I enjoy this Taco Bell. I work at Walmart in the same parking lot. I enjoy getting two tacos and a nacho after work. This is a great facility that makes my order correctly. A nice treat after working customer service. Life is all customer service! Thank you!
Nearly always I enjoy a trip to Taco Bell. The food isn't that fancy, so it almost always turns out to be delicious. But some places the staff is not all that fantastic. But the crews we have interacted with at this one really make us feel welcomed and I always want to come back...
Just got food with my family and everyone was really polite and food was prepared fast and well. As I don't leave reviews on fast food places. I was really impressed with the staff. You have a really good team.
This is the best Taco Bell location I have ever been to. The staff is always friendly, the food comes out looking exactly like it does on the menu with plenty of filling in every item, and even during their worst staffing shortages they worked hard to make sure everyone got their order. I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant or their people.
Day crew is busting it hard when I come in for lunch. I order complex burritos and they get it done good and fast. Staff is kind and manager is on top of it all love the charisma I get from them.
This place is a total rip off at late night you get a large tortilla and wrapped inside of that tortilla is another tortilla with a tiny bit of ground beef and cheese and sour cream it's a rip off like no other taco bell does
Couldn't have been more friendly or polite. It's taco bell, either you like the food or eat somewhere else. Family wanted it, came in with a list and Micah was a champ and took care of it. Everyone was wearing a mask a handling my food with clean hands. The floors both in the dining hall and the kitchen were clean. Thanks guys. See you next time.
The customer service is awesome and I want to Thank Ms Iris for taking care of issue we had few nights ago. She is easy to talk to and went above and beyond. Much ❤️ to her.
I ordered on the app for the first time and chose carryout. I really like how it tracks your food. As I arrived the app tracked my order to - ready and will be up front. I walk in and as it says, my food is up front in a cubby with my name on the bag. Super easy and convenient. The employee that helped me, I had a couple questions about the pizza taco, was very helpful. She had great customer service and went above and beyond. I didn't catch her name unfortunately but was there around 3ish today. Overall a great experience. Keep up the great work and customer service.
I would have never thought in my entire life that I would be giving Taco Bell a 5 star rating. No offense Taco Bell :) However this location has the friendliest staff, the food is always fresh and they can move a line through. Not quite as good as Chick-fil-a can but fast enough. Keep up the good work we appreciate you.
I can’t stress enough how amazing the customer service is here! My orders are always spot on & they always go above and beyond to make your experience one to remember. I’ve raved about it before but tonight I experienced the highest level of customer service I have ever received! Sam, thank you very much! I went there a little after 10 this morning and placed my order. The order taker had a wonderful demeanor, very friendly. As i pulled away to go pay i realized i didn't have my wallet. I was going to ask him to hold it and i would get it from my bank by sending a code and without hesitation he said "this is on me". Made for a wonderful rest of my day. I will definitely be returning here and recommending them. Oh, and the food was fantastic too
This Taco Bell is usually pretty good. We frequent often. However to the crew who was working Monday 11/30 between 7-7:30pm was absolutely of fire! High energy across all employees and the food was DYNAMITE. Best experience I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell I’ve ever been too (maybe 5,000 times)
Came in with my son because he loves the quesadillas here. I enjoy the food as well but the service that I got from the cashier was unmatched to any other dine in experience i have had with Taco Bell in the past. The cashier was a Hispanic male with glasses (wish I would’ve caught his name) but he was very nice and went out of his way to extend a beverage to my son. He was very polite and patient as I ordered. The food was delicious and hot too. He even went out of his way to thank us for our visit. My hats off to this gentleman that was the great brand ambassador for the Taco Bell organization.
One of the better taco bells in the area. Food always on point, staff is always friendly and nice. The only down fall is wait times in the evening time. I don't know if this is due to low staffing at night or what, but if they could some how put that "fast" back in fast food without dropping quality, then they would completly rule over all fast food in this area.
I went late night. The staff was very friendly. Even though it was somewhat complex they got my order exactly right. Even down to the number and type of sauce packets. I mean it's a Taco Bell but truly the drive through staff and their friendliness caused me to say they really above and beyond.
