The food was soooo good today omggg!! Today was free pancake day so me and and my siblings, mom went out and I loved it! I tried the Butter Pecan syrup for the first time and yes it tastes so good with the French toast and pancakes! Definitely come here. Only thing I didn’t like was how crowded it was I should’ve went a little earlier and the wait wasn’t too long than it used to even when I was younger only 15 minute wait today!

The holiday music added a special touch to our joyful morning. It was a fantastic way to start our Christmas, making it a memorable experience we highly recommend!

Came in with my wife to have early breakfast at opening. Love it this early as the place is empty but changes fast. We must of arrived at 7:10am and by 815 place was already getting full. Ordered a smoked breakfast. Loved the scrambled eggs, they had a smoky taste, the hash browns were cooked nice and crispy, pancakes were nice, fluffy and buttermilk taste to them, sausages were a little too salty but this is not this particular iHOPS fault as I know they buy in bulk from a food company and can not buy from anywhere else, gotta love corporate ordering.. one bad product served times a thousand restaurants!! Wife ordered eggs Benedict with bacon and potatoes, she loved all of it. She had hot chocolate and that was excellent according to her I ordered iced coffee but i felt it was maybe boxed coffee bot freshly brewed, again they are forced to order from whatever corporate dictates. If you go to one of these places rate them on service mostly and cookings temps as they are hand tied as far as food quality. We had a server named “Lucky” and she was amazing, very attentive, always checking on us to see if anything else was needed. No attitude, just a nice bright smile and very friendly! Definitely would come back but early. Met manager and he too was very nice.

Always a best choice for breakfast !! Having variety of options, they serve all age groups. Both Meat and Veg. available with egg combo. Mouth watering pan cakes and waffles made my day. Just love the aroma and ambience ! Highly recommended for casual dine in.

My mom apparently loves Ihop because its the first thing on her mind when it comes to breakfast joints. With a party of 3 we absolutely haven’t had any negative experiences. Our waiter kept up with us every few mins and not once needed to flag her down. The food most definitely hit the spot on top of their coffee. My first time trying their steak and eggs and I’ll being reordering that soon on the next revisit. Oh one last thing, they do some sort of reservations so best to know that before hand but they accommodated me before it really got busy.

Awesome place. The dishes are wonderful, Makes me wanna start a food review hobby 😆 very friendly staff and warm environment. It is busy on Sundays but not a long wait time. Parking is available. I'd recommend a visit

We got there around 8am and it already had customers. But we got our food really fast and the service was amazing. I really enjoyed the visit. It's a great spot to take kids or out for a date. The food here is amazing and so is the environment. I'll definitely return again and again because the visit is worth is. It's peaceful yet comfortable.

This IHOP haves the look it was made in the 2010, the food was great , also the service. And everything else was very clean.\nAnd hands down the chicken and waffles is the best thing on the menu

Food is great, service is a bit slow. But that's because they are always packed. Half an hour wait to be seated. Half an hour to find parking. Then another half an hour for food. Clean place with some friendly staff. The pancakes are kinda small compared to the size you would expect them to be. The place is air conditioned so you might feel a bit cold while waiting for your food. At first our waiter forgot one of the items we ordered and we asked for an extra plate which she also forgot and she took a while to come back so the pancakes got a bit cold. There prices are reasonable for most things. I wouldn’t really recommend going to this ihop mainly because of how they mess up the orders and how the service is.

They removed grits from the menu. Potatoes are not good. parking lot is small but appreciated since this is NYC.

