An American-style burger joint in the heart of Pavia. The menu features about ten smash burgers, a couple of fried chicken sandwiches, and burritos, both pork and beef. They also offer some interesting daily specials. The place is well-kept, and the staff is friendly and attentive, but never intrusive. The patty is well-smashed, and the meat is juicy. I also really liked the burrito, with a good balance of ingredients and BBQ sauce. The price—€34.30—for two sandwiches, six nuggets, a portion of fries, and two bottles of water seems fair. Therefore, The Young Burger is a definite no-brainer.

Hands down, the best burger place in Pavia. I'm a chef and every now and then I enjoy a nice American-style burger. The staff was courteous, even with my pregnant partner, answering all our questions kindly. The service was quite quick, and the appetizers were good and served hot. What will really make me come back is the burger itself with fries. One of the best I've ever had; you can taste all the flavors, the meat was well cooked, and the sauces were tasty. If you're looking for a great burger in Pavia, they're the right choice. And the price is fair for what you get. Nice atmosphere, and delicious food. We'll definitely be back.

One of the best smashed burgers I've ever had! Soft to the bite but with just the right amount of crispy edges, thanks to the double slice of meat, perfectly crushed and seared. All the ingredients that make a perfect burger were there: crispy bacon, melted cheddar, pickles, well-measured sauces, fresh tomato, and crispy lettuce, all wrapped up in a soft yet sturdy bun. The fries on the side were hot and crispy, and the drink with the lemon slice rounded out the meal refreshingly. If I really had to find one thing to improve, it would be the atmosphere: a little more liveliness would make it the perfect place. As for the food, I really have nothing to say: top! 👌

This discreet place, with enormous potential, pops up on a quiet street in Pavia. The smash burgers are a real surprise: perfectly cooked meat, well-balanced ingredients, and exceptional bread—and they even had no problem telling me who the supplier was (a rare and much-appreciated thing). The staff is present, friendly, and attentive without being intrusive. The place is well-kept, with a few details that make the difference: the location could be better, but the coffered ceiling of the old place creates a unique, warm atmosphere that will captivate you. A place to keep an eye on. I'll gladly return. So far, they're the best sandwiches in Pavia, hard to beat. I forgot: you can find menus starting at €10, so the value for money is excellent.
