday was horrible if I’m waiting that long for my order at least cook it well.

I've only been here twice. The first time was great! Everything was freshly cooked, light and crunchy!!The second time...not soo much.The second time the food tasted like it was reheated. The crab were very dry and the shrimp tasted redipped in the grease. Over all ...it didn't taste fresh. I'll give them one more chance to see if they can be more consistant...if not...bye!

Now let’s get into what you guys wanna hear. My wife and I ordered the shrimp platter $28 bucks 20 large shrimp, corn, sausage and a egg, no drink. Overall taste, it was well seasoned but extremely salty unfortunately. I do have a high salt intake but my wife doesn’t, so she only ate a few bites. So lack of seasoning you won’t have to worry about. Now judging by the plate the seafood seemed to be boiled, seasoned and baked, which is why I stated compared to their competitors within 5 miles they set the bar on taste. Competition: by no means should this place be compared to Mr & Mrs crabs in the best buy plaza across the street. You can however compare it to Publix & winn dixie seafood, Marcos or franks. I would still choose franks because I’ve been going there longer. but we’re speaking on preference so Hnina’s does have the best seasoning out of the options given at the moment based off how the cook their seafood that makes it stand out. Now price: They are on the more expensive side for take out seafood, yes I said take-out seafood. Can you sit in yes but the vast majority isn’t so, Between price and options available they are alittle on the higher side compared to the competitors listed above. But still worth trying! I gave it 3 stars because the food was extremely salty! it was seasoned to perfection just way too much. We did sit in and eat so it was nice to see that The owners do swing by the table to ask how every thing is going, so the service is there and the atmosphere was pleasant. But overall I will be returning to try the large blue crabs and clams (Because those are my favorite). Once I do try those I’ll give you guys a full review but so far, 3 stars is where I stand. And I do recommend you try it atleast once. 👍🏾
