I had only five minutes between trains yesterday, and I was absolutely delighted when the staff managed to prepare all four Happy Meals for us in just two minutes! Such efficiency and incredibly polite service — thank you so much for your understanding and excellent customer care!
I waited half an hour for a double cheeseburger, but the place was still pretty good.
Authentic Italian coffee in an espresso cup @ €1.10! That was a very nice surprise and great tasting, and also macaroons.
Food was good but service and atmosphere was not so good

There were no automatic machines to order, but the staff was very helpful. It is located very close to the Monza train station.
Ok for a snack, location near the station is not really nice.
The food was great and the staff was friendly. There weren’t too mich people which was great, but I think that this place could get a renovation though as some of the spots are a bit old.
The staffs are nice. But they don't have kiosks for self order unlike other Mcdonalds branches.
You wont go hungry, but just in general, McDonalds in Italy is not worth the money
Pretty old McDonalds, no screen to order from, had to wait in line to order. I haven't seen one of these old-style restaurants in Romania for years, so it was pretty shocking to see it here in Italy.
its my favorite hangout for breakfast...its normal as always...but in this store i dont like the female staff in the morning they are not very helpfull...
This is one of the busier MCDONALD'S. Order was taken and I had to wait 10 minutes for a wrap to be prepared. The service was good but the efficiency was lacking.
Clean bathrooms, spacious with lots of seating but no air condition and somewhat slow service
(01) Unfortunately I went to McDonald's which is on Corso Milano in Monza to have breakfast and I had to use the bathroom which was very dirty and the water was not working and there was no tissue dispenser. (02)There was another bathroom which was reserved for disabled people and it was locked. I requested to open it. I have an emergency and I have to use it. They did not listen to me and did not allow me to use it.I requested the African guy standing at the counter to please open it. I have an emergency and the person responsible was a Sri Lankan. I also requested him to open it. Didn't even listen to me!!!!! Very bad service !!!!!!
They even don't deserve one Star..... Food quality is not good enough.... Service is totally bad .... I think McDonald's need to close this branch or change everything....
This is what McDonalds calls and promotes as 100% chicken, unrecognizable meat pieces with some kind of bread. Manager tried to convince me that its 100% chicken. Staff in general friendly and competent.
Terrible never eat here or order they are so bad at there job! NON ordinate qua sono terribili!
