Top restaurant. We ate here three times. The burrata is absolutely heavenly! Excellent service and definitely recommended if you’re in Mallorca.

Es war uns eine Freude dort zu essen. Wir hatten uns das Restaurant für den ersten Abend ausgesucht und waren einfach überglücklich den Anblick zu genießen wie einladend alles eingerichtet ist als wir ankamen. Man spürte von Anfang bis zum Ende das hier mit Liebe gekocht wird und der Service mit genauso viel Liebe die Menschen, die dort essen, bedient. Ein echter Geheimtipp für Paguera. Wer dort Urlaub macht sollte mindestens einmal dort gewesen sein. Und ich kann euch versprechen, wenn ihr dort essen wart, werdet ihr auch wiederkommen. Danke nochmal an euch alle und die schönen Abende. Wenn wir wieder da sind, kommen wir garantiert zurück in das schönste Restaurant auf Paguera. 😊

Wow! Best place we ate in Mallorca. The atmosphere is great - the decor attracts attention. But so does the food - elegantly placed on the plate treated our palates wonderfully. Given it's off season and it is not easy to find an open place, I don't think you can find anything better near Santa Ponca where we stayed. Well recommended!

What a great find. This is a charming, unpretentious restaurant with a lovely outside dining area. Beautifully decorated in every detail. The discrete water feature certainly adds to the charm. The food was fantastic, fresh, well cooked, well presented and generous portions. Our waitress Luciana was great! Friendly, smiley, welcoming, attentive and knowledgeable about the dishes. The prices are honest, we’ve had a lovely evening. Would definitely recommend and come back again.

Das Restaurant liegt nur wenige Treppenstufen vom regen Tourismustreiben entfernt. Dem Gast wird ein geschmackvolles und zugleich modernes Ambiente beim Betreten des Restaurants geboten. Zudem hat man einen tollen Ausblick über die Dächer Pagueras. Der Service ist äußerst freundlich und heiter. Bezüglich des Essens und der Cocktails kann man nur ein riesiges Lob aussprechen. In Paguera gibt es kein vergleichbares Restaurant. Absolute Empfehlung!

Peruvian/Mallorcan restaurant in a very cool boutique hotel- lamb was fall off the bone and cod fish was unique in a field of a bunch of great seafood restaurants. Service was easily the best we’ve experienced so far in Mallorca.

Heute waren wir im Restaurante Chicos del Mar in Peguera. In einem tollen Ambiente ein grandioses Essen. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Hervorragendes, geschmackvolles Essen. Raffiniert gewürzt, kunstvoll arrangiert und gute Portionen mit denen man auch satt wid. Wir waren mit einer großen Gruppe zum Essen hier und jeder Teller war ein wahres Meisterwerk. Solch eine Küche habe ich in Deutschland nur ganz selten erlebt.

Amazing atmosphere. Feels like a mallorquian Finca somewhere on the island instead of being close the main street. Awesome Tapas and perfect mixed Paella. Desserts were also top. Service was 5 stars and super friendly.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Und das zweite Mal war noch besser! Alle Tapas hatten einen besonderen Touch und boten einzigartige Geschmacksnuancen. Wir waren von der Vorspeise so begeistert, dass wir alle Nachspeisen bestellt haben. Und diese waren überraschend. Das beste Essen unseres Mallorca-Trips.

Für mich eines meiner absoluten Lieblingsrestaurants. Ich lebe auf Mallorca und bin sehr wählerisch, denn vieles ist nur Touristenzeugs ohne Qualität. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Das Personal ist jederzeit aussergewöhnlich freundlich und offen, Essen immer top - darum geh ich. Wir machen mittlerweile viele Events mit dem gesamten Team dort, weil es ein ganz besonderer Ort geworden ist. Kann ich jedem nur empfehlen!

British tourist. Visited Sept 25. This easily competes as one of our favourite meals of the holiday. The terrace is really beautiful and atmospheric. We ended up moving inside because it was chilly but it’s equally lovely and well designed. The food was not just delicious but also generous portion sizes. I had a special which was lamb shank with grilled vegetables and the other main dish was fish on a vibrant and colourful bed of vegetables / salad. For desert, we had a dark cherry sorbet with pesto which surprisingly pairs well as well as a basque cheesecake. You could tell there was effort made to make the plates look appetising. What made the meal even better was the happy and engaging staff. Everyone was friendly and chatty, not just with us but with other customers. The waitresses were really playful with children so you had this mix of a trendy cool vibes venue with a wholesome family friendly restaurant. We really liked it and would have liked to revisit for a second time on the trip. It was also one of our cheaper meals of the holiday surprisingly. If we visit again, we would be sure to come back and potentially stay in the stylish yet affordable hotel upstairs too.

