Experiences at this Burger King are mixed. While some appreciate the organized packaging and fast service, many report issues with rude or inattentive staff, order inaccuracies, and slow service, especially during busy times. Food quality is inconsistent.
Tip: Be prepared for potential service issues, especially in the drive-thru. Double-check your order before leaving to ensure accuracy.

I had a bit of a hard time finding the entrance. But a trip from Miami to Orlando wouldn't be complete without stopping by Burger King. The cleanest and most delicious place.
Clean, fast and good. What more can you ask for in fast food?
I love this particular burger king. Usually i have bad luck with most other locations but this is the only burger king I trust. I eat here for lunch most days during my work break cause it's the most convenient place nearby and my god the food is always fresh, fries and burgers everytime. I wouldn't say all the workers are the friendliest but I definitely can vouch they all take their jobs serious. They all need to be making more than whatever a corporation pays then just for running that store so professional.
I was at this location at 9pm tonight and have never felt so welcomed. The lady at the drive thru was so warm and she was really attentive and kind. I was blown away by the service and the food tonight and the lady should receive a raise and a promotion. She was absolutely amazing. We felt very taken care of and I wish I had this level and type of service wherever I went.
The staff was great! I can't have bread, so, they made me a Texas Whopper without the bun but everything on it! And gave me a forking knife to be able to eat it. And guess what it didn't bother me! I was so thrilled! And they use Heinz ketchup packets which don't have high fructose corn syrup in them, which I'm highly allergic to. And I could eat their mustard too! I so enjoyed this meal! Thanks Burger King!
The quality of the food was amazing hot and fresh. The customer service was warm and fast. Maybe they need to hire more staff but I was attend well. I don't go to Burger King beacuse of my experience. Keep the hard work guys.
I must admit that this is the first Burger King I've experienced where orders are packaged with great organization and quality. I congratulate the team. By the way, the best fries of any fast food restaurant!
Great service and experience. I work near Disney and every time I go it's like a surprise for them haha. This branch was on point, thank you!!

This place has gotten a lot better recently. Staff and management are very friendly. Food is made right and served quick during lunch and dinner rush. Easy access and ample parking.
While the food is always hot when I get it, I find that when I use drive-thru or pickup this location ALWAYS only fills up an 10oz coffee cup with only 6 to 6.oz of coffee (more than an inch below the top of cup). I thought it was a fluke, but having ordered my past 4 orders like this, I doubt I will ever order drinks from here ever again. In addition, drive-thru is exceedingly slow.
The people who serve the customers do not have a good way of dealing with customers. The ketchup was watered down and the extra BBQ sauce costs 20 cents each.

I usually don't write reviews on places, but fast food has become more have a habit on treating their customers with no true customer service. Today I went to go purchase some Large fries with the reward points I had. The lady who usually takes over at the window is one of the rudest. The way she greets her customers by saying "Hey you" or taking their time to allow you to order your food isn't the proper way to do your job. Whatever happened to customer service skills, I keep forgetting that they don't teach that anymore. I would wait close to 15 minutes before I can order because they are short-staffed in this location. I asked to have some dipping sauce like buffalo with my fries, and she told me " No, you can not, you can have ketchup". I have never been told by any BK's or even McDonald's or fast food places in general, that I can not have dipping sauce for my fries. Whoever runs this location as a district manager needs to get their staff in order or find new managers to run your location. Will not be returning to this location.
Only reason I have this Bk a 2 star is due to a different server sorting my drink for me when the machine customer side stopped serving Sprite Zero. He was polite and nice. The lady that served me was using her phone upon entry and told me to wait. I presented the server with a two whopper meals for $15.99. I asked for one to be a plant based whopper. She refused and said they couldn’t be mixed. Well to my utter shock, the T&C on BK website says you can. So thank you for sending my wife back to the car to get me when you wouldn’t accept the voucher code from her, and then getting the offer wrong when I went in to sort. Perhaps it was because we are English? Or maybe you just simply had a chip on your shoulder. Either way, you’re a bad reflection on BK especially as the other employee was so helpful.
At 1:40 on a Saturday, there are only two people working, and I've been standing for 10 minutes waiting just to pick up the food I ordered through the app. Why?
