Located inside Universal Endless Summer Resort- Dockside Inn and Suites, located on Universal Blvd, Dockside’s Pier 8 Market is my absolute favorite resort counter service restaurants in all of Orlando. They have tons of seating and consistently good food. I’ve eaten here a lot for business purposes, actually, and I’ve never had a bad meal. They have grab and go for when you’re in a hurry and need to get to the parks. They have Coke freestyle machines, so you refill your own drink. For all three meals, they have a wide variety of food options, including waffles, burgers, pizza, sandwiches, chicken and pasta. They have a nicer seating area for counter service than any of the comparable Disney resorts. You’ll enjoy your meals here, and then you’ll probably run off to spend the day at the Universal theme parks.

Breakfast, lunch, AND dinner was absolutely amazing!! Not only are the prices very affordable, but the food outdidi itself every time. I recommend getting a kids meal because it's less than $10 and the portion size is perfect. For both breakfast days, i got a side of blueberry pancakes and french toast on another day. Both were absolutely delicious. The strawberry banana drink was great as well. It's not pictured here, but I also got the kid's chicken fingers with fries for dinner and it was A++. If you don't want to spend too much money at citywalk or you just want to try something new that's convenient, I highly recommend this place.

It's a cafeteria style experience but there are many options and it is quick. I had a smoked salmon bagel and my spouse had a gluten free breakfast pizza. Gluten free pizzas are often over cooked but this was prepared nicely. We also appreciated the chef taking the time to discuss gluten free options with us. If you have the right expectations, this is a solid meal choice.

They have a nice selection of food and drinks! Good price, great service, good eats and pool/room service! I definitely recommend the meat pizza and the Buffalo chiclen and waffles. The Mac and cheese is really good!

I thought the wait staff and the chefs were very personable and the food was very good it was reasonably priced for being resort food. Wide varieties ranging from breakfast foods all the way to desserts.

They offer a variety of foods during breakfast, lunch and dinner.they close by 11pm. They also have a grab and go food in case you don't want to wait in line to pay. The prices are reasonable compared to Disney resorts

Had really good services every time my family and I went to get some food on our stay at the hotel. Carmen treated us very well, she’s really friendly and helpful. After couple of months since our last stay she recognized us and yet she has the same enthusiasm to serve without hesitation.

It's the experience that helps. Good is great, but watching it being made is a bonus. The lighting is perfect day or night. You always feel welcome even if it's just a quick snack.

Call we have enjoyed five meals while staying at this resort. The people in this cafeteria are exceptionally kind and service oriented. They were eager to help with dietary restrictions and once while we waited for a GF option, a young man behind the counter offered to trade in my son’s burger and fries, so they wouldn’t be cold—I’m impressed!!

A great selection of foods to pretty much suit everyone. Peak times there is always quick service so no waiting around for ages waiting for food. My boys absolutely loved the pizza 🍕 literally ate more pizza than anything else our whole trip! 10/10 . Plenty of hot and cold foods to choose from, sweet treat and drink a plenty too. Loads of seating available 😊

Wow best hotel I ever been definitely coming back to dockside again it’s the best and cleanest! The room is super clean and spotless when I get back from park, the breakfast & dinner is so amazing & they have many options to choose from freshly made always! The pancake and pasta wow so amazing, always gives you a perfect amount of food!! The staff is top notch excellent!😊

B
BRITNEY WILLIAMS

It was affordable and you got your value for your money when it came to portion size. Well worth the time exiting the park for lunch. It is not crowded during that time and you have a place to sit in the a/c. Breakfast time and dinner after the park closed was the busiest times. We had Breakfast in our room to take advantage of the extra hour came back for lunch and got pizza for dinner delivered.

I have Celiac disease and the staff was very helpful in making me gluten free pizza and breakfast with eggs, hashbrowns fried separately to order, gluten free bread, eggs, and sausage! They have a small section of gluten free snacks as well. And gluten free gelato!!! Staff was very kind and considerate!

Good place to eat anytime. If you are staying at the resort would recommend eating here instead of the parks.

Today at lunch, I ordered a mozzarella sandwich for myself at Pier 8 Market. The staff member kindly offered me a side salad as well. I mentioned that I don’t like onions, so she did her best to remove them and still gave me the salad. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but I want to thank her again here for her kindness and attention to detail. Her thoughtful attitude truly made a difference Thank you guys 😍

The hotel is really good, very clean rooms. They have full staff, well organized. Prices are good for orlando rates. They have a bus every 10 minutes to Universal.

