Bring pizza hut back in upstate ny! Several locations have closed around us and there is only one left a hour away! No one out pizzas the hut but we need more locations!

Too tired to cook! I opted for delivery and everything was as expected. The pizza arrived hot and everyone was happy.

Only Pizza hut in the area and only takeout. I miss the buffet. But, pizza is still like crack and its a good deal for a once in a while meal.

As always, the pizza was delicious. The employee I interacted with was wonderful. Thanks for a lovely dinner.

The customer service at this specific location is superior however since the last time I ordered the quality of the pizza has changed. You no longer offer the crust flavoring and the pan pizza crust was disgusting and flavorless.I will no longer be ordering

I just have to give a shout out to Nelson he is extremely kind and helpful over the phone and that is extremely rare especially in chain restaurants. Kudos to this establishment every time I order the quality is always outstanding!

I order here about once a month for over a year now. Fast delivery and good product. Only 1 minor mistake throughout this whole time and was made right quickly.

We usually order from here now that the endicott one is closed. Everytime we order they get it right, and they get it done fast! Food is great, and staff is friendly. We usually do curbside pickup because they don't deliver to where we are 😊

We ordered twice from this Pizza Hut and was not disappointed either time. In fact, the second time we ordered, we were going to be traveling for about an hour until we reached our destination and they did every possible to make sure our pizzas 🍕 stayed warm the entire trip. Will return to this specific location every time we are in the area!

Pizza hut has great pizza. Our favorite is still the stuffed crust cheese pizza. If you have the app, they even send you a birthday gift for a free bread sticks or cinna sticks. It's really nice. I'm so glad we still have a pizza hut here!

Got a Super Supreme Pan Pizza that I ordered on line. The pizza was ready at the specified time and was baked perfectly. The staff was very professional and friendly. The place was very nice, clean and organized. It's also takeout only. The pizza was delicious and the experience went well. Will definitely order again.

The pizza still tastes like it did 35 yrs ago when they had the free pizza program with the local school districts.. (its just missing the salad bar and pitchers of beer)

The Johnson City, NY Pizza Hut is under new management at it's new location. This place is awesome! The Manager Dave is really great at his job, very helpful, order's that are placed are done correctly the 1st time with no issues....I WILL be ordering from them again!

Ordered online at this Pizza Hut as it was mid way to our trip to a family wedding. Although no inside dining, we were able to use restroom, and Pizza Hut gave us plates to take to use at a nearby picnic area

One of the few remaining ones around. Really miss our local one. Once again grew up around here as did my brothers, oldest one used to sit in his car seat while mom and dad closed the restaurant . Love the breadsticks, blueberry pizza and white garlic pizza.

Had an awesome experience thru delivery here today which is the norm. The food was cooked perfect and the delivery driver was very accommodating for delivering the items by calling to let me know he was here and asking which method I preferred. Very friendly as well. Easy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Their pizza is delicious! The cashier was super attentive! I got a cheese pizza and bread sticks for about $20! The store front is small having only two tables so I wouldn’t recommend sit down eating unless it is for a quick lunch!

I love Pizza Hut, and this location did stellar! I got a stuffed crust garlic parmesan sauce cheese pizza with bacon, as well as a medium cheese pizza with two toppings, a bacon cheese bread, regular cheese bread, and garlic parmesan boneless wings. I am out of the delivery zone, so the drive is the perfect amount of time to allow the food to get ready, and when I rolled up forty minutes or so after ordering, it was well and ready for me. I am not a stickler on time or food being out, I was just pleased to roll in and out. The crew inside was also nice 👍

This location is very clean and organized. The Lady at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. She gave me paper plate and napkins which is unusual for fast food chains. I really appreciate it because I always forget to ask and once I'm in the car I don't want to go back. The only complaint I have is that I ordered a Pepperoni Lovers Pizza and it did not have adequate amount of pepperoni. But, the pepperoni was cooked perfectly and the pizza was done on time. I did not have to wait at all.

I ordered the 10 dollar pizza pack with breadsticks and cinnamon sticks. I love that square pizza! It was so good and the cinnamon sticks with the glaze was the perfect dessert! And i got curbside so they carried it to my car!

Got delivery and french fries were surprisingly good. Pizza was hot and fresh did not receive extra cheese that was ordered. Mozzarella sticks delicious. They have cinnamon which is soooo good. Ordered apple pies did not receive. Delivery person also did not adhere to contactless delivery. Called store regarding pies and was given a credit was very polite.

