Ordered 4 combos through drive-thru. Service was super quick and above all our tenders were fresh, moist and delicious. My kids love the tenders.

The staff was amazing along with the chicken! A guy named Ryan took my order and he was quick yet friendly and inviting. Will be going back soon !

This was the first cane's i have ever been to and i never believed only having chicken tenders would be so successful until i had some myself. Since that time i can say it is always an enjoyable experience to eat from or eat here. The food is always ready by the time i finish filling my cup and as warm and delicious as you would want. The service is always a solid one, and don't have any complaints. Sitting here to eat can get a bit chilly sometimes so a sweater isnt a bad idea, but the seats are comfortable and the style is great, highly recommend stopping for some tenders. (I have seen consistency in one other franchise, i hope this can be said for other locations)

Weird as it sounds, I had never been to this place. Don't know about any of the other food items that are sold here, but their chicken tender sandwich is fantastic! The sweet tea is some of the best! Fast drive thru and quick service.

If you like chicken tenders and fries, this is the place. Don’t be fooled by having only “Caniac” dipping sauce—it’s good and if it doesn’t hit home at first, it gets better with repetition. This spot is quick and friendly.

Love this place! Love how they keep their menu simple and stick to what they know. Best chicken strips anywhere! Always tender, juicy and hot. Crinkle fries are the best compliment. Love substituting the Cole slaw with extra toast with butter on both sides (BOB). I really like the attention they pay to cleanliness especially in our Covid Era. They always have someone disinfecting tables and chairs/benches. This also shows in their restrooms which are always clean. I also appreciate the service with a smile we get everytime. The overall experience was great! Raising Cane's chicken is always a great option to eat, very affordable especially for big families. There is always something to enjoy at Raising Cane's, whether you are ordering the good old "The Box" which is the four piece chicken. Eating from Raising Cane's is always a good option. I attended as part of a school fundraiser events where 15% of the contributions would go back to our club. The employees were very friendly and welcoming! Good areas to sit down and dying either alone or with family! I recommend Raising Cane's and hope you have a similar great experience. Overall 100% recommend, if you haven't gone make sure to try it out at least once! 😁

We went an hour before closing time, I guess a manager was training a cashier how to close telling her it could be done! after he had swept the dust on our food. This didn't stop him from sweeping, more customers were coming in. ^Never had a problem with food or service.

Don't trust the ratings from people who give it anything under four stars. The one off customer service experience is just that. Don't review a restaurant you go to once. I visit this place at least once a week (at a detriment to my health I'm sure lol) because I live close by. It's delicious food. Fast service. Literally the best fast food joint in that area.

I love eating at Raising Cane's. This is my favorite chicken finger joint. The food is always hot and fresh and delicious. The sauce is wonderful and a nice change of pace from ketchup or other dipping sauces. The fries are consistently hot, crispy but not crunchy, and salted perfectly. The tenders are juicy and hot, and consistently on the same quality level. The toast is never brunt or too under done. I know I will get a good meal and it will be easy to order with no hastle and takes no time at all. This is hands down the best in terms of speed of service and food standard quality and consistency. What they do by forgoing the variety aspect is, instead, offering the go-to place for hot and fresh chicken. The ambiance is modern and pretty neat with a chill and alma mater or collegiate football feel with tables and clean seating. The sweet tea is perfectly sweetened and all in all a model for businesses that want to offer a lean product delivery in the food industry.

I know I keep reviewing this franchise, because my family and I frequently dine there. It can be fairly busy after school and that's because they have a reputation for good food served fast. In all the franchise establishments that I have visited in McAllen Texas, this one is my families favorite. My daughter loves the food here, which is why we started patronizing in the first place. Any place that is a favorite of a 17 year old young lady just has to be good right? No matter how busy they are, we have always been able to get a table. The service is always fast too. So they continue to get a two thumbs up from us

But since I had gone to the dentist my teeth felt sensitive but it was still good.. my coworkers order once every two weeks I'll probably order some as well when they get there lunch breaks

Basic chicken menu but fairly good tasting chicken. The only complaint I have is an employee driving in the opposite direction while I was looking for parking and that same employee taking up an entire booth for himself while eating his lunch when larger parties sat at tables that were available.

I really like Canes but I've been seeing hairs in my food lately. I now check before eating. It's happened twice in this location and once in Mission. Hopefully they can prevent this because it's killing my appetite for Canes.

This restaurant seems to be a good place to go if you like the food. That is the only thing I can complain about and even that feels like I'm being unfair. I don't like the food here. The food was clean, warm, and came out pretty quick. The staff did on it that day. There was a good amount of people and staff seemed to be hustling and were still friendly. The food has been always good. It is the service that I have been having problems. They almost always miss an order for takeout. For us who live far away, you don't have any chance again to just go back and get the items to complete your order. Very disappointing. So for those who want to order takeout in this store, be sure to check your order first before you leave.

Service at this location is very slow. Attention to detail is worse. My order was missing parts of it, and the customer service associate was losing her mind because there was a line at the drive-thru. This store lacks training and proper customer service. This is one of the locations I wouldn't recommend.

There's NO point in offering curbside pick up if there's never any spots available in the parking lot (no people waiting in their cars in the spots either) AND no employees taking food out so they open up (if they had people waiting in them). Had to go and ask for my order, which was already ready. Who knows how long it would've sat there if I didn't get off?

Nov 17 10:00pm cashier “gabby” green sweater was super distracted talking with coworkers she got my order wrong, when i told her she gave me an upset face and said for me to wait at my booth, i waited 15mins i got up and asked if i was getting my new sandwich and she laughed and said she forgot about it, unfortunately i hardly come here and the day i craved it im super hungry and they forget about my order and my husband was already done eating so might as well not even wait any longer, im sure no one would like to come to a resturant hungry and still get a laugh saying they forgot about your order. The manager “des/destiny” came and gave me my refund, the least i could expect is to get a discount on the rest of my order or get a discount for next time to make me feel a bit better, but nothing but a “sorry” was told once i said id be making a review other than that i probably wouldn't have even got the sorry. Sad to say this manager needs more managing tips.

Hello this place is amazing with food if you like hot food freshly fried,and the staff are amazing except for the manager's they want to squeeze every drop of money they can I want to get the specialty sauce I thought I get it for Free so I have to get 40 cents for extra sauce because I've ordered a sandwich and it doesn't come with sand witch even with combo they only have it for large orders I've have to couf off extra 40 cents and they think they have enough sauce for the burger but it isn't thank you.

Second time I come to this location since I was near by. Was hoping this time around would be different than the first BUT NOPE!!! I hate this location. You have to drive around couple times to find a parking spot. Finally u find one then there a line to order. And last there no TABLES to sit and eat. It’s always pack. And VERY loud. They should have gotten a bigger location and bigger building. Never again will I come back to this location
