I’ve ordered from Bento Sushi/Asian Cuisine a few times now, and it has quickly become one of my favorites in town. I’m very picky when it comes to Asian cuisine, but this place truly stands out. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently high quality. Highly recommended!

Delicious! Had the rice bowl with chicken and yellow curry sauce, includes red pepper, carrot, and zucchini. My dish arrived promptly in about 5 minutes and was warm, fragrant, and a little spicy. Beautiful decor and fair prices for a filling meal. I'll definitely be returning for the curry rice bowl and to try a bunch of other Bento dishes!

Beautiful location! I went during soft opening so most of the staff were still in training but they were friendly and knowledgeable. The service was quick and the food was tasty, as always! Lots of room inside the restaurant and the decor is beautiful.

I was visiting from out of town. I’ve been to a different Bento over by UCF and recalled that I liked it so I wanted to check this one out. Let me start by saying that this place is SUPER NICE inside! The only thing I got was a short video of the ceiling. I forgot to take pictures of our food. But this is a really nice, clean restaurant! We were a party of 4. They have two kiosks to order from at the the cashier. We got a boba tea, two small poke bowls, two tofu ramen bowls and a California roll. Our order was about $100. After 2 of us ate our small poke salad bowl and the order of California roll, we were still hungry. So, we went back to the kiosk and ordered some pork egg rolls and a miso soup. That hit the spot! We got the tofu bowls to go. The only issue we had was one of them was the pineapple bowl and they didn’t have any pineapple! They’re changing the menu, but stopped stocking pineapple before taking it off the menu. So… They were really good and a good size. I decided to get a gift card before leaving so my friends, who are local) can go back and visit again. They love it! We’ll definitely be back again next time we’re in town.

Angel is super attentive to the customers and the stores needs. He was great suggestion Boba Teas the kids would like and when I asked what was lighter on the menu he gave me the Poke Bowl suggestion. Everything was perfect! Once the rush was over I noticed how without hesitation he started cleaning up the restaurant so everything was neat and clean! Thank you for loving what you do! As my friends and I were touring around Orlando looking for more places to rate, we stumbled across this Asian kitchen. I had never heard of bento before and was ecstatic to try to the food here. The atmosphere was phenomenal and the staff was so friendly. When I put my dishes in the dishwash window, there was a young kid washing dish that smiled at me and told me to have a good day. Normally staff in back of house aren't this polite as they are too busy with what they are doing. The food tasted really good, I got a double protein of teriyaki chicken over fried rice and made it a combo with a drink and miso soup. I definitely reccomened and will be coming back.

Second time at this location during our week visit. It has such a clean and nice atmosphere to sit in. The interior decor has a modern vibe. Service was great both times and has enough seating for large groups. We’ve always been fans of Bentos menu in the past. Will definitely keep this location in mind on our visits, since it’s so close to the airport.

Yeah yeah, I know I do not do but full service restaurants but now that we have a granddaughter we have to accommodate and make some changes to our routines without sacrificing on flavor, well this is perfect example, this is not a fast food place, it is quick but the food is simply amazing, the vast array of flavors, fresh ingredients and plenty of sauces to complement, you can do self ordering or someone will gladly and friendly will help you out, we had many question answered before we set down and waited just a few minutes until it was served at our table to enjoy some great food selection, thank you for serving a very enjoyable meal, quick at a reasonable price…

It was great to see the place so busy on their opening day. They definitely have a few kinks to work out, but they'll get there. They could be a little faster on rolling their sushi.

Great flavors, portions, and unique offerings! At 1st we thought it was closed bec. it was hard to see through the very dark windows but so glad we went inside! We only had the sushi but it was all delicious. The restaurant was clean and staff friendly. You can both order at a kiosk or with a person which was nice since it was our first time and we had questions. They also have rice bowls, poke bowls, and bento boxes that we are looking forward to trying next time we're on that side of town again.

Actually, we got there shortly after they opened around 11:30. And obviously had no problems putting our order into the kiosk and then sitting down. I thought the portion was more than adequate. The taste was very good and I certainly would go back again.

