Expedition Cafe offers American cuisine inside SeaWorld. Some customers praise the teriyaki chicken, pizza, and Icee machines, especially with the all-day dining pass. However, many complain about high prices, mediocre food quality, and long lines.
Tip: Consider the all-day dining pass for better value. Be prepared for long lines and potentially high prices.

This'll be a good idea to go to the bank you can get a good picture and you have you seen this year I have been working in the morning but if you want you are doing well in different ways to make a payment on the last email I sent you a good night and I love the idea of a good picture and send it to you when we get chocolate and a half hours to get to the airport at
Nice setup and a great place to cool off. Everything was nice and clean, with a roaming gentleman that was keeping things tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered from the pizza place. Flatbread pizza was really tasty. Good sauce and plenty of cheese. Also got a side of bread sticks and they were fantastic, brushed with garlic butter and served with marinara, they were fresh and delicious. My husband ordered from the Chinese stall. The orange chicken was awesome. I don't remember what his other protein was but he didn't care for it. The sauce on the Lo Mein was tasteless. Also got an order of fried dumplings and they were perfect. I know I said two of our items weren't good but for quick food at a theme park I really can't complain.
The food was good, amount was good and delicious. We had the dining plan and is worth it. At the moment of our visit they were making the pepper steak what makes you feel the food is freshly made. The customer service was great and the seating area was very clean.

Had the Asian option here (twice) from the all-day dining. Lines were not too long despite being a busy day (New Year's Eve). Seating was a little challenging. Service was good. The egg rolls were excellent, and the rice/orange chicken tasty. One kid had the chicken tenders. Those seemed solid enough. Other kids had pizza and said it was good. Overall, surprised at the quality.

Good food. Best if you do the all-day-dinning. You get to eat every 90 minutes and save more money that way. Most items on the menu sold separately. Unless of course you purchase the combos, which are still expensive. Food is not all that, but savory and fresh I will say.
If you have an all day dining plan you can redeem it at the Expedition Cafe. Not my favorite spot to eat at SeaWorld but the food isn't bad either, just your typical theme park food. The service was great and the older gentleman guiding everyone was kind and courteous, that's why I am giving a 4 stars
Meal plan is ok, the funny thing is that they force you to pay first to get drinks. But people still filling their empty bottles with icee cuz thats the only machine that has no scanner. Lol

I went to this place today and find a big long hair on my plate. I don’t have hair at all on my head so it was really weird. The food does not taste good , at least on the Asian part. Fried rice tasted like plastic, and orange chicken wasn’t made today. So I went to the Italian part and had a delicious pizza. So that’s why I am giving 3 stars instead of 1.
For a theme park cafeteria, food is fine. Nothing amazing, nothing bad. As a person with a gluten issue, there was nothing available except carrot sticks and prepackaged dressing. Even though their menu has a gluten free pizza option, when I asked they said they didn't know what I was talking about. This is why I always bring backup snacks.
Food was your typical taste and price for an amusement park (mostly bland) except for the pineapple upside down cake which was good. Service workers don't know what was included on the kids menu and their English was very broken.
The food was relatively bland. Grandson got the beef and broccoli. I got the teriyaki chicken. Neither dish had any real Asian flavor, and both were at best luke warm. We ate before the true lunch rush, but this is no excuse for luke warm food. The best part of the meal was the cookie. Even being on the all day dinning plan does not make it worth your time.
Long lines and food is below average. Yeah, I know is a park food. But no tray, cop lids or paper straw. We want to safe earth, but you can get a plastic one for $$ as a souvenir for you plastic bottle. Chicken was easily from yesterday. Yeah, it’s only 17.99. But I rather have one decent piece of chicken with two fries and not stone fried chicken. Soft drinks are $5.49. When outside there are tables with fans and also AC or climate controlled.I can literally walk to my house and eat and comeback, but brought 11 people with me this time. Enjoy people.