Definitiv das beste Restaurant in Paguera. Das Essen war nicht nur optisch sondern auch geschmacklich eine Sensation und die Atmosphäre gemütlich, entspannt und modern. Wir haben uns für verschiedene Tapas, die Paella und den Mandel Orangen Kuchen entschieden und waren sehr positiv überrascht über die frische und die geschmackliche Abstimmung der Gerichte. Alles in allem werden wir auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen und würden es jedem Empfehlen, der dem Trubel des Boulevards entgehen möchte und etwas leckeres und besonderes essen will.

Was für ein toller Ort! In dieser kleinen Seitenstraße hätten wir so ein wunderschönes Ambiente wirklich nicht erwartet. Es ist einzigartig gemütlich und herrlich ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder. Das Essen war richtig lecker — bis 18 Uhr gibt es zwar nur eine kleine Karte, aber die Auswahl reicht völlig und ab 18 Uhr steht dann die komplette Karte zur Verfügung. Das Personal war super freundlich, alles war sauber und einfach rundum toll. Absolute Empfehlung!

Nach meinem ersten Besuch am 13.08.25, hatte ich mich entschieden, an meinem letzten Abend in Paguera wieder ins Chicos Del Mar zu gehen und habe es nicht bereut. Das Essen war wieder unglaublich lecker, das Ambiente einfach wunderschön und die Mitarbeiter alle sehr sehr nett. Auch als Solo Reisende wird man zuvorkommend behandelt und nicht in eine dunkle Ecke oder nach drinnen gesetzt; ich durfte mir selber einen Tisch (für zwei Personen) aussuchen. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen, das Beste!

Très bon restaurant et très belle terrasse. Accueil très bien aussi, et une serveuse parlait parfaitement bien français. Excellente cuisine, desserts faits maison (de plus en plus rare). Bons cocktails et prix très correctes, même surprenant. On y retourne vite pour goûter le reste.

WOW! Ich hab keine Worte für dieses Restaurant. Absolut underrated! Es gibt so viel glutenfreie Auswahl. Von diversen Tapas über Salate, Fisch, Fleisch zu verschiedenen Desserts! Eine absolute Geschmacksexplosion! Dessert Glutenfrei. Wir hatten Patatas Bravas, panierter Brokkoli und Bruschetta. Als Hauptgang Rinderfilet mit Süsskartoffel und gebratenem Gemüse. Ein absolutes Juwel – unser Geheimtipp auf der Insel Dieses Restaurant überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und geschmackvoll gestaltet, mit einem charmanten maritimen Flair. Besonders der Innenhof ist wunderschön und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und wird zu sehr fairen Preisen angeboten, ebenso die erlesene Weinauswahl. Die Kinderfreundlichkeit ist hervorzuheben, und das gesamte Team – vom Service bis zur Küche – ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Für mich das schönste Lokal in Paguera! Das Ambiente verdient mehr als 5⭐️!!! Die Location ist ein absoluter, moderner Boho-Traum, innen und außen! Alles ist bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll aufeinander abgestimmt. Wir hatten die Paella mit Meeresfrüchten 🥘 für zwei Personen und sie war super lecker! Absolutely amazing food and atmosphere ! Waitresses were all so kind and attentive , it’s in a beautiful location and it’s all so pretty ! Food was the best I’ve ever had I had the tuna steak with lime sauce and my family had a leg of lamb which was wonderful and chicken skewers and hummus which was also so Good ! 10/10 would recommend :)

