Trattoria familiare davvero di livello. Ci ero stato anni fa e poi vari tentativi andati a vuoto perché la domenica è sempre pieno, e un motivo c'è: si mangia proprio bene, cucina del territorio in un ambiente rustico con pochi coperti. I piatti sono quelli della tradizione lombarda, alcuni dei quali vanno prenotati con anticipo, ad esempio il risotto giallo con ossobuco che ho mangiato io: eccezionale, con anche una buona porzione di ossobuco col midollo. Peccato non aver potuto gustare un bel brasato, ma anche lì va prenotato per 6-8 persone, usano un pezzo unico di carne che va frollata e preparata in anticipo. Menzione speciale per la cotoletta alla milanese, una delle più buone che ricordi, da mangiare rigorosamente senza spremerci su limone, se no la panatura si ammolla! Antipasti e dolci buoni ma a mio giudizio non a livello di primi e secondi. Cantina vini adeguata, se posso dare un suggerimento aggiungerei annata e gradazione, che mancano. Molto cordiale il proprietario, che consiglia e serve senza mai essere invadente. Che dire, il Post Giust è da provare...e riprovare!
