This Subway shop was clean and upbeat. The team working the location was nice and made a great sandwich.

Everything was fresh. Work areas were clean. Employees were very careful preventing cross contamination.

The photo I posted is not that Subway, it's the public library at Ozona, TX. But the Subway at that address was great, very friendly staff!!, quick service, fun experience.

Workers were courteous and attentive to detail. Had no issues with my order.

Why 5 stars.. ? Well let's just say I only give it these stars when Charli or Guadalupe are working. Their sandwiches are bomb!!!! :) I never really great all unless one of them are working. Because I had bad experience with others -_-

They made me the most delicious salad. I really like the drive thru. And the footlong cookie

Sub I ordered w as s made with fresh cut veggies and freshly toasted wheat bread. I love the fact that you can add or leave out what you want or don't want. Subs never disappoint.

The ladies at the counter were very patient and friendly. I asked for a lot of veggies on my sandwich and they put them all and wrapped it. I had a good dining experience.

They are no longer inside the gas station. In their own building next door. Very clean, food quality is great, clean bathrooms and very friendly. The seating is OK, probably about 10 tables. We were passing thru and great stop off for food.

when we came in for lunch the staff was very efficient and friendly and I was happy that they had their veggie patty sandwich. And the staff were all wearing masks as well which is great.

Very good experience. It was quite busy about 12:15. There were at least 10 people in line, plus the drive thru. Both girls working still remained very friendly and quick. The facility was decent, the floors could have been mopped, but it was very busy with only 2 employees working and a lot of people in and out.

We stopped as we were traveling and there was a lady there (I wish I would've gotten her name) and she was absolutely amazing! Honestly the best sandwich we've ever had! Made us feel super welcome. Thank you so much.

It is Subway. The staff here did not seem in anyway too excited about being there. The food was good as usual.

No meatballs, but it was definitely a good sammich.

Good sandwich, but I want to praise an employee. When I got off work on 3/10/22 at 8:30pm,I drove to Subway to get a sandwich before going to my room. After ordering and her preparing my sandwich, I discovered that I had left my card in my backpack, which was in the wind turbine that I had left earlier. This employee gave it to me free. Of course, I came back the next night and paid for it, but she has my gratitude. Didn't get her name, but she knows who she is. I want to say thank you again.

Turkey and ham sandwich was very good, veggies were fresh. Only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because their toaster wasn't working properly and they didn't have any soup available

They were just slow and not really very customer service oriented. When I asked for crackers she said she would bring me some, then disappeared, and when she came back I thought she qould bring them to me at the table. But no, I had to go back to the counter again. And these crackers were broken too. Other than that, the salads we purchased were good and the food was fresh.

March 9, 2013, 8pm-ish I entered to get a cup, for water. I waited a good 15 minutes while the ONE girl wearing gloves, posing to be considered "working" held on to the oven handle, so as to make dang sure she wasn't going to be asked/expected to MULTI-TASK... well, she let another employee leave with her boyfriend, allowed another employee to hang out on the phone (personal conversation ending with, "I gotta go, Babe") and when the line hadn't made any progress and a lady at a table had to ask for a fork for the second time, she asked him to run the register... When it was my turn, I asked for a cup for water and she said she would HAVE to charge me $2.39. I of-course emphasized it was just water and said she could fill it up and watch me leave... she said again, $2.39!!! I told her I didn't appreciate the wait and lack of customer service, she shrugged her shoulders. I asked for the manager, she said I couldn't have that information. I asked for their business card... they don't have those... Asked for the phone number in order to later call the manager, she said I didn't have the right to it. :) I walked out with the phone number calling it while I was still within to make sure it was legit... THIS Subway, they "don't need a manager for complaints". I will be writing to corporate. WORST service ever. I have not EVER written a bad review!!

They were just slow and not really very customer service oriented. When I asked for crackers she said she would bring me some, then disappeared, and when she came back I thought she qould bring them to me at the table. But no, I had to go back to the counter again. And these crackers were broken too. Other than that, the salads we purchased were good and the food was fresh.

Wasn't impressed didn't seem clean, bathroom out of order. Just wasn't much choice of places to eat. We actually walked next door. The pop machine was out of order also.

