I decided to eat my breakfast 🥞 of champions inside this morning, so I ordered at the kiosk and paid at the counter, it was quiet I was the only customer inside. As I WAITED for a clean seat, this gentleman got busy cleaning the lobby. Did a good and fast job too. Food was hot and fresh also.

For sure go through the drive-thru unless you're not pressed for time. The staff in the morning is always solid and they've always hooked it up with breakfast even if the hour for it just ended.

I took my grandchild to this McDonald's but was somewhat disappointed. First of all they got his order wrong. It was somewhat busy but service was horrible. There was one African-American lady who was very kind and I wish I could remember her name but she was excellent! The bathrooms were very smelly. And McDonald's what is going on with the prices? I guess you can't get a dollar hamburger anymore. The interior design of the McDonald's was actually very well done and had a contemporary modern look. However there were no Outlets where I could charge my telephone. Maybe that's something that McDonald's could add to their design overall.

I went here on two occasions. The first visit was okay the workers were very responsive and friendly, and the food was good. On the second day while in the drive thru the first employee was nice as usual, but the second employee just handed the food to me and walked away when I asked for strawberry jam she just kept walking. I had to park my car and go inside, the workers were very friendly and helpful and apologized for the other employees behavior. Other than that the food was good.

Food was good, it is McDonalds and what I wanted. The location has been dirty both times I have come here after a trip to Bass Pro however, so I may not be back. Both times, I was here over half an hour and never saw an employee clean a single table - do better for your customers.

We had asked MULTIPLE times for her to repeat the order to make sure it was correct and she didn’t. It made what should’ve been a quick and easy trip 10 times harder and longer than necessary. The worker slammed my food on the table and was very rude. He also forgot the drinks. Then another worker walked by and I tried asking for our drinks and she looked and me and ignored me

I’ll start with the good. The hasbrowns and fries are always fresh. However, 9 times out of 10 they’ll mess up your order. I’ve received the wrong size drinks, missing food, messed up orders. I rarely eat McDonald’s, but I know when I come here my order is most likely getting messed up. I’m not sure if it’s a language barrier or what, but menu & system reading and comprehension should be a basic necessity to work here.

This has to be the worst McDonald's in this area. I mobile ordered, got there a little over 5 min after I placed the order, and it still wasn't ready, so when i got to the window they told me to pull into a spot. Not to mention when I pull into the drive thru, I get greeting with a "go head". I was like I'm sorry, and they again just repeated "go head". I was like wow ok. This McDonald's use to be ok with the service but I don't know what happened. In total I waited 15 min just to get my food. Crazy for being fast food!

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. We ordered through the drive-thru and waited for more than 30 minutes. I decided to go inside and was told our order wasn't there. They should shut down this McDonald's. The manager couldn't manage the McDonald's at all; a lot of arguing and people were leaving and entering the kitchen. People have the right to work, but a manager who can't manage a restaurant shouldn't be working.

This is the WORST McDonald's that I have ever been to. They were not listening to my McDonald's and getting everyone's order wrong including mine and told us to park and did not give us our receipt and had a horrible attitude and just looked unclean.

This McDonald’s location used to be excellent, but something has changed this year—especially this month—and it is disappointing to see. Every visit, no matter how small my order is, I get parked. Even for one single combo, they park me to save their timer. This is not good customer service. When the food is finally brought out, it is often the wrong order. They take it back inside, wait another five minutes, and still come back with the wrong order again. There are no apologies, no acknowledgment, no sense of urgency to make things right. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I know exactly what is happening: this team is more focused on their timer and looking good on the leaderboard than serving customers with care. I shouldn’t have to leave 30 minutes earlier for work just to account for a drive-thru delay at McDonald’s. Fast food is supposed to be quick and convenient. This location has turned what should be a five-minute stop into a 15-minute wait every single time. There doesn’t seem to be a manager present, even in the middle of the day, which is a major concern. Leadership is clearly needed here to bring this store back to the standard McDonald’s is known for. I am leaving this review not out of anger, but out of care. This location has potential to be great again if someone steps in and holds the team accountable. I truly hope someone from corporate reads this, visits this location, and brings order back to this store. People’s time is valuable. This is not just about food—it’s about respect and integrity. “For God is not a God of disorder but of peace.” – 1 Corinthians 14:33 For anyone in a hurry, I recommend going to the John Young Parkway location. They are faster, more efficient, and serve customers the way McDonald’s should.