I'm sure it is an overall system that is the issue. I put in a large order way in advance so it would be ready at 1pm. 1:45pm was when my order was ready. That being said, when they realized the error, they got my order ready ASAP and everyone was very polite. Taco Bell's food has always been good. I remember when Bean Burritos were .59 cents. #thatold
I order through the app and the employees are decently polite to me. They get my order right when I order ahead. The app offers a $5.99 box with a good amount of food in it and a drink which I highly recommend. I know some franchises charge more for that box so I am very happy with the price here.
Went to get some fast food and the experience was pretty good. Went through the drive through and it was quick. In peak times there is a person outside taking orders to expedite the process. The food is good, the prices are comparable, and the staff is cordial and attentive. There is a dining area inside and they are handicap accessible. Pretty good experience.
Was a great day at the restaurant because after a few minutes arriving my and my wife sit too ear with our baby. And this employee came out from the kitchen with a baby chair and for us that was a kind gesture.
We ate inside and the food was good.
The general manager of this Taco Bell runs this place superior to any location I have ever been too. Observe the way she operates and her staff and k can promise you she is underutilized . The food is good but her staff is excellent.
Went to the drive thru ordered my food got great service and they even got the order correct when i asked for something not to be in my food. I was very satisfied, in the end still had that taco bell dierra but I will be returning
On Tuesday I went back to taco bell. I said I would not ever go back but I did. The manager Vanessa was awesome. She replaced my meal from April. She was very nice. She remembered me from when I called her about my order. She was nice and understanding then as well. I will give taco bell one more chance next week. I pray that the restaurant is still nice and clean like it was. Her employees where nice and they greeted you when you walked in. The smiles made our day besides my replaced meal. Jimmy was awesome. Super nice, personable, and genuinely made the experience better. He was friendly, patient, and had a great attitude the whole time. Customer service like that really stands out—hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

I just came through the drive up one day in real need of a burrito supreme and one crunchy taco which were absolutely delicious. By the way, the young man at the window was very nice, smiled when he greeted me and thanked me felt very welcome at this Taco Bell and it's nice to know that companies still appreciate your business today. It's a wonderful Taco Bell. I will be going back in the future. God bless those people at that store
Always a go to favorite. When they watch the order and make sure to give all that is purchased they do great. Careful when multiple of the same is ordered and double check you get all your food through drive through...might be a minute of time but worth getting everyone's food.
Waited around 30 minutes in the drive thru at 10:15 p.m. on a Monday night. However all my food was hot and correct so no complaints. I ordered the deluxe cravings box with 2 beefy five layer Burritos for the gf.
It was okay.. so they where out of not only hamburger meat but the Dr pepper machine was also messed up.. so they offered to substitute with either chick or steak.. that's fine but I paid to have all that on my nachos.. so guess I didn't get anything on that. 🤷♂️
There is usually a line for the drive thru. Food was not hot and the teen working the window could have smiled more. Inflation is evident here as I spent 30 something dollars for three people to eat. Positive is the cinabon delights are really good. Try them.
They're good. Late at night the drive thru line gets long enough to wrap around the building and they are kind of slow,. but the food is quite a bit better than most of the other Taco Bells in the area.
Still love Taco Bell and I have since I was a kid. They are pretty much my go to place to eat on the run , especially late night. The menu is not as pocket friendly as it use to be but that is the way all companies have become. I don't think I will ever stop eating there lol

Crew always puts the Mexican pizza on the very bottom to get smashed with other food on top. Never fails, I always get a crushed Mexican pizza.
This Taco Bell is always clean (much appreciated). Typical Taco Bell food. Staff moves very quickly, not always the friendliest, but they do get people in and out quickly.
My credintials are that I go to this Taco Bell at least weekly. It's a good Taco Bell, man. They've never missed items or fumbled, wait times are usually pretty good, I've never waited more than a few minutes for a bit order... Open late for when I decide I need a bean burrito at midnight, and staff is always friendly. They're also really generous with their sauce packets.
