Great location, lady working was great and served the whole family. She listened to any special requests and made sure we were happy with it. Will be coming back for road trips!
Wow. Best location in and around Medicine Hat! Friendly staff, SUPER CLEAN store and very fresh veggies. All the other stores seen to always have unripe tomatoes, limp lettuce and green peppers etc. Not here. You can even tell that they take extra time to even prep them! Highly recommend 👌 Good job!
Good and tasty, we were expecting a little more of ingredients. Also, the cashier gave us the food before we paid, we easily could run with free food. Lucky for he, we are decent people.
I was on my way to winnipeg when my stomach shouted “ food” and the subway caught my sight. I went in and it was the newly built one . I was confused what to have so i NASRENE greeted me and then she acknowledged me with the app subway introduced quite a while ago. She helped me in all possible manner and guss what i got the best sub i ever had. No doubt she made the best sub but also made it worth every penny. I would recommend all my friends and specially trucker to visit 2882 box springs blvd nw bay3 west side centre, AB and enjoy the best out of sub🙂. Thankyou nasrene for such a pleasant welcome and tasty sub.
I had ordered skip the dishes as I have to much to do at home and with the pandemic happening I didn't want to leave unless I had to so anyways I wasn't expecting the fast service I had recieved and also I would assume with it being busy now I want to thank the staff and management for the services that were provided at the time. And my sub is fresh and yummy. Thank you!
Hadn't been to Subway in years, but was pleasantly surprised with the updated menu. Ordered the footlong Cubano combo with drink and cookies from the drive through. Service was fast and friendly. Total was just under $19 but compared to other fast food options in this area and what you get, I thought it was fairly reasonable. The cookies have always been kind of subpar, but the sandwich more than made up for it. Will definitely give Subway another try.
Bread was dry, didn’t provide enough protein, compared to other subways. Not the greatest location for getting off the highway.
1/2 sandwiches had way too much mustard. Staff was kind of a miserable dude too, it reminded me of ordering food in America where everyone is habitually more miserable
They seemsed friendly through the speaker (drive through) and it was made quickly which was great but they didn't put enough veggies and the meat was pushed into the crease rather than across the top half of the bread. It would be nice if I had an even bite of everything with each bite instead of just meat on one side and thin amount of veggies on the other. The bread was toasted nicely and everything was fresh, just wish the sandwich was constructed better.
Not to sure I'll return. Singular individual there handling drive thru and counter. Waited 10 mins and left. Two people in line
The store and staff was good. However, the bread was not good. I asked when they baked the bread but employee have no idea. Most of the subway place keep serving old bread first doesn't matter was baked yesterday or in the morning.
Normally stop there once a week. Over the year the service has gone downhill. Especially the past six months. There is less toppings on the sandwiches. Depends on the staff, it changes how you get treated. Staff will make negative remarks about you in front of you.
Stupid service by deep… not changing gloves at all
-extremely slow, 10 minutes to even start my order, when theres only 1 sandwich before me -extremely chincy with the toppings, the free toppings and sauce were barely there easily the worst subway in the med hat/recliff area
Very unfriendly service. The employee treated customers like an inconvenience. This is not consistent with the service at most other Subways I’ve been to.
Don’t use the drive thru or be sure to check your sub before leaving the parking lot. Got 15 minutes down the highway to find out mine had no sauce on it.
Would love to leave a zero. Stopped by at 6pm on a Saturday as we were travelling home. Watched the kid walk to the back turn the lights off and switch the sign to closed. Door sign says open until 10pm on Saturdays. Checked website before deciding to hit there same hours posted on web as on the door. The employee stood in a dark store watching for us to pull away. If there were issues for needing to close you think he would have communicated rather than hiding in the dark store Sorry that is poor business.
Must change gloves 🧤 before serving a customer . If you’re serving 2 customers in a same time doesn’t allow you to serve the first customer with that same gloves doesn’t mean that the brown guy will not say something at the front desk .
This is probably the worst Subway I've been to ! The service was poor and I had one kid get rotten lettuce on their sub and my youngest kid had a big piece of sharp plastic in their sub ! And guess what the one and only employee didn't say sorry or ask if there was anything he could do or make another sub. I highly recommend NOT to eat at this Subway.
Horrible Service!! The drive thru wait times are horrendous, the employees can not hear you talk while you are trying to order. Either must be a bad headset, poor speaker system, or maybe the employees just don't care. I had mustard smeared on my sub, also was cold when I asked for it toasted. No napkins were handed out either, so sadly will not be returning. Easy to reach location but service & employee attitudes are very poor.
