Only took about 25 minutes to get my order delivered. Delivery driver was very nice. Food was hot and of standard dominos quality. I'll order again if I'm in the area.
I used the app in the morning and ordered at 7:30 AM and I wanted it at 6:30 PM. I went and picked it up. I didn't think it was going to be ready. At to my surprise it was. My order was correct too.
One of the very few great Domino's restaurants. It tasted quite better for other Domino's. Should try out of you are in this area.
If you love thin crust pizza you have to have Domino's thin crust. It is the crispiest thin crust I've ever had in the flavor was fabulous. Very well done
Traveling through Colorado we stayed at state park near by for 2 weeks. Had pizza from these guys 5 times and I have to admit they made great pizzas every single time. Pizza made to perfection. Best Domino's pizza I ever had. Give them a try you see what I mean
Very impressed by the customer service I recieved from this location. We used the drive through window 2 days in a row when everything else in town was closed. There was an older man who helped us both times and even remembered my name. They even stayed open late to make us 3 sandwiches.
Ordered two large handmade crust pizzas the other night on their website. Did a pick up and got a cheerful greeting, the employees looked busy but happy. Well be back soon! Delicious pizza!

Last week, I ordered 2 items from the "2 for $6.99 each" coupon and ate one of them that night and put the I one in the fridge to eat the next day. The next day, I realized that my 2nd item that I had saved wasn't correct, so I called the store to ask about having it remade for me. Even though the store policy states that food can only be replaced/remade on the day it was purchased, the manager was gracious enough to replace it for me anyway. (I did have my receipt, which showed the correct order on it. ) I am very grateful to Dominos them for the great customer and great food!!

I'm not sure if there is something wrong with their ap. or not, but after going in and seeing my name on their board, showing the time getting less and less, then staying at 1-5 minutes and staying . I went up and asked if mine was ready, and they came out to say it was not even started yet. Very busy in there but very unorganized or something. There were a lot of very unhappy people leaving

Per reading the issues and experiances that recent customers have been having i hope it does not happen to me. From my experience and dealing with the Domino's in Alamosa it has always been so good to me. The food is made great and i have always received good service from them. And if there ever has been an issues with the order they have always fixed it and made it right. I have eaten at other Domino's in other states and no other one has come close to the service and food quality ans taste of the Alamosa Domino's.
We always get good service and food here. It has convenient hours you can depend on. We love adding the hot Buffalo sauce to the top of the pizza
A couple of days ago, I traveled to Alamosa, and the only thing near my hotel was Domino's Pizza. Even though my English isn't very good, the staff was nice and took my order without any problems. I waited less time for my pizza, and everything was fine. I arrived at my hotel to find the pizza hot and delicious. Thank you guys for your service and great food.
I just had Domino’s pizza and it was really good. It had great flavor, plenty of toppings, and the crust was soft and fluffy. The cheese was perfect too. I really enjoyed it!
Has never messed up an order of mine. Delivery isnt the fastest but at least they're accurate and have hot bags.
We had some car trouble driving through town, and the folks here were so thoughtful. Jason came out to us while we were waiting on a tow. The pizza was good, too, but the service is if the reason I'll be back next time I'm in town.