Terrible service. Large amount of vehicles waiting at 3am to receive food. Took 10 minutes to get 4 meals and they got our order wrong. The line was wrapped around the building and they refused to speak to us at the door to correct our order.

The staffs for drive through, the first window is making fun of the customer. When I heard them taking something related to the customer and laughing loudly , and then they shut the window. Please check the recording camera and see what they said. I sincerely hope the restaurant manager can train your staff more professionally.

Very disappointed with this McDonald’s location. My order was missing two McChickens, and I also paid extra for a McFlurry with additional Oreo and extra chocolate, but they didn’t add anything at all. If I’m paying for something, I expect to receive exactly what I ordered. Extremely poor service and very careless with the order.

Don’t understand why window employees to be so rude. Young and so rude. All orders had to wait more than 8 cars waiting. And the soda not filled to the top, fries not done and no salt. Rudeness is on the employees, waiting is on the manager. Quality is on everyone

Pulled to the window to pay and got ignored for 10 minutes as 2 people walked back and forth and look at me. At least open the window and say something. I walk in and get ignored. Pathetic. I just left and went elsewhere

The food is always good but the drive thru never works. They will make you park and wait at least 15-20 minutes outside on your car. There’s always cars waiting and the workers don’t care about moving fast. What’s the point of “fast food” or having a drive thru if you have to sit and wait for more than 15-20 minutes for food? The employee are used to it and sometimes even give the wrong order to customers, the customer open the items then return it, which they grab the same bag and still give it to the correct customer. Health protocols out the window.

Oh the attitude. Asked for milk for a tea (we are English) and you would have thought I had asked for a free kidney transplant. I had no issue paying for the milk but a sassy attitude laden procedure had to be followed, eye role ✔️, no eye contact ✔️ no please ✔️ no thank you ✔️. Well in the words of my people stuff you and your lacklustre service. You have just beaten the Westerhope, Newcastle England as the worlds worst Maccie D’s well done.

MAKE SURE YOU QUALITY CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. Ordered 6pc meal large with a medium sweet tea at kiosk. I love the upcharge on the tea if you get a large drink. Not like i ordered a large meal so why is there an upcharge. Didn't get a receipt which isn't all that surprising at McDonald's. The sweet tea was unsweetened. I drove back to my hotel room just to find only a large order fries in my bag. They were undercooked.

I had just spent 10 hours at universal. My friend and I were tired and hungry. Rather than spending $50 @ citywalk we went to McDonald's. We sat in the drive thru ordered our food got to the pay window where no one was there to take our money. Wasn't till we pulled forward that we saw the employee standing there texting. We get to the next window and we're asked what we ordered and before we can respond she rudely tells us we had to pay at the first window. We tell her POLITELY MIND YOU no one was there to take our payment. I try to tell her what we ordered again and she tells us in the rudest manner possible to go back around through the drive thru AGAIN! My friend and I asked if she was joking and I said we ordered ad told her their orders would be offend she ignored us! We left and got burger king instead. 10/10 DO NOT recommend! Especially if you're tired and hungry after a full sunday at the theme

Slowest McDonald’s in the world. You’d get your food faster walking down the street to the worlds largest McDonald’s. I intentionally asked if my food could be brought out quicker, due to the outrageous amount of cars parked (TEN!!) . The cashier proceeded to berate me, and tell me “you just watch”. Proceeds to serve EVERY other car, and leave us waiting for 30 minutes while looking at us and making faces through the drive through window. Worst service ever received and every employee deserves to be fired, including the unhelpful manager with a stupid burger tie on.

Reason this location has so low ratings. Worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s. How can they justify the prices. Took 20+ minutes to get our food. We watched others order after us, get their food and leave. Finally got our food, server just dropped the tray and walked off. Fries were half full. Burgers are super thin even for McDonald’s standards. I’ve been avoiding McDonald’s since the pandemic and this just confirms how bad it’s gotten. Also the soda machines barely worked, the napkins were jammed in the dispenser and the straw dispenser was broke. They spent all their money on the crappy rebuild instead of the food or service. At least Five Guys has good food for the prices.

The truth is that most of the staff are not providing good service. The ice machine had no ice, so I asked one of the employees to serve me some ice and notified them about this, but they didn't do anything even though they heard me. The maintenance employee who was on duty at 8:01 p.m. was the one who provided excellent service and was able to help us.