Etwas versteckt, dafür wahnsinnig gemütlich auf Terrasse mit toller Begrünung in ungezwungenem und stilvollem Ambiente. Service sehr bemüht und freundlich. Das essen war fantastisch, alles war meisterhaft abgeschmeckt, auf den Punkt zubereitet und kreativ kombiniert. Die Cocktails ebenfalls 1A. Preis/Leistung exzellent. Wunderbares Restaurant, etwas oberhalb des Boulevards in Paguera. Unfassbar leckeres Essen, ich hatte die Peru Style Beef Fillet Strips und es war einfach nur lecker. Wer hier riesige Portionen erwartet, ist etwas fehl am Platz, aber man wird satt und hat ein tolles Geschmackserlebnis. Der Service war super, schnell und sehr freundlich. Komme sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Restaurant. Es liegt etwas versteckt. Für uns ist es eine kleine versteckte Perle. Man fühlte sich sofort wohl als man reinkam. Alles ist mit Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Selbst die Toiletten sind super sauber und stand Papiertücher gibt es frische Handtücher. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich, schnell und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr lecker, wir hatten viele verschiedene Tappas ausprobiert. Draußen gibt es eine schöne große Terrasse, die aber geschlossen war (wir haben Anfang März). Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Besonders die Bäckchen waren ein echtes Highlight: butterzart, auf den Punkt gegart und so unglaublich aromatisch! Man schmeckt, dass hier mit hochwertigen Zutaten und echter Hingabe gekocht wird. Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und herzlich – man fühlt sich rundum wohl. Dieses Restaurant ist ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das man sich nicht entgehen lassen sollte!

Von außen ein unscheinbarer Ort, aber innen eine sehr schöne Dachterasse mit vielen Pflanzen und toller Deko. Wir haben uns beim ersten Essen so wohl gefühlt, dass wir gleich noch ein zweites Mal reserviert haben. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben den gebackenen Fisch auf Guacamole, den gebratenen Wolfsbarach und die Spieße vom Lamm gewählt. Die Gerichte waren ein Augenschmaus und wahnsinnig lecker. Auch das Schnitzel mit den Pommes für unser Kind wahr sehr gut. Als Dessert haben wir uns noch den Apfelstrudel und das Schokoladen Malheur gegönnt. Auch das sah nicht nur schön aus sondern hat auch klasse geschmeckt. Auch jeden Fall ein Ort den wir wieder besuchen werden und auch definitiv weiterempfehlen! Vielen Dank! Update aus August 2025: Knapp ein Jahr später waren wir wieder zweimal hintereinander hier. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden.

Von der Straße aus sieht man die schöne und liebevoll gestaltete Terrasse nicht, daher war die positive Überraschung umso größer. Der Service war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen war sehr gut! Es gibt einige vegane Optionen, auch bei den Hauptspeisen. Viele Restaurants tun sich hier mit veganem essen schwer, Chicos del Mar zeigt, dass vegan super integrierbar ist!

Local lindamente decorado y con un ambiente muy acogedor. No sé decir lo que es mejor: comida, ambiente, staff, música...todo está súper equilibrado y en perfecta harmonía. No es la primera vez que vengo, pero finalmente tuve tiempo de escribir una reseña. La mejor opción en Paguera, sin sombra de duda! Altamente recomendable para vegetarianos, veganos, flexitarianos, etc....para todos los gustos y con muchas variaciones posibles de platos. Wir sind aufgrund der guten Rezensionen hier spontan im Chicos del Mar essen gegangen und hatten das Glück, ohne Reservierung einen Platz zu bekommen. Das Restaurant ist total schön, modern und neu gestaltet, besonders draußen auf der Terrasse ist es im Sommer sicher wunderschön! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und gut gelaunt (wir konnten zb beobachten, dass hinter der Bar ab und an mitgesungen wurde, wenn ein gutes Lied gespielt wurde) - das machte die Atmosphäre nochmal netter! Das Highlight war aber das perfekt abgeschmeckte Abendessen. Wir hatten zwei Fischgerichte mit extrem interessanten und ungewöhnlichen, aber passenden Beilagen (kein 0815 Essen!). Der Fisch war perfekt durch und grätenfrei. Die Portionsgröße war auch absolut okay (wir sind zwei Frauen und waren ohne Vorspeise und ohne Nachtisch super satt!). Absolut klare Empfehlung!!

Por el momento, hemos estado en dos ocasiones y a cuál mejor. Producto de gran calidad, cocina muy fina y los postres estan deliciosos (el chef es un crack dando una vuelta a las recetas habituales). El servicio es excelente, el ambiente acogedor y con estilo (una "rara avis" en Peguera). No lo encontramos al principio ya que está debajo del hotel. Un lugar perfecto para disfrutar relajado y con una cocina súper correcta sin dejarte un riñón por el camino.

