I’ve never had a bad experience here. From the hosts to the servers and the waiters. Everyone is very friendly and it makes the dining experience so meaningful. Also the factory nachos are staple in my life and k encourage you to make them a staple in your life. I can never give it 5 stars for atmosphere because it’s so loud. But that rings true across all Cheesecake Factories.

Chicken Riesling, pretty good flavor and amount of chicken. The sauce is really delicious and has a hint of wine. Bacon adds a nice flavor and adds texture. Mushrooms are tasty and cook just well.

A get together to celebrate birthdays is always ideal at the Cheesecake Factory and is one of my personal favorites. Their Sangrias are very refreshing and the great variety of food will leave you wanting to go back soon. Our waitress was very attentive, super friendly and has a nice sense of humor.

Who doesn’t love the Cheesecake Factory? Service is great, food is delish, and of course, save room for cheesecake!

Stopped in for a quick bite and drinks to celebrate my dear friend's 50th birthday! Great service, wonderful meal and perfect environment for conversation and a fun time!

When the 5 of us arrived, Kimberly greeted us and assisted us with our pending reservation. Considering it was brunch time, we expected a line out the door but we’re surprised to see a steady stream of patrons entering and exiting the restaurant. Kimberly was nice enough to grant our request for a booth and within a few minutes we were at our table. Carolina was our server and was extremely patient and very friendly. She noted a few of her favorite brunch items and after a few minutes we ordered appetizers including stuffed mushrooms and the egg roll sampler. I took advantage of Carolina’s suggestion and ordered the Monte cristo sandwich while my family ordered the huevos rancheros, Impossible burger, and Chicken Costoletta. All of our meals were hits, not one disappointing bite at the table. Just as we were boxing up our leftovers, Carolina and three additional servers arrived at our table with a birthday cheesecake for my wife. They sang to her and the entire room joined in, which made my wife turn beet red. That was quite the special treat. We look forward to returning soon, thanks again Kimberly and Carolina.

Great place to have a good pasta a little expensive but get the lunch special.

Went for lunch, easy in, and served within a good amount of time. No real waiting. Food was a good portion depending on your appetite. You might go home with leftovers. Don't forget the cheesecake!

After I had lunch here, I asked if they have sugar free cake for take out . She recommended the original Cheesecake, but they don’t have the whole thing !!! Been here 3 times and never disappoints. Always a great time, helpful staff, food is great, cooked well & great atmosphere. Just took a pic of the lastest, forgot what it was but some alcoholic drink with raspberry and peach i think.

Host and server were very cool... very socially distant. My food was great. Chicken piccata, the bread was amazingly warm and easy to pull apart. My son loved his red velvet cheesecake... it was enormous. Most importantly, I felt safe there... drinks were great.

We love the Cheesecake factory in Pasadena. A very well managed restaurant, with exceptipnal menu choices, excellent cuisine, delicious desserts, great cocktails. and fantastic service, by Nikki and Rosie. We dine here and or order to go at list two to three times a week. Excellent place to dine, with a nice bar with TVS to watch sports, have a cocktail etc. We highly recommend Cheesecake in Pasadena in Pasadena.

12/10 I made a reservation at 9, I walked in at 8:55 they had it ready and started helping us right away. Staff was superb, they were super attentive and helpful in suggestions. My macaroni burger was 10/10. Portions were super generous and we all came out of here full. The spinach dip was delicious and the fried calamari was to die for 😋 .

We had two friends visit from out of town and this is where we just had to go for dinner. The BBQ korean chicken is very good. I especially like the little bit of crisp to the chicken. Thank you Miguel.

Had such a great experience at The Cheesecake Factory today. From the moment I sat down, the service was top-tier—attentive, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The bartender, Karle, truly stood out. Friendly, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced, she made incredible drinks and created such an inviting atmosphere at the bar. You can tell when someone really enjoys what they do, and it absolutely elevated the entire experience. Karle rocks. Food was great as always, but the service is what really made this visit memorable. Pasadena Cheesecake Factory continues to deliver, and I’ll definitely be back—especially for that bar service.

First time visiting the Cheesecake Factory in Pasadena and I have to say, the experience was incredible. Our server, Jessica, absolutely made our night. Her service was so good that my friend—who normally only tips around 10–15%—ended up tipping 30% without hesitation. Jessica was attentive without being pushy, super friendly, and genuinely made us feel taken care of. The food was delicious and full of flavor, but honestly, her service was the real standout. Had a great experience. First time trying the brunch at Cheesecake Factory with my sister. Our server was Soraya R. She was so nice and attentive, she gave us great selections and service. The food was great as well. We got the Monte Cristo and chicken & waffles with a side of fries. Just an FYI they no longer have parking validation but we parked on S De Lacey Ave first 2 hrs is free then $1 after.

