This place is great for Pizza and salads. With options of sit in or Take away. Fast and friendly sevice and great value for money. Return every time I visit Orlando or Seattle.

Walked on a Wednesday at 11am. No one inside except for one customer and the employee working, named Jeff. Jeff was an outstanding gentleman, very helpful. His attitude and demeanor both were outstanding. He followed each instruction, and when I corrected him on something, he immediately apologized (very little deal, nothing important) and was very polite in how he handled everything. Definitely recommend, especially when Jeff is there!

Cool people and great food. The staff seem genuinely cool and offer some good recommendations. The pizza is cooked up very quickly and it tastes great. If you see an opportunity to get their brussel sprout salad (not pictured), you 100% need to get it. I'm not a brussel sprout fan, but darn is it tasty.

Excellent! Pizza was hot & perfect with a light crispy crust. Soda machine was exceptionally good today. Must be very well maintained.

One of the best vegan pizzas I've ever had! Love the fact that you can add your own toppings, numerous toppings without extra fees. I got the mega dough with my faves. Very feeling had to get it to go box! They have some great sauces too! I'm bringing home some!!

When this place first opened a couple of years ago, I had a terrible experience. However, I'm happy to say that has completely changed. I decided to give it another chance and I'm glad I did. Not only do I love the option to be able to customize my pizza due to allergies, but the staff is also attentive to allergy requests. Huge kudos to Lexy, who was super friendly and greeted everyone with a smile and hello (as did the rest of the crew.) She even used a fresh new clean cutter to avoid cross contamination without me having to ask. I love that this place has Gluten Free crust, tons of fresh veggies and also Vegan Cheese and Plant-Based sausage. There are plenty of options to fit many dietary restrictions.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ari at MOD Pizza was absolutely amazing today. She made my pizza and was genuinely one of the nicest, most positive people I’ve encountered in customer service. She was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. You can tell she really cares about her job and the customers. MOD Pizza is lucky to have her on the team!

I've been visiting this restaurant for years, and it's always my recommendation to anyone who asks me for a good place to eat pizza in Central Florida. I've always received excellent service until my last visit on January 7, 2026. The employee was hostile and quite rude, not only telling us in a hostile tone that the place was closed but also starting to throw things around in a very aggressive manner, creating an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. I love visiting the place, bringing friends to try it, and recommending it, but I think the night staff needs to treat customers better.

I was going to try Panda Express for the first time and I was not convinced with the menu so I check around the mall to see what other restaurants were nearby so I got into MOD Pizza and sure it was a great idea. I made my pizza a freak delicious one with pepperoni, Ham, cheese, lettuce, corn, pepper, cucumber and some other stuff. My mom made her own salad and she was super satisfied. It was definitely one of the best pizzas I had tasted. Although ingot there by accident I ended up really pleased by it. I would totally recommend it and I would surely come back the next time I go again to Orlando

1st time visiting and will be a repeat customer everytime in Orlando. A younger black gentleman (has 6yo son) custom made a pizza for me that was amazing the flavor with a mix of spicy was delicious. I was provided exceptional service from him and rhe crew. Thank you. Look forward to a return trip in March

Visited twice in the last two days. Very nice pizza spot. Super clean. Clean bathrooms. Lively decorations. Lively staff. They welcome you as you come in and even say goodbye as you leave. The pizza is really good. They make it right in front of you. A lot of different meats, veggies and condiments. All items look fresh. They are super quick and efficient. They have a great system to get you in and out. No waiting long for the delicious pizza. They have Coca-Cola products fountain drinks, sweet ice tea and lemonade. They also have bottled drinks if you prefer. Plenty of seating area inside and outside. The plaza in which they are located seems pretty safe. It's well lit at night. They are plenty of other shops if you want to do some shopping before or after you eat. Plenty of parking. Will definitely come back to visit when we are in the area again. Highly recommended. I had a great experience at this MOD Pizza! The manager, Lisa, personally helped me and made my pizza to perfection. She was so attentive and friendly, which really made the visit stand out. I’ve gone to Blaze before and enjoy their variety of toppings, but the customer service here at MOD was on another level and they have more seasoning for the pizza. The entire staff was welcoming and efficient, and Lisa went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. I’ll definitely be coming back!

MOD Pizza was the best find in Florida! And should be your top stop for the best pizza I've ever had. The ingredients are fresh, and no extra charges. The staff is happy, and it feels like a family. The restaurant is clean, bright and well laid out with tables, benches. Add this place to your short list of favourites.

