Tip: If you need a fast lunch, this location is reliable for having food ready on time and getting the order correct.
Tory was fantastic, he got all the many subs we ordered perfect. He is an asset to this resturant! Thank you Tory for meeting our needs effortlessly! Don’t forget about Tara competing in the Miss America. 2024
Good food and the service was incredible. The young man behind the counter was so good at his job. English was his primary language but he spoke Spanish very well to the customers that struggled with English and his memory rivaled the likes of my genius brother in law. I should have given him more than a 20% tip.
This subway served us delish sandwich made by beautiful lady Francis. Will go there again for good food. I hope Francis gets always kind and funny people just like her....
Such a good subway. They don’t skimp on toppings and they’re super nice people. Sandwiches were made with a smile every time.
I work around this area and this is my go to place for lunch. I really like fresh vegetables in this place. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
One place where all subway workers need get their training from, Lisa made the best All American sandwich thick and juicy, my daughter loved the meatball sub.. she had the whole store with in laughter. must go spot !!
Fire place she was a big help and super kind. Was super quick handling out foot longs ALL 3 of them. I’m in the customer service business and she was top notch for all the Subways I’ve ever been to. Her name is Francis at the Orlando International Location. Great chats too
SHAY! Where are my olives!!??!! Just kidding lol but yes everything is 5 stars. I go in there at least 3 times a week and get greeted by Shay who is very sweet and as she says “everything is made with love” Shay’s love! She has a great team and yeah overall very helpful when I come in. Thanks Shay for making this store thrive. You guys have my business and everyone at my jobs lol.
Awesome customer service. No wait and sandwich was great.
We have visited this Subway several times during our holiday in Orlando. The food is very good and the service is excellent (especially from Francis). Nothing is too difficult and the team are very accommodating, cheerfuland and positive. Although a bit tucked away, we would recommend you finding this Subway if you are a Subway fan!
Being from the UK we love the way the US do Subway, with proper sized portions and huge variety of fillings. We like this Subway in particular as the staff are always really nice and helpful and the food is always fresh and tastes great! Thank you!
Frances is literally the best. She’s always so helpful and with a smile!! She always makes sure we’re happy with our order!
Manager was great who served me. She made sure the clients get the fresh bread. She tossed out the stale bread and I really liked that.
Shay is awesome thank you!
Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Francis was very polite and amazing customer service. I give her a 10 out of a 10.
This is by far the cleanest subway I have ever been. As well the quality of their products is better than most subway I have been at. Customer service is on point. Especially Tory, has great customer satisfaction and customer skills. Super impressed by his hospitality, which I find a t 4 to 5 star restaurants.
The Atmosphere was chill and peaceful, the food was great and very fulfilling. The service was good and overall it was a good experience and I would come back.
This is literaly the cleanest subway I have ever been in. Joyce and christina Thank you for everything! Awesome+ The staff are on point and pretty fast. Each sandwich is an art literaly. Allergy concern--- no problem-- Salad, subway, pizza? They do it all with a smile
I work around the area and sometimes need a fast lunch. Out of the choices I have tried, this is the only fast food place I can rely on to 1) have the food ready when I get there and B) get the order correct. The one time I thought they didnt get the order correct (spoiler alert: they did), the manager was patient and had no attitude, even offered to make another one, even though she was kindly confident it was correct. Thats the stuff that makes a difference. Oh, and also the subs are fresh and tasty 😋
Frances was such a delite!! Store was busy when my daughter and I walked in. She had no help at all just her! She took our order with a smile and was very happy and talkative. I couldn't have done that working that busy with no help.. she help every customer here had them out in no time with out one complaint from her! Amazing Woman! Wish we had more like her in Texas!
The lady giving us food was very kind and had good customer service

This Subway location is the best place for fast and friendly dine-in or takeout! Francis took our order and provided exceptional service. She was incredibly kind, patient, and respectful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Not only did she greet us with a warm smile, but she also took the time to help with any inquiries, ensuring we got the best value for our order. Her friendly and professional attitude truly made a difference. I love coming to this Subway.
Shay is phenomenal! She couldn't accept my tip, but for the company, please understand.. YOU HAVE A GEM. She was kind and patient with me even though I was in a rush, she made my meal exactly as I asked for, offered me the meal of the day, (which sounded great but I'm on a diet) Thank you Shay for restoring my faith in this long lost chain! 🤍💕💕
Ms. Shay offered us amazing service and was very accommodating. 10/10 service!
Very clean. Food was fresh & tasty. The lady working 2nd August approx 5.30pm was super helpful and very friendly. She made my sub exactly like I asked for. I wish I knew about this store on previous trips to Orlando area.

The overall experience was pretty nice and chill. The food was pretty good and the lady was very nice, they mixed up some of the sauces but that didn’t really matter all that much.
-Food: the sandwiches didn't seem to have fresh ingredients, the bread was very dry. -Atmosphere: this store is definitely not cleaned frequently and the service is not good, I know you are a fast food outlet but you need to be more patient with the customer. I won't be back and I don't recommend it!