This was our second time coming to eat at this location, and just like the first time, they did not disappoint. We were helped with our orders, and the food came out quickly. Most importantly, everything was delicious, and everyone thoroughly loved their food! We had sushi Rainbow roll and Red Dragon, plus two Poke bowls with salmon and Tuna. I added mango, scallions, cukes, Avocado, ginger and teriyaki to mine. Loved it! My wife had the same but with Ginger dressing, also tasty! Absolutely delicious! Recommend coming to try it

Although I preferred to sit and have someone cater to me. They don't do that. Food was gr8 I had a custom poke bowl. It was delightful. Presentation was nice too. N food was fresh. Thank u will come again. Lunch for 3 cost bout $72 worth it.

Can't believe Bento opened up in my neck of the woods and it seriously they chopped down some trees here to build this complex and I'm glad cuz I was lining up before they even opened. Anyway I ordered a bunch of stuff you can see below. I love building up my poke bowls and the Boba tea is for real sweet bonus. Actually tastes authentic. Like a hungry food terminator, I'll Be Back!

Don’t get me wrong ,food is good, just a tad overpriced Be ready to wait a bit as the time to order is close to lunch or dinner ( makes sense), High traffic allways I guess I have to try different meals to grade them

Usually there when the traffic is low, great spot to enjoy food & Drinks while chatting with friends. Recently had the Chef Special "El Patrón" sushi and was pleasantly surprised, not your typical profile of sushi but still great in its own manner! Usually grab a quick bite when possible.

Nice, quick but a little pricey. I would go back. It wasn't busy. It's fairly large. The food was good.

Nice little spot in lake nona with plenty of sitting. It took over 30 minutes to receive sushi, which I thought was a bit extreme. Pork egg rolls were really good, and broccoli noodle bowl was ok.

Over priced but good ! I would recommend for like a small date. My husband and I got boba teas and a Spicy Tuna Roll

The food is pretty much what you would expect from an Asian kitchen: a step up from panda express but not as good as food from a hibachi grill. What I find not expect was the price. $24 for one bowl of fried rice with chicken, shrimp, and veggies. At this rate (especially during lunchtime), I could have gone across the street to machi hibachi and order the same thing for the same price and get 3x the food plus a soup and salad. I genuinely received 3 pieces of shrimp and maybe 1/4 cup of chicken. I will say the service is quick and the employees are very respectful. I do think it is a plus to have a handwashing station by the condiment bar since not everyone wants to go into the restroom before eating. It’s innovative and I believe every restaurant should have one. Although, this one was out of soap when I tried to use it.

First visit to Bento Orlando and it was a quick and efficient trip. I placed a to go order for miso soup and it was ready in a few. I noticed there was a cashless menu/ordering system. Boba is also served here. Cozy space and I look forward to dining in!

My relationship with Bento is complex. It's like Ramona and Scott. There's time where I wonder if I even like it, but when I go eat it, I remember why. I got a Korean steak fried rice and it was absolutely delicious. I also like how you can easily special order everything. And the portions are huge that you have to be full by the end. Unfortunately, my jasmine tea boba tea tasted straight up like dunkin donuts iced coffee with boba pearls. Not what I expected and will go to the bathroom right after. My mom had issues cause she wanted the garlic soy pad thai but they said that cant be possible so there was some tension. The place itself is gorgeous. Unfortunately it was pretty understaffed so if someone can please work here and help them out that would be great. Also whoever was working and dressed up as Tanjiro you're cool lets hang out. Kind of pricey but makes sense cause big portions.

You’d think an $18 Poké bowl would give you a little bit more than this. The protein at least should be a little bit bigger scoops.

The food was just ok. For the price you expect just a little bit more. Ordered two bento bowls with fried rice that was $4.50 extra and still got white rice on both. Although there were no customers, tables were gross and needed to be cleaned. The staff was nice enough though, that's why they got 3 stars.

