I’ve been a customer for years, till they opened one in Monrovia city. I really like this place. They serve good quality food along with good service and good prices for any occasion. Two’Thumbs up!

The teriyaki chicken rice bowl was delicious! You can definitely tell how freshly the food was prepared, and the service was great. Definitely a good quick meal option!

So basically this place is so professional. Everyone here is so nice. This restaurant was recommended to me by a classmate and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend and I will be telling my mates about this. Thank you so much for your service

Had lunch there. I had a chicken teriyaki bowl and it was delicious. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The atmosphere was nice and chill despite being on a busy street. I will definitely stop here again for lunch.

It completes the meal and was the best part of the plate! How did we run out of potatoes? get it together please! Delicious Potatoes smothered in that tery n yaki sauce is what your customers want. So put some mash in your step and get us those potatoes!

Love this fast casual spot. One of my lunch time favorites is the Chinese Chicken Salad. Perfect amount of salad for a reasonable price and they are always so nice at the counter! Would highly recommend for a lunch spot. Would recommend the Gyoza or glass noodles as a side as well.

The Chinese chicken salad is so good I usually lick the container NO CAP 🫣😁 And the HOMEMADE FRESH WONTONS-my god 🙌 Their potstickers aren’t traditional but they pretty good too! Garlic noodles are good when they’re fresh too. Oh and let me not forget to give flowers where they are do!! 💐 The lady in the front is sweet as pie!!! I’m a loyal customer when a place is good- been going here for 8-10years and counting!! 👑

No frills teriyaki spot. The entrance was confusing. It looks like a glass storefront but it's an automatic sliding door that isn't very sensitive or quick. So you need to stand there and then it will open after a short delay. Service was quick, food was decent. Price is fair for Pasadena.

Edit: I've revisited a few times and had much better experiences. The service I had the first time was very slow, but it's been prompt ever since and also very friendly. The chicken and beef bowls have all been good, and I haven't been disappointed with soggy rice since that first review. The restroom still seriously needs a deep cleaning. IMO the restroom is a good indicator of how clean/dirty the rest of the restaurant is.

Good place for a quick lunch. I always get the chicken teriyaki bowl with rice and noodles. Service is great! I am always greeted by this one lady that seems to be there every day after the lunch hour. She is nice. The space is clean.

Parking is less than desirable and very crowded. I believe a location closer to Hastings Ranch would work better, just my opinion as I live over there. Food is always very good, as others have said the chicken salad is amazing.

This is my wife's favorite lunch destination. She loves the food there. The have some inside seating but I think it more popular for take out. There is parking in the rear. Check it out.

Good service. I got the teriyaki chicken bowl, my boyfriend got the beef bowl. The beef tasted better than the chicken to me, but he thought the chicken tasted better. Both were delicious though.

I like Teri and Yaki. The parking is nuts, but it is there and it is Pasadena so there you go. I like it because I can spend $30 and feed my three starving teenagers and myself with a fairly healthy meal and they are all happy. I'm referring to the family meal which includes noodles (big hit with kids) lots of chicken and rice, and a tasty chinese chicken salad for me. The sides are a little odd, unless you like cold pickled veggies (I do, kids don't). Mom gets healthy salad and veggies kids get carbfest. I like it because I can count on the chicken bowls always being the same--decent veggies, crispy-ish meat without weird bits, and decent portions for a good price. I go there regularly when I have grumpy kids and it always cheers them up.

Their Chinese chicken salad is the best I've ever tasted. They give you alot too. The dressing and the fried wontons on top are addicting. One time they put them in a brown paper bag on the side for me. They were so warm and delicious. Tasted something like those fried noodles they give you at Chinese food restaurants. I could eat this almost everyday (that is as long as I'm not craving fatty food 😀). The seasoned spinach is bomb also!

Got the chicken bowl. They filled up the bowl which is nice. Chicken was juice and not dry. Came with rice and noodles.

I was stationed in Korea though so so it's going to be hard I've had real Korean food. I've had the best Korean food actually. I'm not going to say this place has the best Korean food because.

Not a terrible place but nothing to write home about. The atmosphere is like other casual fast food places with dark accents. They have a Wednesday Teriyaki special. The service is fast and it gets the job done when you need a cheap meal.

We started eating here when the place began in Monrovia. Same employee is now cooking. The fried noodles are greasy, beef dried out, chicken still good

The dishes are hit and miss. The dumplings are great! The chicken Ramen soup not so good and very minimal chicken that is shredded so finely that it's easy to miss or taste.

I really enjoyed the fresh cucumber side. It's a little pickled (sutble sweetness & just a little tart). The salad is a little too basic but overall tastes good. It needs to at least have carrots in it. It's really just some shredded chicken breast, romaine lettuce & fried wontons. The dressing kind of reminds me of that sesame dressing that many people seem to purchase at Costco, but more tart, which I like. SERVICE, LOCATION & PARKING This was a pickup order through Doordash so I did have minimal interaction with staff. But the lady who have me my order did seem very nice. They are located on Lake Ave, but you'll want to turn onto Locust St, where they have a small parking lot in the back. You'll see their sidewalk sign pointing you where to go. I'm open to grabbing a quick meal again if I'm craving teriyaki.

I stopped here for the first time today. The food was fine, and the staff is very nice. I could have rated this place at up to four stars, but... Teri & Yaki uses an OFFENSIVE amount of single-use plastic, even when ordering to dine-in. I can't imagine how many whales would be killed by the plastic waste output of this location alone in a year, let alone a week.

The cashier was talking to some homosexual in Spanish and made the Asia food location feel uncomfortable for what they was speaking about #adding 3/8/25