It's Taco Bell. I decided to try their $5 nachos bell grande box tonight. It was actually good. Put together really well and well worth $5. Much better than the normal nachos bell grande. The boxed ones include guacamole and pico. Obviously the restaurant itself was filthy. Garbage overflowing and dirty. If you want to go through the drive thru some time go ahead and try this $5 nacho box. Check out the pictures with this review
Guy had poor attitude. You can tell when they cant stand thier job. He needs to.go home. He didnt give me my cup and that seemed like i was asking for alot. They got my food order wrong but i didnt go back up because didnt want the extra attitude.
3 stars because I never have issues with my order. I have always got what I asked for and everything looks good. I came on Sunday night and ordered but when I got to the window, the experience was awkward. The male cashier didn’t say one word. I waited for my total to give him my card. He handed my food and drink didn’t say anything, just looked at me. I gave him my card and he gave it back with the receipt. Really weird.
The employees are rude. I know fast food is the hardest industry to work in but customer service is a must with fast food and not many of the employees have customer service skills there. When I have ordered on the app the food is always cold when I go pick it up and many of the times it is incorrect, I started going to the Taco Bell in Pflugerville, their store and food is better than the one in Hutto.
The Taco Bell app for pick-up has not placed my order into the Store's system 2x and billed me twice one of those timed, and they refused to make me any food when I got there. If you want Taco Bell food, it's fine. It's a Taco Bell, but their customer service is generally horrible and this store will refuse to help assist customers in any way.
I ordered food on my app for pickup in store. The bag I was given was heavy and there was a hole in the bag where food, including tortilla chips fell out. I don’t know if the hole was created from weight or moisture, but I was not happy that I lost my tortilla chips. It wasn’t worth the trouble to go back.
If I wanted a rolled tacos worth of food I wouldn't of ordered burritos. Seriously its not worth it especially when you get half filled burritos with more tortilla than anything else.
I enjoy my Taco Bell’s but I don’t like Drive Through. This location is says it’s open for Dine in but it is not. This l seems to be a recurring thing I’m running into with Taco Bell’s as of late. At least 5 times in the past two months. Thankfully it had an open Jack in the box right next door.
We went inside to order because there was no line. After a min, our order was taken. The cashier didn't seem pleased to be there, and we felt rushed giving our order. We waited over 15 mins for 2 burritos and 1 taco. There were only about 4 other people in the place. I heard one of the line order workers say something to another worker about making the wrong burrito. When we got the food, the burritos were a mess! I think next time we will use the drive-thru to see if it's faster. For some reason, it's been a more pleasant experience in the past that way.
the SLOWEST taco bell i’ve ever been to literally watched me at the front counter stood there for 15 minutes, no help. Even went to the drive through and they take so long.
This has been the second time I received an incorrect order. The first time I had only spent maybe around $10 dollars so it was no biggie. This last time I came with my family that was in town for Christmas around 12:00am and spent around $30 dollars so I felt the need to give a call to make it right. I called around 12:30am after we finally made it home and spoke with the manager Adrain , who was really nice, and said to come back when I had a chance the next day or the day after. Here I am coming two days later after I find time to make the 26 minute drive up the road just to be told by the young gentlemen at the drive thru window he couldn’t help me because I didn’t bring my receipt. I inform him I was not made aware to bring back the receipt. He said that he couldn’t help because I didn’t have the receipt even if I had the managers name. I informed him politely “okay. I’m not going to argue but it is very inconvenient to have someone driving and using gas just to not be provided something a manger said the restaurant would make right and unfortunately did not mention to bring the receipt. I also asked to they not keep track of these things with a log or something, I was told “no”. I then said “Okay hun. Can I please just have corporates number to put in a complaint.” I’m told by the manager on duty “we don’t have corporates number here you would just have to Google it”….interesting but okay. I smile politely and say “okay can I have the store number”. The manger prints out a receipt and tells me it’s on the receipt. Honestly, there was no shouting and getting upset with anyone on either end but I do think it’s important to leave a review informing people this restaurant staff seems to have a bit of a communication problem. They don’t listen thoroughly and they don’t explain things in its entirety. It’s inconvenient and somewhat inconsiderate to not be attentive to your customers especially when dealing with food. I have a food allergy to refried beans which was the reason for the specialty instructions on the nachos. I ended up letting my children pick at my nachos until they got cold and i threw them away, but I myself was not able to eat that night. Please be more careful when completing orders and please be more concise when providing instructions to customers whose orders are wrong.
