TGI Fridays

I haven’t been toTGI Fridays in years . We were in Orlando for a day trip and stop here for dinner. My server Victoria was awesome very helpful with answering all my questions and gave great recommendations. We were greeted by the manager Bryan who was very friendly and he checked on us to make sure we enjoyed our meal he even gave us a free ice cream sundae for our visit . We will be back soon. If you’re in the Orlando area give them a try ..

Just left from a weekend in Orlando to go to the theme parks. We go to TGIs every month that we are out there. The service was top-notch as usual and that is thanks to our main server Charles. We go to TGIs not only for food and drinks but our main reason, the team! Charles has been our main server for the last year and he is a big reason we keep coming back. Other reasons of course are food and drinks, can’t forget that, we enjoy the selection and the drinks but for us, service is significantly important. We also come back because of Claudia, another outstanding server who is not only welcoming but such a team player. Shoutouts also need to go to Willios, Renaldo and Thad. They are always friendly, attentive, and make the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. You can tell they all really care about the guests. Great food, great vibes, and an amazing staff. Definitely looking forward to coming back, we will be there in 2 weeks and then again next month!

Two nights I ate at this venue and really enjoyed both of my meals here. Alongside my father we enjoyed some great appetizers and some drinks. I recommend it very much for a short stay at the bar while you watch sports.

Let me just say this place was actually amazing! First, the place was REALLY clean. I mean it- everywhere looked like it was taken care of properly. You most likely won’t see any sort of garbage laying around tables, chairs, the floor or anywhere in this place. Next, the waiters were literally the most amazing human beings ever. The words patient and kind can’t describe how well one of them treated us! Oh, and the service was just impeccable. The food arrived so fast- and we ordered a good amount too! Expect to see lightning fast service of this place. Finally, the food was pretty good not gonna lie. It’s better than your average fast food place and overall just tastes like good food. The most you’ll get from the food is a 4 star experience, as it’s nothing too extraordinary. I’d say this place is great for eating out with family. The staff is super friendly and the food is enjoyable! Check it out, and maybe you’ll see what I mean! ❤️ ❤️

I work from home but I don’t live in Orlando. I had to stay over due to being called into the office for business meeting and presentation. I was hungry and decided to eat at TGIF. The food is American cuisine fun food or full course meals if you desire. I ordered my meal and had a few drinks that were amazing and looked just like the menu photos. The bathroom was just unacceptable. Soap dispenser falling off the wall and not working properly, dirty corners, cheap paper, weak dryers. The food tasted good, but PLEASE disclose that bell peppers are an ingredient ON THE MENU.

Great location and very friendly staff on our visit. The food was good and the service quick. The prices are welcome in comparison to the nearby Universal City Walk as well.

Too creamy and the combination of cajun spice plus cream and cheese just don't go together for me (maybe I ordered the wrong food). Plus it would be perfect to pair it with Garlic Bread. The staff and service tho is amazing. They always look after you and it's quick.

Waited to get drinks tilll our food came. Food was good service had to get up and beg for drinks and silverware. Definately not a go to option again. After getting done almost 90 mjnutes later got to room was sick all night throwing up. Food tasted good going down but mustve been bad cause puked it all up after. Came in next day for breakfast buffett was great mgr took care of us from prior night bad experience thanks jerry🙂and tasha. Much better for breakfast.

Loved coming to this Fridays, especially after a long day at the parks. Always get here in the evening for Happy Hour, but today found out there is no more happy hour prices. May have to find a new spot. After paying $12 for drinks at the park, I enjoyed having a few at happy hour prices.

I thought I'd written this before but this is a horribly one place from the management trickle down to the sorriest attitudes I've ever seen starting at the bar. I just literally waited 22 minutes 10 minutes to be seated in 12 minutes no one ever talk to me at the table. Good riddance, seems like they only serve certain people here.

