This is a restaurant in the historic center of Savigliano. This is our first time here for lunch. A positive first impression. Tables spaced well apart, immaculate tablecloths, and the staff were courteous and attentive. We ordered two mixed appetizers, which tasted excellent, though a little cold for me. I didn't eat the anchovies with the sauce because I don't like garlic, but that's a personal preference. Everything else was excellent. Then we ordered the plin with butter and sage, which were tasty and well-seasoned. So, we'll have to come back to try the other delicacies. Thank you.

A huge THANK YOU to Luca, who recommended this superior Piedmontese trattoria to me. Its originality, courtesy, and quality put it at the top of my favorites! In Savigliano, you don't just travel by train; you also eat very well! Just two small things that haven't changed my opinion of the trattoria, but I'll point them out for future reference: I paid for water that wasn't given to me; I asked for plin without butter, and they arrived with butter. To be fair, I was offered an exchange, but I ate them anyway, and they were excellent. This last behavior confirmed the correctness and honesty of the lady serving me... small mistakes that don't change my opinion of the trattoria, on the contrary!
Dinner on November 27, 2025. A pleasant atmosphere, with soothing colors on the walls and discreetly separated tables; very good acoustics, especially since it was a weekday evening. Typical Piedmontese menu, traditionally focused on appetizers and meat. Our orders were completely satisfying: the Russian salad was generously portioned and crispy, the tartare was tasty, the agnolotti with butter and sage were al dente and generously filled, and the "madama la piemonteisa" (veal rib) was moist, well-cooked, and tender. Extensive wine list. Courteous service. The bill was adequate for the experience. Rating: 9

A restaurant located in the town center, with an exceptional chef, in my opinion. 👏👏👏 Top-quality ingredients, expertly prepared. I had a sublime fig risotto. The appetizers were also truly flavorful and well-prepared. The service was precise and punctual, delivered with great elegance. I went this evening. Excellent Piedmontese cuisine, simple but highly appreciated dishes. The dish in the photo is an eggplant flan with summer bruschetta. Then I had the risotto with figs. I'll be banal to repeat it, but it was sublime and delicious. Very good. I'll definitely be back. A suitable place for vegetarians. I highly recommend it. I'll be back.

Following the recommendations of locals, we stumbled upon this restaurant. It's located in the historic center of Savigliano, and the service is friendly and attentive. The dishes were well received, and the quiet dining room made for a very relaxing dinner. I recommend a visit!
This small, slightly old-fashioned restaurant has a limited number of seats, but has been completely renovated and carefully maintained inside. Despite it being a Saturday evening and without a reservation, we managed to eat during the second sitting (around 9:00 PM). The service is friendly, yet attentive, precise, and, above all, cheerful. The wine list is excellent, with a special focus on local wines. Special mention goes to the Barbera d'Alba superiore from the Tre Pile winery: pleasant, drinkable, and flavorful! It was excellent with the meat dinner we chose. With the cover charge, you're greeted with a few small appetizers on the house! We had veal with tuna sauce, mixed antipasti, and agnolotti del plin: all truly excellent. The hazelnut cake and zabaglione were equally delicious. The bill was completely in line with the quality of the dishes and the wine selection. Highly recommended!

The place is simple and charming. The owners are very kind and let us in with our small dogs, placing us in a comfortable corner. The ingredients are good quality. The recipes are simple and well-executed. Perhaps I would have simmered the leeks in the gnocchi a little longer, but overall, everything was good.
Christmas Lunch 2022 The last time I came here was to try (and I recommend it to everyone) the MADAMA PIEMONTEISA, a type of Florentine steak made with our own cows, with a sauce recipe that's been around for at least two centuries. But let's talk about today! An intimate restaurant (maximum capacity about 50 people), welcoming. I've known the owners all my life and they're wonderful people. The chef is truly sublime with her dishes. Excellent value for money! Recommended!!!

A very peaceful evening, with a friendly and helpful host. Excellent food, beautifully presented. The hand-cut fassona, served with the mixed appetizers, was sublime. Risotto with caramelized onion was excellent. They revisited the traditional bunet with hazelnuts, rather than chocolate, as they do elsewhere in the Cuneo area. The bill was fair, €35 for the three dishes plus a 0.375 bottle of Barbera d'Alba.