Asked us to pull forward without completing our order. Then at the window I asked to complete my order and got an attitude. Asked what sauce I wanted 3 times, still no sauce in the bag, ketchup or straws. Food was great, service was not.
Food is nice, the service is usually terrible. Only one Haitian man named Chris was great everytime, every other woman there was rude and dismissive in the drive-thru. They would get impatient at the window and then tell you to move forward before you finish ordering! It leaves a sour image of Burger King which lives trustfully near a lot of local residents.

I made my order using my points and paid for my value drink through the app. My order was #59 and Mario the cashier never saw my order show up to the restaurant I made sure the address was correct 5515 international drive Orlando, Fl 32819 I showed him the order on my phone plus my bank statement showing the $2.01 taken by Burger King as payment for my Value drink. Mario said since my order wasn’t showing up on his end he couldn’t make my order. I left the restaurant upset because I was counting on my points to be able to feed everyone in my family. Which I couldn’t do because I never got the 3 burgers I was trying to use my points for. I left very upset and empty handed with $2.01 less in my pocket. I am very upset because not only do I not have my $2.01 but I never got the items redeemed with my points and now I lost 750 points along with my $2.01 this experience is very upsetting and I honestly don’t know if I ever want to go to any Burger King again
When we arrive at this location, they had advertisement for a combo meal for $6.00. The meal included a double whopper jr., chicken fries, and a small fry. Once we got done ordering one of these meals, the lady proceeded to tell us that our total was $14 and some change. I asked her about the six dollar deal, and she told me that they no longer did that, BUT ITS CLEARLY ON THE MENU STILL, so that’s false information and advertising!!!! She was rude and sounded like she hated her job! I will never come back!
¿What about this store? ¿Is it a ghost store? I lasted 15 minutes standing in front of the counter and nobody came towards me. And it is not the first time that happens. On past occasions it has happened and the attitude of the people who work there is terrible. Technically, a thief can enter there and have a party. I'm sure nobody would notice. Terrible!🤨
This was the nastiest Burger King I've ever visited! First, they wouldn't take a drive through order at 9 pm unless you were with Uber Eats and we had to go inside the restaurant, then they only had certain items as they were out of a lot of food. The trash was literally overflowing onto floors and was all over tables. Then we had to pay $7 on a credit card because they couldn't break a $20 bill! The employees attitudes were terrible. I would definitely avoid this one!
This is the WORST Burger King in Florida. The customer service is awful. The food presentation is sloppy. And they ALWAYS ask you to pull up to the front door before you receive your food because of their timer! What does that have to do with the customer? Then you wait forever at the front door for your “fast” food. This entire location should be shut down.
I went here and ordered 2 burgers and fries. I asked for some water and a cup and they told me they don't give free water. So they absolutely refuse to give you a cup of water or any ice or anything of that nature unless you pay 3 bucks even as a paid customer. I will not be returning back here. This is ridiculous.
The hours are wrong. I have gone multiple times now and it has been closed when it is supposed to be open. On the Burger King website, this location is listed as open 24 hours on certain days. They also have a large sign saying “open 24 hours” on their front window. However, each time I’ve gone to the window to order between 2 and 4 am, the employee tells me they’re closed.
Burger King I-drive, where you WILL NOT have it your way and they’ll lie to you about it too. I ordered a whopper fresh from the broiler in the app while sitting in the restaurant and watched them pull a precooked patty from their expo line. I then asked if the patty was fresh out the broiler and they literally looked at me like deer caught in headlights and LIED and said “yes.” This restaurant is empty and all the tables need to be wiped down (I cleaned my own; you’re welcome). Skip the cheesy hash browns as well as it seems they’ve been holding those on their line for at least 2 or 3 hours. I want to love Burger King for the way it was in the 1990’s but this sure ain’t it, and why lie to someone when I saw what you did?
Worst customer service ever. Next time listen and read carefully. Please
Absolute worst Burger King I've ever experienced in my life. No one in the Drive-Thru line but took almost 30 minutes to get food because they kept getting the order wrong. No one spoke English in the restaurant. Had to walk in and get my order at the counter.
