I just had the most awesome time at this Chick-fil-A in Pasadena! The place was super clean, and the staff was like, totally on point with the friendliness. I grabbed the classic chicken sandwich, and it was so fresh and delicious. The waffle fries were perfectly crispy, and the lemonade was legit refreshing. The drive-thru was quick, and I was out of there in no time. This spot is for sure a must hit for anyone around here. I’m already stoked to swing by again soon!

probably had the best chick fil a customer service of my life here, when i was walking in, arnie held the door open for me, greeted me warmly, and as other customers left he wished them well very friendly, then when i got my order for pickup he asked me if i wanted water and then kindly brought it over to me. then other employees came and checked in on me, i was very surprised to be met with such great customer service. everyone here clearly goes above and beyond. very happy with my experience here.

Say what you will, but Chick-fil-A knows how to run their business and train their people. They and In-N-Out leave every other fast food brand in the dust when it comes to customer service and consistency of food quality. This Pasadena location is no different. The space is always clean and buzzing, even when less busy. I always order ahead of time on the app, so it’s seamless to arrive having already paid, going to my table and letting them know the number so they can bring it straight to me. I do wish they could use less paper and material for when I’m specifically ordering to eat in. It feels a little odd when they arrive with a very to-go looking bag. Other than that, Chick-fil-A continues to be elite at what they do.

This is probably one of my favorite fast food restaurants for the quality food and excellent customer service. Chick-fil-A deluxe in a lettuce/protein wrap with large waffle fries and lots of Chick-Fil-A sauce. The sandwich was delicious as always and the waffle fries are phenomenal especially with their signature sauce! Their strawberry shake was also great and finished off the meal perfectly. I’d definitely come back here again and the workers always doing their best to make your dining experience best. Stasia and Dylan for making my take out order awesome!

Well I've never met anyone who didn't like Chick-fil-A. I enjoy many items on their menu. Today I had a hankering for their chocolate chip cookies. I ordered the six pack. I am eating them now as I am giving the rating. Five stars, two thumbs up, and a wink 😉 from my right eye! LOL

I was interested in stopping by and seeing what this location at the intersection of Colorado and Bonnie Avenue had to offer. It is a nice area to walk. The patio side is a great place to eat, study, and read. The food was okay. I'm not sure what I was expecting. The waffle fries had no flavor. The nuggets were crisp and tasty but expensive. I also tried a kale salad with the Chick-fil-A dressing and it was all right. I did have a large cup of coffee which was very good. Service was good but almost mechanical. I know it's fast food but I do like people to be themselves and show personality. Chick-fil-A has its identity and they are known to be very consistent across many locations. When I go back to this location I will order the original chicken sandwich with the waffle fries. Because this establishment is across from the college, this location is very popular. The drive-thru is always busy! They have a large parking lot in the back off the Bonnie Avenue entrance. It can be expensive. Pay attention when you order! Rose Parade friendly!

I live 20min from this location, I went thru drive thru on 2/14/26 at 5;36 pm they missed a whole chicken meal and also fruit cups , I was charged and no meal now I had to drive back to resolve issue another 20min going and coming back I clearly confirmed with the drive thru person my order and they still missed an order my order included 3 crispy chicken sandwich meals , 1 grilled chicken sandwich meal a kids meal and two bags of ice , very upsetting considering it’s dinner time and I have to travel back , attention needs to be put when giving orders mind you the drive thru was not busy at the time of order so I don’t understand how a whole meal could have been missed

This is the worst Chick-fil-A you can go to in Pasadena. You are better off going to the one on lake. They actually have great customer service there and they don't get your order wrong. Ordered. A deluxe sandwich and they gave me a spicy sandwich with just the bread and the chicken. Tried calling them multiple times more than five and nobody answered the phone. They also failed to give me my receipt. Will definitely be contacting corporate because this is not the service that I have come to expect from Chick-fil-A
