Great place to eat outside with the dogs. Get to see planes nearby.

A wonderful place with a view of Petaluma airport. Very friendly service, big portions, and the food was very good: both the breakfast steak, and the blueberry coffee cake. Highly recommended to anyone who stops by at O69.

Awesome, great breakfast! The polish scramble is great and no shortage of meat, they also have a great mimosa pitcher deal!!! Highly recommend if you have little kids because it is right on the tarmac.....great plane viewing. Since the change in ownership it has only gotten better and I love how helpful the staff are with kids!!

This is a nice niche area in town right at the airport, scenery is amazing specially if youre into small planes. Great place for family and friends to enjoy all American food. Staff are very pleasant and service is fast considering how busy at the time. Place is very clean. Come enjoy delicious food at this family friendly place!

Love that the Diner is back. We so enjoy walking a few miles here to eat. French dip was excellent. A little disappointed there's not more healthy menu choices, but I get what it is - you know your audience. Its fun on a pretty day to sit outside.

So much fun! I love this place and so happy it opened again after the pandemic. I was going there in 2020 before it shut down; my dad loves flying and when he visited me in Petaluma we had to go! Their diner is decked out in model airplanes. They have the BEST FRENCH TOAST (it’s purple UBE French toast which now I’m wondering why we don’t just make French toast like that everywhere all the time)! I like to take my little one on a walk there to watch the airplanes and eat the delicious brunch. Great service, very nice people!

Traditional diner atmosphere. There on Sat morning. Busy, but our names were taken and we were seated in a few minutes. Food was great. Biscuits and gravy, sausage and eggs- all were good. Service was fine for a busy place. Was fun.

Amazing ambiance and staff is very helpful. Their Ube French toast is a must try, loaded with flavors.

I bit in, and it was like brunch heaven – a perfect balance of sweet and savory that cleared my mind of any culinary conflicts. And let's talk about the service – Dave and his wife run this place with warmth and charm that makes you feel like family. If I could give this place 6 out of 5 stars, I would... oh wait, I just did. Highly recommend landing here – even if you’re not in a plane!

This is a hidden gem ! The food was fresh and made to order . Great coffee ☕️. And if you want to seat yourself at the airport benches afterward and view up close take off and landing of the small giro and fixed planes ! We met an older guy and talked for an hour, learning the life of a piot.

Very nice, interesting atmosphere at location inside the airport. Fast service with a few misques like missing water for some of our party, poached eggs overcooked and avacado toast covered deeply in arugula with all the spices only on the arugula. All the rest of the food was great with the home fries and blueberry coffee cake as particular favorites. Quite good sized portions. Would go back again when we're in the area.

It’s a family owned diner handed down at least three generations. Wear some jeans and ask about the old school soda fountain. Don’t look for cuisine, but enjoy a delicious American breakfast.

Definitely worth upgrading to Grass Fed; can an really taste the beef. Cole Slaw good too. They even showed flexibility to help me with my time schedule. Will be back.

Food and service are very good. We flew to Petaluma for lunch, they're open Wednesday thru Sunday. Located on airport with easy access. Outside and inside dining, but prices are a little inflated that's why only 4 stars. Pilots, it's not in the ADS-B required airspace so enjoy the trip.

Fast food breakfast. Good and large portions served. A delight to visit with children and gchildren, watching the private planes take off and land. Fun cafe with old pilots pictures on the walls and model airplanes hanging from ceiling.

This place really is a gem for lunch or breakfast. It's a nice little diner on the airport with porch setting so you can watch the general aviation traffic take off and land. Went there after a friend at work recommended the fish and chips. The menu calls them "World Famous", and the claim actually could be true. Big recommendation. Went there most recently for breakfast. Had chicken fried steak with gravy. Good, and definitely a cut above what I had expected for southern gravy meets California cooking. The place is comfortable with airplane models hanging from the ceiling. The staff is attentive and friendly. Two Niner Diner has a new found place in my rotation.

Good selection of dishes, focusing on the standards (sandwiches, eggs, meats) and plenty of meat substitutes which were also tasty. Avid Coffee. Prices don’t seem to be rising as quickly as the rest of Petaluma, so that’s nice. And I love the aviation photography covering the walls.

29'r Diner has run out of food and closed early the last two times I flew in to dine there. Please keep enough food to get you to closing time. Don't like to be disappointed.

The food is okay, and the service is perhaps on the laid back side, but this place more than makes up for it for the airplane enthusiasts. You can watch the planes take off and enjoy the themed decor. They also have a great kids meal that has appropriate kid portions and variety on the plate so that something is bound to appeal to your kid.

They seemed pretty inexperienced. I was pretty let down in knowing this place had taken a turn for the worst. My niece’s hot chocolate was watered down as was my coffee. There was a hair in my food. They ordered the wrong drink for my son. The worst part was how they treated us when we were done. I could tell other people were waiting to be seated and the staff kept hovering over us in anticipation for us to leave. One of the bus boys had all the new plates and silverware in his hands and he was waiting a few feet away. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion.
