Il ristorante è posizionato nel centro di Parma, e vi abbiamo vissuto una piacevole esperienza gastronomica. Abbiamo optato per un antipasto misto di salumi e, torta fritta con degustazione di parmigiano reggiano. A seguire chi il risotto al radicchio con gel di ribes, chi il bis di tortelli. Il sottoscritto anolini in brodo di cappone. I piatti sono stati realizzati a regola d'arte, da mani esperte e, ben presentati. I salumi ed il parmigiano erano gustosi e di ottima qualità. La cantina è veramente ben concepita e fornita. I dolci per chi ha voluto approfittare erano all' altezza della situazione. Servizio attento e, veloce ma per nulla invasivo. Consiglio una vista in questo locale a tutti i buongustai.

Locale carino, personale cordiale. Il cibo è ottimo, piatti particolari ma ben riusciti. Il polpo laccato al miele è qualcosa da non perdere. Consiglio prima di sedersi di prendere un cocktail nel loro locale bar “l’altro lato della forchetta”, dove Giovanni può estasiarvi con i suoi drink. Super consigliato

Esperienza di livello. Personale professionale, sempre con la mascherina e sufficientemente attento: ci hanno portato il burro da noi richiesto per accompagnare il buon pane che hanno portato all'inizio (cosa che adoro). Abbiamo deciso di abbinare al pesce delle bollicine (Franciacorta) e sui piatti due da livello stellato o quasi, due buoni ma di livello secondo me un po' inferiore. La triglia ripiena e le mezze maniche ai frutti di mare da 5 stelle. I gamberi al curry e ceci ed i tagliolini all'astice 4 stelle. A decidere il dessert che abbiamo condiviso, il rosso, che mi ha convinto per sapore, tecnica e presentazione. Bravi! Complimenti allo chef fatti, alla prossima.

Situato in un prestigioso palazzo storico nel centro di Parma, lo chef e patron Angelo Cammarata propone piatti gourmet del territorio, ma anche della Sicilia da cui proviene. La moglie Natalia sommelier si occupa della sala insieme ad un team tutto al femminile. Passione, creatività e alta qualità delle materie prime rendono questo ristorante speciale. Merita il viaggio!

Antipasti eccezionali (personalmente consiglio le capesante), primi e secondi fantastici. I ravioli neri con gamberi e scamorza si scioglievano in bocca. La lista dei vini è molto varia e danno anche vini al calice (consiglio il Pecorino). Il servizio e i tempi d’attesa sono stati impeccabili. Non so che dire se non 5 su 5, ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Ristorante centralissimo, proprio dietro il Battistero. La cucina ha due anime: una legata, ovviamente, al territorio e l'altra allo chef, siciliano. Devo dire che entrambe sono declinate meravigliosamente. Il territorio è fondamentale ed inimitabile: stiamo parlando di una food valley unica al mondo. Salumi, parmigiano, paste ripiene, carni succose. I tortelli alla zucca con una punta di amaretto, deliziosi. Ma anche l'anima siciliana esce benissimo: pesce trattato con rispetto, materie prime di altissima qualità... ed una pasticceria... insomma, fermatevi e scegliete il sentiero che più vi aggrada. Sarete accompagnati da una buona carta dei vini (con qualche chicca) e tanta, tanta cortesia e professionalità.

La Forchetta è il nostro punto di ritorno. Viaggiamo, scopriamo, assaggiamo – e poi, sempre, ogni settimana, bussiamo alla loro porta. Perché qui tutto ha un’anima, noi amiamo tutto il loro menù di pesce, e non ci stanca mai, ma anche la cucina parmigiana e’ di qualità. Scriviamo mentre sono chiusi per le meritate ferie ma la verità è che ci mancano :-) Non è solo il migliore di Parma: lo è in assoluto. Li adoriamo.

Questo è il mio ristorante preferito! La qualità del cibo davvero ottima e personale gentile e professionale. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Highly recommend this restaurant. We chose it because of the seafood heavy menu and it did not disappoint. We shared 3 courses and it was plentiful. We had the octopus with potatoes and pea puree, which was tender and so flavorful. We then had the black ravioli with shrimp. Again, lovely and not too heavy. Lastly we had the “sauteed” misto, which actually was steamed seafood in a clear plastic bag. Very delicious. Almost like a Bouillabaisse, but with Italian flair. It was delicious. The service was lovely and we enjoyed our evening. Reservations strongly recommended. We saw them turn people away.

Glad we stopped by here for our last meal in Emilia Romagna. Excellent tortelli di zucca and capeletti in broth was amazing. The parmesan souffle was a unique taste of everything parmesan cheese. Friendly and competent staff with just the right service. Book in advance to assure a table.

We came here for dinner on Friday at 9pm and was lucky enough to get a table for 2 without reservation. The staff are very efficient, accommodating and attentive. I had the special white truffle raw prawn pasta which was a real delight. My partner had the veal and was perfectly done. Wine was top quality. We requested olive oil and balsamic vinegar for our bread and were served quickly. We totally enjoyed our late dinner at this gem in Parma, also realised that it’s on Michelin restaurant guide. 👍🏼

Lots of foreign visitors at the restaurant and we all end up chatting. The service was very friendly and attentive. Everything is perfect, even the bread before meals is great! The ham from Parma is a must-try. The ravioli with pumpkin filling is amazing, best ravioli I have ever had. The second courses are also decent but not as good as the ravioli. They will put the food in two dishes if you share.

We didn't have a booking for Easter Sunday but they offered us to sit in the bar and they would send us food from the restaurant. First of all they were very accommodating, and our experience was almost like private dining as we had the place to ourselves. When the food came one by one, from start to finish it was exceptional and probably one of the luckiest finds in Parma!

The restaurant in the heart of Parma with excellent cuisine. It was included in the Michelin Guide which is often a sign of great quality of both food and service. The prices are a bit higher than average. Definitely try as the starter the mixed plate of various cold cuts (prosciutto, pancetta, salami etc) and parmiggiano. Whatever we ordered was quite delicious so I can recommend this place with confidence.

One of my best restaurant experiences while living in Parma. Big congratulations to the staff. They were super friendly and paid attention to every detail. Even though we did not speak fluent Italian and did not have time to do many courses, they made us feel very welcome and at ease. They let us take our time, answered every question we had and were super polite. A nice appetizer was offered based on the main dish you had chosen, so it was different if you eat fish or meat. Food was great and looked amazing. A bit more expensive but definitely worth it for the experience you get!

After research, we planned to come La Forchetta for lunch as our road trip stop at Parma! The meal was amazing and exceeded my expectations. The scallop salad was so fresh, and we have ordered the 26 months aged Parma ham, it was the best prosciutto ham that I have ever tried! 😋😋😋 The truffle pasta was good, though a bit pricey compared to other dishes. Overall it is a highly recommended restaurant. 😎 不可以錯過26 個月風乾意大利火腿！ 😎 美味しかった, おすすめのレストラン! ❤️

We were so excited to come based on the reviews. Number one, my Lamb dish was overcooked. It was well done and for a Michelin restaurant that is ridiculous. When I asked she said it was done in the oven so i didn't continue the discussion because no sense in it. My wife also ordered a prawn dish and there were 2 pieces of raw shrimp on the top. The explanation was that is the way the chef likes it. The soufle was wonderful though.