My last review wasn't that great but this time it was a completely different experience. My dinning experience exceeded all expectations, I met Yasser, he made me feel very welcome and appreciated. he was very helpful, friendly professional and change my perception about the restaurant. He made me a perfect pizza, it was so good that I end up ordering 2 more to go. He shows a lot of dedication and commitment with what he is doing, it shows that he extremely enjoys what he does.

Planned a lunch for a Sunday afternoon and the kiddos were super excited about "creating" their own pizzas! We each got a mini one (hubs got a small, 11 in her) and an order of cheese bread. Food was so amazing and was really quick!! All tables socially distanced, employees wearing masks and gloves. We were able to sit and eat, and really enjoy the meal. Crusts were perfect and toppings were a great selection, and because it was a build your own, my kiddos tried some new items just because! The only downside was it was really warm inside. It would have been a ton better if the ac was lower or some fans. Also, both their draft beers were out, which wasn't a make or break, but would have been refreshing to have a cold one with an amazing slice. We will def be back!!

We eat a lot of pizza in our family, we love MOD because everyone can order exactly what they want! 2 different size crust , But you literally can put any sauce, any cheese, any topping on top of your pizza for no extra charge. Can’t beat that! MOD size is perfect for two kids to split, And MOD size salad was perfect for me and husband to share with our pizza.

Looking for gluten free pizza and here we are enjoying our pizzas. Since you can create your own pizza, they offer a great variety of toppings. Nicely decorated and staff were very friendly and nice. We need one franchise in Southwest Florida ASAP.

I’m really impressed with the customer service at this location. Not only do they encourage you to create your own pizza, but they are pizza enthusiasts that will help you if you get stuck creating a perfect pizza. The atmosphere was comfortable, given the current COVID restrictions. The pizza was delicious and the drinks were tasty. What’s even more tempting is that you can have as MANY toppings on your pizza as it can hold with. I charge. I would definitely recommend coming here to try it out. And if you come, ask for Aleks and Ben, they provided amazing customer service for us first timers!

We got the mod pizza and the mega dough and both were delicious. Toppings are varied and high quality and service is really quick too. Everyone you interact with while building your pizza is super friendly. We also got a salad which was really good too. They do their own home brewed lemonades and a stuffed brownie for dessert. We thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely go back!

Location was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Ordering is straight forward and simple. Customer service is beyond exceptional. Loved the food, the environment, and the customer service. Pizza is so delicious. Will definitely be coming to visit when in the area, hope they bring one near UCF! Yum!

Another hidden "gem" in the pizza joints around the central Florida area, this location is very close to nearby hotels on the east side of Disney just minutes away from the Outlet shops. This location opens at 10:30a, which is nice if your not wanting to get into the heavy lunch crowd. I chosed the Make Your Own, and watch the pie being built just like you would see a sub being built. The 11" pie was placed in the oven and moments later it was done baking. The crust was very "light", not a heavy feeling. And the cost, was under $12 (minus tip).

The pizza was fantastic! The dough is the perfect thinness with chewiness. Wonderful flavor! The best part is that you pay for the size of the dough, not each individual topping, so you don't feel like you are being "nicke and dimed." The service was average. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the fact that all of the lettuce types for salads ( romaine, spring mix, and spinach) looked wilted or wet. We wanted a large salad to go along with our pizza and did not order due to the lack of freshness with the base options. We felt that the prices for the pizza were fantastic and they prepare and cook very quickly!! We would definitely consider eating here again if I had a salad prepared at home to serve alongside it. :)