Tell you to wait after paying and will open the second windows to wave you forward. Not sure why they are doing this
Choose a different Burger King. First off the main doors were locked so we had to enter through the back exit door(should have taken that as our first sign not to eat here), then trying to order was a task and a half because no one on staff spoke english well enough to not struggle through taking our orders(second sign to leave). After we paid and sat down we noticed that the damn roof was leaking on our table so we had to move to a dry spot. When we finally got our food almost all of it was wrong. The cherry on top of it all was the disgusting state of the restrooms(genuinely looked like a disgruntled homeless man threw a fit in there.🤢🤢) T.L.D.R Eat literally anywhere else.
Staff dosent know what they are doing. They dont even know the items on their menu. Like literally we told the cashier we wanted cheesy pops and he said to our face “i dont know what that is” They refused to give us a combo that was clearly on their menu. And they overcharged us for our food way more that it appeared on the menu. I wouldn’t recommend this BK even if i was starving and it was the only thing available. How this place is still up and running it’s honestly a mystery. Honestly just avoid it. Oh and btw they burnt our cheesy puffs to the point they looked like geodes inside
Yesterda, 12/22, my mother and I went to the Burger King store at 5515 international drive orlando FL 32819. Initially, I had ordered 1 double whopper, 1 bacon king, large fries and a large beverage. The person who helped me didn’t seem to catch my order correctly, so I repeated it one more time before finishing the sale. Once she called our number, I noticed an extra burger on the tray, then I noticed I had been charged for an extra regular whopper. When I approached the person who helped me, that later I learned was called Unique, and explained the situation, she didn’t seem very happy to help me with this issue, but accepted the burger I returned (unopened and untouched). When I asked about a refund for the food I had not eaten, she told she’d refund the whole purchase and charge again the correct items. As the line was long, I went back to my table and ate the burger I had originally order. After the meal, I waited in line and asked her again to process the refund she had promised me before. She snapped and, out of nowhere, was extremely rude and said she wasn’t going to refund me any amount, simply because “I don’t want to”. She accused me of “causing trouble and annoying her from the start” when, in fact, she did not charge my initial order correctly. She then proceeded to yell at me, told me to come back tomorrow to talk to her boss. I was in shock, and when I asked (more than once) why she would not reimburse me, she yelled several times that it was because she didn’t want to. I later found out by a coworker that she was the manager on duty for that day shift. She was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and aggressive. I decided to call the police because I felt attacked and extremely uncomfortable in this situation and, even though the amount was not substantial, I didn’t think it was fair to pay for an item I had not eaten. The officers were extremely helpful and talked to her without my presence. She lied to them, saying she had already processed a refund and I was asking for a second refund. That never happened. Until this very moment, I have not been refunded for the burger amount. The experience with customer service in general was horrible: she was aggressive, all other employees refused to give us any information or help, there were several empty and dirty tables, the store was dirty and all employees were very unfriendly and seemed to hate their shift. It was an extremely unpleasant experience.
There were two cars in front of me at the drive thru at night, after 10 p.m. I waited over 15 minutes and left. Only one vehicle had gotten their order in that time! And who knows how long they had waited before they got their food?! If you can't provide timely service, you might as well close.
Used to count on Burger King for a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. For whatever reason this branch claims to be open at 6am, however the doors have been locked and no one in sight for the past week from hours 6am -7am.
We have come on vacation with our 2 small kids to see Disney world. We ordered chicken fries for our kids. Your staff served to us dark brown colored oily chicken fries which seemed fried in old oil. This is after waiting quite a long time for someone to take our food order. Your staff confirmed also that it was made in old oil. When we asked for fresh fries to be remade, your staff stated that it will be prepared again in old oil as they did not get time to change the oil. Your staff tried to ignore our request and move onto the next customer. I requested my money back and I stated that I will report this bad service as we paid for the food. Your staff stated that they don’t care about my bad review, threw a paper at me which happens to be an application for employment. They then told me that they will refund me my money but only refunded to me $10 only. I never got the potato fries I ordered later separately. There was no customer service. Rude and insensitive individuals are working at your store who don’t care about others. We will never ever visit your store again. We get much better service than this at Burger King at my home town in Illinois.
DO NOT GO THERE, I just placed an order for pick up, the food took an additional 15 minutes when the app said my order was ready, I love whoppers but the burgers I got today really tasted terrible, the fries were cold and hard, I ordered orange fanta and it just tasted like sparkling water. I really love BK burgers but I will definitely not be going back to this location.
