First time coming here and it was a 10/10 for me. The service was great shoutout to Christian. The food was delicious!! I had the best Bbq Brisket I’ve ever eaten !! For sure I’m coming back🙏🏻🔥

The estate Burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had! I highly recommend it. The cheese curds were delicious and the drinks were well done. The bathrooms were unique and on par with the theme. The communal service was good and 20% gratuity was included. I despite the parking lot, but the establishment was fantastic.

Wow! Amazing Chicken Cob Salad! Our server Javi was spot on! Great meal here again! Thank you Ford’s Garage and Javi and the team! We will be back next time we are visiting from the UK.

Javi was extremely attentive and his team’s service second to none. The burgers were delicious, and refills were brought to the table before we could even ask. Pulled pork Mac and cheese for the win!

The staff are the best we have ever met. The food was served fresh and hot and was good quality. They remembered us from a previous visit. To all the Brits out there visiting Orlando, make this a need to go place. Javi, Jorge and their teams make this a special place. The restaurant itself is themed excellently and we are forever finding new things

We enjoyed the atmosphere, food, drink, and especially the service! Kaitlyn was awesome to us. Made awesome spot on signature cocktails with Love as she said. Also, took care of everything so great. Our food was very good and perfect. I highly recommend visiting here. If Kaitlyn is behind the bar, sit there and enjoy conversation along with great service!!

First time visit and very glad we did. Jumped at the Half price happy hour for drinks and appetizers. Atmosphere had great vibes all around. Staff was above and beyond. Thank you Cherlin for being attentive. A must visit again and have meals off their menu. Great variety to choose from.

My overall experience was great but I came here to give a good review about Haley. She was friendly and attentive to our needs while refraining from being intrusive on our business meeting. She did a fantastic job! The food was SOOO amazing and the overall atmosphere felt comfortable, yet fun! I love the gas pump faucets in the bathroom

We had an amazing time at Ford’s Garage! The wings and nachos were both incredible fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Everything came out hot and exactly how we ordered it. Our waiter, Javi, was outstanding. He was extremely nice, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the entire meal. His service truly made the experience even better. This has honestly been our best restaurant experience so far, and we will definitely be coming back to this location. Highly recommend!

Javi was awesome, very polite and attentive. As we were here during our 25th wedding anniversary celebration Javi took special effort to make it even more special for us. The food was great and we appreciate being told ahead of time about the different tipping policy. As a racing family the atmosphere was amazing. We will definitely be back and will recommend to friends. Thank you all for providing a place where good customer service is still a priority.

Javi is very personable, friendly and entertaining. His menu knowledge was spot on. He's very entering to have as a server as well. I highly recommended asking for him. The high-octane burger did not disappoint. If you like your food with a little kick to it. This is perfect. I'm definitely going to be coming back.

This was the perfect stop for a casual work lunch. Great food and 10/10 service. Our group appreciated the diverse menu offering of healthy salads/protein bowls in addition to all the juicy burgers. I placed a to go order with Lorie, who was working at the host stand. She was very nice and very helpful! The manager, John, was up front and he was incredibly accommodating and so kind - he left a great impression on this location, one that I will remember and share with others. We sat at the bar on a Friday and Our server was Kaitlyn. she was absolutely amazing. Very personable, very accommodating and she is a lot of fun. Highly recommend requesting her! Not Hard to believe we stayed for HOURS longer than we intended having such a great time with our group because Kaitlyn was so enjoyable. Go to fords garage and sit with Kaitlyn! You will not regret it. Food was 10/10. Service was even better!

Miguel was awesome! We came for the first time and had the Model A and the BBQ brisket burger with tots. Both were phenomenal. They have a 20% gratuity charge for all tables(regardless of size) though. It didn’t bother use since the service was great.

Tamika was an excellent waitress! Very attentive and a joy to interact with. The tuna bowl was very delicious and super fresh. We also got the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese which was so good and not fried chicken. The dirty soda with coke or root beer is also a great choice! Too delicious didn't get a chance to get a photo

We had a good time there. Started off a little slow but quickly got back on track. Food was really good. Salads, burgers, fries, drinks, and broccoli were great! Jayda was busy but attentive and friendly as was everyone! They work as a team and each person was super friendly and helpful!