This Wasn't Good At All The Kids Would Not Like This If Disney and SeaWorld Came Together I Believe Something Spectacular Can Be Done Because Disney Offers The Four Food Groups For The Kids Get Ideas From Both Sides Also I Sat Outside In a Pavillion With About 3 Other Families It Seems As The Installation Is Falling All Apart the Fans & Walls Have Mold & Mildew the Birds Are Flying All Over The Place We All Breathing This Stuff In Again "Another Law Suit Just Waiting To Happen Let's Be Mindful Paying Attention To Theses Things It's Important Already Dealing With Covid 😊
$22 for a single plate of food is egregious even for a theme park that’s about $6-$7 over especially considering the food was cold. Would’ve bought 2 plates had the price been even remotely reasonable. Overpriced for an underwhelming dining experience.
Very nice venue but the food is not great. It cost over $70 (with a discount)to feed a family of four. After enjoying comparable and less expensive meals for our family at other theme parks in the Orlando area, we felt the food was both overpriced and of lower quality... fast food is much better and a fraction of the cost. We last visited during the food and wine festival. That food was very good!
Veggie stir fry for $15… check out the serving size. WOW, that’s pretty bad even for a theme park. The wrap was good and the chicken strips were meaty with a good amount of breading. Better pizza at Cedar Point for sure but this is fair. More like a flatbread.
Genuinely a scam! Amusement park food is know for being highly overpriced but is it also known for not being good? Got 2 Asian bowls, one with orange chicken and the other teriyaki chicken, both with fried rice. We also got 1 fountain drink to share. Costed a whole $50 which is insane. The food wasn’t very good either, had a plastic aftertaste. The cups come with a green QR code sticker that you have to scan before you can fill up the cup. The whole checkout process is confusing as well. Overall definitely would not recommend
This was typical amusement park food. Okay, and overpriced. The Tender Tower is a large portion size. I had to request the chicken Caesar salad be made as it was not siting out with the rest of the food. Overall, the food was better than we anticipated. My husband is a dessert lover so he got a dessert instead of the side. Even though he loves desserts he didn't finish the cheesecake. It was lacking in flavor and was a bit dry. We were glad to have gotten the food package because otherwise the food would have been outrageously expensive.
We had the eat all day for 2 adults and two kids. I was excited about the reviews saying our was good. Walked all the way from the Orca Stadium for this place. The orange chicken was cold but had flavor. The stir-fry vegetables looked too disgusting, over cooked smooshy. So I only got the fried rice. Well it was not cooked right. Hard, DRY, not flavorful and old cause the peas looked like they were nearly raisens. The teriyaki looked curdled but tasted okish but my husband thought they were nasty. I asked him to speak to the manager. She said the food looked fine to her so she offered us pizza. Which the pizza we got for the kids was old too so he waited for a fresh one.
It’s SeaWorld food so you already know it’s not going to blow your mind. TikTok recommended the Chicken Tender Tornado (tenders and fries topped with bacon, cheese, and chives)… it was okay. We had the unlimited dining plan but I’d be pretty upset paying $20 for that. We got there shortly after they opened and the mozzarella sticks and fries were already pretty old n’ cold. Also the lady behind the counter seemed bothered by our existence but that’s par for the course.

I got the meatball sub for $18. It was good but come on. 3 averaged size meatballs on a toasted hotdog bun is nowhere worth $18.

Seaworld food is the worst and ridiculously expensive. Even by theme park standards. $7.30 for a small bottle of water crazy won't be back.

