It's Starbucks friendly staff however not very clean. Coffee made the same as all other locations , quick and efficient. But loses one star due to cleanliness. Neat park outside dedicated to ice skating and zamboni

This Starbucks is consistently off compared to all the other ones and ive tried giving this one multiple chances. I recently ordered an Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken espresso and I could hardly taste anything. Also, I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappe and you could hardly tell it was one with how light they went on everything. I don't care for a free drink or refund, I want better service.

Bad customer service, 2 girls talking in the drive thru. And I believe my coffee was ready. Talking about wreck it ralph, like children grow up, time to work and you people are getting paid 25 an hour just to talk. Must be nice to not worry about the customers and talk about nonsense at the window. Not going to be my place to go anymore. They lost a customer, goodbye Starbucks.

I placed a Traveler coffee order 20 minutes in advance through the app, expecting it to be ready at pickup time. When I arrived, they had barely started making it, which caused an unnecessary delay. When I asked about the order, the barista Javier was rude and told me that drive-thru orders are given priority over mobile app orders. If that’s the case, Starbucks should be more transparent about it, because placing an order ahead should mean it’s prepared on time. This experience was disappointing, especially for a large order that requires planning. Better communication and customer service are definitely needed at this location.

One star only to acknowledge wherever check mark this spot is wrong because this not the correct address. The Starbucks is across the street. SMH! someone needs to up date or delete this place mark.

I came here looking for Starbucks because the listing said it was open but it's not even here. The company needs to update this listing because Google isn't accepting my submissions to revise its location status. I don't even know why people keep rating this location as if it were still here because it's not. edit: added new photos of when I came back to visit the new business that opened here. Yes, there is still no Starbucks.

Literally making me wait over 10mins for 5 cups of iced water.. talking about it'll be in the system by order..... ITS WATER!! 😒 full of nonsense... 😑