Massive choice fast food fruit and drinks, only drawback is the expense, The pizzas are very nice. I suppose the eatery has been designed to get you fed quickly so you can get on with your day. very efficient service, very clean and tidy, always a seat/table.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Fun, Laid‑Back Spot Inside Dockside! Dockside Pier inside Universal’s Dockside Resort is such a great little hangout. Even though it’s indoors, it still captures that breezy, beach‑bar energy with its bright colors, relaxed atmosphere, and friendly staff. It’s the perfect place to take a break after a long park day, grab a drink, and just enjoy the upbeat, vacation‑mode vibe. The service is quick, the seating is comfortable, and the whole space feels clean and inviting. It’s casual, fun, and never overwhelming — exactly what you want when you’re winding down but still want to stay in the Universal spirit. A solid five‑star spot for anyone staying at Dockside who wants a chill, convenient place to relax without ever leaving the resort.

Pier 8 is located in Endless summer dockside resort. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are different stands all with something different. We had breakfast and dinner here. The food was reasonable priced for the area and pretty good. The breakfast quesadilla I do recommend. The staff at each post was very nice. There are multiple tables to sit and and eat. It's like cafeteria style. Pick your food, pay, then seat yourself.

Really good variety of foods for breakfast lunch and dinner! They have a buffet style salad bar, fruits, children’s “lunch box” with uncrustables, cheese, juice and fruits. Chicken and waffles, pizza, pasta, sandwiches and their honey chicken with broccoli and rice is a must try! We’ve tried pretty much a good variety of what they offer and have never been disappointed. There’s also plenty of seating and high chairs for the little ones Food is reasonably priced apart from breakfast which can be a little expensive for what you get, depending on what you order. Team members are always super friendly and patient and the service is great

Good selection of food at fair prices. My favorite was the chicken with broccoli. The breakfast veggie scramble was tasty as well. All the Italian dishes I tried were delicious as were the flatbreads. I also had a ham and cheese croissant which was average - I've had much better. Overall very nice for a resort dining hall. My biggest beef was the people (guests not staff) I don't know what happens to people when they go on vacation. It's as if they lose all sense of personal space. I'm giving it 4 stars because of average croissant and the crowded atmosphere.

Decent food for a touristy hotel, Universal’s Endless Summer Dockside Inn & Suites. Clean & fairly new cafeteria. Option of Pizza, burgers, built your own salad, fruit bowl, pasta meals, grab & go. The queues to paid gets long during dinner time when most guests return from Universal theme parks. 2024-NOV-26

Pier 8 is a fine place to get a quick bite to eat at the hotel. I got pancakes, bacon, and eggs from the market before hitting the parks. It certainly wasn’t gourmet cuisine, but it was good enough. It’s also cheaper than what you’d get in the parks. They have a wide selection of food for each meal that you can quickly pick up. If you’re looking for a quick meal at the hotel, this place should be fine.

Waited for the Chef special at 5pm for the New York Strip Steak it was decent but portion of sides was small and lacked some seasoning. Chicken Alfredo was tasty and a good portion but a bit cold after waiting for the steak, breadstick was crunchy like a crouton; it was also pre-made in a pot unlike Cabana Bay or other places where it’s made to order. Grab the items that take longer first or your food will go cold. Overall good for the price but room for improvement.

R
Ryan Thrower

Better prices than the parks and pretty decent food. Chicken tenders are the hidden gem. Chicken sandwich was fine. Tacos were surprisingly better than I thought. Staff was super friendly!

We really enjoyed the food. And the convenience even more! lol The chicken and waffles! Try it. So good.. the mashed potatoes and Mac are also great. We also tried the burgers which were amazing, and salads, which were very fresh. We loved all the breakfast options! Yumm.. Desserts were good, too. In other words, everything we tried was great. Prices are better than in the park or City Walk. Food servers that handed out the food were friendly and kind, unfortunately, cashiers could use a little of that warmth.. came off bored, and slightly annoyed.

T

Food was decent…breakfast was best. Choices were limited for dinner the menu didn’t change. I got the salmon and it tasted as if it had sat there for an hour but it was edible and met my dietary requirements. Water was overpriced except when it came with the kids meal.