Terrible food, pretty much like every restaurant at Seaworld, considering you can’t take any food in you would hope the food wouldn’t be a complete rip off and would actually be edible. Worst …
Portion size is hilarious. For pizza Chinese and fried food. Higher price is expected, but atleast provide the portion people can eat.
$20 for a basket of the driest unseasoned basket of tenders I've had in my entire life. Seriously, it's insulting to pay this much for absolute garbage. The fries have sugar on them too, really bizarre. Do not waste your money here
Super expensive and very mean with the volume of food!
Long lines, the staffs VERY SLOW! Below average food but extremely expensive! Not worth it at all! The asian noodles are way undercooked! Orange Chicken taste awful!
They do have air conditioned seating but the food was positively abysmal. The chicken strips were like eating leather. And I don't think I've ever eaten anything quite so terrible. Everybody in our party of five was very hungry when we got there, but none of us really finished our food. 75 bucks for a bunch of trash. Food was very disappointing
The service was awful, beverage machine not working. Clients must pay outside and return inside for filling the beverage, causing a very messy process. After all, food was cold.
I would not suggest getting the Asian food at this place. We got the orange chicken and fried rice and it was terrible! The rice was hard and had a strange flavor. The orange chicken was so strong in flavor we ate 3 pieces and couldn’t finish it. If we didn’t have the all day dining I would have been very upset
Pretty terrible. Large portions but it’s not good and way overpriced as to be expected. There’s a chain restaurant in the park, should have gone to that
My kids said it was the worst food they had ever eaten. In a scenic area, I can accept high-priced food, but I can't accept high prices and bad taste! ! ! ! Sincerely advise, don't choose this place.
One of the worst all day dining options at seaworld orlando. For as big as this space is, it is managed very poorly. Queues to get into the cafeteria style stations are inefficient and needlessly long. Food choices aren't that great. The chinese station rice tastes way worse than its busch gardens tampa cousin. Lines to pay are even longer and not adequately staffed. Nowhere near enough seating available for the amount of customers serviced.
Congratulations! You’ve officially won the award for the most “genius” fountain drink system I’ve ever seen in my entire life. Truly groundbreaking stuff: hand the customer an empty cardboard cup, force them to scan a barcode just to get a single drop of soda, and then, because that wasn’t annoying enough, time exactly how long they dare hold the button. Wow. Forget Michelin stars; someone call the Nobel Prize committee in Economics. This level of penny-pinching brilliance deserves global recognition! The food? Oh, it’s a modern art masterpiece: zero flavor, portions apparently designed for hummingbirds, and prices that make you wonder if we accidentally wandered into an airport VIP lounge. But hey, at least the drink ordeal adds that special “am I being scammed?” entertainment value. In summary: perfect spot if you enjoy paying premium for misery. If I ever come back, it’ll only be to use this place as a case study in “How to Ruin a Business 101.” Bravo. Being this bad actually takes talent. 👏😂
The worst quick service experience I’ve had in a long time. This place was not built for crowds or families. The line backs up out the door because the queue system is poorly designed. After the initial line there’s more lines inside for what food you want. Being a place that serves chicken tenders and pizza it would of course attract families to come and dine here however they only had one person serving the most popular item. Our whole experience took 45 minutes and it was beyond frustrating. This place is understaffed and poorly designed. Nothing was being restocked, there were no cups, no ice, no plate ware available. Please if you’re a family needing food avoid this place.
Paid $50 for a child’s portion of food and it’s not good at all. Looks bigger in the picture than it actually is. The plates are as big as my palm. $7 for a drink without refills. Scam
Reasonable price with semi confused system. Staffs seem ok. They will provide you your cup for beverages after you paid. There’s a long line at the 2 beverage stations. Teriyaki chicken and orange chicken are dried and overly sweet. The rice are very hard. The worst dried overly sweet chocolate cake we ever had. Not worth a try.
Ordered a Chicken Caesar salad and the chicken was a precooked chicken right out of the fridge and it looked raw. Disgusting! I even asked about warming it but they wouldn’t. Expensive and a waste of money for sure.
Context: I understand theme park food is over priced and basic. Problem: The restaurant serving area is freezing because of the air con which is fine but you pick your food then you are served it then you have to join another queue and wait to pay. Meanwhile there is a massive fan above the tills pointing at you and consequently the food and the wait time on the day I went was like 10 minutes just to pay for the food we had been served but you have to checkout before you can be seated (good luck on a busy day finding a table especially if you want one outside). This wasn’t because the server was slow but because they were understaffed and the till kept freezing. Also the chicken and chips was $15.99 not including tax! Thats more then Disney and in Disney you get like 5 pieces in my meal I got 2!!!
Had the gluten free pizza and some rice with the orange. Both were really really bad, pizza was raw and the rice was completely cold and overcooked. Oranges were acceptable, regular pizzas were acceptable too. And for the price, that’s really bad. Probably gonna bring some food from home next time.

Just skip this one. We got the Asian dishes and they were horrible. Spent almost $50 in total and a complete waste.
This place is terrible. I am not sure how you screw up chicken tenders and fries but by god they did it and at theme park prices. It's in the Antarctica part of the park and seems cool but AVOID
Absolutely awful. $50 dollars for a basket of chicken tender with fries, and a side of Mac n cheese, and two non refillable fountain sodas. The quality of the food was AWFUL. Hard and cold chicken tenders, cold fries, and flat soda. A true shame. Our day at Seaworld was awesome. Aside from this restaurant. Please just skip this one for real.
