This was my first time trying their food. Fantastic alternative to the run of the mill chicken places. The food was cooked to order and served fresh and hot. The sauce is tangy and unique. The toast was a nice surprise. It seems generic but somehow delicious and complimented the chicken. The fries were seasoned and tasty. Portions were well worth the price. The tea is phenomenal and not overbearingly sweet w/o loosing the tea taste. The staff was courteous and patient. Asked the right questions and visually showed me my options. The location was clean and well maintained. Quiet and the perfect amount of busy that wasn’t interfering with our dine in experience. Will definitely come back and choose this if there is any in my traveling areas.

This is the second time I got wings that look like this from Zaxby's. These are not Zaxby's quality wings. Dinner ruined.

They are usually pretty good. But today, they messed up my order. Gave me fries when I ordered a coleslaw salad, gave me NO ice when I ordered extra ice and wrong sauce. And the drive-through took like 10 mims to take the order of the car in front of me... not their usual speedy & great service. I'm not sure what was happening today. And the cashier seemed to have a subtle attitude. Hope it's better next time.

Here’s proof I ordered with them. And Seth wasn’t the one who took my order. These are the people who will make you wait a hour. They rather just look at you because you aren’t their color. If you also go through the drive through the manager will tell you to go inside if you can’t decide what your order is. When this is my first time ordering through here.

I always go to this Zaxbys it’s always something this time I had really bad customer service got the window slapped in my face my order was g correct fries and tender is burnt! I asked for cooperate number from the driver boy who was being rude wasn’t given the number I called spoke to a manger name Jeffery he also didn’t wanna give me the young man name or cooperate number but it’s okay cause I’ll not give them another dollar of my money!!!! This is how they treat loyal customers!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would… the employees didn’t know what they were doing. I was told to park and wait for my order and I waited well over 30 minutes…. I finally go inside and the employee is more confused than I am?? I finally get my order and when I get home I realize I got the wrong items.Don’t go to this location, the new staff doesn’t know what they’re doing and have no customer service.

This place used to have really good staff, but they're terrible now. The people they put in the drive-through say barely anything to you and sound like they hate their jobs. I don't expect Chick Fil A service, but at least a "What can I get for you?" would be nice.

Just ordered door dash and i didnt get any of my sauces, ketchup, napkins or anything. They didn’t even give me a straw. I’m at a business doing a delivery and can’t leave. This is my second time at this location and after this visit I will not be returning. I’m not usually one to rate business, however this experience was absurd. The food was good although it wasn’t what I ordered. But the service was absolutely foul. The person in charge was so incredibly rude because I ordered separately from my group. By the time she acknowledged me my friends had already received their order. she made it very clear how frustrated she was that she had to take my order. I understand being busy and I’m not upset about the wait or even how “busy” it was. But if you’re going to talk about a costumer on the other side of the wall might as well do it in-front of my face. Do better or get better management.

Couldn't be more disappointed in this location. No idea how they turn a profit with such a poorly ran business and manager Update: despite trying to reach out to their reply, they never reached back out. The review falls on deaf ears.

Ordered at 6:30 a salad and an 4 piece meal. 15 minutes later the food still wasn’t ready and only 1 other customer inside business. At one point the other customer asked if her good was ready and was met with an attitude from the lady behind the counter.

Apparently they didn’t know because they didn’t have receipt paper. First and last time coming here, I was 20 minutes late for work when I got to this place at 3:35 and didn’t leave until 4:10 Please hire new staff.

My food is supposed to be ready at 5:09, I get there at 5:05. I check in I am here within the app. Waited till 5:19, still no food went to the email tapped I'm here. Here it is 5:29 still no food, have to call them waited 30 minutes in the parking lot 101 plus degrees inside my car. I'm giving cold food and ice that's been melted for 20 minutes. I say something but the employee just keeps walking away like he didn't hear me,,, dude you know you heard me I speak loud and proud so everybody can hear me! Maybe the food is okay, but I ain't coming here no more. I'm actually going to try to get me a refunded, calling the bank now. And the top it all off they only have two curbside pickups, and one curbside location is 100% occupied by a vehicle always backed in silver gray and color. That must be the store manager specials parking spot! Every time I drive by and every time I've came to this place that same damn car has been sitting there clogging up spots when I'm watching as I sat 30 minutes almost waiting for my food that was late now unedible and drinkable about eight vehicles getting their food dropped off at the curb right there at the front door, the employee barely has to walk out the front door. Maybe that's why I got cold food and water down drink. The nerve of every single employee at this store and specially the any type of manager. I will be looking for your district manager and your dinner manager's numbers on indeed soon. You can mess with anybody you want to but I am not the person who's going to back down to this type of punishment to your customers,