Where do I begin. I tried to order via drive thru, waited around 10minutes and nobody took my order. Went inside, had to wait around 5 minutes to make an order because the lady on the cashier was in the kitchen making someone else order. Then another lady from the kitchen asked me what my order was because she apparently couldn't understand 2 whoopers After around 15 minutes I got my order and they forgot some ingredients on both whoopers. The only employee that knew what she was doing was the cashier. The other two looked like they never got trained. Terrible management problem in this location
Why bother even staying open. Food was not fresh, chicken sandwich was dry . As with most of you locations …Freestyle machine was almost out of most flavors. Do you guys do this to save money? I won’t be back . Don’t waste your money here .
By far the worst Burger King I have ever been in my life. The service was awful. They attendant acted like he didn’t know was he was doing and the manager ignored me when I asked for my receipt. The cheesy tots were no good. I hope that someone from management sees this review. But know this I won’t set foot on this poor excuse of a restaurant again.
Ordered my favorite the Wednesday meal & was only given the whopper, fries, drink. It was served on a tray, not the cool Adams Family box. I asked the worker where's the other stuff that's supposed to be included, he was clueless. $12 for a whopper, fries & drink.
This place is DEFINITELY NOT open 24 hours 7 days a week... :( once again Google Maps is incorrect.

came today for breakfast, 4 people working not including the cook, i was then prompted by all 4 employees to use the kiosk, mind you the kiosk doesn’t have a way to write notes on allergies or anything, i was told i wont have my order taken at the register unless i have cash or coupons , this is ridiculous and considering the times , business should be business ? i really hope you this entire staff gets re trained horrible horrible location p
Horrible experience. The girl barely understands English and I came back because they left the mayonnaise out of my whopper. She apologize and gave me another sandwich. I came home and that same burger does not have mayonnaise on there. They cannot get your order right there.
Horrible staff. The worst I have ever seen. Just entering the restaurant and asking for something makes the lady wearing her headset raising her eyebrows, sighing and hitting the counter. Is that customer service?
I used to come here everyday because its the closes fast food near where I work. But the food quality is horrible, chicken fries are overcooked or old, whopper jrs seem to be thrown together sloppy, and they always forget to give me the sauce I order and no napkins, and mind you I go there everyday because i work near by, its always an issue, im gonna have to go out the way to shop at McDonald's. Horrible place and experience.
I got there and the manager was just chilling in the customer area. I ordered a chicken sandwich and nuggets. The sandwich was alright, nothing special. But the nuggets were terrible, I don't even think they were cooked all the way, and they were rubbery. I also had to walk back for sauce. I'm never going here again.
This Burger King is one of a kind you will find all your usual burgers. This specific location the employees are not that friendly they have very very serious faces and is scary to get that vibe in your food. These female employees should be grateful they have a job in a country that is not theirs. They have some income but their deep sadness is unbelievable mirrored in their faces is shocking. I tried to make them smile but Nutin would love them from not showing that upside frowns. I got a breakfast item and ask for some butter and she was furious about it and replying that they didn't have any butter something so simple. They need to be aware of show happiness among any circumstance. That creole mindset is way too tough. If u come here to America at least learn how to be thankful and joyful. Overall just be aware of their bad energy transmitting it to the food they serve. Just fyi. BK is a legend and always be. But having that bad experience can ruin the good legendary burger experience! I went there a few times and it was always same bad attitude that stinks!
This is one of the worst burger kings I have ever been to. Went about 2 days ago & ordered via the drive through. The woman on the intercom was almost impossible to understand with her deep accent. She couldn't get the order correct after multiple attempts. Got my order and I checked it. It was wrong. I told her & she just looked at me like she couldn't understand. After a few minutes, finally got the right food. I decided to try again today & went inside this time. Order went smooth. When I left I noticed one item was wrong again. Receipt shows it correct but obviously they can't read English either. Avoid this location unless you like getting wrong items.
Did I really just get interrogated by the staff who forgot my French fries for my online order…? Prepare to be aggressively told one word over and over in the drive thru line “Confirmation!” “Confirmation!” Apparently no- “confirmation” is not the confirmation number from the uber eats pick up number.. and no it is not the name on the order either.. and no showing your phone with uber eats “confirmation of order placed” is also not the “confirmation!” they (two employees) will be shouting at you with no further explanation. Also, not worth going inside to get the order of fries they left out. They will demand a receipt that they never gave you… also no they don’t remember you (the only vehicle in the drive thru less than 2 minutes ago and only customers in the building)… yes they will ask to see the contents of the Togo bag you opened… and then question if there really was no fries in the bag after bare handed rummaging through it.. btw the bag that is clearly full and not touched from when we grabbed it less than two minutes prior from you at the take out window… What in the world did I just experience?