I’ve been coming here for more than 10 years. I love this place. But today’s experience was really different. My partner and I decided to have breakfast there today, upon entry everything was awesome as always. We got to our seats and await the waiter. As the waiter came to us to take the order my partner was asking him a few questions about the omelette because she has food allergies, but he stopped paying attention and looked away gazing outside like he didn’t care and we didn’t exist We had to call on him to make sure he’s ok and is listening to us, anyways that was done. After we were done eating we waited over 20 mins for him to notice us waiting on the check while he was having a group conversation with his colleagues laughing and not paying any attention, mind you it was not a busy at all it’s a Tuesday. I got so upset, I got up and asked another waiter to give me the check and take away boxes. Upon him noticing we need the check he asked me to get up and go to the back to pay via card. THIS IS VERY STRANGE! ive been to ihop over 20 times and never had this experience. They usually take the card and do it for you, or am I missing something? Is this a new rule for customers to get up and go to make their own payment???? There was a couple infront of us all dressed nice and I noticed him serving these people, before the couple even order anything off the menu he came with 2 glasses of water and put on their table with a smile and then took their order, and even coming back to them offer to pour their coffee and ask if they need anything etc, while we’re there with none of this service. I’m not a person who usually writes reviews but the service could’ve been better. People shouldn’t be treated differently because of their appearance. We are all paying customers.

These people are getting away with giving their customers old and battered looking fruit. The bananas were extremely over ripened which affect the flavor and sweetness, And just reflect on the overall presentation of the pancakes. As for plain water, I had pancake pieces in the cup which wasn’t the biggest deal, We asked for new water and got it right away. Upon receiving our food, We still received an wrong order after repeating and confirming with the waitress twice. Lastly for one of the most daunting issues, If you can make direct eye contact with another customer through the bathroom stall crevice, It makes for an awkward and uncomfortable experience.

On a day like Christmas and this being one of the few places open for families to enjoy meals, the experience I had today was beyond horrible. While the hostess was more than pleasant, our waitress was bland, uncaring and was not attentive at all. It began with introducing herself and her overall energy when she approached us at our table. She was way too soft spoken for the crowd that was in attendance and did not get my order right even though she repeated it back to me for assurance. Even as I asked for a cranberry juice as my drink (which they serve at other IHOP franchises) it was a very nonchalant and standoffish “we don’t have cranberry juice” with no other suggestions. In turn I ordered mango lemonade (indicated on the receipt) and what was brought to me was a strawberry lemonade but I didn’t make a fuss and kept the drink. When my food arrived to the table, I noticed that my omelette did not have spinach as requested (which was repeated back to me at the time that I ordered) and when the manager came to the table he asked if I would like for it to be remade and I stated yes. Let me NOT forget to mention that my pancakes had a hair in the butter upon arrival and I’m not sure how that was missed by the waitress but I guess expected with her bland attitude. While waiting for my food, our waitress along with another waitress ensured that my omelette was being remade and when it came out via the second waitress, she boldly said “this is your omelette correct? You wanted extra spinach?” and I stated it didn’t have spinach to begin with but yes and she put the plate on the table. Before I could begin to eat, my partner said to me “they didn’t remake that omelette, it’s the same one” and I know this because the same two piece of omelette I cut to see if there was spinach was buried under it but again, I let it go. After all of that, the waitress came to give us the check and while she’s taking the payment, she put in a totally different amount from our check, which she had to go correct, making sure she snatched her tip which she was lucky to receive as she didn’t check on our table since they took my food back. Overall this experience was a zero out of ten wouldn’t recommend and I hope that young lady has a better rest of her Christmas. Understanding people may go through things especially this time of year, Word of advice, if you don’t like your job quit. Don’t make someone else’s day bad because you’re having one yourself. I came in on a Sunday morning around 8:15. The hostess let me know there was a 15 minute wait for a party of 4. When they texted me my table was ready we were seated by 8:33. Our server came a few moments later and took our drink order. He returned a few moments with our drinks he took our order and at that time it was 8:45. The server came back 15 mins later to say the kitchen is backed up the food will take a little longer. A family of 4 and a family of 2 were set down 20 minutes after us and received their food before anyone came to give an update. When I got with whom I assumed was the manager and I stated that the people she just served is eating who were seated after I was and she responded by saying the kitchen has a lot of orders. I told to cancel the order and we left. As a manager that is not your response if someone is waiting longer than those around them. Crowded or not customer service should be just that. I will not be returning to this location.

Absolutely disgusting, I ordered this food to be delivered to my husband for lunch using Uber App and when I saw the picture of what the sandwich looks like I was very disappointed.