5/13/23- This was actually the best food from all of the different restaurants that we ate at while in Alamosa for my graduation. The food was a good quality, a good price, and had fast delivery. They were even willing to deliver in that horrible rain storm when streets were flooding. Just an amazing place.
Great pizza, hot and fresh. We pre ordered over an hour in advance and still had to wait 20 minutes for our food. However frustrating, it was still good.
The pizza I picked up last night was delicious and the service was great! My only complaint...it was too expensive. $17.99 for a medium?
This Domino's is consistent with other Domino's. They do well and delivery comes in a timely manner. The only negative is that I pay for extra mushrooms and never get it. The food is good though. I like the build a pizza option. Id recommend trying the thin crust and lava cake. Oh and if you're ordering online be sure to use coupons.
Freeze left overs and reheat as nedeed. Once Received wrong pizza flavor (pineapple substituted by pepperoni), inconsistent recipe (each time it a different recipe for same request) and decreased amount of ingredients (I.e. less sauce). Inflation: less, smaller and more expensive as everything else.
I enjoyed my pizza here, with the one exception that it was handed to me barely warm. So it seems that they don't keep pizzas either under a heat lamp or sitting on an oven until you show up like most other pizza places. (I used to work at one.) I'm not sure why that would be, but I recommend that they look into that. The pizza I ordered around 4pm on a Sunday was actually ready in about 10 minutes, which was surprising, and I was still 20 minutes away at the time. So next time, I'll order it closer to my actual arrival time in hopes that it will still be hot by the time I get there. Oh and the special of $7.99 for a large one-topping pizza can't be beat 🍕
When ordering specialty items like Philly cheese steak and Buffalo chicken sandwich or pizza they skimp on the meat. I can barely call it a sandwich. Bread and cheese no internals
Lately this Domino's hasn't been my favorite. They are slower and if they get rushed they aren't very tolerant of a customer who is not satisfied. Hopefully they improve.
The Pizza is well prepared but reducing the stars because they made me wait in the car and forgot about the order. I had to call and remind them about the wait.
The reason was I ordered pizza, and it was burned and not warm. I had to wait 35 minutes after I was told my pizza was ready. We have been ordering pizza from this place for a long time. Every time we ( my family) come into town, I never had a problem. It was not right that the pizza was burned, sad to say, but we are going to stop getting pizza from there for a while.
Thus location has problems. The last two times we have ordered from there the order has taken over an hour to finish. We do not get delivery so when we carryout it still is an hour or more. I understand that they get busy but we always get the same excuse of " we had to make your pizza over because of a problem."
Be prepared to sit at the window for over 5 minutes and not even have him pay attention to you. just walk in the store it'll be faster. Don't ask him what deals they have they'll tell you the most expensive ones they have! Then when you mentioned the ones they run on TV they're like oh yeah we do that too. The only reason why I got three stars is cuz the food was really good! Wish I could give the service a one and the food a five
This location is very hit or miss as far as service is concerned. It doesn't seem to be consistently good, or bad depending on the time of day visited. This location is set up so that 90%+ is directed to the drive through. I regularly have to wait more than 5 min for someone to come to the window to ask the name for my order. There are usually 2-4 parking spaces open parking to walk into the store, there are a lot of delivery vehicles parked in the parking lot. The pizza is always consistent and above average for the chain in general. The customer service is lacking.
Make SURE you have your Order Number when ordering outside this store ⚫ Also if ordering on Friday and Saturday wait time may be over an hour. So order head of time and again "Have Your Order Number" ⚫ Don't be one of the ones who don't have their order number and/or cancel their order 🧐

For $15.00 the "NEW YORKER" BLEW. It was the same as all their pizzas. Just found an angle to suck $10.00 more out of customers. At that price I could've gotten more bang for my buck. Nothing special about it at all. If you put a blind fold on me and put two pizzas down, one Domino's the other Little Ceasars, and I test tasted each one, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Sorry, not sorry.
Came in pretty late a few weeks ago, all went well enough and the pizza was great. However they were blasting classic rock, some of the male employees inside were wearing their masks improperly or didn't have one on AT ALL, and they seemed to just be lolligagging until I came in. The few female employees I saw looked miserable. They seemed to be the only ones doing their jobs as I saw them prepping food and cleaning while the men were just screwing around. Of course I'd come back again, but maybeeee not that late anymore... heh 😅
Normally great. But whole family got diarrhea last week, and our neighbors family after ordering pizzas within days of each other. Probably won't be back, at least not for a long time.
Wrong order cooked another, very unorganized,poor counter person
Food is what you expect... drivers are nice people... but hidden charges are out of control. Dipping sauce for my cheesy bread came to $1.50. Delivery fee was $3. With a decent tip I am paying almost $10 just for addons.

I tried to place my order for pickup, got answering service , I could not understand person so I hung up. I will not order from them again. I had to personally go in to order. Food was good , but skimpy on onions and bell peppers.
We order every Sunday for work and EVERY su day it's something they always miss something or make something wrong! It is very annoying when I call and they are still rude as hell! They need more workers or better training!

