Excellent experience from start to finish! Great engagement during the initial Survey. Jack listened to our requirements and made some great recommendations. Excellent installation from Ryan and the team. Final quality checks carried out by John. Nicole has ensured that we have been happy throughout the process. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We have replaced three tired and insecure doors with a quality product that has introduced the peace of mind with additional security. We are extremely happy with the product, quality, service and cost. We will definitely use Crystal Windows for some future work. Highly recommended!
The previous owner closed the top of the arched windows with stone and cement, which we opened again and had the Tosca repaired. Shortly after making an appointment with Crystal Windows the measurement was taken for half circle double glazed windows. The installation was perfectly done, we are very satisfied with the result. After mounting the alarm system on the windows the house was finally closed and finished.
4 years ago I renovated my beach house and all the windows and sliding doors were placed by Crystal Windows. I never regretted that. The quality is top and most important, even after 4 years the service is great with extremely nice employees.

John and his team came in a measured our apartment up to fit Glass Curtains and to replace a French door to a bi Fold. Was unsure it was needed, but now that we have done it. Boy does it enhance our living area. We now have easily a third more space that’s usable regardless of the weather or time of day. Ryan and the guys did a very good job and better still left very little or no mess to tidy afterwards. Would highly recommend Crystal Windows.
The fitters were fantastic! They cleaned up as they went along and repaired the walls far better than I ever hoped they would. All I needed to do was do the touch-up paining! I cannot praise them highly enough - thank you !!! The doors themselves are amazing too. The design suggestions that we adopted from salesman Jack are perfect, especially the full glass door, and the tilting door. I’m very happy with the overall quality of the doors too... far superior and secure to our previous ones! So overall, I am extremely pleased... thanks for everything!
Having used Crystal Windows before we had no doubt who would provide a new double door for our apartment. The quality of materials, fitting and after service are second to none and many other window/door manufacturers should look to their standards. I can 100 per cent recommend Crystal Windows.
Crystal Windows replaced two double doors for us and installed one new single door. They gave us really good advice with regard to design, thermal quality, security requirements and colour choice to match existing interior decor. They delivered exactly what they promised but even so I was taken aback by the quality of their doors and what an impact they would make to the house. The team were professional and courteous in every way and even better, they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
We recently had a new front door and 3 windows supplied and fitted to our old village house by Crystal Windows, In previous years the company fitted large sliding patio doors and upstairs windows. Each time the staff, Kane or Ryan, operated with great skill and attention to detail, including cleaning up afterwards. We are extremely pleased with the results and thanks also to Jack for the estimates and boss John for careful measuring.

Wij hebben nieuwe ramen, volgens de modernste standaard, van Crystal Windows. We zijn zeer tevreden over de kwaliteit van de ramen, maar ook over het enthousiasme en vakkundigheid van het team ! Wij kunnen dit iedereen aanbevelen. Momenteel denken wij na over een Clásica deur van Crystal Windows.
Eindelijk een professioneel bedrijf gevonden die aan de verwachtingen voldoet. De prijzen zijn goed en de kwaliteit van het product ook. Goed dat de kozijnen in Pedreguer zelf gemaakt worden. Van inmeten tot het verkoopproces tot aan de montage, dit bedrijf heeft het goed voor elkaar. Of je nu een particulier bent of een bedrijf, hier kan je met een gerust hart mee samenwerken. Je kan er goede afspraken mee maken en je kunt er echt op vertrouwen. Bij ons zijn er 4 kozijnen met een boog geplaatst, wat veel bedrijven niet doen. Daarbij zijn er veel Spaanse bedrijven die zodra je geen Spaans spreekt je 60% meer laten betalen. Absolute aanrader!
Very efficient communication from appointment confirmation, high standard of fabrication of the doors. The fitters were courteous, skilled, clean & tidy work. I'm very pleased with this company & work recommend Crystal windows to anyone.
Absolutely fantastic experience! I was truly impressed by the company, their organization, and the quality of their products. We specifically chose them because they create seamless arched windows from a single piece — no joints, no compromises. The measurements were spot-on, the quality outstanding, and the installation flawless. Even the plasterwork was repaired perfectly. To top it all off, the final inspection was done by the big boss himself. Highly recommended!

I was very impressed by both the quality of the products from Crystal Windows and by the professionalism of the team that installed the bifold doors we bought from them. They were just what we wanted, the price they charged was reasonable, and everything went well. Installation was also quick. I have absolutely no complaints on any of that. Where they lose one star, and I give them only four and not the full five, was for the slowness with which they responded when one of the handles on the doors was broken. It took many weeks and a lot of insisting from us that we needed some help. That being said, the help they eventually provided was once more highly professional, the work was done quickly and efficiently, and we were left with doors that worked as new. It was great service and, again, I have no complaints. Overall, then, Crystal Windows supplies fine products at sensible costs and installs them with high professionalism. They also provide first class support later. The one small improvement they need to make is to respond promptly when a customer needs that support.