Love the gluten free Godiva chocolate cheesecake since I have a wheat allergy. While it was very busy for dinner, we were seated in a reasonable amount of time and the service was decent. Food was good and I have eaten at this location multiple times without getting sick from cross contamination with wheat. Gluten free menu items are marked clearly on menu.

Friendly, attentive, patient staff! We walked in on a Saturday afternoon, around 2:30pm and we were seated immediately! It was a busy afternoon, so we were fortunate. Ashley was are server and she was very kind, patient and worked with the four of us. She kindly accepted to give us all individual bills which was great! I ordered from the lunch menu and had the Miso Salmon over brown rice and it came with a four snow peas as their veggie. I would of wanted more veggies, but it was presented beautifully. I ate everything because it was THAT GOOD!!! All of us enjoyed our meal and will return again. Park in the Pasadena City parking structure on Fair Oaks, just south of Colorado. The first 90 minutes are either friend or just $1.

Receptionist girl made up policy saying they need 2 people for lunch. I invited my family to join me for lunch who took uber to get here. Went across to another restaurant and had superior service. I dislike employees who just make up rules on the spot in the guise and enforce arbitrarily assuming we will order lunch menu items. I came to order chicken Madeira and she made me wait outside in the heat for 20 minutes waiting for others to arrive. She did the same to a black family with a small kid. Seems made up policy to me.

I like the fact that they close late. I've been here a few times to celebrate friendships and birthdays. This time around the manager came back to check on my party of 4 as one of the pasta plates was not up to our standards. The chicken and broccoli has chili flakes on the bottom which isn't included or stated in the menu. The waiter let us know that they would remake the plate to our liking which was amazing. And we celebrated 2 birthdays that night!

Good food, wait was long, not sure if it was due to the pre-Rose Bowl weekend, but it was approximately an hour and 15 minutes wait. Our waitress was great!

It's a decent Cheesecake Factory. I think it was a bit understaffed so service was a little slow, but the servers were all very nice! The lunch portions are HUGE and still really delicious. I had the BBQ lunch salad which was amazing, had enough leftover. The chicken very generous, and the large chunks of avocado were super fresh. Would recommend this location, but keep in mind that parking here can be a little difficult.

Service was great here, I ordered a rare stake and it came out as medium-well, the waitress change it for us right away. Bare in mind when you order steak in Cheesecake Factory (all locations), if you want your steak to be cooked medium-rare, you better order rare, because they always come out a little bit overcooked. There are some parking lots around this location, would be fine if you drive there.

I have to say, first, the server was excellent. I don't frequent this restaurant that often. I have to say, in general, the food is always consistent. We ordered the miso salmon, which is always very good, and the Shaila chicken and avocado salad. The flavor of the salad felt as a Chinese salad. Nothing wrong with that, except that it almost didn't have avocado. That was suppose to be one of the star ingredients. Normally I would return the dish, but the server was great and flavor no bad. My recomendation, always check the dish and if you are not satisfied, inform your server.

As usual, is a good option to grab a bite with the quality that characterizes the Cheesecake factory restaurants. It’s in a good location and the options of dishes are plenty. A good place to visit if you’re around the area in Old Pasadena.

holy insane amount of food. the menu was like a novel honestly the most i’ve read in a hot second. the kind waiter recommended the meal. they were a little stingy with my friends meal compared to everyone else but it was good nonetheless.

Parking is either street parking or in the garages. No free parking here :0( Making a reservation can only be done on Yelp (not through the phone) but it is definitely worth it because I had no wait. And this place is always crowded! The food is good but I don’t think portions match the high prices. The fried macaroni was delish!!! I had the flatbread pepperoni pizza and it was good but SO spicy!! There was no warning that it was spicy (the pepperoni’s are spicy)! I appreciated the service because they brought me water even before my whole party came. And they kept checking in on us (even when we took forever to order). When I was brought to the table, there were crumbs on the seat. I had to dust it off myself. So it’s not that clean here. There are a lot of selections on the menu and bathroom was clean.

Very nice and kid friendly place. We had the chopped salad and southern chicken bowl and it was delicious. The only thing is we asked for a bowl of fruit and the fruit was not very fresh. But the other food and service was amazing. Definitely recommend

Food selection is broad. Unlike its name it is more than cheesecakes. I have to explain to people when I suggest this restaurant that there is a broad selection of affordable dishes. With so many expensive restaurants on the old Pasadena strip, this place is budget friendly and accommodates families and larger groups. Lots of seating capacity. Went here twice and their portions are huge. Impressed by their seafood dishes (good value and taste ) and their huge salads. I love their skinny-licious menu of dishes and alcoholic drinks with less than 590 calories. Check it out!