This Domino’s has always been good but the last two times I’ve tried to order. They said it’s an hour and a half late. And they end up canceling my order because I don’t live here. I’m just passing through and picking it up. So I keep giving that business to Little Caesars even though I try to eat at Domino’s.
This shop has always been great but recently it seems to struggle. Orders get shuffled, wait times are long. Workers look overwhelmed or disinterested.
You all messed up my order and shorted me 2 marina souce. You all short handed or something because this is the 2nd time I experienced this. I think I will start doing business with Pizza Hut. This place sucks.
We were visiting Alamosa and wanted a quick meal. Once we signed in and placed our order we were given the prompt of 12 to 17 minutes for the pizza and wings. At 12 minutes we drove the few minutes over to the store. Once inside, the board we were on showed with a 10 to 15 minute wait, still in the prep stage. We waited with several other people on board at least 45 minutes to an hour before our pizza and wings were ready.
So, ordered pizza on our way through alamosa. Ordered a GF pizza and a deep dish. Both with green chilies, well the deep dish came with green peppers instead of chilies.... only similarity is they are both green. To add to the issue, the GF pizza was not there! Instead Its was a chicken mushroom pene pasta in the box! Kinda the exact opposite of someone who cant eat gluten would need. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!
Ordered online for PICKUP. Order was DELIVERED and delivered wrong! Decided to try doing a pick up order. Sitting in the drive-through and I watched a delivery driver walk inside and immediately start handling food. Now it is possible he may have washed his hands, but yes, he did he did not wash them very long.
I ordered buffalo wings, and had to wait way longer than I was told for them to be ready. We even had the wrong order brought to our car. Service was definately not great. It's totally ridiculous to have to wait so long for an order of Buffalo wings!!!

Terrible customer service from all the highschoolers they hire. Upon arriving most employees were sitting in the customer waiting area doing nothing. Tried to reason with the young manger who doesn't seem to know what she's doing.
Pathetic customer service. They never asked for a name when I called in my order for pickup. When I went in to get it the guy at the counter couldnt seem to understand no name was given and instead starting running thru the names of people that had ordered. I told them at least 4 times the kinds of pizza I ordered but apparently its easier to argue with a customer about a name than to take 3 steps and see what pizzas are on the rack. My pizza was cold and not cooked completly. I wont be ordering there again
If you want low quality and wait 2hrs for a pizza. This is the place!! 3 times in a row! Waste of time and money.
Order online .. Went thru and choose the pizza the the topping and i ordered online assuming my pizza might be good. Ended up their programs just add whatever you didnt choose to your order and they bake it and sell it to you. I ended up with a pizza with sweet bbq sauce imsteat of what i wanted .. Pizza sauce. Lsat time im going... Im not driving another half hour to get the wrong thing again. Call manager and he blamed corperate....so looks like im anti dominos all together now.

Order 50 pizzas for a large group 1.5 weeks in advance. Minutes before due (with multiple calls to check in the day prior and day of).... this location completely fails and says they can't do it.
Ordered a delivery, driver came but never showed up at my apartment. I called the store and all they did was want to argue. All in all this place sucks.

Terrible service!!! Ordered two pizzas and a few sides 30 mins in advance of gett There and was waiting at the window for nearly 15 minutes, than had to park and go in just to talk and right after pulling off they served the person after me. When i got in to pay i said seriously i was waiting for 15 minutes and they didnt care. And the worst part is when i went to pay for my food the lady said they dont have change for a 50 and wont give more than 20$ of change so i wasted my whole lunch for nothing but terrible service and didnt even get my food.
Not happy about the wait time at the pick up window. Pizza was nearly cold by the time I got it home and I live less than two miles away. A delivery person left and came back before I was ever helped. On a different day, my food was not what I ordered. I received a dish of red sauce with cheese. Not the Alfredo pasta that I ordered. I called the store where the manager acknowledged the mistake. I asked if a driver could deliver the correct food. I was told that I would be charged a delivery fee. After working a physically hard day, I didn't think I should have to pay extra for their mistake. She offered to credit my account or I could come back into town to get the food. I asked if she would make the order right and compensate me for the extra trip. She refused. When I asked her name, she refused. I was without dinner and not sure at this point if she has credited my account.
Piss poor management. Took an hour to receive my order. Ordered on the app it said 25 mins and took well over that. Got there 30 mins after ordering and was told that my order needed to be remade. 30 mins go by and have to walk inside to get my order when I was told by employee at pick up window to park and they would bring it out. When asking for manager the employee says they are on the phone. To leave name and number.. no wonder there is always new faces in this establishment.
sad excuse for a DOMINOS I ordered and PAID online for ONE large pizza and I waited TWO HOURS i called after the first hour twice they picked up and then immediately hung up after that I called again someone answered and said hi and hung up just thought my phone was the problem I called again someone answered they just saying nonsense talking like a caveman and mocking me every time I spoke it was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF I NEVER GOT MY PIZZA OR MY MONEY BACK .

