Mike.Mike was amazing 🤩 I saw that he made a mistake on someone’s tacos and he gave them for free. That make me think that there is still humanity left in the world and don’t even get me started on the service it was great 😊 7/24/25 We were the people that got a refill on the sweet tea every time we go there it is amazing thank you

First time visiting a Tijuana Flats. We were greeted by Dillon who was very welcoming and knowledgeable. He enthusiastically described the menu options available, answered all our questions, and offered some great suggestions. We got the cilantro-lime shrimp bowl and street tacos it was all delish!! We'll be back!!

The taco is enough I bought two and it was too much. This meal was amazing and tasty.

Had a chicken burrito with everything. It was very good and was a good size for under $10 bucks. The hot sauce bar is fire 🔥🔥. The staff was very friendly and was genuinely interested in serving you. Great lunch spot 👍👌👍.

Cashier was super friendly. Restaurant was clean. Food came out at a decent time and was very good. I believe it was the manager that came out to check on us, also very nice and attentive. Will be back to this location!

We went here for a few apps and to say goodbye to our families. It was Taco Tuesday. They were very busy but we waitrd for someone to leave then sat and ordered. In the mean time we haf chips and dip. The cheese did the grands loved. 3 of us got the cheese quesadilla. The rest had tacos. It was a lot of fun.

Just had the best experience at Tijuana Flats. Service there is phenomenal and in large part that was due to our server named Mike. You know when someone just goes above and beyond and shows they care about giving you a good experience in even the simplest of things? That was this guy. Patient and friendly without being fake or over the top. Asked for an extra plate for my son and he brings it out with some extra chips. He waited by the exit door knowing I’d be carting trays out to my family, and getting was ready to hold the door for me when I got there. Knows we are finishing up our meal and brings us a to go box and offers refills for our drinks. Every step of the way he was friendly and considerate. I’ve eaten at fine dining places that couldn’t achieve this level of service. All the staff are friendly and helpful whenever we come to TF and just want to make sure to give them all credit for being amazing at hospitality. Of course the food is always good and just what you expect from TF. I recommend the double stack tacos, by the way. So damned good.

The food is plentiful and delicious, chips are seasoned well, and the hot sauce bar has great flavors. Food comes fast and tastes fresh. The dining room also has various framed picture of professional athletes and A-list actors who stop in to dine as well. We highly recommend if your passing thru the area.

I travel a lot, went here on the fly a couple months ago for some tacos and they didn’t disappoint. The best thing about this place is the sauces. They have like 20 different options to choose from.

I go to this place everytime i come to Orlando and it never disappoints! Their menu is vegetarian friendly and is reasonably priced! Also thier collection of sauce is amazing! I definitely recommend going to this place and trying out thier food!

Super yummy food! Really cool atmosphere and the staff was really nice. The decor is pretty fun to look at too. I had the chimichanga. 10/10 would eat again.

Coming for taco Tuesday, without going into much detail. We did have a few issues but thankfully the manager on duty went above and beyond. I have never met someone so dedicated to his job and handled a situation with such ease. We have seen him a few times since we come here often. I wish I could catch his name and give him the recognition he deserves.

Just received delivery of my order (5 minutes ago) and both large drinks I ordered are missing. I understand that many times this can be the fault of the delivery service, but it is the onus of the restaurant to ensure that the delivery service has taken FULL responsibility of ALL aspects of the ordered meal, including drinks. Unfortunately, I don't believe I will order from this Tijuana Flats again.

The staff were really great. I will likely come back strictly due to how kind and attentive the staff were. The food wasn’t very special or flavorful on my opinion. Granted, I missed the salsa bar altogether. That sucked. But the food itself lacked so much. We had a variety of different options and we all felt similarly. I will try again and work my way through some salsas. I expect this to help, but I will be deeply surprised if it is so good as to bump it up to a 4 star review.

But it was so so... for my main course I ordered chicken enchiladas. They added lettuce inside the hot enchiladas. That was a big turn off. Flavor was ok. My son ordered chicken quesadillas and they put lettuce inside that too. You stand in line to order food and find a table to sit. Then the staff brings your food. Nothing to rave about this place. Chipotle may be a better option for the flavor of the food and for the price. We spent $39 for 3 meals and it would be $21 or so for three meals in chipotle.

I ordered 2 steak tacos with extra cheese and I got this. These tacos HAVE NO MEAT IN THEM. Get your ish together t-flats. You used to be the best.

It is with great sadness that I need to write this review. I am not a person who leaves reviews everywhere unless it is already something that has reached the limit. I have been a client of Tijuana Flats Lake Nona since the first week it opened nearly a decade ago. You can check your records with my name. Unfortunately, the quality of the service, and especially of the food, has dropped too much. Please don't blame the pandemic because this started happening long before but lately, it got worse. I've been there on a Friday night and the restaurant is empty. It's sad. In fairness, the current manager is friendly and tries to serve as well as possible. The previous managers and various employees were horrible. I don't know if it's personal, but something always happens with my orders. Of the last 10 orders, in 7 something went wrong. They forgot the drinks, they didn't include the children's apple sauce, the nachos are old, soggy and have a horrible taste, they make the flautas fried when we ask for them grilled, they give me someone else's food and blame me for not “checking”, they made the order spicy when we ask it without jalapeños ‘cause food allergies (this is dangerous!), also, they made our daughter quesadilla with cheese when she has dairy allergies (thank God we found out earlier, but she didn't eat that night from TF), the portion sizes are absurdly small or burned food. Last time, they gave my food to another person and I had to wait 15 more minutes. Do you know the funny thing? While I was waiting, the person who had my order called, and they gave him or her a full refund of their food and I ended up waiting and paying in full. Don't take me wrong, I am not an opportunist, but is basic customer service policy to at least offer something for the inconvenience. ...and waiting for it....drumroll!! Yes, they did the order wrong and were careless! (see the pics below) Maybe by mistake, I ordered “mini-flautas” (my irony!!!) because they were so small, unfilled/empty that you can see through. There is no perfect restaurant. One mistake now and then is understandable, but in my case it turned into a habit. I don't live close enough to go back and fix their mistake. Unfortunately, I can't support them anymore. Guys, a few years ago you were the only tex-mex around, but now you have quite a lot of competition around. You are not in the luxury of continuing doing these quality mistakes. Raise your bar! I hope you can consider my comments and improve in the future.

I will never eat at Tijuana Flats again after this disastrous so called meal.

I placed an online order for nachos to pick up on my break and when I opened the box I was completely and utterly confused and astonished by the meal. Not only was it poorly presented but they barely put any cheese, meat, or beans on the nachos and just covered it with lettuce. If I wanted to eat a bunch of lettuce I would’ve just bought some.