Went for the first time a few weeks ago and at that time they were not allowing dine-in (I just called today and they say dine-in is allowed now). I enjoyed the Korean beef bulgogi dish I ordered. The flavors were great and ingredients tasted fresh. I also got a passion fruit with mango boba tea and thought it was too sweet for my taste. Overall, I had a good experience and plan on going back. 5/23/21 - Went back for dine-in and based on that experience I lowered the overall rating from 4 stars to 3.5 stars. The beef bulgogi was taken off the menu (it was still listed on the website) and the portions were smaller, considering the prices. The flavor of the coconut curry dish was very tasty and the sauce was creamy. I would not order another bento box again as the temperature was not as hot and the Korean chicken was mostly vegetables. Perhaps takeout is the better way to experience, although the inside is nicely decorated and had a pleasant ambiance.

It's not great but it's okay! The place is so pretty they did a fantastic job with the decor and ambiance perfect for lake nona but... I just wasn't feeling the food,the miso soup is good but a rice bowl alone is $14 and I don't think it's worth it. Although the place is new, the menu is a bit confusing to read and they charge extra for alot of things,and the cashier's still didn't know alot of answers to questions on the menu :/ will I go back again ? Yes but not anytime soon I feel like they need to still work on a few kinks

This place has really gone downhill. I used to love the protein portion sizes, but unfortunately they joined the trend of skimping out on protein. For the price you pay you should get way more full pieces of protein. It’s almost like they cut the pieces smaller to make it look like more? Very disappointed. They are definitely low on staff; the garbage was piling up in the hand washing station. Your money will go further somewhere else. Will not be back.

I really want to love it here however the past few times have been less than ideal. The sushi never tastes fresh, almost like grocery store sushi, which honestly would have been tastier and probably have gotten a larger portion if I had gotten it from Publix. These sushi rolls are TINY. They had a BOGO on rolls and even then the portion size feels small. Luckily I only paid $10 for this meal instead of $20 but in no way whatsoever do the portions and quality match the full price. On top of that, I get all the way home to find that my spicy tuna roll was missing the spicy mayo on top, so it was extremely dry and didn't taste right. Then as I was eating I found a piece of hair on the top of the container. Either lower your prices to match grocery store sushi or up the quality and satisfaction of the product. The only reason I have 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the BOGO which brought the meal down closer to what it's worth.

I really want to love this BENTO but the amount of food is seriously lacking for the price. I've been here multiple times and only once did I feel like the amount was worth it. I guess it really depends who is making it that day.

We were visiting my daughter and ordered from this Bentos. I ordered via Uber Eats, the House Ginger Salad , Pork Egg Rolls and the Special Mex Roll. The roll and egg rolls were good but the salad was ROTTEN! Bentos ought to be ashamed to have delivered this salad! I will never order from this Bentos again!

Used to love coming here. It was always so yummy. Today I came in we had to jump over puddles of water in the floor everywhere. I ordered my usual and they forgot one of the fish. When they brought it out the tuna and yellowtail smelled. The avocado was nasty and brown. Even the miso was off tasting. Sad because I loved this place

Food is good, but it takes too long to come out. My husband and I don’t order a lot of food or very unique menu items and it still takes 45 minutes to an hour to get our food every time. I think we are going to start trying other restaurants to see if there’s something similar with less of a wait.

Wait time was inordinately long and what made it worse is they served two groups who purchased food after me first! Guys behind the counter tried to ignore me by acting like they didn’t understand English. Lucky for them (sarcasm), I am also fluent in Spanish. No genuine effort is made to provide good customer service. Air conditioning was inadequate. Bento box? More like sweat box. (I noticed a review from 2 years ago with the same complaint). And, it is expensive so I made sure I received a full refund before walking out. Note to owner or Kaylan: I read the other reviews. If you care about your business, take action. Talk is cheap so please don’t waste time responding to this review with nonsense about wanting to make things right. You’ve been warned - plenty of other (better) places to eat in the area.

This place when it opened a few years ago the food tasted fresh and quality. Now, it’s just abominable. The staff’s appearance is unsanitary. The one guy who handles the cashier/beverage station takes his sweet time and NEVER gets customers order correctly. He is plain and simple rude! Place alot of potential but the managers need to be reviewed. They are not doing a good job keeping the food quality to par along with the employees.

Service is really slow. Ran out of coke. I was told "sorry we don't have no more" and call it a day. Several people waiting on orders. Restaurant is empty and no food is coming out.