Dockside's Pier 8 Market is a nice one stop shop for a quick meal if you're staying at the Universal Endless Summer Resort or any other universal properties. The food offers a variety of items as displayed on their menu online. The food is fairly cheap in cost; no single item over 10 or so dollars. If you're staying a while after the 3rd day you'll quickly be getting food delivered. There isn't too much nutrition in anything. It seems as though everything was salty, had cheese slapped over it or fried. The most you'll get as far as a healthy option is a prep made salad, an overly sugary fruit smoothie, super salty smoked salmon begal and/or a pretty darn good avocado toast (only rememberable thing and recommend item). The pizza was pretty pretty decent for children. Please make sure to check your food after ordering. I've had issues with wrong food being given to me and with a dietary restriction it is a big no no. Overall, the food wasn't too bad for it all to be pre-maded and quick but I couldn't eat this every single day.

K
Kaitlyn Ochoa

I think the people here expect too much for a value resort restaurant. The food is perfectly fine for quick service. Both our breakfast and dinner selections were good, and the staff is very accommodating and friendly.

H
Harrison Tsai

Considering ordering fish from a non-resturant venue, the quality can be somewhat questionable. Surprisingly, the red snapper wasn't too bad for the price. The crispy skin added a good texture, yet it came at the cost portions of the fish becoming overcooked and too dry, noticeably along the edges. Luckily, the middle portion of the fish was cooked just about right. As for the creamy polenta, it was a bit too thick for my liking. It may have been possibly due to a higher ratio of cheese/heavy cream to cornmeal since the cheese taste was fairly pronounced. Another possibility is that the polenta dried out from sitting out too long. Despite this, the fish overall tasted fresh. Considering the price point and the overall quick service, it was rather well worth it.

While staying at Universal Endless Summer Dockside Resort we dined here a few days during our 4 day stay. The breakfast is excellent for the value. My daughter enjoyed the eggs, potato wedges, biscuits, bacon and pancakes. Much better than the park restaurants. The dinner options are not as plentiful or delicious. The children enjoyed the bucket of chicken, Mac N Cheese and the pizza pies as far as dinner goes. I had a few Cobb salads and the desserts were tasty. The Salads could use some work. Grab and Go style. The food is affordable in comparison to the Universal park restaurants. The cashiers had poor attitudes/ manners but the kitchen cook staff was kind and courteous. The ladies working the breakfast buffet station are doing an awesome job. Breakfast was our favorite here.

Dockside's Pier 8 Market Great option for all type, Grap and Go, order to go or dinning in. Different station, chicken and waffle, pizza and pasta, Hamburger, fries and tenders, wraps and Flatbread, Salads you can make your own pay .65 for Oz. and desserts 🍨 very complete for us. They have a Ready Gluten free section.

Visited about a week ago for breakfast. Free parking only lasts 5 minutes, so I chose to walk from my hotel. Service was quick despite long lines. The atmosphere was gorgeous—high ceilings, modern architecture, tasteful decoration. The food was somewhat overpriced (not a surprise in a touristy area) but was hot and fresh.

V
Vonte Boyd

The food is good, the service is good but the ordering process can be hectic during peak hours. Prices are decent, kid meals are about $8 each adults can eat for about $11-$15 per meal. Stay away from bottled drinks, prices are high

M
Meged Shapir

Pricy food, as usuall for such places. The space where you eat is noisy, but has suaces, napkins, plastic and metal forks and knifes. The food itself is totally gamble, we ate here several times, some entrees are good and some are realy bad. Good- Waffles, chicken tenders, pork sandwich, pizza. Bad- pancakes, muffins, cheese cake, hamburger, corn.

S
Selva Dinesh Thangavel

The place is clean and well maintained. You have variety of food and couple of cuisines. You can take your food to go and have it neatly packed by yourself. Price is affordable considering Orlando’s usual rates. But the taste isn’t good, we had chicken sandwiches in which the buns were pretty bad. If you are in urgent to get to universal studios and would like to just grab something it’s ideal. It’s not a great proper meal place. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