**Mod Pizza - Vineland Pointe, Orlando, FL** I’ve been wanting to try Mod Pizza for quite some time, so my husband and I decided to make the hour-long drive to the location at Vineland Pointe in Orlando. The parking was convenient, right up front, which made for a great start. Upon walking in, we loved the concept of choosing our own toppings. My husband was happy with his selection, but I encountered a bit of a hiccup with mine. Initially, I was considering vegan cheese but changed my mind and opted for mild cheese instead. However, due to a slight miscommunication, both cheddar and vegan cheese were added to my pizza. It ended up tasting like a cheese sandwich, which overpowered all the other toppings. While the staff member who helped me was very understanding and offered to remake the pizza, I decided to keep it as is at first. But after taking a few bites, I couldn’t enjoy it, so I requested a new one. The lady who helped me remake the pizza seemed hesitant at first but was incredibly kind once I explained what happened. She was very informative, explaining that the cheddar cheese is strong and recommended sticking with vegan cheese. The new pizza she made was much better, though I noticed the crust came out quite dark, nearly burnt on one side. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I sat down to enjoy what I could. She even offered buffalo sauce and oregano, which was a nice touch. Unfortunately, my husband’s pizza also came out with a very dark crust, and underneath was burnt as well. He described it as tasting like a crisp cheese sandwich, which wasn’t enjoyable for him. Half of my pizza was good, but the burnt portions made it hard to fully appreciate. What really turned our experience around was TJ. He checked on us to make sure everything was okay, and his kindness and attentiveness made a huge difference. TJ truly elevated my overall experience, and I was grateful for his effort. The next day, I realized I had left my wallet at the restaurant. I called ahead and spoke to a lady who said she couldn’t find it, but TJ, who had been there the previous day, had kept it safe for me. When I arrived to retrieve it, he made me feel so comfortable and reassured, which really cemented my positive impression of the place. Overall, while the pizzas didn’t turn out perfectly, TJ’s exceptional customer service and the friendly atmosphere made up for the experience. Thanks to him, my rating went up, and I left feeling valued as a customer.

They rush your pizzas out the oven so fast leaving the pizza soggy the mozzarella cheese tastes very cheap the pizza actually tastes better when you take it home and reheat it like it should’ve been the first time they told my girl you should’ve ask for it well done when she asked them to put hers back in the oven like she knew they were going to give her a half cooked pie. They rush your pizzas out the oven so fast leaving the pizza soggy the mozzarella cheese tastes very cheap the pizza actually tastes better when you take it home and reheat it like it should’ve been the first time they told my girl you should’ve ask for it well done when she asked them to put hers back in the oven like she knew they were going to give her a half cooked pie. The salad I give 5 stars it was amazing

MOD means moderately tasting pizza. This is no blaze. They try to be but the taste is not even close. This is a 1 and done for us.

Tried this pizza for the FIRST time. It’s everything less than MID. I’ve never tasted a pizza so BLAND in my life! I couldn’t taste anything on my pizza but the mozzarella that I had asked for extra of. Could not even taste the red sauce. Spent $10 including my drink which was the [Marion blackberry lemonade which was actually freaking good]. But I’m sorry MOD PIZZA, never again.

Horrendous. The guy could not figure out the pizzas and we got them off the menu. Then he would put the ingredients in one spot. Not anywhere else and made my crust 5 inches thick. Then forgot the sauce after the pizza was done and admitted to not knowing what he was doing. Same with the other worker

Clean establishment, nice employees. We picked up so I can’t comment on delivery. If you’re from the Northeast however, you will be EXTREMELY disappointed in the pizza. Honestly, it just wasn’t good, at all. It was similar to the pizza they sell at my local gas station, not a pizza shop. The dough tastes like a premade dough disc not fresh stretched pizza dough. If you’re used to authentic NY pizza, you won’t enjoy.

In Orlando for a family vacation. Just picked up 5 large pizzas. 2 were the “extra thick” crust. Not thick at all. But more importantly that was the worst pizza I have ever eaten! The pizza at the pool bar the other day was much better. Will never go back to Mod Pizza!

Ate one slice and tossed the rest. Won't be back, would not recommend. Might've been a one-off, but didn't feel worth trying a second pizza 🍕👎

We dinned there this afternoon there were just 2 people who seemed like they did not wanted to be there at all. Service was just awful no greeting no thank you they really did not care . We have been there several times before and it has been a pleasant experience but this time was just awful. Management should check who was there on feb 21/26 between 3/4 pm and talk to them ab customer service and being cheerful when greeting and show the zest for work. Thank you

Delivery sucked! Keep in mind you’re ordering FLAT Bread pizza! This is NOT pizza. I gave clear instructions letting them know that we are currently moving in our family members across the street and that we had no utensils or plates. They stated they do not offer plates so I asked if they can supply us with extra napkins. Not even ONE napkin was supplied to us on a delivery an $80 delivery. I had to drive there myself to pick up napkins and made one of the employees aware. He couldn’t care less, no apology for the inconvenience and he pointed me to the napkins to grab them, no problem. 1 star for the inability to follow instructions and the lack of consideration. I’ve ordered for less at other places and it’s common damn sense to supply napkins.
