Second time visiting the grillhouse since arriving in Palma Nova and the food is phenomenal. Staff are very nice and friendly. The atmosphere is lovely day and night. Prices are fair and very happy with the quality of food. I would highly recommend this restaurant for lunch/dinner for both families and couples. Will most definitely be back in the future.

I ate at the Grill House twice while on holidays as it was the best food I've had out here. They do burgers and pizzas with a side at 50% discount until 6pm. I went for the classic burger and the hot and spicy chicken burger, both were very tasty and cooked well. Cocktails were fab, I went for the strawberry mojito 🥰 Try it out, you won't be disappointed!

Had lunch here after a game of mini golf , service was top class really pleasant staff. Until 6pm there is an offer of 50% of burgers and pizzas when bought with a side I went for the hot and spicy chicken burger and my boyfriend had the meat feast pizza. Both dishes went down a treat food was really tasty pizza dough was really soft delicious, the hot and spicy burger was really tasty not very spicy but nevertheless chicken was really juice and tasty. We also got some cocktails which were very fairly priced for the large size and strength 🍹Would highly recommend and definitely would return

Belter place. Best place for a scran in Mallorca/Palmanova. The place is boss and so are the people but most importantly the food and prices. Id recommend it to anyone who happens to find themselves on the Ballaeric Island. The Grillhouse Burger on the menu is a 10/10. For the absolute steal of a price, the burger itself is amazing, takes the top spot of any burger. Myself and my friend visit the Grillhouse daily, sometimes twice daily in our week stay in Palmanova and cant get enough of the Grillhouse burger. Its a must visit if you are in Mallorca.

We have came here twice and have only been here for 3 days, food is absolutely amaIng, chips are thin and crispy, mozzarella sticks are amazing (good cheese pull), aioli is served with flat bread, very tasty. Had a margarita pizza the other night and it was really nice, has a thin base. Service is amazing, all staff have been absolutely lovely and kind, especially Janice, she has been so welcoming and kind both times we have came, has had conversations with us and has just been a delight. We will definitely be back, definitely recommend to anyone coming to palmanova ☺️

Great service by the staff, had a few laughs with the bloke who served us. Nice little area outside seating. The roped higher area looks nice for a late night drink also. Nice background music playing with a good selection of hits too. Drank two S&L Kopparbergs which really hit the spot. Had the rib and chicken platter. Was a very generous portion. The kids ate free between 6pm and 7pm added bonus!

Hamburguesas, pizzas y grill al lado de Son Maties en Magalluf. Hasta las 18.00 los platos son a mitad de precio. Había poca gente así que el servicio fue muy rápido y atento. Calidad superior respecto a restaurantes de playa de la zona.

We stopped by for a drink and stayed for two. Wonderfully refreshing mango daiquiris. We didn't eat but the food we saw looked good. We shall return. Update - we have returned twice since our initial visit. The food was great and is thoroughly recommended. The chicken & chorizo with potatoes was particularly delicious. Should we return to Palmanova next year, this will be the first place we shall head to.

Really disappointing which was such ashame. I ordered the ribs, could hardly see them for the amount of really rich bbq sauce, the meat was chewy and tasteless, I hate complaining but thought I had too, the manager (I think) she wasn't happy about me complaining, even forked my dinner infront of me to disagree with me! She took it away and I ordered something else which seemed to take ages, and meanwhile I had another waiter come to speak to me and said he tried the ribs and there was nothing wrong with them! I felt soo embarrassed and they made me feel like I was lying. I've never experienced this before, no apology, just I was wrong and they were right. We even got charged a service charge! We hadn't expected that or had that at any other restaurant in palma nova. My daughters burger was dry too but we darent complain again! I wouldn't go back. Just to finish it off there was a cockroach 🪳 running about so we left.

La peor comida de la zona.. el sitio muy bien pero me comí la peor hamburguesa de la isla, totalmente pasada con unos ingredientes penosos y de tamaño extra pequeño. Los camareros no hablan español, la comida fatal y además te incluyen en la factura un recargo por un mal servicio de 3,40€ mi peor experiencia en mis días en Mallorca, caro y mala calidad , las pizzas malísimas, un vaso pequeño de cerveza 3€ ??? Estéticamente se ve bien pero que no te dejen engañar , precio y calidad y atención muy mal, NO VOLVERÉ JAMÁS!

La atención al cliente del camarero que nos ha atendido es deplorable. Hemos pedido comida para llevar y nos toma nota, cuando nos la está tomando nos dice que “rapidito” que le van a echar bronca por no atender a los clientes. No somos clientes? Luego en el tiquet nos ponen 10€ de más entre propinas y embalajes take away. Nos quejamos porque no estamos de acuerdo con lo que nos cobran de más y nos empieza a increpar el camarero que nos ha atendido. Al final conseguimos hablar con la dueña y ella nos lo cambia y nos pide disculpas pero no o mal rato ya nos lo llevamos. La comida aceptable

Un buen sitio pero una comida vergonzosa, mala calidad (hamburguesas parecidas a las del supermercado) y cantidad ridícula por el precio que piden, sitio exclusivo para turistas, los camareros justo hablan español, para acabar una taxa obligatoria que obviamente no figura en ningún lado, vergonzoso