I order from this place pretty frequently. The pizza I usually order comes with onions on it. Every time I order, I ask for no onions, but when it arrives it has onions on it. The pizzas are often under-cooked, and the other foods are sometimes burnt. I would not recommend this establishment. I am glad I am not allergic to onions, but I can't help but think about the people who have gotten food with something they're allergic to after they have asked to not have it on their food. Do better Domino's!
My wife ordered pizza the pizza was cold and the cinnamon sticks were burnt and half didn’t even have cinnamon. The poor guy taking the pizzas out of the oven kept asking for help. I think a girl named Megan came out to help but just stood there. I waited till the app said the order was out of the oven to go inside and still waited 20 minutes.
This was the 2nd time in the last two months my app showed the order as done, and when I got there they had forgotten to do half of my order. They were rude about it. The first time took almost an hour and half to get my full order after placing it and the 2nd time took 53 minutes. I was really nice and they acted like a was a real irritant to them. I never got an apology or explanation or anything. They acted put out that I was going to wait for them to get my full order right. I hope management can improve this Domino's as I do like their pizza.
Just had the WORST experience!! We ordered our food and my boyfriend said he would stand outside to wait for him. The driver Wesley decided he wanted to speed around our trailer park because he was mad he couldn't find us, the speed limit is 5. When he pulled up he decided to be very snappy stating he had been driving around for 20 minutes and that our house was not red it's white... Our house is definitely red, I don't know if he is color blind or what. Then when my boyfriend tried calling the store the guy who answered was also very rude saying that we don't put a house number in the instructions... Why would we put the house number in the instructions when it clearly says it when we put in our address. Which he did admit after we said something about it. Over all the worst experience. Not just that , my boyfriend ardered a bacon pizza and is finding chicken and mushrooms throughout the oizza.I'm definitely taking my business to pizza hut, have never had a problem with them.
I places an order for my family and I at 11:11pm I waited 30 minutes went back online to see where they were and my order said cancelled. So I called they told me our manager.went home at.10:30 so he told us to clean up the place. So I said I don't get a pizza they said nope n hung up.. I'm so livid. What kind of manager does not train his crew to make a pizza without his supervision. This isn't the first time I've had problems with dominos. The manager is not.doing his job if the crew can not make a pizza without being supervised.
My family has been ordering pizzas from this alamosa, co dominos for years. We've never had any problems at all during this time. Last Wednesday we ordered 2-3 topping identical pizzas. The first one was totally fine, however the 2nd one had a very strange aftertaste verified by my mother-in-law, wife, granddaughter and myself. I thought no problem, I'll just return this odd tasting pizza to the store. The manager refused to give me a refund or exchange it out. She was quite rude. When i told her i may have to go to corporate, she replied with, go ahead, i really don't care what you do. I have to admit to be taken aback, not only by her rudeness and lack of good manners. But her attitude in general. Needless to say, we won't return to this dominos while she is the manager. I hope corporate has something positive to say about this regrettable situation. D.S.
I ordered online and my pizza was made wrong it was soggy when I asked for well done and they gave my salad away to a rando and tried to charge me for it and when I called the lady who said she was the manager Meghan would not do anything to fix all the wrongs and wouldn’t not take off anything for the 30 minutes we would have waited for another delivery and wouldn’t cancel or refund expected me to then trust her with my account information and when I asked for the GM name she said this was personal information