Cool old cars suspended from the ceiling and the best burgers we have eaten in a long time! We had the Bison burger and Black-n-Blue burger both with Fords fries. Both were excellent but the Bison burger was my favourite. The beers were good too. Great restaurant

My boyfriend and I came to the Orlando outlets for some shopping, but we were starving, so we stopped by the food court and discovered this wonderful restaurant. I say wonderful because from the moment you walk in, you can feel the fantastic atmosphere. The menu is very diverse, the prices are super affordable, and the service is fast and genuinely attentive. Our server, Tamara, took amazing care of us from start to finish, she made sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. They include a 20% tip in every check since their service model focuses on keeping the staff 100% attentive to guests, and it really shows. I absolutely loved the service, the food, and the atmosphere. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

We serve at the Daytona Beach location, and love going to the other fords when we can. Another great experience. 🤙

Lol The service at the bar was great, the food starting with the Onion Ring Tower was so freshly made, light and crispy just like their tots and fries! Burgers were just nuts! So juicy and perfectly cooked! What a great place to have my kid’s first legal drink at a clean awesome fun place!

Amazing atmosphere and good service. Food was typical for a chain and pricing was similar to other spots in this vacation area. Don’t miss checking out the restroom. The theme is fun and there are interesting things on the walls. The portions are big, so shop and come hungry!

Javi was great! Very personable. The batter was a little thick on the fish but portion was good. Not pleased with the 20% service fee automatically added to each check. That would be a factor if I choose to return

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped into Ford’s Garage and had a solid experience overall. The food was good and came out tasting fresh and well prepared, definitely no complaints there. The atmosphere was also a win, fun, relaxed, and on brand with the garage theme. Our food did take a little longer than expected to come out, but the staff handled it well. They were polite, attentive, and communicated kindly, which goes a long way. Overall, a good spot with solid food and a great vibe. With slightly quicker service, this would easily be a five star experience. We’d come back.

I was not sure what to expect here. Turns out it is a good burger “joint”. They have other food like chicken and steak, but burgers are the star of the menu. I had the American standard and it was a great burger. My wife had the Estate burger and she said it was spectacular. The atmosphere is great. The staff is dressed like mechanics in a garage and the decorations are all Ford based. The only down side is the 20% service fee. I am a good tipper, for good service. Our service was really good and our waiter was attentive. However, I had to go to another table to get my own flatware and napkin and when I asked for napkins, the server brought us a small stack of cocktail napkins. I do not like being forced to tip no matter how good or bad the service is. I almost left due to this charge, but my wife was hangry, so we went in and had a good burger. Probably won’t be back. The forces gratuity is a big red flag for me. Too bad, I usually tip between 25 and 30 percent, but not when I’m forced to pay a service fee.

Our waitress even had to get some of our refills herself after she requested them to be filled and so much time had passed we still had no drinks. The food was mediocre for the prices. We understand the location weighs on prices and such. But this was all just ridiculous. There are so many places to eat in the area. I suggest trying somewhere else. This would only MAYBE be a ok pick if you happen to already be parked and in the shopping plaza. Still questionable with the mandatory 20% service fee.

We left Ford's and had to find somewhere else to each as my wife didn't eat anything - yes, the manager offered to remake the fish or make something else, but we have a rule, you have one shot, we don't get it remade or order something different; we just leave and eat elsewhere, that's our choice. We paid cash for the bill - the burger and drinks plus 20% service fee. We left $27 because the manager removed the under cooked fish. Based on this visit, we won’t be recommending this restaurant to anyone, nor will we be returning. To the reply from the business again yes my original post was correct and I was and am fully aware of which location I visited no confusion on my part.

I asked for napkins for my table because the burgers are messy, and they brought a few tiny cocktail napkins. They were thin and small and actually made our hands messier. Our Server was extremely slow and not very tentative on following up with drink refills. It was taking so long for the check that I had to get up to find her to get it. Service is huge to me, so I take away two stars. This restaurant automatically charges a service fee which actually hurts the customer if they had a bad server, because they are forced to pay and not give what is deserved. The atmoshere had great appeal and nostalgia. I recommend the burgers.