Food took about 45 minutes from ordering inside to leaving store. Taco bell seems to have fallen out of the fast food experience based on staffing and the online delivery apps that take as many orders as possible even if the staff cannot fill them.
In Pflugerville, it seems to be a problem city-wide that every fast food place moves at a snail's pace. I don't know why everyone seems to be okay with glacial speeds for service, especially at a fast food joint. A related note actually, is the almost non-existent cell phone signals in this town.
Went through the drive through today and ordered food for the family 5 bean burritos. 2 crunch tacos and 1 cheesy rice burrito, everytime we come here the staff always forgets a part of our order. They need to work at making sure they put everything in the bag
Really need to update the hours. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve placed an online order to show up with a paper sign saying closed early because of staff and sometimes no sign at all, lights are just off. I typically place an app order, which means I get charged and then I don’t get refunded for the cancelled order for about 48 hours.
Taco bell use to be a good place to go eat at but now they have taken away so many good items and are not even replacing them with something good. My tacos I just picked up look like they were sitting for awhile out and I just ordered them. They make the food with no care now..just disappointed this will probably be the last time I eat at Taco bell ever again!
Lately their hours don’t reflect when they’re actually open. I’ve been here multiple times during listed hours and no one answers at the drive thru and the dine in doors are closed. When they are actually open, the drive thru line takes over 30m. I’ve even ordered from here through DoorDash/Uber eats and it’s hard to get a drive to want to pick up the food to wait in the drive thru line. Wish they’d list their actual hour of operation.
Very disappointed with the ordering system. I placed an order thru the portal (online ordering) at the restaurant. when I finished placing the order I was told that no print receipt were given out, but the system said that I could get a receipt thru email or text. I selected text and entered my telephone number, which I verified twice. Since I did not get the receipt thru text I requested to talk to manager, this young guy came to talk to me and even though he was nice and polite he did not know what to do or how to get a duplicate receipt, he said he did not know how to do it and he also said that he could not find my order. so, he could not print a receipt, which I needed to be reimbursed, any way to make a long story short the young guy could not do anything for me. Very disappointed.. with the service and on top of that I could not get reimbursed for the expense
Wednesday Nov. 16 showed up at 7pm and the dine in was locked. Went through drive through and my order was wrong. Fix your store. I love taco bell but this one has problems
The proprietors of this franchise location have given up, beat down by the pandemic. While other fast food joints in the area are back open, even new to the area fast food joints have opened in the immediate area in the last few months and yet this place can’t get it together to hire enough staff to open the dining room, or barely enough staff to operate the drive thru only. And what Taco Bell runs out of hot sauce? Would be a negative star review if possible.
That one location with most incompetent workforce in Taco bell franchises ever, including it's manger Hunter. Three times in a month, asked for a no-meat options and the order came with meat, that too after confirming twice. I know it doesn't sound like a big deal, but imagine someone having allergies to some food and being served that very food and dying as a result. Hunter, the manager at this location, his reply to this statement? Sorry for the life lost but I can't call my workers incompetent. Mr. Hunter, are they your best then? Wow! And the height of arrogance... Hunter didn't even have the guts to say sorry. The spree of us going to Taco for over a decade ended today.
This is by far my worst Taco Bell experience ever . So let me start I waited 45 minutes in drive through to order . When It was my turn even after calling it took 5 minutes to respond back and get my order. I asked her to repeat my order just to make sure she documented everything correct but still she messed up. Instead if chalupa combo they gave me just 1 chalupa (they also charge for 1 thats different thing ) I asked for lot of fire sauce but kid who was working just put 3 ( for total 5 items ) I have to ask again for more so he added 3 more . After all of this when I reached home I still knew something is still wrong and I was not wrong to my surprise entire order I asked them to replace beef to Beans (no meat basically ) and guess what every single item they gave had beef when I opened . So my 45 minute wait drive back and forth and money I spent all because useless. It seems no trained employees there husband , wife and their kid is running this location. Also that lady was chewing food while taking order and delivering and her husband was arguing in between like they are home and nobody is watching them .
