Pretty decent and nice Italian Restaurant. Decent prices and good service, kind people. A good choice for early new year dinner. Steak Florentine is recommended but its branded Charleston steak is quite nice, too.

Location is excellent, on a place aside from the city buz, where usually there is a small breeze which make it a delightful place to eat outside. Menu list is quite complete and dishes well prepared. Fusili al'arabiata were delicious. Most important, it is one of the very rare places in Milan, where you can get a salad !!! Service could be slightly better, but we were there at the peak hour, so it is somehow understandable.

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Was a hard decision where to spend the evening out and we choose Charleston ! It was the best choice ever ! It was my 30th Birthday and everything was on high end ! The staff very polite and organised, the place was tidy and clean, we loved the food 😍 our 1st choice through Milan restaurants!

Locale in piazza Liberty, dietro il Duomo. Ristorante accogliente e ben arredato. Vasta scelta di menu. Personale gentile.

Ristorante davvero raffinato e con un’ottima posizione, perfetto per mangiare qualcosa dopo aver usato i computer dell’Apple Store li affianco per giocare a Fortnite con Claudio Bisio. Il personale è molto cordiale e il cibo è veramente ottimo. Io ho ordinato una Cesar Salad ed era molto buona se. Comunque locale molto consigliato se volete mangiare bene e poco ma spendendo tanto.

Ho pranzato in questo locale con una insalata greca. Gli ingredienti erano freschi e saporiti, specialmente i pomodorini. Il personale di sala è gentile ed il servizio è abbastanza veloce. Un’esperienza positiva che sicuramente avrà un seguito, magari per assaggiare qualcosa di diverso

Ristorante a pochi passi dal Duomo,frequentato da molti turisti,e con prezzi non alti.L'interno è luminoso,accogliente e ben arredato.Il servizio e' veloce e con personale gentile. La pizza non è tra le migliori,gli altri piatti ci hanno soddisfatto.

Ho preso una pizza, buona, personale veloce ambiente accogliente. Mi sembra un po' eccessivo pagare un extra di gorgonzola sulla pizza €4,00 e il caffè €4,00. Di sicuro la prossima volta non berrò né caffè, ne aggiunte.

A quite spot in the busy crowded duomo .. the waiter was super nice , food was ok not perfect , pizza was good , pasta was not well cooked but the sauce is good .. Good experience after all

The food is nice, the atmosphere is even better, sitting by the sun, I really loved it. Usually is full of people and you have to wait for getting a table. But it worth it. I loved the pizza, but less the mozzarella salad, it wasn’t good. The prices are quite high! I paid much more than usual in Milan. The place inside looks amazing. And the bathroom is so clean and well decorated. The team is also nice. I think I’ll be back again when I’ll be in Milan. Highly recommend.

Very nice place in the center of Milan specialy if you sit on the terrace with the nice view on Piazza del Liberty. Recomend to make reservation because in the evening is crouded. The food is very good. We prdered Fiorentina Beefstake and it was realy delicious. It is a bit too much for two so you have to come hungry. Service was a bit slow but everything else was perfect 👍

location molto elegante sia dentro che fuori, servizio ottimo, personale preparato e competente, vista sulla zona dello store della Apple con un via/vai di persone, non c'è molta aria e non ci sono insetti. Per il menù mi riferirò alla pizza, qualità buona ma nulla di eccezionale, il prezzo è troppo elevato, una margherita 9.50€ e il coperto 5€; va bene che sei in centro ma così è veramente esagerato.