Edit made at the bottom. My rating is actually 3 1/2. Would recommend doing mobile check in before getting to the hotel but they still take forever checking you in. They should hand you your keys and ask if you have any questions. The hotel is a fairly newer built hotel so it's still fairly clean. They provide you with a free shuttle bus to and from Universal and they run pretty frequently so we've never had to wait long. You also get free early admission for Universal the days you're staying which is a great perk. Decent size rooms. We booked a two queen size bed room. Had everything you need if only staying for a few days. There's a good size shower, no tub if you are looking for that. There was a mini fridge which I was happy about because I didn't think that came with the room. In tower 2 where we stayed the laundry rooms are on floors 9 and 6, they have detergent and fabric sheets for sale as well. You can use a credit card or quarters for the laundry and there is a machine to convert dollars to quarters in the laundry rooms. There's a game room on floor one, but the fitness room is actually in tower 1. The pool is nice, they even have speakers underwater so you can still hear the music which is pretty cool. I didn't like how there were no hot tubs. On a chilly cloudy night after walking around the parks all day it would have been great to get into one. There's also a nice bar area by the pool you can sit at or bring to your beach chair. In the lounge there's a Starbucks that's had a never ending line. A great cafe area, and a cocktail bar with really comfy seating. I didn't like that when the cleaners came in while we were gone they didn't replace the dirty towels and two of the towels they just folded and hung back up, which I could tell because they were still damp from when we used it in the morning. I later found out that if a towel isn't on the floor they don't replace them they just hang them back in place which I found strange. The towels were also kinda rough for hotel towels which are usually nice and soft. We are some food from the cafe before leaving which was nothing special but I expected that. Edit: my rating is now 3 due to an issue with the laundry room. There was an issue with the washing machine and it seems it didn't finish my load of laundry. It was all soaking wet. There's no sink in the laundry room so I had to ring out everything over the trash can, divide the still very wet clothes into multiple dryers and hope they get dry in one cycle. To their credit they did offer a refund for the money spent on the wash which they did.

The food is average. Slightly overpriced for what’s it worth and not always cooked fresh. The cinnamon roll is absolutely huge though but it’s more a brioche roll than a cinnamon roll.

Surprisingly good food for a cafeteria style setup. We tried the pizza, breakfast quesadilla, and breakfast bowls. As expected, some items lag in quality — the donuts, cakes, and grits to name a few. If you're in a bind and need to grab food on your way in or out, this is a decent option.

Hit or miss. We stayed at Endless Summer Dockside for 6 days, and partook in this restaurant a few times. The selection is great with many options, and they even have vegetarian and gluten free options. The quality is a bit lacking though. The best offering is their breakfast options in my opinion, the rest is really hit or miss. My son had a burger that was undercooked and when we replaced it with chicken strips they were dried out. The restaurant staff are very friendly and they keep the place very clean. There is ample seating available. On our visit we found better quality and selection at nearby restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away.

If the checkout line is long, just do a grab and go because your food plate will be cold before you sit down. This place is almost always understaffed now. I've stayed at Dockside 12 times. This is the only downside to staying there. It used to be GREAT!! Now, they only fill you sides up halfway in the containers for the family meals. The waffles are cold and chewy before you get them. Really downhill in the last couple of years. On a better note: IHOP is walking distance away for breakfast!! Really disappointed in the quality and service at Pier 8. :( My family and I will be eating of property untill things improve.

Good selection of food, with lots of options and Fast Service. Convenient location in the hotel. Way over priced!! Typical of Vacation resorts. My problem is spending $60 bucks for dinner for 3, that is almost warm. Great option for grabbing snacks, but forget a hot dinner.

This is embarrassing slop. It might be okay for hospital food or an office-building cafeteria, but for a hotel resort, it is incredibly disappointing. Its not cheap and the food is at best edible. This hotel needs to rethink its food offerings. You can have much better pizza from a grocery store freezer and the chicken tenders are worse than a fast-food chain. Never staying here again.

J
James H.

Stayed at Dockside for 11 days, so we ate here quite a few times during our stay. In my opinion, the food is mediocre and not worth the price. If you're planning on eating here a lot I suggest looking into the many options around the hotel that are just a short drive away. I get the convenience of the cafeteria style offerings, but you'll grow tired of eating it believe me. The Pier 8 Market is on the lobby level near the Tower 1 breezeway. As mentioned before this is a cafeteria style dining option that offers several different counter to order at depending on what you're wanting. They also have several beverages (wine and beer selections as well), fresh fruit, salad bar, and a section for grab n go sandwiches, chips, and ice cream. Pro tip: they have an option of buying a refillable souvenir cup. Depending on the amount of time you're here will determine the price, but you'll get unlimited refills. The cups are very small and don't fit a lot in them, so you'll be needing to refill them often. But is convenient to have for pool/resort days if you need one and doubles as a take home gift. On to the food: the chicken and waffles was pretty good. Chicken was crispy and juicy - the waffles were alright, nothing special here. The pizza is pretty good. Those two options were probably the best thing I ate at the market during my stay. They filled me up, but it wasn't over the top by any means. The bacon burger was not good. Bacon wasn't even cooked all the way and was flimsy. The Mac n cheese is nasty I recommend skipping if you're getting the chicken, go with the mashed potatoes. Our group didn't have a good experience with breakfast offerings. I had the steak and egg quesadilla and it had clearly been sitting on the warmer for a while. It was eatable, but upset my stomach once I got to the parks. Someone else got the ham and cheese croissant and he said it was rock hard and ended up throwing it away. Grab n go and the pastry/deserts were a great snack to grab! The donuts were alright along with several of their cheesecakes. If you're eating here, ask them to make it fresh; otherwise, you'll likely get something that has sat on a food warmer for an extended period of time. You'll have to wait longer, but it will make for a better dinning experience. You can get it for here to eat in the dinning room or to-go to eat in your room. Avoid peek dinner times to avoid long lines. Again, I suggest looking around the resort and getting a better meal for the same price.

