Opinions de McDonald's Paris
Food was decent. Understand that if you are needing to use the washrooms you need to ask for a coin to get in. They aren't open to the public but food buyers.
You can't get a better view than at this McDonalds. Loved the outside eating area overlooking the Champs Elysse! The food was fresh and quick. The service was efficient considering how busy they were. Just watch as noticed a few strange characters looking around eyeing up the tourists. Keep your belongings close and you'll enjoy the experience!
This McD is a big one. With a lots of self ordering machines, it's easy to order. You have cash payment option at counter as well. Delivery takes some time as there's lots of customers. There are good number of seats on 1st floor but you need to wait a while to get seated. A good burger experience here.
Certainly a different vibe to one's back in Australia, this had a patisserie counter, and the gourmet iced coffee was great
Large location, always busy. A lot of self-service stations available. Service is friendly and fast. Food is same quality as any McDonald’s I’ve been to around the world. Location is located on one of the busiest streets in Paris. This location is also open later then most. I really enjoy the Lotus McFlurry.
The McDonald's near the Arc de Triomphe in Paris is hands down the best one I've ever been to. It's beautifully designed, and the festive Christmas decorations, as seen in the photos, add to its charm. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, ensuring a great experience. The food was delicious, as expected. This McDonald's is a fantastic, budget-friendly option for a quick bite while exploring Paris. Highly recommended!
Ever heard the travel tip “you must try McDonalds in every country you go to”? I sure did and I loved it! Ordering is done through a self service terminal and I could easily find the English option (which was awesome because my French is very bad) and while it was VERY busy, the meal didn’t take too long to be prepared.
That's the flagmanship McDonald's in Paris with a long history. It's completely renovated, looks modern, with lot of POS kiosks to make your order fast and reliable. The table service is not functioning, so pick up yourself. The food was okay, pretty tasty and fresh, cofee was fine too. I can easily recommend this place if your looking for a break on this lovely street.
Really good McDonald’s. Right in the hustle and bustle of the Champs Élysées with the Arch de Triomphe mere seconds away. Service is fast with plenty of seating available even when busy. Perfect spot to people watch and cheap for coffee comparatively speaking for the street you are on.
Great place to have a Coffe or Lunch at the right price and a great location, make sure you dine as you have the Option to have al fresco dining outside the Restraunt but you have to show your recipte
The Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées give this McDonald’s a unique location. It’s just perfect for visitors who come to see the Arc in the morning. You can stop by for a simple meal before starting your day. The ordering machines are really nice, with nine language options. Right when you walk in, there’s a whole row of them, so even a dozen people can order at the same time without waiting. I don’t eat sweets, but the desserts in the display case looked very delicate and really tempting. We ordered breakfast, and the taste was just the same as what we’ve had in other countries. McDonald’s truly keeps its quality steady around the world - something travelers can always trust.
In early morning I reached Paris and get out from train station right at the time of sunrise, I was very tired, cold and hungry, the only place that I found open this outlet of McD. You can't imagine I felt at that moment. The breakfast I took, got some rest, the coffee and specially the environment they made fabulous and awesome. Love this place Very recommended if you ever been there to champ Elysée
Service was fast and friendly, food came out hot, and the fries were fresh. The only downside was the dining area being a bit messy during peak time. Overall, a reliable stop if you’re craving a quick meal.
It’s one of the most peaceful McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. I’ve been to a lot, and despite the fact that it’s in a busy street, it was really silent and I felt like I was being loud. The place really gives off a restaurant vibe, more than a junkfood place. The toilet is as clean as a French bathroom can be, it was still not clean, but for something French it was good. Nice view on the busy road.
Very big MC restaurant on 2 floors in prime location. McCafe with Croissant, Pain au chocolat, Macaroons, etc. Salad Bar and self order terminals. One star deduction because of higher prices and no vegetarian burgers on menu, only wraps. You can sit outside in the middle of Champs Elysees.
Tonight had the Worst Chaud. Dpnt think there were even 1 table spoon of Chocolate powder.
They have a display dessert counter! Its busy here, but watching the Champs-Elysees from the 2nd floor is fantastic.
Very good service and atmosphere but only let you order one sauce so I would ask for extra and only zero auger drinks is what the have
It was very busy,, lots of people around however drinks were completed fast and a worker helped direct me :D lots of seats upstairs and down but still many people regardless. Mocha was good however was more caffeinated than expected,, couldn't exactly taste any chocolate unfortunately. Smoothie drink was also good just quite cold 👍👍 (Visited on 4th of December)
Good food Clean Tidy Good service Spoke both English and French Quick service Different but excellent taste
Any time a McDonald's not only offering its typical fast food, but with macaroons on site, you've got to give it a high mark. Beware of pickpockets I suppose as this is a tourist heavy area naturally attracting all the pickpockets. Having two security guards at the front door really didn't put an easy feeling to us either. One star off.
