A charming spot reached in winter with a short walk in the snow. The interior is meticulously maintained. The staff is friendly and the food is excellent!

Excellent rustic chalet with good food and a very helpful staff. Although the food was mostly traditional, as vegans we still had excellent polenta with tomato and baked potatoes.

Stone, wood, and a fireplace in the center create a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The Blue d'Aosta parcels are excellent and deserve a closer look. Overall, the food is good. A wide selection of craft beers is a favorite, but... there was no wine list, and the selection is limited to those on display, with no price listed. The Pinot Noir we chose is from an excellent winery in Introd, but frankly, the price, especially of the wine, seemed a bit high. But frankly, pairing beer with local cuisine isn't exactly appropriate.

My boyfriend and I went there for lunch today, attracted by the positive reviews. Since it was August 15th, we made a reservation, but when we made the reservation, we weren't told that there were tables for about 12 people and that we would therefore have to share a table with other people. The problem was that while we were eating, the four people next to us started smoking (we hate smoking, especially while eating). It should be a courtesy of the restaurant to prohibit this (instead, they brought an ashtray to their table). I read the menu several times to decide what to eat based on the ingredients (since I'm lactose intolerant). I ordered a first course, and as soon as I put the first piece in my mouth, I realized it contained cheese. I mentioned it, and instead of changing my course, they apologized but didn't make up for it. At this point, my boyfriend gave me his polenta with sausage (which I don't recommend at all. The sausage was subpar for my taste), so let's say I ate almost nothing. But the best part was when we went to the cashier to pay and they had added the first course to the bill that I hadn't eaten. We pointed this out to them and they took it off us, otherwise I would have had to pay for something that was their mistake. I'm sorry, I almost never write negative reviews, but I strongly advise against it.

Terrible welcome, refusal of access to the terrace, which was far from full at 2:30 p.m., after lunch service, for coffee, drinks and ice cream.