I was in today for brunch with my family (Pasadena location). The service was amazing and the atmosphere was nice. I've been going to the Cheesecake Factory for years ( Redondo Beach location) and it's one of my favorite places to go! My mother and I get the same thing every time. With that being said we were unfortunately unsatisfied with our meal today . I ordered the (Chicken Alfredo) , and it honestly tasted like it was (Knorr Pasta Side)and the noodles were a bit mushy. My mother ordered her favorite the ( Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp) and she felt as if the rice was dry and not fresh and used maybe from a few days before. And my uncle ordered the (Bacon Bacon Burger) with a side of (Sweet Potatoe Fries) that were cold. Hope I didn't come across as rude or as if I'm picky. The food just didn't meet expectations!

I visited here after a long time, and things have really changed since COVID. Prices are ridiculously higher now, and I ate the one entrée I thought would be safe, hard to mess up. I was wrong. The orange chicken recipe was different, not as sweet as it was on previous visits, and it left a terrible aftertaste. The Tex-Mex rolls, my favorite appetizer, have also changed; the filling is different and not as good. I like the place, but I don't see myself going back as frequently as before."

Our server was GREAT! The food had food flavor. The issue is there was HAIR in TWO of our dishes. Long strands of hair! One meal was remade and the other we discovered once we got home. I just don't know what to say about thos location. Every time we go there is an issue.

We were told to wait, She didn't say how long. (It was not busy) At first I thought, "okay they're probably not having a good day today" but then I seen that was not the case. The Hostess was black, a few minutes later a black couple showed up and she greeted them with a smile and sat them down right away. I thought that was horrible of her. My co workers and I then went to the cheesecake counter to see what we might want to get. The lady at that counter (also black) never greeted us either or asked if we needed help. Super weird vibe from both employees. We could tell they did not want to provide us service. I went up to the hostess 10 minutes later to ask how much longer, she just gave me another unpleasant look and told me to follow her. She sat us down then left without saying anything. They must not like Hispanic people. Our waitress was more pleasant but she never checked in on us after they brought our food and drinks. The food was good, but we didn't really enjoy the whole experience because of the awful service. Lastly their utensils still had food from the last use 🥴

felt mildly betrayed by the outdated paper menus, my sense of pricing was off from the jump.. the stuffed mushrooms were alright: fragrant, lightly cheesy than full melt, but very oily, which did double as a bread dip. the mushrooms themselves skewed more bitter than expected though; decent food, nothing bad but nothing great either, though the interior is absolutely stunning compared to their other locations, just that their service felt oddly distant once again and price per value really wasn't there 😔

I’ve been here twice now and both times I went by myself. The first experience was great. The waiter was so nice and the food was hot. Tonight I went by myself again and they said there wasn’t any place for me to sit, so I ordered takeout and I was severely disappointed at the quality of the food for the increased price. One pasta dish and cheesecake for myself was $58. The food was cold, didn’t taste like anything at all somehow, and the shrimp was burnt and tough enough that it felt like chewing on hard rubber. The same cheesecake that I always get also had a weird taste this time. Maybe it was just an off night or they just gave me something that had been sitting out too long, but definitely eat inside and don’t take your food to go because that was not worth the increased price. I don’t know when shrimp fettuccine became $34, but that’s crazy for it to be burnt and yet also cold. The cold shrimp being burnt makes me think that the dish had been reheated more than once. I only live a few minutes away from restaurant, so it should’ve at least been warm when I opened the box.

We had a disappointing experience during our visit. One of the booths near us had throw up on the chair and floor, and it took far too long for anyone to clean it up. We even had to bring it up to two different servers because the smell was overwhelming and honestly made us feel sick. When it was finally handled, I noticed they wiped down the booth and table but never cleaned the floor. Right after that, they immediately sat another couple there, and I actually went over to let them know the floor hadn’t been cleaned after the throw up. The bathrooms were also in poor condition. The women’s restroom was dirty, the sinks had visible mold around the edges, and several stalls didn’t even have toilet paper. We usually choose The Cheesecake Factory because of its standards and cleanliness, but this visit did not meet those expectations. This was my first time at the Pasadena location, and I’ve never experienced issues like this at any other Cheesecake Factory. Unfortunately, it really took away from our dining experience.

We ordered 2 dishes from the lunch menu. We waited for 30 mins for them to be served. Lunch!!! My son ate all the bread. The waiter never apologized for such a long wait, never offered anything to compensate the wait time. The table next to us got their meals earlier than us though they came after us... I had Da Vinci pasta - sweet!!! No parmigano!! My husband had soup and salad from the lunch menu. He got the leaves but had to come up and ask for olive oil and balsamic vinegar. My son was full with bread slices not with the food we ordered. Then he started to run around. Aaaand... the waiters didn't like that. They started making me comments that my son should not run around alone. While that I was trying to eat the cold sweet pasta. I just want wish that the manager will go to some business excellence intensive and this place will deserve 5 stars. Danny's has better service!!!