Went there last night for Valentine’s Day, wait time wasn’t long. Took a while to get our food, my kids food came out first then 30-40 mins later our food came out. I got the pasta, while mixing it I found a long red orangey hair in my pasta. Told the waitress and she apologized. When I got my food back it was the same guy who brought it out the first time, a bald African American man with glasses not sure if he was the manager he never introduced himself. When he brought me my pasta he said idk what happened back there but the cooks don’t have hair and as you can see I’m bald, I was confused because where would that hair come from? My family at the table all have locs/ dreads and our hair is styled so our hair wasn’t out and loose, the hair in the pasta was a fine strand of hair. The new pasta tasted burned. I didn’t even bother returning it our bill was $111.11 the food definitely wasn’t worth that. I use to love tgi but I would never go there again. And if the bald guy is the manager he needs better training he could’ve just apologized about it but he made it seem like it we put the hair in the food. That’s the last time tgi will see us.

Absolutely disgusting. Only good thing was the nice female server. $15 for salsa and spinach covered in cheese more than anything. Bathroom had POOP on the floor from getting flooded I would love my $70 back . 1-2 hours for food. My ribs are the size of a toe

Stayed next door at the Marriott. 1st night I came I ordered the Aloha chicken bowl. The chicken was basically raw. I gave it a second chance the following night thinking it would be better. Ordered artichoke dip & whiskey glazed chicken bites. Chicken bites were cold. Artichoke dip temperature was hot, but not tasty at all. This place has to get complaints all the time about the kitchen. On the other hand bar staff was very good.

I wasn't going to leave a 1 star until I received the check. We came here for lunch and it started fine. I ordered the ribs with fries and coleslaw, the coleslaw tasted sour which is finei just didn'teat it. I let the waitress know and had her take off the table. My niece ordered a burger and 3 bites in she got a piece a hard plastic something. This time I asked for the manager. She apologized and said she would take it off the bill and discount the rest of the bill, which I said she didn't need to as we were fine with the other plates. She discounted the rest of the bill $1.49... Again didn't ask for anything else to be discounted but whatever. As I am going through the bill I see a $15 charge for wings that we did not order. I bring this up and the waitress say "OH sorry I added someone else's order to yours but used his gift cards to fix it." There is clearly a $15 charge but no credits showing on the bill. She then says she'll just remove it and redo our bill. She brings back the bill which originally was $72 and change brings a new bill (after "removing" the $15 wing order) and now the bill is almost $84. I said this still isn't right and went to show her the original bill that she brought with the new bill and she snatches the original bill away and will not let me see it to explain where I saw $72 and now its $83. She just keeps saying the manager removed the items and corrected the bill, yet if you remove $15 how does the bill increase by $11? I can chalk most things up to things just happen. I will not chalk up you overcharging me and hiding charges from me. Definitely will never be back. If you go to this location make sure you check your bill before paying.

Waitress was nice - but food price was INSANE for what you got - i ordered a chicken sandwich which was cold for almost $20!! Drinks had barely any alcohol could not even taste it. Our bill was $120 and we didnt even eat on property. It was cheaper at Margaritaville! Save your money and do not go here. Pee was all over the mens floor. I was very disappointed and will never return. We were overcharged for our appetizer. Ordered the combo one and was charged for two separate appetizers.

I visited this restaurant recently and had a very disappointing experience with the service. I waited at the bar for approximately 10 minutes before I asked the waitress for a menu. During that time, she was very chatty with other patrons but did not acknowledge me at all—she didn’t say hello or ask if she could help me. Even after receiving the menu, that I asked for, she made no effort to check on me, so I decided to get up and approach the front. I spoke with another employee and explained that I had been waiting at the bar and had received no assistance. The waitress was wearing a black hoodie-style short dress with a skeleton design, and while she was friendly with the patron next to me, she made no effort to assist me despite the restaurant being fairly empty. I was ready to order food, but she did not make any contact. I also noticed she was taking out clean cups for the other patron, which made the lack of attention to me feel even more frustrating. Since I had been waiting for close to 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, I decided to move to a booth, but ultimately I chose to leave because I did not feel welcome and felt the service was poor. When I asked to speak to the manager, Brian, I found him to be rude and disrespectful. He repeatedly interrupted me while I was speaking. When I asked for the name of the general manager, he said it was Jerry. When I asked when Jerry would be available, he refused to provide the information, claiming it was a safety issue. I was only seeking to ensure I could contact him to share my experience, not to visit in person. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The service I received was unacceptable, and I hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening to other patrons in the future.