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order and was given an estimated pickup time of just 16 minutes via the order tracker. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told it would be an additional 45 minutes! That's a huge difference and a completely unacceptable wait, especially after being given a specific, much shorter timeframe. The lack of accurate communication upfront is a major issue. I ended up canceling my order and taking my business elsewhere.
This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a Domino's or any other pizza place. We ordered the pizza and it said it would take 32-42 minutes to be delivered. It was delivered in a reasonable time. However, we were missing the salad and the dip cups. The guy that delivered it said he forgot those items and would go right back and get them. We thought we could trust what he said. We were wrong. I called the restaurant after 20 of waiting. The lady that answered said that she couldn't do anything. They were extremely busy (this was 7:30 on Monday night) and that there wasn't anything she could do for me. I asked to speak to a manager. She said she was the manager but refused to tell me her name. I asked for a refund. She said all she could do was offer me a coupon. I asked her what kind of coupon. She replied, "just a coupon" but she didn't expound. I told them just to come pick it up and we'd order it from somewhere else. She told me that she would have the driver pick up the food but she would not refund the money I paid. The driver came back 20 minutes later and dropped off the dips and salad. He also refused to tell me what the manager's name was. He was extremely rude and this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Worst customer service in all united States!!! I was on a road trip all day from New Mexico to Colorado, and I got to Alamosa co around 10:30 pm I was starving from driving all day. So I ordered online a pizza 🍕 a few minutes ago before my arrival to Alamosa, and I mentioned online that I was going to pay with cash, and I only had a $50 dollar 💵 bill, so the girl at the drive up window 🪟 told me that they didn't accept cash and to leave immediately, without having my pizza!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Took over an hour to get a pizza that never came only excuse given was its Stull on the cook line be bout two hours. After I told to wait an additional hour. No coupons just canceled the order and left me on the phone. Not even sure I for a refund. Horrible service
When Jeff Padilla owned the Domino's Franchise, It was by far the best pizza establishment in the Valley. He really cared about his customers and community. Now that it changed owners, it has completely gone to Crap!!! Wish had never sold it. The new owner must just hire anyone with a pulse to work there.
Have not gotten pizza in awhile so my family figured we would order some delivery. We spent around 40 dollars for two pizzas and for the amount of money spent you expect at least good food. Instead the pizza had very little toppings and tasted old. The delivery driver was fine, but did not engage with us at all and did not say thanks to the large tip that was given. From the start with ordering online, to the end with the pizza being consumed, I had a bad experience which should never be the case for customers
The food is decent at best I’ve had to cut my own pizza many times due to it not being cut right. Management is a joke. No help whatsoever. They’d rather argue back and forth than to actually fix an issue.

My pizza is filled with bubbles to the point where it's taking up over half a slice per bubble. And on top if that it wasn't even cut through so I had to cut it myself.

I ordered through door dash and was expecting my whole order only to get three out the 4 items. I didn’t receive my pizza which I’m glad I didn’t the food isn’t as good as I remember the pasta they gave my instead of the pizza was nasty and all of the other food was burnt.

We got here 50 MINUTES after we called, and were told it would be 12 more minutes. Okay, no big deal. We continued to sit in the store for an additional 45 minutes!! We went up to the counter to check, and were told our pizzas were just going in the oven. We left. TERRIBLE SERVICE! TERRIBLE PLACE!!
Worst domino’s ever ordered. More than 1 hour to get one simple medium pizza when the app said about 14 min. Order status on the app was not updated, and when I asked about it in the front desk they said they don’t have control and n the time for the app. The courtesy was bad, they basically played with myself when I complained. Definitely, I don’t recommend this place. Try to find another domino’s or another pizza store in Alamosa.
Past several times we have ordered pizza it's been what seems like either over proofed dough or old dough. Tonight however all our pizza seemed to be covered in butter on the crust. We order a cheese free pizza due to a dairy allergy and my son had an allergic reaction from the butter they put under the sauce which theyve never done before. In the pictures you can see how greasy and oily everything was. The crust was also super stiff and hard on the regular pizza along with the cheese being hard. Wasted $20 for two pizzas just to end up in the trash.
Seriously the worst location. Pizza wasn’t even ready until about an hour after promised time. And then waited another 25+ minutes in the pickup window lane, apparently having the car move up or park wasn’t an option? There were four cars in line and two on the main road waiting to turn in, blocking the main road. Try closing, limiting orders or don’t allow for more orders than yall cant process. By the time i got the pizza it tasted like it had been sitting out all day.
The delivery man was very cheerful and helpful. The pizza was good but it's wasn't cut all the way through and one of my lava cakes got smashed. I normally wouldn't leave a complaint like this but I couldn't get a hold of the store manager
Had something wrong with every single item we were ordered, including the side sauces and wings. Wings were undercooked and barely sauced, Buffalo sauce didn’t even taste like Buffalo sauce on the Buffalo chicken pizza. Green chilies were just thrown on in clumps. Cheese bread was undercooked and almost raw. Ordered marinara and got one marinara and one ranch. Molten cakes were nothing like the picture and almost flat.
