Me encanta el restaurante.. pero cómo siempre la atención de abdel es de 15 sobre 10.. amable, educado, y 100 cosas más se puede decir… hace un par de años que trabaja y siempre siempre la actitud y amabilidad es insuperable.. así da gusto

Célebre mi cumpleaños,nos atendió Maria una chica muy simpática, de Tony Roma's de HERON CITY.

Mi primera visita a Toni Roma's y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. Desde el primer momento, la atención del personal fue impecable, con un trato cercano y profesional. La carta, especialmente la sección de hamburguesas, es variada y muy tentadora. Los precios son más que razonables para la calidad que ofrecen, así que sin duda repetiré. Mención especial para Andrea y Alicia, cuya atención fue simplemente excepcional.

Es la segunda vez q voy, me encanta la comida y sobre todo el servicio como el de Leila 😊

American ribs in an chain restaurant that stands out vs competitors (such as fosters hollywood). Their ribs are truly good and they have a good deal if you go for lunch. I can recommend coming here if you are in the shopping mall and want to stop for lunch, specially if you like American food. They offer burgers salads etc.

It was a great choice to eat at this restaurant. We were outside but under a roof still so it was never too hot and with a lovely breeze. The veggie burgers were delicious, as well as the cheese fries (highly recommend these especially 😋). And the service was great too for us and our chihuahua Ramo, so thank you Fernando! ☺️🐶

Great service, kind staff and food was delicious. Andrea was our waiter and she is very patient and understanding, very kind and open. Relatively low queue times seeing how many people were in the restaurant already (Saturday night), and there's a nice bar as a waiting area until your table gets assigned. Would definitely visit again.

Food on notch, everything went well. It was delicious and the service from Lourdes was very nice, she gave us table at exact time she told us, and the way she served us it was very nice. We will definitely dine again.

I had a great time here. Abdel, the server assigned to the table,, was super professional, attentive, and astute throughout the entire dining experience. I wish there were some seafood options on the menu, but maybe that will come with time. I would definitely return and will recommend TR to my friends in the area.

Lugar acogedor y los camareros son muy atentos y simpáticos. Leila fue muy agradable en su atención.

La comida estaba muy rica y el servicio fue muy bueno. El costillar espectacular con sabor a brasa. Nos atendió Leila, que fue especialmente atenta y considerada con los niños, así como con los cambios que solicitamos en algunos platos. Nos gustaría encontrar mas variedad para los platos de niños como punto de mejora.

Fuimos a cenar el sábado y estaba todo muy bueno, pedimos el menú combo que regalaban dos entradas de cine y un postre a mitad de precio. La camarera creo recordar que se llamaba Alicia y fue muy atenta y simpática. Volveremos.

Todo bien (aunque sin nada especial). Comida aceptablemente buena (aunque para quien no sea de hamburguesas la verdad no tiene mucha alternativa, como es mi caso), precio aceptabla, aunque un poco más caro que otros sitios. Sinceramente SÓLO PARA QUIEN LE GUSTA COMER HAMBURGUESA 🍔.