EDIT: it has been 23 minutes now *28 minutes I think I might have found, Orlando's Slowest Mcdonalts I've ever experienced. As I write this review I am parked on the Drive thru yellow line as instructed by the drive thru staff. It has been 15 minutes so far and still nothing. And the cars in the drive thru parking lot just keep piling up. What's the point of having a drive thru then? Just go to another one, chances are you'll take a century to have your food here

It’s chaotic, disorganized, and frankly unacceptable. Orders are constantly backed up, and the staff seems confused about where anything goes. There’s no system, no urgency, and absolutely no accountability. I witnessed multiple customers demanding refunds, visibly upset after waiting far too long. The volume of complaints alone should be a wake-up call to whoever’s running this place. To make matters worse, the customer service is shockingly rude. Say “thank you” and you’ll be met with silence—or worse, someone walking away mid-sentence. No “you’re welcome,” no “have a great day,” just a cold shoulder and a lot of attitude. The attitude!!! We order, go to the first window, the girl there (on her cell phone ducking down trying not to be seen) waves us onto the next window. We did as instructed and that girl at the front window told us to pay at the first windows. We explained what happened, no apology, no acknowledgement just rolled her rolls her eyes and tells us to go back around and get back in line all with an annoyed tone directly at us and staring like it was our fault for following directions. When asked if we could pay at that windows, she said no and to go around again. We just drove off to the Burger King down the street. BK was leaps and bounds better. NEVER eat here, service is horrible.

Not only was the service horrendous, we couldn't use a code, we couldn't get our food when it came to the window because they "only take cash". If their PO system was down and that was why? It wasn't communicated at any point. I don't think I've ever had an experience so jarring at a McDonald's before. This set a new low for the bar as far as McDonald's goes.

Also the soda machines barely worked, the napkins were jammed in the dispenser and the straw dispenser was broke. They spent all their money on the crappy rebuild instead of the food or service. At least Five Guys has good food for the prices.

EDIT: it has been 23 minutes now *28 minutes I think I might have found, Orlando's Slowest Mcdonalts I've ever experienced. As I write this review I am parked on the Drive thru yellow line as instructed by the drive thru staff. It has been 15 minutes so far and still nothing. And the cars in the drive thru parking lot just keep piling up. What's the point of having a drive thru then? Just go to another one, chances are you'll take a century to have your food here

The truth is that most of the staff are not providing good service. The ice machine had no ice, so I asked one of the employees to serve me some ice and notified them about this, but they didn't do anything even though they heard me. The maintenance employee who was on duty at 8:01 p.m. was the one who provided excellent service and was able to help us.

The volume of complaints alone should be a wake-up call to whoever’s running this place. To make matters worse, the customer service is shockingly rude. Say “thank you” and you’ll be met with silence—or worse, someone walking away mid-sentence. No “you’re welcome,” no “have a great day,” just a cold shoulder and a lot of attitude. This location desperately needs retraining, new management, or both. Something is clearly broken, and if it’s not addressed soon, it’s only going to get worse. This McDonald’s location used to be excellent, but something has changed this year—especially this month—and it is disappointing to see. Every visit, no matter how small my order is, I get parked. Even for one single combo, they park me to save their timer. This is not good customer service. When the food is finally brought out, it is often the wrong order. They take it back inside, wait another five minutes, and still come back with the wrong order again. There are no apologies, no acknowledgment, no sense of urgency to make things right. I’ve worked in fast food before, so I know exactly what is happening: this team is more focused on their timer and looking good on the leaderboard than serving customers with care. I shouldn’t have to leave 30 minutes earlier for work just to account for a drive-thru delay at McDonald’s. Fast food is supposed to be quick and convenient. This location has turned what should be a five-minute stop into a 15-minute wait every single time. There doesn’t seem to be a manager present, even in the middle of the day, which is a major concern. Leadership is clearly needed here to bring this store back to the standard McDonald’s is known for. I am leaving this review not out of anger, but out of care. This location has potential to be great again if someone steps in and holds the team accountable. I truly hope someone from corporate reads this, visits this location, and brings order back to this store. People’s time is valuable. Not only was the service horrendous, we couldn't use a code, we couldn't get our food when it came to the window because they "only take cash". If their PO system was down and that was why? It wasn't communicated at any point. I don't think I've ever had an experience so jarring at a McDonald's before. This set a new low for the bar as far as McDonald's goes.