I asked if their shakes were computer made or made by hand , once i was assured they were made by hand i specifically requested my shake with extra, extra , extra chocholate. I did not want it to resemble a vanilla shake. Well i basically got a glass of cold milk. See comparrison of chocolate vs. very very very chocholate below.

I had a very disappointing experience with the pasta I ordered. It was clearly made with sugar instead of salt — the taste was completely off and frankly inedible. When I brought it up to the staff, I got conflicting answers: one said the dish was supposed to be sweet, another said it should be savory. This level of confusion and carelessness in both the kitchen and service is unacceptable. I expected basic quality and consistency, and this meal didn’t meet either. Definitely not coming back.

Awful conflict resolution and zero accountability. I used to love almost every dish here and was my comfort food but today I ordered my food through the app. Instead of a swift pickup my husband and I ended up being mistreated by the Pasadena branch after they gave my order to someone else and tried to lie to us that our food was still being made and then after 20 min of waiting my husband finds out that someone else picked up our order. The manager Grant W then proceeded to blame us. The manager changed his story several times and blamed us for being hacked. We were not hacked we have two step verification and notification when any one logs into my email. Then said that maybe my husband should not have come to pick up my order instead of me and how does he know he was sent by me the person who submitted the order keep in mind I have a 16 month old I am watching at the time and was not able to physically be there. I FaceTimed my husband and was ready show my id. It was a lot of back and forth for over 1 hour just to get a refund. My husband asked if they checked the order number and they did not check the order number and gave it to another woman. Grant W the manager was condescending and hostile towards us and went as far as saying they don’t need to check orders or order numbers. I am so disappointed at the lack of accountability and hostile treatment we were given. I will no longer be supporting the Cheesecake Factory.

What an experience to come way from Lawrenceville, GA to lovely old Town Pasadena Cheesecake Factory to enjoy some cold mashed potatoes and semi sautéed spinach. Notice anything in the picture? Yup, a good Ole bug staring me right in the face. Smh. A negative 5 if it could be given....

LIVE ROACH ALERT! 😭 Poor management. Sunday 6-22-25 about 4:50pm. A small roach crawled out of the lettuce in my Thai lettuce wrap! It was alive! And just crawled up as I was about to take a bite.😭 Had this happened when I was younger I would have flipped and made a huge scene, but i kept my composure. I thought about taking a photo but was SO DISGUSTED I just slid the plate to the bartender (we were sitting at the bar) and repeated that there was a roach for her to remove it please. The Manager came, forgot her name, Martha maybe. She apologized and said she would comp the meal. Not much to comp… all I ate was a lettuce wrap and a piece of the street corn. We ordered another dish that we didn’t even touch and my partner ordered a beer that he literally had 3 sips from. At one point she tried to tell me it was a pincher bug, no, I know very well what a roach looks like. I’m a biology major and lived in Puerto Rico for some time …I know a roach when I see one. She also told me that they regularly exterminate, so apparently this is a problem they are aware of. The whole experience was just horrible and poorly tended to. You’d think she would want us to at least enjoy the meal at a different Cheesecake Factory on the house for the disgusting inconvenience we had, but no. We left hungry, disgusted, and disappointed at management. The Cheesecake Factory is a big name. You guys need to do better.

Very Rude hostess and staff! Host completey ignored us, then proceeded to seat people that arrived after us. She even had the nerve to say it because we didn't greet her even tho we were standing right in front of her.

My wife and I stopped in for brunch. She ordered the California omelet; I ordered something else that honestly became irrelevant the moment her plate arrived without avocado. We flagged down our server and asked for a correction. Instead of a simple “Sure thing,” he got snippy and insisted—loudly—that their California omelets don’t come with avocado. Absolutely baffling. We asked for a supervisor or manager. He stepped in, acknowledged the mistake, and said he’d take care of it. Great, right? Problem solved? Apparently not. He returned from the kitchen carrying the corrected omelet like he was presenting the Crown Jewels to Queen Elizabeth—full theatrical flourish, projecting his voice across the dining room as if to announce our “crime” of requesting the dish be made correctly. It was surreal. And petty. And clearly meant to embarrass us for daring to point out the restaurant’s own error. The manager had a golden opportunity to turn an average experience into a great one. Instead, he torpedoed it so thoroughly—and with such dramatic flair—that I genuinely wondered if he was planning to quit that day and wanted to go out with a performance. Don't count us as returning customers. Ever.