It's been sometime since I visited a Pizza Hut (though I have many fond memories from long, long ago) so my most recent occasion was really more of a spur of the moment decision prior to the coming snow-in storm that was on the horizon for the following day. From their website's return to traditional Pizza Hut logos and advertising to the basics of good pizza and presentation as well as a friendly staff at the pickup location, I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Only thing missing was a Ms. Pac-Man machine in the lobby. :-p

Food, wait time and price were really good! Tried wings, breadsticks and pizzas and all were winners! Got a great deal, too. UNFORTUNEATELY....this place DOES NOT ENFORCE CORONA VIRUS PROTECTION MANDATES AND GUIDELINES. Two customers were ordered and picked up there food inside with no masks. Theres a sign on the door saying there's a limit of 3 customers allowed inside at a time, but that and social distancing practices were ignored. I really liked everything else about this place, but would definitely hesitate to go back since they are NOT FOLLOWING OR ENFORCING CURRENT HEALTH REQUIREMENTS.

This is a clean, but very small eating area. Plan to takeout. I got the $7.99 large pizza deal from the website. It was very good, but unfortunately the pan pizza was an extra charge. It's on of the best pizza chains in my opinion.

You need to show the pizza so that we know it is the correct pizza . I did not find out it was the wrong one until i got home. Then i had to drive back for the correct one. Mistakes are made and I know i should have looked at it . Thanks

Wanted a taste of nostalgia. Haven’t had Pizza Hut in a long time. Doesn’t taste remotely like it used to. Hardly and sauce on it to be honest. That was something I remembered liking about it.

It's not the worst Pizza Hut but it isn't the best. Best advice I can give is to go there to pick up your order rather than have it delivered. At least that way you can check to make sure everything is there and that they don't overcharge.

I was unable to have the order done in advance,so I ended calling them by phone to change the time. Also was unable to have it paid by cash. Either had to pay it by credit card or gift card..Never had any problems before,until this past order!

Pizza Hut has been my favorite pizza - until now. Must be the recipe for the sauce has changed. I do not like the taste of green peppers in any of my food and this pizza sauce had a definite taste of green pepper. I was very disappointed with my personal pan pizza. I will not be ordering any Pizza with a red sauce on it from Pizza Hut again. My pizza was purchased from the Johnson City, NY Pizza Hut. The crust was excellent and the topping was excellent.

Order pizza and other items for curbside pickup. Pizza was made wrong (missing topping). I called when I got home. The shift manager said the general manager would call me the next day with compensation. No call back.

Recent $20 combo turned into $28+ after "delivery fee" (although they say it doesn't go to the driver...figure that one out). Unfair to drivers. Bet the owner gets a new boat every year though! Sad.

I very recently ordered a cheese in the crust pizza and asked for extra sauce. I guess they didn't understand extra and gave me no sauce at all. Too hungry to send back but will in the future.

It's fine if you're ok with always having something wrong with your order. If you order carry out, get there 10 minutes later than the estimate because it won't be ready on time.

Employees are fantastic. Food was made quicker than the flash could. Breadsticks are amazing. Alas the marinara sauce they give you is the same as the pizza sauce. The sauce they use for the pizza and the Breadsticks undesirable. Bland and tastes like it's from a can from 3 months ago. Domino's steppes their game up years ago, where you at pizza hut? You can't trick us anymore with your arcade tables.

Normally the pizza here is very good but for some reason last nights was terrible. I picked it up 15 minutes after placing the order and the pizza was cold. Also there was almost no sauce and it was very dry. So weird as they normally do a great job

Used to love Pizza Hut, and now in our area we're down to 1 storefront. It's 40 minutes from our house, making it an 80 minute time investment. The good: The staff was very friendly and the store was bright, clean and tidy. The bad: We ordered (and paid for) a large pepperoni pizza with mushrooms, onions & green peppers. What we got was a dry, nearly cheese less husk of a pizza completely devoid of green peppers. The crust was incredibly dry and tasteless. In my opinion, not worth the time, effort and money spent.

Ordered a family pack with 4 items. 1 of the four was correct. The correct pizza that I did get was soggy.

Lmao I went to this place cuz I was baked out of my mind, and thought it was going to be a regular Pizza Hut where you just order your pizza, and leave. Nope, it was some buffet type place where you wait to be seated. It wasn't what I expected. Judging from what everyone else is saying, I see I'm not the only one who didn't like this place LMAO. They had literally 2 people working there. Disgusted with the service. Ate my 5 slices and got the hell out of there.

