Staff was really friendly and quick with the service, really wish I had gotten the of the lady who took and brought out my order but she had a very warm and welcoming smile.
Food was delicious. Had to wait for order to come to car. Staff who delivered the food was very friendly. There was parking area for ordering. To order item it was easy as they had working speaker to do so. Parking area was very clean.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Visiting Pecos for a few days and stopped at this Sonic for a quick bite last night. I was tired, hungry, and honestly not in the best mood after my hotel check-in experience. But when I pulled up to the window, I was greeted by Ethan — and he completely turned my day around. He was genuinely kind and made me feel like more than just another order. On top of that, my food was perfect and absolutely delicious. Great customer service and great food — thank you, Ethan, for making my day better!
We stopped by Sonic for smoothies, and they did not disappoint! So refreshing and tasty, and let’s be real, you can never go wrong with Sonic’s ice. 🧊💯 It’s the little things that make it extra good every time!
The parking bay screen half of them don’t work and to pay take for every to take the payment. The food is Ohk sometimes they forget one of my food order
Ordering through the app was a little frustrating. After submitting the supersonic burrito combo, all that was in the cart was the picante sauce. I got an alert telling me to add an item from their menu. I had to add the burrito, tots, and drink separately. Thankfully, the free drink "your way" brought the total down closer to the combo price. Aside from the issues with the app, picking up the food was a great experience.
It was ok... I don't like the new menu, no description so I did not know what the difference between a double hamburger and double stacker is. Was not impressed with the stacker.
Customers service was good considering it was real busy and overcrowded I definitely give it to them for their hard work and keep up the good job.

Slow and mistakes in the order were made when my hamburger arrived it was cold but the milkshake was very good. The manager came out to apologize.
Good luck getting them to respond to the "Red Button". We pulled in for a quick bit on our trip and waited 10 minutes in the spot with the "Button Activated" message glaring at us after pressing it. We finally walked up to the patio and were immediately served. Hot and sweaty back in the car to complete the long drive. Thanks?

I love sonics but the people that work the late shift seem like they hate being here and give off that vibe. Its 11pm i dont blame people for being tired but down right rude is not the way to act tow…

Wow, whoever was working the drive-through window this afternoon… They really could use some training on customer service. I returned to this location after picking up a burger and taking a few bites, before realizing the bun I was holding was cold. The boy at the drive-through window said nothing when I pulled up after being directed by the girl on the speaker. I let him know the situation that my burger was cold and missing some condiments and he simply snatched the bag out of my hand again without saying anything and turned and left. When he returned, he again said nothing. And then shut the drive-through windows. Naturally, I checked the burger to make sure everything was in order and the bun again was not hot though the burger patty was hot this time and it had all the correct ingredients. After signaling to the drive-through guy that it still wasn’t very hot, he began to argue with me about the previous burger, being fine and asking if I was wanting another burger yet again. My simple question was if there was a way to microwave it to get the button hotter of which he informed me that food is not microwaved at sonic. Way to go. That’s reassuring. But I don’t understand his impatience and lack of service with a simple request for a fresh hot burger with the correct ingredients after paying $10 for it. This kid could really use some training in how to handle customer complaints with a bit more patience, and grace and courtesy. His level of rudeness was appalling so much so that I’m writing this ridiculous review about a damn sonic experience
This was the worst burger I’ve ever had from a sonic It was a sloppy disgusting mess. If I wasn’t traveling through I would’ve went back and got my money back. I didn’t notice it until I was 10 miles down the road. It was covered in mayonnaise and I mean the top of the bun in the bottom of the bun. The entire outside of the burger was covered. It was absolutely disgusting and almost seemed intentional either that or someone is really horrible at making burgers there.
Stopped at this Sonic, feeling tired and hungry during a long drive. Pushed button for service. Waited, waited, waited. Tried to be patient. Waited some more. At no point did they even attempt to take our order. Goodbye Sonic, goodbye Pecos. Good riddance
We go to Sonic pretty much everyday. Following work, I place the order on the app and my wife picks it up. I always get Coke Zero and my wife gets Coke. Most of the time the order is complete and done well. But when they do screw up, there are consequences to us. Today, master shake no cherry 🍒, check. Two chicken sandwiches, 🥪 check. One Coke Route 44 no ice, check. Two Coke Zero Route 44s no ice? Ding ding ding, regular Coke. We live 25 miles away so my wife has 3 Cokes she won't finish and I don't have any. Boo hoo hoo. But the worste part is this happens more than I would like and,... Sugar for a person who takes diabetic meds is bad, bad, bad. So their carelessness can be detrimental to someone who can't have sugar. You had one thing to do and today you screwed up. I'll be back tomorrow so if you need to get the order wrong, make it 3 Coke Zeros. Nobody will croak from not having sugar.
Ordered a sundae & a blast through sonic app at 10:20 p.m. I added& paid for extra candy, caramel & hot fudge to my blast, but at 10:54 p.m. I got my blast only 3/4 of the way full with candy on top of shake w/ no caramel, fudge or Xtra candy. She took it back to be remade., we waited a long while and got the shake, still with no hot fudge... so we went through drive through to request it, no one answered at order com, then they drove to the window then nobody came to the window for another 3 minutes finally the same girl that brought the shake the last time went to deliver some food and I got her attention she said she would fix it then the manager finally came to the window and he said will give me your shake and I will add to it and I said no y'all taking the same shape too many times back so I prefer not to but if you'll just give me the hot fudge and the caramel that I paid for I'll just eat it like that he didn't get me to souffle cups that were only the bottom was covered with caramel and hot fudge 65 cents per Edition I am not happy with no $8 milkshake you know that I had to wait an hour for terrible service in the whole time the managers running around outside talking to everybody she knew rolling up in vehicles then she went to her truck to go smoke I'm not sure what it was but it did not look like a cigarette or an e-cig
Do not waste your money eating here. It is the scariest sonic I have ever had so bad that I don’t ever wanna eat sonic again. The onion rings were hard. I asked for fresh fries when I ordered they were not hot when I got them. They were lukewarm the burger I did not start eating so I went down the highway. I ended up throwing that out. It was the worst $17 I’ve ever spent thank God ice cream melts or the shake would have been stale too. The manager is rude on top of that and instead of doing his job, he’s sitting around, ruining with the girls.
I just spent $12 on 5 pieces of chicken that are completely burned to garbage, and tater tots that are undercooked but still edible. I would recommend eating absolutely anywhere else as the kitchen staff at this location absolutely do not care at all about their jobs or the quality of your food.