Il locale è carino, personale bravo. Preso una carbonara e carne , non male nulla di eccezionale ma non male. Perché 3 stelle ? Prezzi senza senso… 9€ di coperto in 2 + bambina…abbiamo chiesto una porzione piccola di pasta al pomodoro costata 11€… 60 gr di pasta con pomodoro, sarà costata 1,50 rivenduta a 11€. La carbonara non male ma non valeva assolutamente 18€. La carne ci può stare. Ci siamo andati perché stanchi , se non fossi turista non ci tornerei anche se appunto buono il personale e il cibo non male. Non vale assolutamente il prezzo

Buon ristorante. Bel locale. Prezzi accessibili. Servizio ottimo. Abbiamo pranzato presto e non era affollato. Ci hanno servito subito. La luce del bagno è fioca, non si riesce a vedere nulla e spero che la cambino. Il sito ha anche il menù tradotto in diverse lingue. L'ho apprezzato davvero molto ed è diventato il mio ristorante preferito.

As a general rule we prefer not to stop for a dinner on the tourist trail. But that time was exceptional as we were completely exhausted after shopping. We were seated in a couple of minutes and the waiter came up soon. We ordered for a starter Buffalo Caprese it was nice and fresh. For the main course pasta Carbonara and Margarita pizza. Pasta was rather coarse and no additional cheese was given. As for pizza- nothing special quite an ordinary taste. Overall the pricing is too high for such an average food quality.

This place sits in a nice calmer spot near the Duomo. The food is really really good. But, portions are smaller than what the price is, it’s a bit on the pricier end of Italy. Had 2 pasta dishes and 1 big sparkling water bottle and paid 50 euros. The portions only barely fill you up. I would only recommend it if you want to have something nice to eat while near the Duomo, and looking for a bit of peace.

I want to start my review by noting that we were probably not in the right place at the wrong time. It started to rain badly in Milano, so we went to the nearest restaurant for pizza, salads, and some Aperol drinks. We were welcomed to be seated and ordered our drinks immediately. Aperol came in glasses for water, and my partner asked if we could have a more traditional way of serving these drinks. Since we didn't know how to explain what we wanted to the waiter, he called a bartender. The bartender understood our request but said that traditionally, they don't serve Aperol in their expensive wine glasses because they are for wine, not for Aperol. Anyway, long story short, after that, everyone felt weird. We quietly had our pizza, and the waiter quietly served us. We paid a $12/per person coperto fee ( which is ridiculous, in my opinion). And that's it... Overall, it's a nice place. I just felt it was not for us. P.S. Pizza was fantastic! Taste of drinks - great as well.

This place was quite nice! We had a small wait to sit as it’s the kind of place you have to queue for a table. But the queue was quite fast and we appreciated that they seemed to be sitting families with small children at one end of the restaurant and everyone else at the other end - maybe this wasn’t intentional, but we liked it We had some anchovies and some prosciutto and burrata to share as a starter, then we all got pizzas. The pizzas were tasty, good cheese and good toppings, the bread was doughier than I prefer but it wasn’t bad at all. For drinks we had some spritzes which went down a treat.

il tempo di attesa è mediocre, non è economico, ma il prezzo è giusto perché comunque si trova al centro. il ristorante è carino e tranquillo. il coperto viene 4.50 a testa, le bevande come acqua da 75cl viene 5.5 oppure la coca da 330ml viene 5.5. io ho ordinato i spaghetti al pesto, sono buonissimi, lo consiglio. il servizio è ottimo e veloce. l’unica pecca tremenda : il bagno, puzza tanto, ma proprio tanto che non si riesce nemmeno a respirare bene. va bene che sono le quattro di pomeriggio e molto probabile lavate due volte al giorno, ma mettete un deodorante spray ambiente automatico. appena ero entrata in bagno, mi era venuta la nausea e quasi il vomito dalla puzza.. dopo l’ottimo cibo che ho consumato.

Abbiamo ordinato una semplice pasta al pomodoro,una pizza diavola,un roast-beef ed un ossobuco e risotto alla milanese: non commentabile. La pasta non era fresca (come scritto da menu) ma molto cotta ed insipida. La salsa di pomodoro non era fatta in casa. Il roast-beef era caldo. Il prezzo per la pizza era esagerato per poi non esser nemmeno un piatto di gusto. L’ambiente carino,il personale passabile. Sicuramente non ci tornerò!