Food is disgusting. Their menu is way too large. They focus on making 100 options less than mediocre and should focus on making 20 choices good. Can’t focus on much of anything with that much fluff in the menu. Their poke bowls fell off a cliff (used to be good) so I decided to try traditional fried Chinese/american dishes and it was even worse. Also only having low sodium soy sauce is an atrocity.

Worst service! We place an order of poke, sushi, fried rice and crab wanton. Instead of the sushi we got a small order of cold noddles. I called and the person that answer said they were running low on some items that’s why it was replace and there’s nothing they can do. Really? You replace sushi with noddles?

I ordered the hibachi bowl with fried rice and extra chicken, along with an order of wontons. The bowl was bland, had no flavor, and it literally had no chicken at all, with a bunch of hard pieces of onions and broccoli. Not to mention, the entire container of fried rice was mushy. I always order the cream cheese wontons, I don't know if it was cross contamination or what, but there were specks of something inside the wontons. I'm so glad I always break them apart before eating them, and after seeing how it was prepared, I just trashed the entire meal.

The quality of the food is not as before. When we sat down to eat, we realized that the air conditioning was broken. We were literally sweating while we were eating. For a relatively new place, this bento is not worth while visiting.

Lack of good service and customer communication, ordered a fried rice to go which took 20 minutes to come out, and its not the 20 minutes bc I would understand if they were busy but it was actually not the case, it was empty, only 2 more people who were already eating and me and my boyfriend. Got the food in a black plastic bag, no utensils, no napkins, no sauces, no chopsticks and the guy just drop it off at the table we were waiting at and walked away :( It was our first time and we stopped for a snack bc of how good everything looked online but I guess not :( it truly takes a lot for me to do reviews but the service was really bad

$16.50 for this large poke bowl. After I chopped it uo it looks ok , tiny bits of avocado- completely tasteless. Will not go back here. Poor customer service. Burnt egg rolls

I have been to other bento locations here they just lack the attention to detail ! Rice is soggy and the veggies are not cooked to perfection! It’s just done poorly not complaining about quality but the way it’s prepared not even close to the other locations

Bento used to be one of my favorite places to have lunch at in lake Nona; sadly, that has changed. Customer service is nonexistent since they have computers taking the orders. My poke-bowl came with a tiny bit of cream cheese, before they used to put a considerable amount. Also, I only got 2 grape tomatoes. The poke bowl was $16. I do not recommend eating here any more.

I had the volcano roll via delivery. I don’t know who made my roll, but I bit down on something hard. Thank God I didn’t swallow it. It was a piece of hard plastic or ceramic! It looked like a broken piece of a plate! I called and talked to a supervisor because he said a manager was not available. He promised to make it right and to tell the manager when he arrived, and that the manager would call me. No one has called to make it right yet! So I’m just gonna leave this review right here. That could’ve been a child eating that and they could’ve swallowed it! Food safety needs to be a priority!

I went yesterday with my daughter because we love bento boxes. We ordered the veggie stir fry and asked them not to add carrots. I received a bowl with an excessive amount of onion and a few broccoli florets. They didn't add any bell pepper. I've been visiting this restaurant for 8 years and nothing like this has ever happened before. The service was good, but the food was terrible. They're putting less and less protein in the bowl each time. Very disappointed. I wasted my money.

I frequent other Bento locations multiple times a month, so I was taken by surprise when I ordered 7 Cali rolls and they were packaged in 3 containers with enough wasabi and ginger for 1 roll. I called the Manager Wimberly to inform him for a service recovery moment and he DID NOT care. He was adamant that not having separate containers and not having ample wasabi and ginger was satisfactory and that I should "just deal with it". Not appropriate at all. He further invited me to call his Manager in the morning to see if he would "even care". I am greatly appalled. WOW!!!! Oh, and 2 of the rolls fell apart by the way, messing up 1 of the 3 containers. Do better Lake Nona Bento. This is NOT the excellence that I have come to know the other Central FL locations as.

Ordered steak and chicken from Uber the food was discusting. And barely had any protein. I wouldn't serve this slop to my enemy. I paid $40 after taxes, service and fees, uber only gave me $10 back. Even they refused to pay for this garbage.