Everything is done through the computers that are set inside. Self-service and I really love it. You don't have to deal with lines and cashiers. The service was fast. The only bad thing there, are the bathrooms. I understand that there are a lot of people going in and out, but still it was a bad smell and dirty. Other than that all was positive.
Reasonable option in the Champs-Élysées. Could not believe there is a McDonald’s near arch de triomphe!! Very busy place but there is no enough staff to clean tables so had to clean myself. Long queues for toilet especially for girls. There is a seating area outside to accommodate customers.
MacDonalds. We saw that this MCD had a 2nd floor overlooking the Champs-Élysées. so we bought some coffee and went upstairs. Great view of the Champs-Élysées for people watching. the coffee was also good. Restrooms were ok and we did use them. Addendum: came back 2 years later, got a great hot chocolate and cappuccino, sat upstairs and watched people on a busy street in Paris. Fun and Accross the street from Louis Vaton.
A familiar option with a noticeably different feel compared to U.S. locations. The menu includes regional variations, and the overall presentation and cleanliness were better than expected. Service was efficient despite heavy foot traffic, making it a convenient stop when looking for something quick and predictable while exploring the city.
The food was the same as any other ma cdonalds. The staff was super quick and I got my food very fast despite a lot of other customers. Some of the tables were a bit dirty, but not too bad. A wonderfull view of the avenue from the seating by the windows upstairs or the outdoor seating.
McDonald's nailed the Halloween theme, creating a fun and festive atmosphere. The staff was friendly and efficient, adding to the positive experience. The coffee served was excellent, a perfect pick-me-up for any time of day, Located conveniently, it's easily accessible for travelers. The food, as always, was top-notch, satisfying cravings with their signature flavors. For solo travelers, it's a great spot to spend time, offering a comfortable environment and delicious meals. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a leisurely coffee break, McDonald's delivers a consistent and enjoyable experience.
Had to wait long after order and this was before 12 pm. Once we collect the food we had to make way to cafe then took another while to get our drink sorted . The staff look confused and in experienced. The food got cold by the time we got our cold coffee and smoothie .
Went here for a cold diet coke and my fiance had a cheese burger with a macaroon. Seating inside and out. Cafe in there too with french pastries. Staff are firm with not taking photos but I already took my photos before them telling me. Average McDonald's with general menu with also macaroons, croissants and pasties. Toilets inside too.
This is one of the busiest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen in my entire lifetime. I’ve never really been to McDonald’s. We all thought it was a little bit interesting that he decided to dine in. You can get more permanent plastic cups instead of the cheap cardboard cups or something. I really don’t see it at home. Even though the spice was extremely busy, the service was pretty quick. We also thought it was kind of cool that had a separate café in there as well so he wanted to get some really cool desserts. There was a completely different line that you can go to. It was also an upstairs as well as you can eat outside in the dining area you ought to eat outside you wear the pigeons cause they fought towards any kind of drop food especially drop a french fry. The only thing that my wife and daughter complained about is the restrooms were absolutely gross. It was flooded with urine everywhere. All the women are actually coming out complaining about it and no one seemed to do anything about it but when it was that busy, I can completely understand why.
Made you pay for the toilet and must have change. Who carries change is cash anymore? Shouldn't be customers for paying customers. Fries come in a reusable plastic holder... as does the drink cup..
Standard McDonald's food, meaning average at best. The prices are very inflated due to the restaurant being located near the Arch of Triumph. The bathroom requires additional payment, which I did not like at all. However, it's probably the most accessible place to eat in a very busy neighborhood.
Staff is super. Everyone I interacted with or observed was working diligently, fast, and with friendly professionalism. The fries were perfect McDonald's standard. The burger buns were some if the best I've had. The meat patties were tiny and dry. The thing that drags the restaurant down is the complete lack of napkins. Meals don't come with napkins. There are no napkin dispensers. And if the answer to that is that I should have asked at the counter, then I am going to argue that counter staff should ask whether I want/need napkins along when they offer ketchup for the fries. The lack of napkins is exacerbated by the ridiculous long lines for the bathroom. They should offer a handwashing station outside of the bathrooms for those customers who don't need the toilet but prefer clean hands before and after eating.