Burger King’s “Timer Trick”: How Customers Are Being Used to Protect Drive-Thru Metrics If you’ve ever wondered why you’re told to “pull up to the first window” at Burger King — even when no one else is in line — you’re not alone. What looks like a simple instruction is often part of a much bigger strategy that many customers have been noticing nationwide: drive-thru timer manipulation. And it’s costing customers time, patience, and in many cases, fairness. What Happened Recently, I pulled into the drive-thru at a Burger King with zero cars ahead of me. The employee took my order and told me to pull up to the first window. So I did. And then I sat. Five minutes passed. Then ten. Meanwhile, cars started lining up behind me — cars that got served faster than I did. No one called me forward, even though my food was clearly done. This wasn’t an accident. It wasn’t forgetfulness. It was deliberate. And it’s something that happens over and over again at Burger King locations across the country. Why This Happens: The Timer System Most drive-thru restaurants have a timing system that measures: How long it takes to greet the car How long it takes to take the order How long it takes to deliver the food How many customers are moved through per hour Corporate uses these numbers to score the store’s performance. Better times = better evaluations. Worse times = write-ups and disciplinary action. At many Burger Kings, employees are under pressure to “protect the numbers” — even if it means slowing down customers in real life to speed up their metrics on paper. The Trick Here’s how the manipulation works: 1. They take your order quickly, then tell you to pull forward to a window. 2. Once you pass the drive-thru sensor, your order time stops counting — even if your food isn’t ready. 3. You sit there waiting while new cars get processed behind you, keeping the store’s average time low. 4. Your actual wait gets longer, but the system shows the restaurant performing beautifully. In other words: Corporate thinks the store is lightning-fast. Customers experience the exact opposite. Why This Is a Problem This practice cheats customers in multiple ways: Longer wait times for the person who plays along Inconsistent service Cars behind you get served first Loss of transparency — the system intended to measure efficiency is being exploited Creates the illusion of good performance, while hiding bad habits It’s like being stuck in traffic while someone in the next lane is using the shoulder as their personal express lane — except the shoulder is you. This Isn’t a One-Time Mistake — It’s a Pattern Plenty of customers report the same pattern: Being told to pull up when the line is empty Long delays at the first or second window Food appearing to have been ready but held back Employees rushing the order taker but ignoring the window entirely These aren’t isolated incidents. This is a systematic workaround to avoid accountability. Why It Goes Viral People aren’t just frustrated — they feel lied to. Fast food is supposed to be fast. And when customers realize they’re being used as part of a deliberate tactic to manipulate numbers, they get angry. And when people get angry and share stories like this, they spread fast. What Customers Can Do If you experience this: Politely refuse to pull ahead unless there’s a real reason Ask, “Is this for your timer?” Request a manager Report it to corporate Share your story on social media — because companies respond faster when the public sees it Final Thought Burger King’s goal should be simple: serve customers quickly and honestly. Instead, many locations are choosing to game the system, making their statistics look great while the customer experience gets worse. Until this practice stops, expect more customers to call it out — and more stories like this to go viral.
I can't review the food because I never actually ate any from this location. But I did visit the store today hoping to get it my way. Unfortunately, this Burger King NO LONGER ACCEPTS CASH. I had a bill fold of $20's and they couldn't take my order she said they "don't have change"? She was telling me "they don't have cash in the cash register". They wanted exact change.

I can't review the food because I never actually ate any from this location. But I did visit the store today hoping to get it my way. Unfortunately, this Burger King NO LONGER ACCEPTS CASH. I had a bill fold of $20's and they couldn't take my order she said they "don't have change"? She was telling me "they don't have cash in the cash register". They wanted exact change.
Horrible experience. The girl barely understands English and I came back because they left the mayonnaise out of my whopper. She apologize and gave me another sandwich. I came home and that same burger does not have mayonnaise on there. They cannot get your order right there.