Waited about 7 minutes inside trying to order food and not even one associate came to the front. Just continued working the drive thru and apparently forgot that they have an inside as well. Not that I expect much out of Taco bell but even that is pretty bad for them.
It's a taco bell so you know what your getting when you go, but this is the worst one I've been to. Had to wait 30 mins for them to get the order wrong. Then wait another 20 mins for them to fix it.
This isn't the best Taco Bell. It never was very good. But it has never been that big a deal. I just ordered a box and got home. Tasted my soda and it tasted like chlorine! My soda taste like a public pool. I am not exaggerating. I am very nervous about why and I am warning people to be careful of the drinks.
We went through the drive thru, and they didn't have the drinks we ordered so they tried to pon off pure soda water as a substitute. In the process of getting our drinks fixed, we discovered later, they gave us someone's order as well. I will not go there again.
Whentto the counter and stood for 15 minutes. Waiting for someone to come to the front counter. Finally I ask if there's anybody working the front counter. He says go use the kiosk I said no I'm picking up an order. He says well ah and walks away. 20 minutes later still standing no order.
Horrid service. Placed order online for pickup in drive-through. When I arrived, there were hand-made paper signs up saying the drive-through was closed and to go inside. Went inside to see a big crowd milling around, many visibly upset. Store was in shambles. The young woman working the counter alone was extremely rude. When I showed her my order info, she glanced behind her, then said I had "waiting too long to arrive" and they would not make my order, despite getting there 20 minutes after placing the order. Told her I needed the order or a refund, she said to call corporate, there's nothing she could do. Started to leave, order status changed to "your order is ready for pickup". Went back in, she didn't even check, just says "call corporate". So no order received, but card was still charged. Store was a mess, trash everywhere, staff could obviously not care less, no supervisor/manager present at all. Will never use this location again.
Waited 30 mins in the drive thru line (there were only 5 cars ahead of us), then when we drove up they said they were out of beef and it would take 30 minutes to cook it. Either extremely understaffed or poorly run.
I've officially hit my limit. I've had several poor experiences at this location, and I'm just done. Orders have had missing items, wrong items, sloppily thrown together, missing the "extra" cheese/sauce I pay for, on the rare occasion the lobby is open, workers ignore waiting customers while they socialize, and finally, meat has been found in my vegetarian items more times than I can count. Today I placed an order using the app. When I got to the drive thru they told me the Mexican Pizza shells for my VEGGIE Mexican Pizza were out. I said ok, but that's the only thing I want, so can I just get a refund. Nope, they can't give refunds placed on the app (that's a fail on corporate, but still frustrating). I ask what I'm supposed to do, and suddenly she says "they just found the shells" and the bag was instantly in my hands. This was suspicious to me, so I pulled into a spot and checked... beef all up in my VEGGIE Mexican Pizza. So I try to bring it in, but the lobby is closed (as it seems to always be during business hours these days). Luckily she sees me and let's me in, brings it to the back, and comes right back saying this was the last one. Of course it is, cuz they knew they messed it up by putting beef in it, lied saying they "found the shells" and gave it to me anyway hoping I wouldn't notice. Now I have no food, no refund, and clearly no respect for the fact that I ordered a vegetarian item. So Taco Bell, figure out a way to easily remedy situations like this. Allow refunds for online orders when locations can't provide the item, or have a refund option on the app, or at least an option for store credit on my next order. Management at this location, teach your employees the importance of serving a vegetarian item as it's intended to be, don't try slipping an inedible mistake past the customer. Hopefully I hear back from the online form I had to submit in hopes of getting a refund. Either way, I won't be returning to this location, it isn't worth the frustration. And I highly doubt I'll be using the app again unless they correct some serious flaws.
If I can give less than one star I would. The food was way worse than it was the last time I had it two years ago. And they never full up the taco fries box. Looks like they count each fried and only put about 7 in each box. I'm definitely done with eating taco Bell!
This place is such a rip-off. They can’t get a basic order correct. Taco Bell is so not worth it anymore. I can go to an actual sit-down Mexican restaurant for about the same price.