russell maguire

Quality of food is very poor. Had Korean bbq chicken and the chicken pieces were poor quality cuts. Dark and chewy meat. Wouldn’t recommend. Wife had Snapper Tacos which was very bland. If you want something simple suggest you get Uber eats until Universal does better here.

As guest of the Dockside hotel I have decided to have a dinner there Dec 3 at around 8pm). My group mood was spoiled by the African American lady at the check out when she was rolling her eyes at us while we were attempting to cash out. She was wearing a mask and was mumbling something, after couple of times we got that she mean to weight out salads on the scale. While she was telling us this she did not remove her mask for us to understand her better but was rolling her eyes and making faces. This is unacceptable and she made us feel humiliated in front of the line. She could simply be an assistance but instead she chose to be arrogant and even make a mumbling speech about “such” ( not sure what exactly she meant by saying such) customers she encounters on a daily basis. Such service personnel should not be even allowed to speak with guest/ customers. After that encounter, the mood was down and didn’t care much about food already.

E

Food is horrible. We tried bfast burrito, bacon egg and cheese (how you mess this up??? I’ll tell you…, use a hamburger bun and mayo & wrap in foil so ppl don’t notice til their on the shuttle to IOA) disgusting. Tried biscuit and gravy, snapper and pizza. No. Save your self $$$ and grab food at the park or Uber eats something worth wild. But nice gesture to have an option in hotel, just really not good

Nothing screams resort dining like bussing your own table after spending more than $20 per person for fast grab fast food that has been under a heat lamp. You would be better off getting in your car and driving off property. Universal loves making you feel like a pleb.

B
Bryce Thumser

Food was cold, and NOT fresh. Small portions for a HUGE price. Pizza was under cooked. Cheeseburgers were small and flat. Fries were old, cold and hard. Food was mediocre at best. Order out if you stay at Dockside!

K
Katharine Ambrosetti

Cold, overcooked chicken “tenders” and french fries that taste like cardboard, slow service and rude cashiers. Thumbs down

A
Amanda Downs

The pizza was not good-at all. Dominos or pizza hut would have been way better. The dining area was super cold. Really the only good thing was the checkout service. The girl who checked us out was very nice.

M
Marie Diehl

Waited 20 minutes when he said that it was still on the grill and could be 10 to 15 minutes more for a grilled cheese sandwich! We left. 3 potential customers (2 left when we did) and more than 10 employees standing around. I understand that it's new and the kinks need to be worked out but this is ridiculous. Oh and it's expensive to boot.

V
Victoria likos

The food was awful and the price was even worse. I got a side of coleslaw that was poorly made and expired. They gave me a hard time when I tried to get something else instead. Don't eat here you'd be better off walking to a nearby restaurant.

D
Dan Dombrowski

Incredibly slow. I saw 9 people working there and 0 people cooking. Apparently these people believe food is generated by pushing empty carts around, because that's all anyone was doing.

D
Devin Nichols

Staying at the hotel and was waiting on my room I decided to eat and had the chicken alfredo at 4pm by 8 pm I was sick also it didn't taste that great either. If I could I would give 0 stars

R
Rebecca Simpson

Way too expensive for mediocre food. Don't even think about coming here if you have any food allergies. They don't care to even try to find something you can eat. Horrible experience.

B
Brian Kirpan

Just don't bother waste of money. The food is bland, cold, and poorly executed. It's worth the uber ride to go elsewhere.

S
Staci Bowyer

Absolutely the worst food I've ate in orlando, they keep all the food in a holding cabinet for hours and then serve it to people, I don't know how they haven't made people sick from this, I'm staying here 5 days and feel I may starve.