The server didn't look at me or acknowledge me at all. All he said was "What kind of bread?" To which I then say "Good afternoon!" To which he then says again "What kind of bread?" Not even a "Hi"? Seriously? Tell me you hate your job without telling me you hate your job. The least you can do is show good manners to your customers. Never giving this Subway service again.
The only person of the staff that was on 17 may , 10 min before time of closing, instead of close the door, and don't let any client enter the restaurant, let me and my family come in, wait in the queue only to tell us she wouldnt serve anyone anymore as she was closing. It seemed to us extremelly unpolite and disrepectiful, specially as she was clearly serving extreeeemelly slowly on porpuse. We'll never return there.
Lady who works didn’t want to open after 9am, she was inside and completely ignored that we wait outside
I ordered online. The options are limited online. I always order the same 2 sandwichs and at other subway locations, they fulfil my order as needed through verbal and online notes. Never a problem. This location I did the same as I always do, and the lady proceeded to tell me she can't make the sandwich the way I get it. When I mentioned that this is the first time I'm hearing about this she called me a liar and said that other stores must not care about their food cost. I offered to pay the difference if there was one. Then the attitude came out even more and she said ," No don't worry about it, I'll just do it this time, but don't ask for it again here without ordering it the right way." I proceeded to tell her that I would order it again on the app "the right way" this time and get a refund for the sandwich that I " messed up". It's not what you say, but how you say it. This could have been avoided and we could have turned a problem into a teaching moment. Instead it was sarcasm, bad attitude and smirky facial expressions. If you aren't happy doing what your doing, only you can fix it and find something better. I will never go to this location ever again.
DO NOT GO HERE, Was looking for a late night snack, Found subway. I entered and it looked like a ghost town, all the veg were empty, no chips, and only 1 person working. it took 25 mins for our turn when there was only 1 person infront of us. We asked the person if they have whatever we needed and they said “yes I have in the back”.We proceed to order 4 footlongs. They did not have the things we asked her but we found out that she did not have it when we were basically finished with the footlong order. Ok that’s fine we forget about it and said we will find an alternative. Then we noticed the bread looked dead and dry. I asked her is the bread fresh and soft as she holds it in her hands and she says yes it is. I go home to eat it. WHEN I TELL YOU THE HARDEST BREAD I HAVE EVER FELT. The bread was a ROCK. My daughter ate it and threw up. NEVER GOING AGAIN. SAVE YOUR SELF.
very impatient and rude attendant, doesn't know how to treat tourists.
I eat Subway once a week and visited this particular location twice in the last week. Both times employees were rude and unprofessional. Yesterday the employee, a younger black guy called the cops on a customer who decided to get a soda after his group had already paid and had been waiting for a long time. It took this guy ten minutes to make three sandwiches. Not to mention he lowered his face right over the sandwich to wrap it up in the paper, it was a little odd to say the least and not sanitary. All he did was grab a cup fill it with soda and got back in line to pay. I say to the guy that's pretty unprofessional and that I didn't mind if the customer went in front of me. He makes my sandwich wraps it up with face 2 feet away from it. Then walked away to wait on the next customer in line. I say excuse me sir I need to pay I'm paying with cash. He comes back with an attitude I hold out the money and keeps his hand behind the counter and demands I hand him the money. He follows me out the door I turn around and ask him why he's following me, then asked if he had a problem. Which I guess he noticed the cop he called pulling up behind me. 🤦🤦🤦
I placed an order through the Subway App and I immediately realized I couldn't pick it up. I called the restaurant try to cancel the order right away, but after several attempts, no one answered the phone. I noticed my order was being processed. About an hour later, the order status showed as picked up, and my gift card ending was charged, but I did NOT pick up my order. Since no one answer phoneline I submit this exerience to Subway@guess care.
Server 1452 doesn’t know how to make a protein bowl, doesn’t know how to help you redeem a cookie online, keeps saying repeatedly you don’t have one just to make it seem like your lying even though it says it on the app. Also rushes you when there’s no line and then skips you when 1 person shows up and you’re still struggling and needing help. Bad customer service. Rude the whole time. The other lady was nice though, not sure if she was the manager.
The staff is extremely rude in this place. I've been here two times. First time I was with friends and the staff kept on his phone, talking loud and apparently complaining that we were there. Second time I entered at 10pm and it closes at 11pm. The guy had cleaned the floor so he told me the floor was wet. Then I step to order and he keeps rolling his eyes and shaking his head, very annoyed that I was stepping on what he has cleaned. Then he came to see where I stepped in (which is the only place I could to start ordering) and he complains a bit more. I asked if I was bothering him, he didn't even replied. So I said for him to forget it and left. Never been so mistreated at a restaurant before. Please change the staff quickly, you are losing clients. And so many people need the job and would do a much better job than him.