I went to pick up an order and it took them about 35 minutes to assist me and hand it over. I honestly don’t understand it. The employees are a mess—no sense of urgency, and they don’t take you seriously. They just play around and are incredibly slow. What a letdown, really.

They didn't have a person at the front counter to take orders. I had to ask them to check on my order, then they started to make my order, and it was wrong. These fast food employees and managers need to understand that when we as customers are paying for food, it should always be fresh and hot right!
LISTEN!! Anytime after 4pm you will wait 20-30min for your food only for it to be almost cold. It’s 10am RIGHT NOW and there is a 15 min wait. what takes so long to make tacos??? You are not putting much toppings in the food anyway! Do they not like their jobs? They never smile , never greet you..what’s is the problem?
My worst fast food experience ever. All I ordered was two bean burritos, no onions with sour cream. It took them FOUR tries to get that simple order correct. First they added onions, and then on the next two tries they kept leaving the sour cream off. To make matters worse, one of them lost his temper with me and said that bean burritos don't come with sour cream, even though I showed them my receipt twice with the added charge of $1.80 for the sour cream. I will never eat there again. I can understand making a mistake, even needing four tries. However, losing your temper like it's my fault is unacceptable.
This location has done certain things twice, so I won't be going back. Yes there is always a long drive thru line. So we went inside. There were about 8 workers and they all were too busy serving the drive thru to take care of inside customers. It literally took 20 mins to be able to get seen and put in the order. There needs to be a better system in place for balance! And after all that, we got home and they order was wrong. Do better.
My daughter's and I came to this location on Saturday 8/26. The restaurant had a few patrons waiting already but we went ahead and placed our orders on the kiosk. 30 mins later, no food and drink. Many other patrons were complaining by now. At 40 mins I asked for a refund and got responded to by an employee that, "that will require a manager..." No need to make a scene. Got refunded and will not come back to this location.
Taco Bell used to be my favorite fast food but unfortunately lately people who take orders are focusing more on asking to round up the charge and they give unpleasant comments when the answer is no. The order comes wrong or missing or cold. I am stopping ordering food from it forever.
The dining room closer we're stuck with the drive-thru. And the drive-thru always gets the order wrong. They left out items again. The heap everything in the bag so it's difficult to check. It would be easier if they just got the order correct before they handed it to you. For very mediocre food the one thing you could be doing to make me want to return is to get my order right. By the way this seems to be exclusively the drive-through window. Whatever eaten in the restaurant they've never gotten my order wrong. What's the difference really?
Omg... This by far is probably the worst location. Went there for a friend's daughter's graduation celebration. We placed our order through the kiosk. It took at least 30 minutes for us to get our food and another person in our party food did not show up in their cue. I can't believe this was happening. I ordered a cheesy roll up with ground beef and tomatoes added( meximelt) and my cheese was melted. There were pieces of lettuce inside as well. I just ate it instead of complaining about it because I knew it would take another 20 mins to get. Although my children like Taco Bell, I'm not interested in returning to this location anytime soon .
Asked for NO LETTICE How hard is it to not put something on a freaking taco.. im trying to make your job easier.. then once I removed the pound of lettuce I didn't order i was left w a sad maybe ¼ of the taco meat it's supposed to come with.. Will not be returning to this location.. thats for damn sure
We went through the drive-thru today. Ticket shows time of 12:55PM. The items were correctly input, as the ticket shows that. The issue was my crunchwrap supreme. I ordered it with steak. When I started eating it, I noticed no steak. Finally came across 1 small chunk of steak, but no more. This is an upcharge, so the steak should have been there. I called this location to let them know about it. I asked for a manager and the woman said she could help me. I asked for her name and she hung up. I called back twice more, each time with nobody answering and just hanging up. The 3rd time I called back, whoever answered just picked up the phone and sat it down, not even a greeting. Whenever I speak to a manager, I get their name. I don't need their full name, a first name is sufficient. I have been in customer service for years, including fast food restaurant management, and never did I deny my name, or just keep quiet and hang up on someone when asked. This is very poor customer service and, overall, the food has gone downhill fast. I did not enjoy the meal and will not be returning. I would, however, like to be reimbursed for that crunchwrap. Maybe this manager has found a clever way to improve her food costs, as I see many other reviews on here with the same issue of no meat.
