We should have known better than to expect a really fresh donut at this small KK stand inside a market. Note to selves: always go where they make & sell them freshly made.

Went in and asked the employee if they were made today. Clearly they were not, why lie just be honest
I went to redeem my free donut, and they wouldn’t let me. The workers were so rude to me. As soon as I walked in, they were already giving me annoyed looks. They told me I could not redeem the free donut and when I asked to try, they told me, “No, it won’t work, we work here,” in the most disrespectful attitude. No matter the reason, even if my free donut was not eligible, they should’ve at least tried to scan it. This was horrible service and I am very disappointed with my experience here.
Krispey Kreme promised that during the PSN outage that I get one donut if I was affected by it. I went in and the employees were rude and terrible and said that it was false advertising.
Very disappointed on my order. I order the glazed dount holes on uber eats and all I got was cut up dounts they were going to throw out after they close . They weren't even freshly made. I don't recommend this place

The employee lacked training. When I showed her the promotion on the app, she had no idea what I was talking about and had a horrible attitude. Without understanding my needs, she went ahead and grabbed two dozen donuts. I showed her the promotion again, but she still had no idea what to do with it, even though she checked the calendar on the wall, she still didn’t understand what it was. Just as I left, she suddenly noticed the promotion on her screen. Very rude and disappointing experience!
The Krispy Kreme lady is horrible. She doesn’t know how to place promo order posted on their website. She even asked me how to do it! She keeps asking me which item should she add the promo for. How could I know, I am just there to buy donuts. Maybe check your calendar on wall or just call someone that’s been trained? Do something, Krispy Kreme!
Went in yesterday at 8am to buy some for my kids school. The employee wasn't there at all. There was a line of customers waiting for him, some had been there since 7am waiting to pick up delivery orders. When the employee finally showed up, he acted like it was no big deal and had a very careless attitude. Some of the other customers said this was a normal thing at this location. This was a very bad experience and I will definitely not be coming back here, I'd rather drive a bit more to the South Pasadena location.
