It's a nice supermarket, well-stocked and quite large. They even have some good deals with the new app. The deli is nice and good. It's a bit chilly in that part of the building, from the produce section onward. The parking is convenient, but I don't like going out and being accosted by gypsies looking for money.

I like the supermarket itself and go there often, but from now on I won't buy frozen products anymore because I've often bought ice cream that was clearly melted and refrozen. This is not only unpleasant, but also dangerous for my health.

I wanted to point out that, as of today, September 23, 2025, your supermarket has become an ideal habitat for penguins and polar bears. It's a shame we're not at the North Pole but in Pavia. You go from one extreme to the other. First African heat, now brutal cold. The air conditioning is broken. If you don't get it adjusted, customers, like your precious staff, will get sick, and that's not a good thing. Thank you for your attention and kind regards. Good evening, I've been a customer of yours for some time. When it starts to get hot, like it is these days, entering your supermarket has become a nightmare. Some aisles are air-conditioned, others seem heated, and this, I believe, is bad for the customers but, above all, for the food. When you get to the checkout, it's brutally hot, not only because of the glass windows but also because the air conditioning is non-existent. The poor cashiers are exhausted at the end of the day. The customers in line are all complaining about the heat. If you have frozen foods in your cart, they're out of luck. The payment machines are all working. Can you put your hand on your conscience, if you have one? You have a fantastic, kind, attentive, and friendly staff, but you absolutely don't deserve this. Thank you for your attention.

Good evening, I went shopping at this supermarket, which is well stocked. I went in and kindly asked the lady from the house if I could use meal vouchers (I showed her, she looked at them and said yes, I could use them, then I also kindly asked if there was a daily limit, she replied no, so I went in and made a nice €140 purchase. I got to the checkout and she said... are you the lady with meal vouchers? I told her yes... (I start with the shopping on the band) She told me she didn't think the system for using the vouchers would work, but let's try... I told her it was better if she tried something first to see if it worked because I came here specifically to use meal vouchers and that if she did, I knew from the beginning I wouldn't have done that much shopping. Once the cake was finished, she told me she wasn't forcing me to pay and leave the cart full, as they fixed it. I'm sorry, I never leave negative reviews, but this time it was really embarrassing. Anyway, I hope you solve the problem or let me know first, as someone might not have the money to pay and might be in trouble.

Clean environment, food expiration dates should be checked a little more... I wanted to tell the staff, but especially the manager, that on Saturday around 6:15/6:30 pm it was freezing cold inside, the air conditioning was too high... a lady and I felt ill! Keeping the air on too high is not good for us customers who come to do the shopping because 1. it's too cold, one can't do the shopping, 2. it's not good to keep it too high, it makes customers sick, in fact, another lady and I felt ill... please turn down the air...