So what think the picture explained the start of my issue, however called to get a refund the COOK of all people answered the phone. I told her the issue she refused to give me to a manger or GM or whatever they use. No clue her name or anything g just be careful if they are accidentally giving customers their own lunch not sure what else could happen… also silly lady was saying “nobody took a bite it was a broken shell “ 🤦🏼♀️
Today I went to eat at Taco Bell for lunch cause it’s close to my work, I ordered 3 crunchy tacos and a bean burrito, the cashier asked me I I like to make it a deal, I said yes, she handed me a bag full of tacos and charged me $28.47 total paid was $32.97. I told her that’s not my order she said yes, 😡😡😡I’m very upset, and there was no manager onsite. I will not be returning to this location
So for one this Taco Bell’s food is always a hit or miss. But the other day I went to them twice in one day. When I had them earlier that day, it was good, everything was fine. Later on my boyfriend decided he wanted some so we went back. As I was dressing my taco up with sauce, I looked down and noticed a piece of hair in my taco, as I told my boyfriend, he looked down and noticed a hair on his inside of his taco wrappers as well but it was too late, he had just taken the last bite of his taco. I called and spoke to the manger and let her know what was going on, I go there often as it’s my neighborhood Taco Bell so I’m familiar with her, she’s never really rude but always very curt and always seems to be in a rush. As I explained to her about the hairs found in my food, her comments were “well everyone had hair” and “bring the food back and we’ll replace it. Lol talk about good customer service!!! Anyway, I took the food back after I picked my son up from school, she opened the food to examine it, as if I was lying or something and then for the fir the taco that my boyfriend had already finished before seeing the hair she said, “oh well this one is already gone so it doesn’t count”. I didn’t even have the energy to go back and forth with her because it was a free taco that I go with my points because I go there so often but I thought that is was very rude and distasteful as a manager to make a comment like that about something so unsanitary. But do what you will with this information. I am very disappointed and probably will not be back to this location EVER!!!
If I could give them a zero I would. Absolutely the worst customer service experience. Even contacted corporate and I never heard from this location. Our daughters were getting out of softball practice and it was late so we decided on Tacobell for dinner since it had been a long day. We arrived a little before 9pm still having about an hour or so to sit down and eat. We ordered our food. The food took 30min to come out which all the food was wrong. They had to remake all the tacos some of the other food we just let it go because we had add extra sauce or extra onion but my husband didn't want to wait again (each add on is extra money). As we are finishing up just waiting on my girls to finish their food an employee approaches our table and says "our lobby is closed yall have to go." This was extremely unprofessional. I told him it took 30min to get our food my kids are finishing up. He proceeds to tell me "I'm just telling you what my manager said". Goes back to his manager and tells him we are refusing to leave. I never refused to leave all I wanted to an extra few minutes for my girls to finish their meal. At this point I'm furious, I tell my husband to help me get the kids food back into a small bag and for us to leave. I didnt want to be that person who caused a scene. We called corporate the next day and heard nothing back. Absolutely the worst service and experience we will never go back to this location. I would rather drive 20min to the other location then to go back.
Uber eats delivery experience. I ordered a couple of crunch wraps and literally received almost no meat, basically just tons of lettuce. Not sure if it’s this particular location issue or the food all over Taco Bell went down so much. I used to like the crunch wrap so much. Won’t bother again.
I was waiting in the lobby for someone to pay my order because I had cash and the workers just stared at me, they didn't even move or asked if I had been helped yet. As a fast food worker, I am pretty understanding of this stuff, but they never helped so I walked out and went to the drive thru. I'm ngl this the slowest taco bell I ever been to. Took about 15 mins for 4 tacos LOL actually absurd. I'm not from the area, just happened to stop by but genuinely a terrible experience😬😬 also my taco was cold as hell so yea 1 star sorry🥰
You guys really need to improve the service, I ordered mexican pizza and several other things through drive way. I never got my Mexican pizza which I paid for and instead of that you gave me this? There is nothing inside except lettuce. I understand you are busy and there are several customer in line but at the end we are also paying for the food and we expect the right order.