This subway was cash only. I was shorted 9 dollars after paying. When I went back to ask for proper change they pull some money out of a little tube underneath the countertop rather than getting it from the cash register seems sketchy.

The 2 people working were very rude and quickly ushed our food along. Out of all bread, most toppings, mayo, chips. Mgmt standing in back looking around the corner at the line and doing nothing to help the employees. At least give an indication up front that you have very little inventory.

Apparently Ozona,TX doesn't give the best service if you're Hispanic or if you choose to wear a mask. Dont care to come back other than just passing through.

A cup of ice is 2 buck.. "Because we can and there ain't nothing elsefor 70 miles" and out of all cheese except pepper jack.

This place is the worst, sign and website says they are open until 10:00 pm and they had the doors locked at 9:25 what's worse is one tries to enter and all worker's laugh at the customer. I will never stop at this Subway ever

They lock doors before 10 pm. The servers were nagging and prison type attitude. Customer should be careful. Everybody get there after long drive and they know your situation being hungry and not any restaurant opened other than this.

They have screwed up mine and my families sandwiches multiple times even when we give specific instructions.

I walked across the parking lot at 9:32 pm and a subway employee ran to & unplugged the open sign, then avoided eye contact as she locked the doors... with people inside. I guess closes at 10pm was just a suggestion? After a long day of driving, I just wanted a damn salad.

STAY AWAY! With limited options in town, one would think Subway of all places would put out similar food to what you have had from other Subways before. This is not the case. I have given it a shot several times, spread out over the last year and I get sick everytime the next morning. I dont know if the food is stored improperly or if it just sits at a bad temperature all day but it has torn me up everytime I go. Definitely stay away until they sort this out.

I asked for pickles on my six inch sub and she put a whole 3 pickle slices on my sandwich and even on my other toppings she was barely putting any on. Also does Subway not have a uniform, she was wearing a baggy Nike hoodie and the sleeves of the hoodie weren't even rolled up so her sleeves are just touching all the toppings as she reaches over them

Oct 14th, 2013 @12:15 I came in to buy a soup for my son. There was no soup. I opted for the personal pizza, no pizza. I figure I will pick him up something from somewhere else. I order a meatball marinara, the toaster oven isn't working. I opt to having them warm it up in the microwave. My brother orders a sub. We leave and head down to the Sonic down the street to get the kids corn dogs and sit down to eat. Find out my soda tastes nothing like a soda. My brother opens up his order only to find out THEY GAVE HIM THE WRONG SANDWICH!! How is this place still open?!

Most disorganised and rude Subway I've ever seen. Very skimpy on everything. ..had to ask for more. Cashier ignored that I paid for two sandwiches and only have me one. .I had to ask where my other one was.

Food was good but didn't seem to be 6 inches, more like 4.5 to 5. If you ask for salt and pepper on your food watch closely because mine was overly salted and I ended up giving it to my dog and buying something else that I could eat. When I asked for a large cup of ice with my food I was told I had to pay for the cup at a cost of $2.67! Really, ice?? Wouldn't recommend to anybody to stop here.

My family and I walked into this place at 8.35 pm on a friday night. The girl standing at the counter didn't look too happy to see us. When I asked if they were still serving she walked to the back and a lady barked at her and said "I told you we should lock the door!!" Loud enough for us to hear, at which point I yelled back "if you don't want to serve us we can leave" at which point we walked out while they were still in he back. Should give it zero stars. Im telling the Hampton to not recommend this place

I don't remember asking for more ingredients in any other branches. they cut from everything. I didn't see much respect. we couldn't take our dog in, which was fine. but I asked them to let me take a small table out, and bring back after eating, but they didn't allow. we had to eat our food in the car. didn't like their behaviour.

I was a sandwich artist once-upon-a-time. You don’t shred that, especially to try to stretch food cost. The standard is what’s shown in the photo. I wouldn’t trust food from here.

I was a sandwich artist once-upon-a-time. You don’t shred that, especially to try to stretch food cost. The standard is what’s shown in the photo. I wouldn’t trust food from here.