Un ristorante in centro a Milano di un certo livello dovrebbe avere pane senza glutine e un possibile dessert… oltre ad avere personale in grado di gestire, con gentilezza, chi ha esigenze alimentari specifiche

I ordered the Costoletta Milanese (28,50€) upon the waiter's suggestion. It was said to be meat (veal). It was a dry piece of meat and it arrived very quickly. I ate it because I was hungry. I left some of it on the plate. I ended my last Milan evening with a tasteless meal.

Esperienza pessima: cibo immangiabile, prese una carbonara e una pizza margherita, entrambe crude e gusto terribile. Come se non bastasse, il signor Vincenzo (presunto caposala) è stato al quanto scortese e maleducato nel momento in cui è stata mossa la nostra critica. Mai più, non andateci!

Abbiamo ordinato una tagliata di carne con rucola e grana ,è una spaghettata con aglio e olio.la taglia era a bagnomaria 😂e gli spaghetti crudi . Consiglio allo chef di appendere le padelle

Mi dispiace, ma non ci ritornerei per nessun motivo. Da italiana mi sono sentita molto rattristata nel vedere la mancanza di empatia con il cliente da parte dello staff e soprattutto la qualità del cibo. È vero che siamo nella zona di Milano più turistica, ma non posso vedere un cameriere nella zona esterna con il broncio, che manco saluta all’arrivo di clienti. Tantomeno posso lasciar correre che la focaccia al rosmarino sia senza rosmarino e di tutta risposta mi hanno portato a tavola una ciotolina con del rosmarino crudo da metterci sopra. Per non parlare delle verdure alla griglia acquose e soprattutto la mancanza di professionalità del cameriere che con una battuta poco felice ha pure rovesciato sul mio compagno le posate unte d’olio che hanno sporcato i suoi pantaloni bianchi. I dolci di bindi… possiamo lasciar correre che non siano di una pasticceria rinomata o fatti in casa, ma alla richiesta di profitteroles, vederne solo 2 nel piatto, sapendo che la regola non scritta è di 3… è stato molto triste. Ho voluto dare una possibilità ai ristoranti in centro, dopo 12 anni che sono a Milano… a quanto pare è proprio come tutti dicono. Ps: se vi chiamate charleston, un po’ di musica per allietare i clienti sarebbe d’obbligo.

Horrible, apparently we got profiled?! They told us they dont usually serve bread in an “italian restaurant” as they are afraid of people leaving when after eating the bread. We literally ordered so why the heck did they not serve us the bread until we asked for it. Afraid we cant pay for it?? And literally everyone around us got served bread before they even ordered. Thats actually so offensive. Asked for rare entrecote, and they gave us medium rare - medium…. Just horrible experience and ruined the mood entirely

This place is the shame of Italian cuisine. Just run and never look back. One of those few places where we left after tasting the food. Terrible dishes, unfriendly service. And very expensive compared to this quality. Needs a big change…

We just left the restaurant completely disappointed. We were served the worst pizzas we've ever tasted in Italy, and we've tasted a lot of them. The inner part of the dough is almost completely raw and the ingredients of the pizza are very strange and poor. We left uneaten pizzas and then we were charged 4 euros per person for using chairs in the restaurant?!? The place is a tourist trap and should be avoided.

Food - average Service - big meh! After we sat in for 20 minutes, no one bothered to serve us some water nor take order. I tried to make eye contact and raise my hand, the waiters looked away immediately. I had no choice but walked to the hostess and complained about it. He pointed at “the waiter” in my section. I returned to my table and continued trying to get “the waiter”’s attention. Finally he came with a poker face. Do not order carpaccio! The meat was too thick and was the cut with tendon, meaning not easy to separate the meat pieces, not easy to cut, and not easy to chew. Overall, touristy food standards and awful service.