Totally different from what you get stateside, first off they open at 7AM so you’re out of luck if you’re an early riser looking for an early start. They have a bunch of kiosks you can use upon entry, you can change the default language to your preference, but it doesn’t accept AMEX, nor VISA, you have to go to the actual counter for it to work.
rude employees. I was at this Mc Donalds on 03/24/2024 and the security guard kicked me out of the store, I was with my boyfriend. We ordered snacks to eat on site, but the security guard wanted to kick us out of the store because it was close to closing time. Worst McDonalds I've ever been to in the world! There is no standard of service from Mc Donalds! close this store!
Hire more ppl for McCafe during weekends pls. I saw my drink was ready 10 mins ago but nobody handed over to me until I asked twice. Took me 20 mins to get a single drink.
Can not enter with my small dog, not even in my arms to take away food. Last burger (big arch ) I took was disgusting anyway. Macdo used to be somewhat good, familial and cheap.
Well, during our recent visit to Paris we dined at this place, it was on 25th of Dec, there were a lot of people and the staff were really stressed and impatient. We faced multiple issues, we had ordered Large fries, the fries provided were broken (pic) and were poorly cooked. Instead of Cappuccino, we had been given Espresso (pic), ofcourse the exchange was provided without any excuse. And the level of stench that was emanating from the toilet was unbearable. Certainly the worst experience we had with the McD till date and that too on one of the most well known streets. Being a vegetarian, found '0' options for veg burger also. This experience sealed it for me, no more McDs! Additional text (added on 2nd Jan 23), called to the contact provided of the store, not sure if the person understood what I spoke, got the call cut. The better I can do is to drop an email as there are language constraints. Let me know.
Food is just average, the place is small and over crowded and badly managed. Tables and chairs are dirty. The security is rude and disrespectful. They try and manage instead of making sure the place is safe. The security shout at their customers which is not the best customer service. This place is overhyped and the security needs to fix their stinking attitude. Customer service is a -5
15 euros for the worst coffees we ever tasted in our life. This should be a crime
Wow! This place looks amazing and it's a familiar site for most tourists. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited 30 minutes for fries and a drink just as a quick refresher before we hit the Arc and we totally regretted stopping there versus somewhere else. Nobody would listen to the fact that we hadn't gotten our order and they dismissed us as tourists like they could just write us off. If you're looking for a spot familiar to what you're used to this probably isn't it.
I am absolutely disgusted by this establishment. Men don’t have to pay for the bathrooms yet women do… this is extremely appalling and very sexist!!
Would appreciate if the special 10 extra ketchup packets I paid for would appear in my order, or at least any amount of ketchup packages would appear in the order.
Food quality: below criticism (photo attached). Humanity: zero. There was strong, cold wind blowing, so our group of 8 people + 1 dog wanted to step inside. Since there was no pictogram and no written sign stating that dogs are not allowed, we entered with my shivering dog — only into the entrance area — so we wouldn’t disturb anyone while the rest of the family was ordering. After half a minute, the security guard forced us out. I repeatedly pointed out that there was no sign prohibiting dogs. Despite this, he became louder and louder, shouting “OUT!” We then sat outside in the freezing cold and waited for the others. Later, I received something that could barely be called food. The only positive thing was that the hot chocolate was perfectly made and the barista was very nice. I honestly hope the place goes bankrupt and gets replaced by an O’tacos or another more decent food chain.
I don't want to be rude but wow, look at the pictures. You must really hate your job to prepare such appalling food! And I have learnt the hard way that whenever or wherever you go to McDonald's the food is absolutely rubbish.
Went in to use the bathroom; waited 30 minutes. The place is hot and gross and the service was terrible. Within the 30 minutes, we ordered a single Fanta… didn’t come until 30-40 minutes. Upon receiving the drink. The (plastic) cup was soggy and squishy. The 15ish year old boy at the front counter wouldn’t listen or get us our drink, choosing to ignore our very simple request. He seemed very lost. Might wanna put him back through training 🫶 Along with the price - 3.5€ for MEDIUM soda.
Yeah, that was the worst McDonalds I ever had. The staff is so slow, I never ever saw it it any country. My food was for 10 minutes on the counter and nothing, till I told the girl, if she would be so nice to give it over to me, because it was already ready to go. So thanks to this laziness and extrem slowness, it was cold and tasteless. But no worry, they will give you three free ketchup or mayo sauces to every order, but sorry, I dont need anything for free, just work faster and try to look a lil bit less annoyed.

Golden Arches, French Flour: McDonald's with a Parisian Twist
It's a familiar sight, isn't it? Those golden arches, even here in Paris. But if you’re thinking it’s just like any McDonald’s back home, think again. This isn't just a burger joint; it's got a definite Parisian personality peeking through.Walk in, and the first thing that catches your eye might not be the counter, but a delightful little bakery section upfront. Forget just apple pies; we're talking a tempting array of pastries, even delicate macarons, and yes, donuts too. It’s a charming, un
