Jump Start Trampoline Park

I always loved taking my Granddaughter to the Jumpstart trampoline Park, very sad it's closed and wondering why

The kids love being here, the price for jumping is a great deal. Although the arcade is not as much of a deal. For the prices you pay to play the games, the tickets you win should be more than 2 to 5 tickets per game. And the bowling lanes could use some maintenance. Its always a bumper broken or something and the lanes are not smooth like a bowling lane should be, nor are they slick. Other than that, we enjoy Dezerland.

We had a small birthday party there for my son’s 5th. We were only 10 people adults included. Mark went above and beyond helping me to get everyone ordered and checked in. When it was time for pizza he even came and found me to confirm the time. Amazing service! Thank you Mark we will definitely be back. :)

Jesse was great!! I expected it to be crowded and not much fun but it was an awesome experience made better by the staff (Jayla and Jesse)! Will definitely be back!

We visited there with our two kids. Six-year-old and two-year-old. The kids had fun. The staff did a good job keeping the larger kids away from that tiny kid area. Overall, we would definitely take our kids here again.

Small, clean, well-staffed. It has enough space, but it's small and pretty chill. It's one of the best organized trampoline parks I've been to. They actually monitor the area and make sure that jumpers don't over stay. The workers don't seem particularly happy and it was difficult to understand the PA system. However, they're doing a great job.

My family and I visited yesterday. Jump Start was pretty cool. The facility seemed pretty clean and lots of different trampolines to try, including dodgeball! The only nuisance was them not having any locker keys for personal belongings so I had to carry my purse with me to each trampoline. It was still a pretty good experience, and we will be back!

The kids enjoyed it but, as usual it's overpriced. I'm a native Floridian from Orlando so there was no hype for me except watching the kids interact with other families. Didn't have time to play video games or admire the classic cars, I think that would have been a highlight for us big kids.

It was permanently closed when we tried to visit. What a shame hopefully something fun returns in its place. The whole dezerland has a lot of potential just feels really underutilized. Would be awesome if they added a skating rink.

After I told the guy ( he’s supposed to be the manager there at this time) he told me I gonna take care of it thank you ( and nothing happened after that).

I couldn't enjoy jumping with my daughter and we called the manager and they weren't responsible for my shoes, I'm going to go to my car in socks. Obviously someone took my shoes, and stole them, I was just arriving at the site when that happened, not even 1 minute had passed when my shoes disappeared from the Stand, I was putting the seal on my wrist when that happened, behind my back. THEY CHECKED CAMERAS, and were not responsible for my shoes. TOO MUCH INJUSTICE THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SOMEONE STEALING MY SHOES. WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My daughter was crying because they had taken my shoes and at the same time because she wanted to continue playing there and obviously we had to leave. DO NOT GO I walked to my car in socks, is that really fair? NOBODY DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT, THEY DIDN'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR MY SHOES.

The facility has four play areas, but one was closed, and another was designated for younger children (around 4 years old). That left only two play areas available, but one was entirely occupied by staff members with their friends and family. Several parents and our children noticed that there wasn't enough space for everyone to play. We find it unacceptable that the park allows this, especially since we pay for our children to have a fun experience. Our son and other kids had to play in the same area the entire time and couldn't even access the ball pits because the staff had taken over those areas. We felt like we wasted our money. While spending time with friends is wonderful, it's essential for staff to respect other people's time and money when working.

Worse ever… they charge you for an 1 hour and take the kids out before the time. If you ask for an explanations they just don’t want to give you the money back for the time you missed and they just charged you extra for No reason! I had done Birthday parties there before and had been there for a while and they make changes and instead of getting Better they got worse. Including management team. Really will reconsidering going back, everything else around is really nice is getter better and bigger but the jumping place is going backwards really BAD!