Order: "The Beast", promoted to have a 1/2LB of meat, extra veggies, toasted. Food: food is decent, but you're not getting what you pay for. A $15 sandwich (after taxes) that you could make at home for $2/serving based on what they give you. More explained below: Service: They didn't seem particularly mean, but they weren't understanding either. They showed me the card where it says how many slices of meat you're supposed to get, so I'd have to say this is the fault of Subway marketing, branding the sandwich as having a half pound of meat when it clearly does not. I showed them the app where it claims that there's a half pound of meat, but they didn't care. One worker kept asking if I wanted more spinach and lettuce, and I said that the point I'm trying to make it the meat. I'm not sure if she just didn't understand as much English or was trying to give me veggies in place of meat? Another worker stepped in and explained that the sandwich was made according to their guidelines, despite the false advertising, and that I would not be getting the sandwich that was advertised, that I paid for. Please see pictures provided for proof of meat contents. Atmosphere: Dirty, but I believe they just got finished with a busy moment because one worker did bring a broom out as I was leaving. Definitely needs swept, mopped, and trash randomly laying around thrown away though. We will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume she got around to it after I left, though with three visible workers (could be more in the back, not sure) there, you would expect the room to not have gotten as bad as it was. Overall: won't be going back again, glad I went with a coupon and didn't have to pay full price for what would have been almost $15. There are multiple, better and cheaper options within 50 feet of this location so I wouldn't be able to justify going back.
Ordered this for delivery as a traveler. Paid $34 for two sandwiches. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly and no attempt to actually add any requested ingredients. I had to contact doordash for the subway location. The were closed by the time my food was delivered. I didnt not get any double meat, cheese, requested veggies or seasoning. My child didnt want to eat his sandwich because mayo was pounded on it. I wonder if the sandwich maker used my order for an disgruntled tik tok. Reading the reviews, I wouldn't feel comfortable eating at this location again. Who knows if they are handling food properly. With so many recent bad reviews, hand washing is probably a minor infraction to them. I will attempt to contact the manager tomorrow to correct the order. Hopefully the manager cares enough to reach out by my order number before I contact the app's customer service.
The place is truly disgusting and needs to be terminated and closed , outside roaches are always in the food and crawling all over the place and the Manager doesn’t care she still serves the food out , be careful of where you choose to eat
The first time I came the lady tryed to make 7 subs and when we got ours it was ice cold. The second time we came the same lady was working and we asked if she can make them hot but when they came out they were cold because she let them sit out when we got them I was kind of mad because sandwiches are bad when they are cold I am not trying to be that person but it is the second time it has happened. I am so disappointed in this subway. GO TO FIRE HOUSE this place sucks

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Subway. There was only one person working on Tuesday night, and she was extremely rude. She didn’t greet anyone—not even a simple “hello” or “how can I help you?”—and her attitude toward customers was disrespectful. The sandwiches were poorly made, with ingredients thrown together incorrectly. At one point, she even asked a customer if they spoke English, which was completely inappropriate. The restaurant was empty, and no other staff were around to assist. It’s clear they are short-staffed, but the way this employee treated people was unacceptable. Based on this experience, I will definitely not be returning to this location.
Ordered toasted and with veggie patty. It wasnt toasted and there were no patties. Cant go back to return. How difficult it is to follow online ordering.
Placed a mobile order for a 6-inch sub, scheduled for 12:30pm. When I arrived, the app said it was ready, but no mobile orders had been started. Only one staff member was working, clearly overwhelmed. A second employee arrived 15 minutes later but ignored my polite request to cancel the order due to an upcoming meeting. She insisted I cancel through the app, which directs you to call the store instead. She then said since the GM wasn’t there, I’d have to pay without getting my food. I left without my order or a refund. Extremely poor service and zero accountability. Avoid this location.
The person who assisted me was incredibly rude, he did not have customer service. When I was telling him exactly what I wanted he decided to just do it with a very bad attitude and when I asked how was a salad he just told me he didn’t have a clue. Definitely, he didnt want to service any customer. Finally when the food was ready to go, he charge the order completely wrong and even he didn’t apologize for any inconvenience. Definitely, I will not recommend anyone to come in this local.
Came in with whole family for breakfast. Door locked during working hours, employee ignoring us knocking at the door, didnt bother to throw a look at us lol Going elsewhere Perhaps find someone who wants to work
Rebecca, who identified herself as the Assistant Manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we walked in. I don’t expect over-the-top service, but I do expect basic courtesy and respect. She had both headphones in and seemed more focused on rushing us out than providing proper service. Our order was rung up and paid for before our sandwiches were even out of the toaster. After we had already paid, we were informed that several ingredients were out of stock and my sandwich couldn’t be made as ordered. At that point, I decided I no longer wanted it. Unfortunately, because we had already been charged, I asked about a refund and was told there was “no way” to do so. I returned to the store moments later to ask for a receipt and was told she had no access to previous receipts, which was surprising given my background in retail and food service. When I later called to ask for a manager’s contact information, I was told I’d have to wait until Monday, but she couldn’t tell me what time to call. She then hung up. When I called back to ask for a corporate contact number, she said, “Girl, I don’t have time for you,” and hung up again. This entire interaction was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I truly enjoy Subway, but this experience left a really bad impression. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated this way.
