Attività storica in Trentino Alto Adige con vari punti vendita in regione. Sportler Alpin però è una esclusiva di Trento. Tre piani interamente dedicati alla montagna ed alle molte attività che si possono svolgere. Dalla passeggiata domenicale passando per il trekking ed arrivando all'alpinismo ed arrampicata, troverete sicuramente tutto ciò che vi serve. Ottima scelta ed assortimento di accessori ed attrezzatura (anche per campeggio). Solo i migliori brand di settore e una grande scelta. Consiglio una visita, spesso ci sono articoli in offerta e cmq i prezzi non riservano brutte sorprese. Buona l'assistenza e la preparazione del personale che ti accoglie e ti saluta sempre con un piacevole sorriso.

Da Sportler si trova tutto; compro di solito per il trekking, ma anche per il nuoto. I prezzi sono piuttosto alti ma le cose sono (di solito) di buona qualità.

Bel negozio molto assortito e molti prodotti da poter scegliere , prezzi nella norma , personale preparato sui prodotti con delucidazioni complete . Ma solo una pecca : le calzature vengono vendute senza la loro scatola originale , ho chiesto al personale , per avere la scatola e mi e stata data una scatola sempre della stessa marca delle scarpe ma con misura errata e modello diverso . Ho subito fatto presente e notare l'errore e mi e stato detto che le scatole delle calzature vengono buttate via per problemi di spazio .

Abbastanza rifornito. Personale alla cassa francamente di basso profilo: commenti inappropriati sulla “vestibilità davvero grande” della giacca acquistata e, dopo aver cortesemente rifiutato gli appetiser offerti per il 45° perché già sazi dal pranzo, il commento finale della commessa che esordisce con “si vede”. No comment davvero.

Negozio ben fornito e con ottima merce. Peccato per la maleducazione dello staff e mi rivolgo a un signore sui cinquant’anni circa. Capisco che coi mercatini transiti molta gente però c’è modo e modo di rivolgersi a un cliente. Peccato volevo acquistare delle scarpe e una giacca che ho poi preso in un altro negozio.

They have a good range of products, but got put off by the incredibly rude attitude of the store keepers. We were browsing for a gift for a friend and comparing options. The staff started giving us side eyes and half-whispered us being Russians and looking to grab something (I speak Italian, but I do speak in my Slavic-sounding language with my partner). I was shocked to hear that level of xenophobia. Still bought something (shocker!) as we found what we wanted after all (thanks to the good selection, not the kindness of the staff). Maybe next time staff will be nice, but I will avoid for now as it left a very bitter taste.

I actually wanted to buy hiking boots at the sportswear store yesterday. My husband and I looked at a few models. Firstly, I would have liked a more extensive selection. Secondly, the staff there wasn't interested in us, so we left the store empty-handed. Unfortunately, we experienced the same behavior at the Merano branch.

I went to buy a pair of trekking poles, but the clerk was busy watching the Tirreno Adriatico cycling race. When we asked him for advice on the purchase, he was annoyed that we were disturbing him, but he gave us a quick reply and continued watching the race. Although I've often shopped at this store because the quality of the products is excellent, I don't think I'll ever go back.