C
Craig Zych

Burnt coffee and over priced breakfast burrito with under cooked eggs

Dockside hotel is the Worst hotel in universal resorts. Definitely can be compared with the All-Star Sports Resort in Disney. My room looked like it had been rummage through while we were away. Nothing of importance seemed to be taken. However no new towels, no fresh beds made. Also trash was still piled high. Checking out early after the most ridiculous and rudest encounter with their security guy, basically harassed me all through the hotel and with the worse and strongest accent. All because I wanted to sit outside due to the inside the building was extremely cold, and it's 6am so i wanted to watch the sun come out and feel some fresh warmth. I explain to management about these problems and Alexis says I'm sorry but there is nothing we can do. Someone who is in customer service especially hotel service should always have a solution. So I was forced to find my own solution which is sitting on the hard concrete floor outside. Her solution was to send me away. I guess I was being too annoying to early in the morning for these people. Supposed to check out Sunday but I can't handle anymore. Definitely checking out ASAP!

C
Chris Walton

Absolutely Unedible Food!!!! My chicken was three types of colors, and tasted horrible. The pizza cheese was barely melted and cold. It was overpriced and disgusting. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog!!! Do NOT eat at your own risk. If you thirsty don't count on refills quickly, you have to wait every 10 min and it only lasts for an hour. DRINK UP!!!!

M
Marian Russell

The worst experience ever!! They lock us out of our room and we had to wait 3hrs to get a new card after being out all day in the heat and walking. I will not recommend this hotel

A
Andrew Gehrke

Says they are open till 11 but concert nights you should eat elsewhere everything is put away by 10pm. Workers refuse to cook gluten free despite advertising availability. And don't ask to talk with a manager to complain they will head in back and simply tell you the manager doesn't want to come out.

A
Alex Kaczmarek

Food is average at best. Service isn’t great either. Burgers are awful. Worst burger I have ever had. The desserts are great options. Great place for a quick snack but nothing else.

A
Agnetha Garcia

Ordered a kids burger and chicken tenders at 5 pm on a Saturday.....and I can't eat it. If I'm starving...I will just go to Starbucks.... Maybe it's better at other times...but I just wasted $30....on food I can't eat.

G
Grace Waag

Please don’t eat here if it’s the first day of your trip. We made the mistake of doing so before we went into the park and not even 45 minutes later we both are extremely sick with food poisoning and back at the room. Avoid the burgers and the chicken if you want something quick that isn’t going to make you sick. Not to mention we had to wait 15 minutes for the burger to be made when multiple people came after us and got their food, including burgers, immediately.

L
Luis Fuertes

i ordered 2 pizzas and they both tastes horrible. they were rubbery, sitting under a hot lamp, and had to pay 30$. over priced for a pizza that can bought at a grocery store cheaper and better. feel like they should have better quality for a very popular theme park resort

J
Jack Reed

The food is the worst I have had, even from when inside a theme park. I ordered a hamburger, fries and coke. $20.24. It was old and horrible. The fries they changed for fruit (the guy providing couldn’t be nicer). But the food is disgusting. It makes McDonalds worth of a Michelin star.

s
simon brooke

Chaotic and prolonged wait for food. Often told to wait 5 mins for food and the staff member walks away and your food is given to someone else Especially if you aren't American. This outlet is not fit to have the Universal name. Food not too bad especially if weather bad. Don't visit at weekends.

R
Raccoonlover

food: was disgusting and cold, truly couldn’t eat it service: cashiers were nice, people in the kitchen were just talking and only one person was getting the orders while yelling and running everywhere the atmosphere was chaotic

G
G H

The worst foof I ever had. I had the cheddar Burger which had no sauce, was dry and the fries terrible1. Avoid this place to eat.

H
HeavyHauler

Bland food, poor service. We placed order from our room, went down to pick up from cafeteria. We paid over $50 for two small pizzas, garlic knots, cut mixed fruit, side salad, and one piece of cheesecake. It was early for dinner, no traffic in cafeteria, servers leaning and chatting. Took two tries to get entire order (salad, fruit, and cheesecake all missing). Got up to room and found old, rock hard breadsticks instead of garlic knots. Pizza had no spices and minimal sauce, very mediocre. Salad and cheesecake were tiny. This was our first and last time ordering from Pier 8 Market.

  • Universal Orlando Resort: Que incluye Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure (hogar de The Wizarding World of Harry Potter), y el parque acuático Volcano Bay.