When I went for my pizza that I called in and they said it would be done in 20 minutes, got there and they did not have my order, ok I get it, things happen, I sat patiently while the manager did it up, then he said "I am giving you a good deal for waiting" WELL, the pizza I ordered was a special $9.99 with 3 toppings, making it $10.78 total, well when ringing my out with my GREAT deal, it came to $12.07, how the hec is this a great deal?? I said the girl the girl I thought he was going to give me a deal, she called him over he gave me this song and dance, I did I gave you the $6.99 special then had to add the toppings, and I did get a 16 oz soda, and THAT put me up to $12.00,, Next time there dude, don't do me any favors!!! I love pizza hut but when I placed the order and hour ago and it tells me 645 it will be ready and I still sit and wait another 20 mins. Thats ridiculous. Only 2 people really working while the manager is sitting in the back texting on his phone. Now I know why I dont order pizza from here.

I called to place an order and when they answered the phone they took down my info and when I said it was for carryout. The guy said oh for carryout and delivery it's a differed number, he gave me the number when I called it it was not a working number. when I called back he said hold please and then he hung up on me. I will not be calling or going to this one ever.

I just ordered a pizza from this location and my pizza and chicken came really cold and almost as if it was days old I called to tell someone about this she pretends as if she cant hear me then says hold on and hangs up the phone. That’s just horrible and unprofessional no one would like that done to them.

I do not believe my problems were with the restaurant itself, but the recipe used to make the pizza. I had tried Pizza Hut for the first time ever at the age of 21 and good lord. For so long I thought it impossible that pizza could taste bad but little did I know. The cheese felt cheap, the sauce was metallic, and the dough felt more like play-doh. A few tweaks here and there on a corporate level could make it a serviceable pizza, but oof.

My coworkers and I liked absolutely nothing about this pizzahut. There were two employees working lunch rush, the sign said wait to be seated and we were greated with "The tables on this side are clean so take your pick." When we went to the buffet it was completely bare minimal of items the salad was brown (I'm sure this is not normal) may have been fecal matter judging on the cleanly state of the kitchen (please note my sarcasm as the kitchen was not clean) the restaurant only had forks which also we had to clean due to some type of greasy residue with our questionable napkins. Also the seats that we sat on were stained and ripped. When was the last time code or the health department made showing of this subpar establishment? I am feeling very I'll and do not suggest to eat here even to my worst enemy.

After being bombarded by ads declaring that I could get 2 medium, one topping pizzas for $6.99 each, I called the Johnson City location only to be told they weren't participating. There is no mention of location participation in the ads. Bad decision Pizza Hut...there are many pizza locations close by...including Papa Johns.

I ordered food online and I showed them the receipt. They said that their computers shut down so they didn’t receive a few orders. They asked me to cancel the order and the app does not have a cancel button. They asked for me to pay for it again to reorder it, and I told them I used rewards to get free food and the reward points were already deducted so I couldn’t place the same order as before. I did not bring my wallet because I thought the order was already paid for, the charge was on my card already. They insisted on me reordering it at the store but I didn’t have any of my cards to pay for the food again. The whole experience was bad. I left pizza-less. Do not recommend

I’d like to complain about Lori a short white overweight employee who is extremely rude while ordering my pizza. My husband goes in every Friday and supports this location. But your other two employees that were there are always very accommodating to us. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that’s no reason to have an attitude with a customer ordering a pizza. We were ordering three pizzas which she said was coming up to over $45. My husband then proceeds to tell her when ordering pizza we normally get two pizzas for $17 her with her attitude says yeah well if you don’t ask for that then I can’t tell you what the price is so there was no need for that. Normally the employees are supposed to let you know the specials. But the other two employees deserve a raise as for Lori she needs reeducation on how to speak with people or get a new job. And I will complain every week if I need too if this persists thank you and happy holidays.

The door dash delivery man that Pizza Hut hires for their deliveries put my order down on the cold front porch and refused to give it to me insisting I give him an additional $30 for delivery after I had already paid $50 for my order ordering directly off Pizza Hut website. He only gave me my order when I got my boyfriend to come out and his tune changed real quick you have absolute dangerous scam artists delivering your order. Never ever again. Pizza Hut did NOT care when I reported this