Lamentablemente no tengo fotos porque todo quedó destruido. Queríamos venir una noche sin reserva y nos vimos obligados a concertar una cita 2-3 días después. No nos arrepentimos de esta decisión de ninguna manera, el personal es súper agradable y agradable, la música es suave y encaja bien con el ambiente, los precios no son impactantes dada la calidad de los platos, casi solo comimos tapas y sangría y Fue una elección perfecta. ¡Altamente recomendado! La terraza del jardín es un sueño, con hermosas plantas y una serenidad inigualable. La comida es fantástica, con combinaciones de sabores sorprendentes; todos los platos fueron excelentes. El servicio fue muy amigable. ¡10/10 perfecto! ¡Ven aquí!

Por el momento, hemos estado en dos ocasiones y a cuál mejor. Producto de gran calidad, cocina muy fina y los postres estan deliciosos (el chef es un crack dando una vuelta a las recetas habituales). Ambiente acogedor y decoración muy cuidada. Pero sobre todo el servicio es espectacular. Pili es todo amabilidad, está pendiente de todos los detalles y con su buen hacer consigue que la experiencia en este restaurante sea insuperable. Lo de las limas ya fue el remate jeje. Sin duda su padre Juan ha sido un gran maestro. El mejor restaurante de Paguera ahora mismo. Queremos repetir muchas más veces!!

Firstly, this restaurant is located inside Hotel Bella Colina - Google Maps location is slightly off and misleading! The restaurant has one of the best ambience ever. We sat outdoors for dinner and we cannot stop emphasising how lovely it is to sit outdoors and enjoy the fresh summer air. Music was on point too! The food was really awesome, though we felt there were some slight misses. Our favorite dish was the Sautéed Seabass fillet - generous portion size and cooked to perfection! Fish was seasoned well and was very fresh! We also liked the Crispy Fish with Guacamole, though admittedly the portion size was quite small. We also ordered two tapas: prawn cocktail on yaki onigiri (not really our favorite, but an interesting dish) and patatas bravas. The Sangria Blanche was perfectly made - very refreshing and we really wanted more! For dessert, we tried the Tiramisu Parfait, though personally we thought it missed the mark. Portion size was small, and the dessert tasted quite different from the tiramisu we were used to.

Great ambiance, modern and Instagrammable! The same goes for the dishes, which were nicely presented and delicious. They also accommodated our special request to bring in a birthday dessert for one of our colleagues, which we really appreciated. Service-wise, I felt a bit unsure. At times, the staff came across as smiley and eager, while at other moments, they seemed rushed or less accommodating. It was a bit inconsistent, and I wasn’t quite sure what to make of it. To be fair, we were a group of around 50 people, which may have contributed to the occasional dips in service. Overall, we still had a great time.

Beautiful restaurant. All the food we had was fantastic and we could not fault. However, the starters took around an hour to arrive when only 2/3 came and the other was 10 minutes after. This was immediately followed by the mains, when they realised the issue and offered us a free dessert as an apology, yet this also took a while. We will definitely come back as the food and staff were excellent and the setting was brilliant.

Restaurant mit tollem Ambiente und sehr freundlichem Service. Unser (kleiner) Hund war sehr willkommen. Das Essen und der Wein waren sehr lecker. Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte: die Panade beim Petersfisch war etwas zu dick und der Burger recht trocken. Hier wäre etwas mehr Soße schön gewesen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

We stayed in the hotel and had high expectations for a dinner at Chicos del Mar. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. Our party was split due to different flight arrivals, and when part of the group arrived around 9:30, they were denied service—the kitchen had decided it was “too late.” It felt like a typical end-of-season attitude, where guests aren’t a priority. The food itself was, at best, forgettable. While the paella mixta was good, the black squid version was disappointing—lacking flavour and texture. For a meal that cost over €250, the quality was more akin to standard pub fare than the standout Mediterranean cuisine we were hoping for. It certainly didn’t live up to the price. On the positive side, the waitstaff were friendly, and the service was decent—nothing particularly memorable, but no complaints. The setting and presentation were also pleasing; the restaurant is well-appointed, with a nice view and a generally comfortable atmosphere. But ultimately, this restaurant seems to benefit from high ratings that perhaps don’t reflect the actual dining experience. Chicos del Mar is a solid 7/10—a place to enjoy a view and have an acceptable meal, but not the standout experience some reviews might lead you to expect.
