Después de visitar Patones de Arriba, muy recomendable por su espectacular encanto y tranquilidad. Decidimos comer en este restaurante por su bonita ubicación y porque tenían platos sin gluten. Nos costó bastante decidirnos por la comida. Habíamos visto la carta en su web y resulta que no estaba actualizada y ya no tenían esos platos. La carta actual no destacaba en nada, nos pareció un poco escueta. Después de un rato pedimos para compartir: Huevos fritos trufados, estaban muy ricos pero no fue de muy acierto unos pimientos fríos de guarnición. En mi opinión enfriaban el plato. Lomo de vaca y churrasco de ternera ambos con patatas fritas, la carne no era nada del otro mundo, pero estaba rica. Destacar que aunque la carta es muy escasa hay posibilidad de comer sin gluten casi toda la carta. Además agradezco que me pusieran pan sin gluten. La atención de la camarera fue muy muy buena y amable, solo por eso volveríamos.

Muy bueno todo y la camarera a pesar de estar ella sola, es una máquina, es admirable como trabaja. El chef hace su parte y muy buenos platos acorde a su precio. Pedimos las migas, torreznos de Soria, las croquetas, la hamburguesa de chedar, el lomo de vaca las judías y de postre la torrija, si es verdad que esta última dejó la sensación de algo más junto con las croquetas, ya que estaban un poco aceitosas para nosotros, el resto espectacular. El restaurante es de eso sitios que ya no quedan, una maravilla junto con la historia que tiene. Repetiría sin duda. Lo malo de todo esto, es no poder subir al pueblo con el coche.

Fuimos a desayunar y nos sentamos en la mesa más cercana a la barra. Estuvimos hablando con la dueña mientras nos preparaba lo que habíamos pedido y conversó normalmente. El café no estaba mal y el croissant a la plancha tampoco. Nos dio mantequilla que según ella no era casera y una mermelada de fresa que estaba rica y no parecía la típica industrial. La decoración del lugar es bonita. Además pusieron música ambiental muy bonita desde que llegamos. Ya suponíamos que los precios no iban a ser baratos porque está en un lugar turístico, aunque luego fuimos a comer a otro restaurante y los precios para comer fueron bastante más baratos que en este restaurante. Esto ya lo sabía porque antes de ir a Patones estuve comparando precios de menús.

We ate there today and ordered some appetizers followed by main courses (white beans, migas, beef tenderloin, and scrambled eggs with asparagus). The food was good, although the portions were perhaps a little small in some dishes. However, everything was delicious, and we left very happy. They allow dogs in the restaurant, which is a big plus 😊

Absolutely delicious and gorgeous place to spend a weekend lunch at! It may be due to high spring season but they do split sitting times outside into two rounds: first ones at 1.40pm and the others from 3.3pm onwards (it’s not that they kick you out at exactly that time, but obviously people like us from the second round all did pop up at around 3.15pm - which then became obvious that some tables were to be freed ha). I did see some angry diners complaining about food timings, but to be fair it all seemed normal to us and the service was good and polite at at all times without exception. Would definitely come back!

The food is poor and the service leaves much to be desired. There's only one waitress for the entire restaurant, resulting in impersonal service and long waits. We were told that it wasn't possible for one person to order from the set menu while the rest ordered à la carte, which limited our menu choices. The hamburger arrived with cold cheddar on top, and the meat was subpar. The croquettes were decent, though they would have been better with jam or some other accompaniment. The prices are high for what we get.

We just wanted to have three Cokes on a terrace with free tables, but the blonde waitress with curly hair told us she couldn't serve us because she was alone. Excuse me? It's just a matter of setting out three glasses and opening three bottles, and we were sitting all by ourselves... The service was awful and left much to be desired; she practically wanted to sweep us out. It's not true that we insisted, or that you repeated it several times. I'm amazed by the lies... Haven't you considered hiring more staff? Because with the prices you charge, you could easily afford it... and that way you wouldn't be so stressed and in such a bad mood...

It's a real shame. The food wasn't bad, but the service from the girl who runs it is truly appalling. The terrace is very nice, but they don't serve you. You agree to stop by for your drink and food, but their reluctance and lack of professionalism ultimately leave you with a very bad taste in your mouth. It's a shame; the town is so touristy and crowded, so this review doesn't matter, nor does the girl's arrogant attitude. Next Saturday, they'll have a packed house.

A truly EMBARRASSING experience. My family and I—two adults and two children—went to lunch, excited. We ordered drinks and, upon looking at the menu, decided to order two set meals (costing €28.70 each) and two separate dishes for the children. But to our surprise, the waitress told us that if a set meal is ordered at the table, it must be one per person. In other words, they wanted the 10- and 12-year-olds to also order the set meal, which cost almost €30! When I explained that it was outrageous to pay more than €115 for a family meal, her "solution" was that we could take whatever was left over. Incredible. We were left in a very awkward situation, in front of all the customers, to the point where we had to get up, pay the €13 for the drinks, and leave. On top of that, the woman tells us, "We've already had problems with customers ordering a menu for three." Well, maybe they should consider that not everyone can or wants to pay €30 per person, especially with small children. And the most ironic thing: a simple bottle of Coca-Cola that would cost 40 or 50 cents is charged at more than €3, yet they still need to force families to spend more. A real disgrace. Not only because of the absurd rule, but because of the total lack of empathy. We left with a terrible feeling and a lot of embarrassment.

The food preparation is very bad vs the price. The rabo de toro is bad prepare. The service is bad: the timing of the plates was terrible, tha waiters break plates and glasses. The place is cero petfriendly however they allowed to tight their dogs outside and most of them cry. Avoid this place if posible.
